Great selection of top shelf bud!I have shopped throughout Michigan and the USA and this shop has some of the best deals on TOP SHELF BUD.As a grower and a harvester the bud I bought is pretty fresh and strong!Batch dates are usually telling you when the buds were cut, its takes at least 6 weeks to cure the buds and sometimes longer.I walked out of this place with so much first time buyer deals and pre rolls! We are very happy and will be back!Also bud tenders are awesome, knowledgable and the place is clean and not too overwhelming when you walk it.

I recently reviewed this place gave it 4 stars but Im sorry I gotta give it another review after dealing with them twice I must say they like to give u weed that is old literally 3/6 months old being that there charging such a high price dont u think I should get fresh bud something thats not been harvested 3/6 months ago🤔Bella Sol is better Im sorry park place...

Rude! From the moment I walked in the door! Worst customer service I have ever received and hostile employees as well. SHOP ELSEWHERE!

Love this place. Been going there for about a year. When my normal caregiver is out or just for fun to explore new products, I will always go here. I went here before New Standard owned it and even through the transfer (and admittedly some growing pains with a couple orders of mine) they ALWAYS made it right and truly care about their customers. Cant say enough good things about the staff, all but 1 time they were so nice and compassionate and you cant expect everyone to be happy all the time so I think thats perfectly reasonable.The doob tube was such a cool idea (DRIVE THRU WEED STORE? IM IN!!) always fast besides on 4/20 but of course its going to be experiencing some delays on that busy day. Their points and discounts are AWESOME! Ive smoked all my life and Ive been a part of the business end of the medical cannabis community since 2010 and they are doing it RIGHT BY ME!!My recommendations (pictured) for flower is the Alien Pie (especially if you love Indica like me), then for concentrates believe it or not the Blue Gelato x OG Kush beat out all the terp sugar and diamonds Ive ever had! Must be the CBGa!? Looks like goo but it hit harder than anything else. Then for carts I would say go with Element or Fwaygo. Cant go wrong either way. For edibles go with Wana Gummies the 200:200 THC/CBD combo (strawberry lemonade!) are SERIOUSLY FIRE!! And a great deal for how much active cannabinoids you walk away with. Even their stash jar is nice! The delivery service is AMAZING as well. Im just so proud of West Michigan because we deserved to have a cannabis economy like the East side of the state enjoys, and now its finally here!!!Thank you so much, New Standard Park Place!

Definitely taste like an indica so not very fruity but the effects make you feel fruity so I loved it. You can smoke as dabs or roll it up in your joint. I’d buy it again.

Excellent location, exuberant staff, and their vape cartridges are literally half the price of what theyre selling them for at their Grand Haven branch. Like, *literally* half the cost; $14 in Muskegon compared to $28 in GH! Crazy!First place I bought legal weed in Michigan and still my favorite place to go. They even accommodated for COVID by setting up their Doob Tube drive-thru service.Great place, great people.

My first experience with dispensaries... As a recreational smoker, my choices were very limited... Each shopper was given a personal bud expert to assist them... Only about ten shoppers were allowed inside at once... Had to wait about 45 minutes outside for the opportunity to shop...

Great service when I arrived. Ordered online and picked it up round back in the doob tube. Been inside a couple times nice selection of a wide variety. Online ordering is best you can see everything and apply filters to get to what you want.Update 2.2022Ordered online picked up in store. Janie was great and took care of me nicely. Used my points and saved a lot as well. Great flower I was impressed. 5 stars every time.

Im really impressed with how much this place has changed since initially becoming recreational. Ive had some experiences in the past but the employees are always respectful and knowledgeable. Their pricing continues to improve and now they even removed their minimum with deliveries which is very appreciated because not everyone wants to buy bulk each time they order.

First off I’ve been using New Standard dispensary since the day they opened and I will say that Taylor is one of the best assistant I’ve ever had help me. She’s very personable, knowledgeable and patient . Thank you Taylor. Hopefully I’ll see you next visit😃

Had previously given 5 stars but think I might be forced to go elsewhere. The pick up service is horrendous to be nice. No way there should be a wait 3 hours after the confirmation text that order is ready for pick-up. I left without my order after the guy checked my ID then went into the store then back into the useless trailer not sure how long he was in there but the total amount of time to pick-up a ready order was ridiculous.

Great little place, with great options. Can’t wait to come back and try more. Thank you Mylinda and the big dude (I didn’t catch his name) but both great tenders, very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great place a bit on the pricey side but excellent product...except their element brand vape carts! I paid 50 bucks for a live resin cart and it has been a problem to say the least. On day it got clogged up and now its to the point where its spitting product right out of the mouth peice and its pretty much un usable... its not even half gone. Worst 50 bucks ever spent on a cart. But the store and people are great!

Joseph at park place helped us a couple different times. He is both knowledgeable on products and current promotions. Very pleasant and easy to talk to. Without doubt the best bud tender I’ve had!

Horrible with remembering names, but the girls here are so amazing. There are two in particular that are just absolutely outstanding and really light up my day everytime I come here.SO friendly and helpful. They have a great vibe I love.

The 2 star rating is solely based on the wait time. I always get great product, and the staff is always very friendly. However waiting in line 42 minutes to pick up something I placed an order for 2 hours ago is unacceptable. Might I suggest using both windows in the tube, that way you can service two vehicles at once.

The website makes it so easy to pre-order and pick up curbside. Great prices, Great selection! Not to mention Ashley was very kind, And extremely fast. I was in and out in under 4 minutes.

I have multiple difficult to manage pain related diagnosis. Today I went in to get a pack of gummies on a limited budget. Not only did Tara help me get the MOST with what I had in my pocket, but she was incredibly knowledgeable in what she was selling. She knew what would help, what wouldn’t, and why. They also keep an ongoing record so you can communicate what you liked or didn’t like about your products so they can better curate suggestions for you in future visits. Multiple employees at this facility deal with chronic pain and I will be returning for relatable, knowledgeable, and kind patient people. Thank you TARA!

Very nice and very helpful they have a lot of knowledge about the products. Make you feel comfortable. Price is reasonable for there products. The building is something amazing. I love the toilet paper holder it fits in perfect for the decor.

We went in to get something to calm.my dog for traveling. Samantha is very knowledgeable about all the product. So, I bought what she advised for my pup and the boyfriend bought things for himself. This was the 1st dispenser we went to when it first open and though covid. Though many of them have popped up since they opened, we will continue shopping there.

Very cool building, super hipster and nice and clean. Easy to get in to, didnt have to wait long. Sales people were incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. Only reason for only 4 stars is that the majority of the merchandise is for medicinal purpose only, and there was no chocolate available for recreational use 🤷‍♀️ Still, would very much recommend, but not on a weekend, when the wait can be an hour or more 😳

This is the best place to go for information. I went in and talked to the staff about what I was looking for and they told me about different products that would help. I tried a topical cream for my migraines and in less then 10 minutes of using it my migraine was completely gone. Best choice I made and so thankful for the staff members that suggested it.

I prefer Red Buds! Park Place customer service is not up to par. Maybe they be high working... I dont know. But when I spend money, I expect good customer service just like they do. So I highly recommend you take your business around the corner to Red Buds on Laketon, flowers were also better. This is just my opinion based off what I myself have experienced.

Went to the 1st day of recreational today and had a great time. It was about 3 hours in line but I met so many great people and heard so many great worries it was well worth it. Once youre inside the waiting area is clean and quiet. Then they call you by name and you get a personal cashier to help you with your needs. Great friendly staff made you feel very welcome.And these gummies are delicious! Orange cream!

Everyone should realize when writing and/or reading a review, that we are all human, and goof up now and anon, yet more often, we get it right. Park Place gets it right. Ive never had a problem here. With any product or especially customer service. Why are there pre-order people and those who havent, in the same line? Some people dont always get the chance to pre-order ; we have to include them, right? They shouldnt have to form two lines. Ive been way back in line, yet its only taken 10 min. or less to get up there. From the beginning when you COULD go inside til now, Ive NEVER been treated rudely or in an unfriendly manner. The staff is always up for a joke, they smile, and make you feel as if youre family. The fact that you cant go inside is a testament to common sense; its not that roomy, and Covid-19 loves a crowded room. My hats off to them. Last point: Week after week, theyve had the lowest prices. Ive checked. Sorry this is so long, but if you have a gripe, did you respond, get back with them so they could make things right? You should. Good people all.

Absolutely WONDERFUL. No rift raft all professional caring. Very organized staff was extremely knowledgeable and were in and out in less than half hour what a great resource for your medicine. No judgment be honest with your bud tender and they will get you the best medicine to work for your condition. I have been to many dispenserary and this one is by far the most secure plenty of staff ample parking and great people all in a positive atmosphere. Thank you park place we will be back. Really good selection and competitive prices. We ordered a lot of products and apparently so did everyone else. The line was probably 25 cars long so it took a while to get to the front.

I just paid $45 for a .5gram live resin cart. that is insane.the other place down the road sells 1gram live resin carts for $35.you also charged me a atm service fee.never, ever again. this was my first time back in about 6 months now i remember why.

Been going to new standards for several months and its always been an enjoyable experience everyones always so friendly and make a point to remembering who you are and what your preferences are. Overall 10/10.

Ordered 200+ worth for delivery order that was suppose to take 35mins. I called an hour after I placed order and was told the manager himself was prepping my order and it would be out in 15 mins. 30 mins later it gets here just to be told they can’t give me my order at my home because my ID didn’t have an updated address. Mind you I’ve ordered delivery here at the same address and same ID. They did give me the option to come to store to pick up, but why? I OBVIOUSLY ordered delivery for a reason. Never doing business at this place again. Terrible delivery service and “door tube”. Do not recommend.

Unable to browse due to shortage of employees not allowing them to permit in store shopping. The pre-roll I got is tasty. EAST SIDE MAC was a nice body high. Relaxed me into a deep sleep.

Friendly and very helpful

I started going to PP shortly after they opened, as a medical patient. ALL of the employees are incredibly friendly & knowledgeable. Especially during the pandemic, Park Place made sure that everyone was still able to access their products safely, with a social distance drive-thru.

Was pleased with the courtesy of the staff. Prices are a tad steeper than other places and choices are a bit limited. But, I think after time, since they just opened, itll be great!

Easy curbside pick up. Order online, they scan your ID, give you your order and you are on your way. I only have four stars because they are quite pricey. Order was ready within 10 minutes

1st time customer today. I got 20% off my total purchase. 10% for 1st time customer and 10% for being a veteran! Veterans always get the 10% off. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and had a very wide variety. As someone who uses more edibles and vapes instead of plain smoking, it was nice to have so many choices!

I was initially very unhappy with the prices but after living in Michigan for a month and realizing that you get what you pay for, I digress. It is painful paying this price for cannabis but you WILL NOT find quality like this anywhere else so as a business woman, I respect the inner workings of supply and demand. Grateful for their rewards program. Staff is super friendly and always nice to me even though I’m the person who left a horrible review in the beginning. You can complain about the price here, go elsewhere, and never feel the effects of your meds or you can come here for exceptional customer service and quality. I was upset too but this place is where the quality is at.

Ive been to many dispensaries and to be honest with you a lot of them have the same pricing. This one had different strands that were a little bit stronger than what Im used to. Did not get to go in inside but Im pretty sure its nice but the product that they sell is top notch

As of today June 26/2020, curbside pickup only. You will need to utilize their website to pre-order, then you go to their place of business to get your order. So you stay in your car and they service you from their parking lot,just follow the signs to get in line,the day i was there things moved along quickly and received great customer service with a smile. 😁*Cash Only.

Fantastic customer service. Really nice employees who made it very easy and very comfortable for it to be my first ever time going to a dispensary. Very professional and quick to get in and out, I spent as much time waiting on pain relief as I would have a burger.

Will never waste my time here again! Have tried to be patient with them only getting worse. 4 employees only one customer at a time have to waste about 5 minutes to check in on each side med or rec. No other store out of the many I have visited through out the state take half as long to check in. If youre in a hurry go somewhere else, if you want over four strains to choose from go somewhere else.

My first experience in recreational buying. Very nice facilities with a waiting room nicer than most doctors offices. They even have a heated tent in the waiting line overflow outside. Very knowledgeable and friendly customer service from my budtender. They have an ATM inside also. Municipalities that ban these kind of stores have nothing to worry about, as the people waiting in line were also friendly and normal looking. Posting for a friend 😉

Weak on meds extremely high prices, White Cloud has a nice one or any in Bay city beat this hands down I would drive 2 hours any day then to pay these prices, they are a money hungry business with no variety and will not take care of customers the way they should be taken care of. I would not recommend to anyone. Unless well you have no other connections.

Used to have a good selection of 1g carts (for a inflated price)...now all they carry is .5 for 75$... guess I will go back to bud, refuse to pay that when med gets them for 20-40$. When they did have 1g carts, they were 65$ for rec, and 40-50$ for medical. It seems extremely ridiculous the price difference. They should take into effect that some dont have a med card but still use as a medicine.Edit.... I understand supply and demand and tax, but you are still inflating the price for rec usage. Idk if its still up but you added a 1g cart to the list finally, but now your asking $75 when it was $65 no more than 3 weeks ago.Ive been a loyal customer for awhile now, I stopped going to Skymint for yall, because I could get everything in one stop. Im about to start going to Detroit or Lansing just to save some $ if youre going to keep uping the rec prices.I like your setup, the drive thru runs like a Swiss watch, Ive never spent more than 10 min. in line. Your employees are great, extremely nice and helpful. The facility is clean and organized. It just seems your prices are getting a little out of control is all.

Look, whether you agree with medical/recreational marijuana use or not (medical need here as I have personally never really enjoyed recreational use), there is no denying the amazing customer service provided by Park Place Provisionary. Placed an order online and within minutes the items were gathered, packaged, and ready to pick up before I even got my car keys. Their curbside service went down like a well oiled machine. I only wish more places were so customer service friendly. I feel like you would have to go waaaaay out of your way to have a bad experience there.

Staff (Robert today) is always helpful and pleasant. The sales are great & there’s still a benefit to being a medical pt, unlike with some local dispensaries.

It was drive thru only at the time, and they had it down to a science. There was a line of cars when I arrived, but it took no time at all. The online ordering made it simple to drive up and receive my order, with no confusion.

Will try other privisionaries...ordered in line. The staff ordered the wrong topical and we over paid. They didnt give me a receipt to see why we were over charged. I tried to call, but they dont answer their phone. Went back and it was an issue getting it exchanged and I still ended up with the wrong topical.

Everyone that works there needs to get on the same page. I was told one thing by the window girl and when I went back to pick up my order, they wouldn’t honor what I was told. Poor customer service and I now have a dim view of this business 😕

Do not recomend I called ahead told them what I had in terms of a paper rec. They said yes I drove 2 hours to get to the shop and they reject me. Trash shop Im going to my shop now that is a little further and spending some good money since they did not want it here.

Walked in only about 5 people. As Im waiting I have yet to seea sign that says. Med card holders will be seen 1st.So when 4,5,6 people show up after I did. They get seen before me. I was starting to get upset.Till someone explained.Should be signs starting card holders will be first or offer rec side an Med side.The wait is ridiculous.The young lady that helped was awesome she can get ☆☆☆☆☆`s.Prices unreal? Dispensaries will keep Blk market open with these prices.P. S. lemon Pound cake by Monster Xtracts weak. Waste of money.I hope to see tons of improvements.

This is my first time visiting, Im from out of town visiting with my son, his car would not start so a young lady worker gave us a jump Above and beyond the Call of Duty....Plus the product was great!

Never again even though Ive been a customer from the opening spent thousands here over the last year until last night i placed a delivery order got confirmation email then an hour later get another email they cancelled my delivery no explanation why so i try to call and they dont answer so i try getting my order today its going on 3 hours and Im still waiting never ever ever again im just going to cancel the order and go to the dispensary in front of the north Muskegon meijers

I ordered two grams of French cookie because on the site it said sativa dominant but turns out its indica dominant and I was not looking for that i can find good quality indica doms on the street for a much better price but I came to you because I thought u had what I was lookin for and was willing to pay the higher price just to get home and realize what I got and then when I called back to inform of the mistake the girl was unapologetic and hung up on me.

Great place. My complaints are flowers are expensive, and no grams. Only half eights. We would get more variety for the same price possibly? Otherwise, I love it !

Wine tasting was great. they allowed us to bring both our 6 month pitbulls to sit in there outdoor area. we enjoyed our time here.

Little pricey but the products are worth it. The edibles do the job but taste amazing, the bud is good but you have to pay more to get actual buds rather than bottom-of-the-barrel shake, and the staff are super friendly.

My guess is Agri is making a bit more money piggy backing off the shut down and the halting of licensing elsewhere. That sort of price rise in that sort of time is driven by nothing more than toxic capitalism. Time to go elsewhere. Cheers.

Very small selection with only 2 available strands , prices are extremely higher than normal 3.5 for 47$ ummm no! N than the prerolls are half the size of tube starting at 6$. This is definitely a place to go if u have no connects on weed because for 47$ on the street I could have a whole seven with a way better selection this is highway robbery, SAVE YOURSELF THE DISAPPOINTMENT N DRIVE TO LANSING OR DETROIT U WILL BE GLAD U DID!

Wish they would figure out how to keep the line moving waiting 35 mins in line for something you know im coming to pick up I would think some kind of system would be in place to try and get people out as quickly as possible but thats not the case if you could just do that it really wouldnt be so bad

The prices might be cheap but so is the service. I have had to fix several of their mistakes between park place and exit 9. Make sure you double check your order and prices.

Red bud blows this place out of the water in the customer service aspect by far. They were rude checking us in, they were rude when we asked for the first time visitor discount. Budtender refused to redo the order to get us savings. We wont be back.

Unethically cornering the market, at least give someone a choice, you strongarm people into buying your high priced product, ..everywhere else its 25 to 35 an 1/8 of good quality. Your losing customers, loyalty from employees, and revenue. I think they should be investigated by the IRS for fraud.

Went with a buddy... He paid $17 ea. for the pre rolled joints... It was 22/g for the bud... The pre rolled joints we tried to smoke ran badly... We had to pack it in a bowl... Will probably just break down the other for a bowl also... To avoid the risk... From now on I will continue to pay the $5/g that I currently pay... My guy grows the same if not better quality...

Ordered a 16 dollar gram expecting it to be really good considering the price and photo they had online.. the bud is completely brown and has no smell to it at all with more and more dispos popping up in town I wonder how they even stay open I will not be returning and would not recommend them to anyone..

The store itself is very clean and professional. The staff seemed knowledgeable. They did seem to be limited somewhat however on products that they offer. Selection of cannabis was someone limited, and they had no CBD lotion. Purchase some CBD gummies there were $22 per pack that I have purchased at another dispensary for $13. This is good place for some product but hopefully theyre going to increase their product availability.

Needed some medicine for post spinal epidural injection pain. Got state tested edibles at a very fair price, and only a 6min ride from home. The facility was the nicest looking building on the road, and the budtender was happy to show me any of the products that I asked about. The entry was a tad small and cramped, but the waiting room was set up very nice with comfortable furniture, and was a larger area. Only got to enjoy the couch for a brief moment, as I was quickly greeted by my budtender. I had a very good 1st experience, thanks Park Place Provisionary!!

Well apparently the prices for all flower are the same across the whole board, and according to an employee, its not gonna change soon. Plan on paying $22.50 for all flower, and $17 for a pre-rolled gram joint of bottom-of-the-bag schwag. Not the employees fault, but sounds like Agri-Med is gonna keep ripping us off untill they can cover the cost of their operations, which is a damn shame to know after all the time we waited for them to open. Guess we all shouldve started saving money a little earlier..
