Went to the Muskegon store today and was floored by the staff and selection! This dude Nate not only knew his damn cigars but knew exactly how to help me find a new favorite when they didnt have mine. Will be hitting him up again next time I roll thru Michigan

Grabbed a vape here. Standing at the counter I asked the girl I was with if she wanted anything and she said no. I asked for mine and they asked for her ID. Made her go out to the car to get hers and never even asked to see mine even though it was made very clear it was for me and she wasnt getting anything. Make it make sense...

Literally the best smoke shop around, that’s because of the manager Nate! He is very knowledgeable on every product in the store, and he trains his employees very well. Great customer service with anyone who is working ! 🤍

The gentleman that worked with us was so knowledgeable, it was unbelievable! And very nice and friendly... the store itself is very clean, everything is well placed and easy to find. This is the first time I have ever been in Wild Bills and their prices are comparable to convenience and department stores for tobacco items. But if you need a question answered and prefer a nice clean and orderly environment, I would choose Wild Bills Tobacco over anything else.

I love this location me an my. Fiancé come here all the time an never had an issue with no one here we been coming here for two years now an joke around with knew an old employees so to here about some one throwing a bucket at my bestie an she pregnant really upset me cause she is a sweet hearted person an I never witnessed her being rude to no one so that’s a false allegations people need to stop trying to get over in life an just learn some self respect for themselves an another’s cause next time she might not be lucky to get away with an assault on a pregnant woman

We just recently discovered this gem! We are so happy with our shopping experience here. So much friendlier than insani-ts. Im happy that they make sure you are 18! However I would like it if they wore name tags so if we do have great service they can get the compliment or ever experience bad service they can be dealt with. Very happy with the prices.

Generally decent prices and service but the staffs knowledge can be hit or miss. Specifically told the gentleman behind the counter there were 2 types of pods/coils for my ecig and to make sure he had a coil that matched the pod he was selling me. Got home and he sold me the wrong coil after I asked him to be sure.

My personal experience was when they asked me to leave the store because I had my daughter with me. (6 years old) Policy or not some parents sometimes have their child and need to make a stop.

I definitely wouldnt buy any vape products from here , theyll sell you faulty products and you can explain to them that the product is malfunctioning but if it produces smoke will not help you. I was coming here weekly but with that kind of service theres a TON of competition around that Im sure has better customer service .

Bought 3 e-cigs there. 2 or them didnt work and when taken back to the store they would only give a 2 dollar gift certificate. You think with all the business we give them they would treat their customers a little better. Everyone I know is gonna hear about it too.

Went there looking for a first time water pipe and the gentleman working there was very informative. Great place and I will shop there again. BTW they have 50 percent off today on ALL glass. Black Friday . They have a machine gun one but thats 800 and not on sale but still really cool to look at.

I purchased a digital scale for $80 and it was broken when I opened it up, it either showed Err or 0g. I called the store less than an hour after I purchased to inform them and they told me to call the scale company. I brought back in the following day to work out store credit and was told sorry it was broke but not their problem. If I sell a broken device at my business, I replace it or give them store credit. Complete lack of customer service here. Would recommend going somewhere else.

Very disappointing. Walked in with my 4 month old to grab a quick vape and was told no minors in the store. He’s an infant in a car seat. He can’t break anything, he obviously isn’t smoking. What should I do leave my kid alone in the car? I honestly thought they were joking. I’d understand not having a walking child because of the many many glass pieces but this is ridiculous. I called around to a couple different smoke shops and they all allow infants when a parent is shopping. I’ll be taking my business to psycle sams, with or without my kid.

Wow will not be going into this store ever again. First off when I came in the employees were very rude to me. I said hello and they didnt even acknowledge me being there. They didnt help me for 15 minutes when there was only one customer in there. The glass they sell is from China and way over priced. Ill be spending my money on real glass artists. Dont waste your time or money people.

Tried these guys a handful of times, never had a good experience. Glass is cheap, mass produced, probably Chinese. Nothing seems artistically up to par. People are rude, short, and have very little understanding of what they’re selling. Seem more corporate than local.

I could say A LOT to say about this company. First is there a joke. They do not care about there customers at all nor do they care about there employees. the corporate of this company is probably one of the crappiest corporates I’ve had to deal with in sales and just talking about there product.... you will never catch me in a wild bills again. Also if buying product from this company check the expiration date.... they like to sell old items, juice and tobacco.... kinda gross. The plume on the cigars, it’s mold. Wild bills is all for making money and not thinking of the customers first....watch the mold you smoke.....

Very pleased. Was welcomed in , staff was more than helpfull. No more ordering cigars online to find them dry and stale. Huge selection of vape, top shelf cigars , fresh bulk tobacco and more. So glad I stopped in.

Super disappointed in wild bills on Henry street.. you’d think having over 50 shops they’d know what they were doing.. buuut that’s the problem, such a big expanse means they have to have the resources for such a business. They don’t, mostly cheap china glass, literally can find a better deal on pipes at the shell across the street.. THEN the nice glass that they have, can you say OVERCHARGE. The employees/managers have absolutely NO idea what their doing or the first thing about nice glass. Adding to that their super rude, couldn’t tell me the thickness in bangers, quartz inserts... had so many types of cigars half were stale when I bought them.. STAY AWAY, I could think of about 7 other shops I’d rather go to in Muskegon alone.

I come in often to buy juul pods; however, I will not be returning, for bad customer service. I go in to buy some pods on my lunch, and first thing I get when I walk in the door is I need to see your I.D. bud. This is not how to greet a customer. The first thing a customer should hear is how are you, or is there anything I can help you with. Also, the associate had quite the attitude non-verbally after I said to him yes after I purchase something. I could tell by the tone of his voice, and the the smug look on his face.

Great selection of cigars in a generous walk-in humidor. The guy who commutes from Mt Pleasant (didnt catch his name) was very knowledgeable and courteous. The cashier was friendly and polite. Deffinately a welcome addition to the Muskegon community. 10/10 would recommend.

Huge selection! They carry brands Id never heard of from cheap to expensive cigars, adorable cocktail cigarettes in cute boxes (pink, rainbow and gold colored skinny cigarettes! How fun.) Djarums are available here in multiple types, etc.

Although everyone is really nice there. I have run into several issues with this specific store!!! First issue I have is a big one! I purchased this coconut Boosted cbd oil that is junk!!!! I bought for my dog because he has arthritis really bad and hasnt been able to move without the oil and I usually use the fully activated cbd but the other place I get it from was out. Yesterday was his 3rd day he had the boosted coconut CBD and our dog has been getting stiffer and stiffer. Today he can barely move. We finally realized it was the junk cbd oil and called wild bills and they refused to exchange it for a different bottle. DO NOT BUY THIS OIL its garbage!!!!

Should probably hire some people that know how to deal with customers. Being friendly is very important if you want repeat business. Especially when youre selling sub-par merchandise. (junk)

I wouldnt recommend shopping here. the juice is cheaper but it really shows in the quality of the employees.Also dont bother emailing the contact if you have a bad experience they wont follow through.

I have never had a store clerk be so rude to me as at Wild Bills in Muskegon.I went back to mention how stale my cigars were and they basically told me to leave .Never going there again.

This place sells cheap toxic Chinese glass and pretends to be people of the community when they are far from that. Ive always had better interactions with a local Heady Glass shop I will never be back.

Love this place. Were from down south and there is a brand of chewing tobacco that we couldnt find up here nowhere. Wild Bills was able to find it and order it for us. They are awesome!!!
