My favorite wild bills to shop at! Drina and Heather are just amazing everytime I go in there. Always recommending new products and new flavors that come in. They are so welcoming. :)

Ashley was great. Helped me with everything I needed. She was knowledgeable when asked questions and I left there feeling confident.

Whenever I go in there I am greeted with genuine hellos & smiles. The music playing is always good. Drina for sure is such an amiable being & great at engaging with people! I’m always going in for something small, but leaving with a big smile (:

I always have an amazing experience shopping here. Ashley is very passionate about her job and the products she sells, and you can tell. That girl is like a ray of sunshine, i always look forward to seeing her :) Sidenote that this store is in IMMACULATE condition. Probably one of the cleanest stores I’ve been in to hands down. Will continue shopping here when i’m in the area :)

I decided to try shopping at the Wild Bills on Holton Rd for the first time and I wasnt disappointed. Theres a wide variety of products to choose from and Ashley and Drina were very nice and helpful! I will definitely be returning!

My favorite shop to go to! The first time I went I didnt even know what I was looking for, but they helped me figure it out. Im always excited to see Drina when I walk in because she has such an inviting personality.

The ladies I had in the store yesterday were so helpful. I cant remember their names for the life of me but I went in there around noon! This is the only wild bills location I will go to simply because the customer service is amazing, Keep it up guys you are doing awesome!!

Wild Bills is one of my favorite shops! They always have what I am looking for and Drina along with the other staff members are exceedingly helpful with any questions you may have about their products.

Ive never been to wild bills before, but my experience at the one here one holton road made me excited for my next trip back.The 2 ladies that worked there, one was named ashley and the other was named kaitye(i think) were incredibly nice and greeting.See you again soon😁

This is my favorite Wild Bill’s! Drina is my favorite associate and they are always so energetic, kind, and happy to help. Going in there when I’m in a bad mood always ends up lifting my spirits. Drina also plays good music.

Best tobacco shop in town!! Workers are so incredibly friendly and helpful! Lowest prices on best products in this market! I will never shop anywhere else for any of my smoking needs!!! Always greeted with smiles that can turn a bad day into a good one!!

I just recently moved to Michigan. My best friend brought me to Wild Bills and OMG, I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Drina and Ashley make every visit exceptionally fun!!! You have two customers for LIFE!!!P.S. Give those two a raise!!!

Ashley was great and has a wonderful personality. While I was there the computer system crashed and she handled it very professionally with the other employee that was working with her..

Drina the manager is helpful and kind. She greeted every person that came in after me and showed me great deals and sales. The store was well organized and very clean. It was easy to find what I was looking for.

This location is by far the best, compared to all of the Muskegon and surrounding stores. Kaitlyne and Maddy provided excellent customer service, above and beyond, from the minute you walk in. They even helped us jump our Jeep when ours had an issue. Thank you to these 2!! You rock!
