Ill start with I did meet the owner and she was nice and helpful. However this 1 star rating was absolutely earned by the lady working the counter. Not going into detail, I will unfortunately never go back and I regret going there to begin with after what I experienced. Hopefully your experience will be better : )

This place gets zero stars , as a matter of fact , this guy named JOSH that works there is a racist and a bigger lier , very unprofessional, . This sorry for an excuse of a human being like s to offier people a full time job with better pay and more hours, he will talk you into quitting your current job to go work for him and when you do he WILL then play games with you and not put you on the schedule, i have called and filled a complaint with this company and sent the story to the local news ( they are Investigating) . Also he likes to remove the truth from Google review ..so now it will automatically copied and pasted and the Google review will be replaced.. please dont do business with this person or the company that allows such Unprofessionalism.. this store is located on Apple ave..

They always have my favorite Vape flavor in stock the other ones are always out and reasonably priced always have a sale and then you write your phone number and name on a receipt and at the end of the month theyd select somebody that wins something

Worse service ever. I was rushed and then recieved no reciept because we dont do returns. Only to get home and try my product for it to not work at all. The dab pen would not heat the coils. Called only to be told sorry about your luck. Call the manufacturer. But good luck with out the reciept. And no we cant get it back. (I work in retail and i know the exact time of the purchase so I know for a fact it can be retreieved when its been 2 days) AVOID THIS PLACE.

The cashier was absolutely rude from the moment we walked in the store! I left without making my purchase because of her nasty attitude. Needless to say I wont be back. I went down the road to west side smoke shop and got everything we need there and the staff was amazing!

Really good Customer Service. They helped me with product warranties and exchanges. They are very friendly. And they made me happy.

Not a good place they gave me the wrong coil than what I asked for for my vape. Then they wouldnt exchange it for the right one even though it was their fault. I had to pay for a whole new coil again all because they gave me the wrong one.
