They offer first timers a great deal, $65 for a one hour massage. Deep tissue or Swedish massage. They also offer a 15 minute hydro massage before or after your massage appointment. I enjoyed that as well. Lay on a reclined lounger fully clothed, pick the speed, pressure and area to be massaged with water power. Very enjoyable.

I come down to Myrtle Beach about once a year and I have been looking for a good massage experience for the past several years with no luck.Finally, today I found the perfect place! The location is beautiful inside and very welcoming. Megan was my masseuse and she was fantastic! The 1 hour massage included a couple of hot towels during the actual massage time which was a plus. Megan listened to my needs and addressed them thoroughly. After the amazing massage, as I was leaving, I was told I could also use the hydra bed! For an additional 15 minutes I was in pure heaven. You now have a customer for life and I promise to come back whenever I visit South Carolina! With love from a new fan from Maryland.

I used a gift card for a lux facial. When I went into the room, the very young girl did not explain what the luxe facial consisted of, but started to tell me about all the different facials and saying that she can do that. The way she spoke I assumed they were included under the facial. You just pick one. She never really analyze my skin and told me any trouble spots or had a treat. When it was over, I handed in my gift card. I didn’t have to sign anything and I had to have a credit card on file when I booked. Later when I got home, I looked at the receipt thinking it would just show the gift card and I was charged 60 extra dollars for my facial. She should’ve explained what a luxe facial was , then as she told me about the other facial, she should’ve explained what they consisted up and the additional price. She did not. I feel like I was taken advantage of and duped. I will never go back even though I have an additional gift card. I don’t know how they train them, but it seems like they train them to deceive.

Highly recommend this place; the therapists are great and the front desk staff is very friendly. Abby walked me to my car in the pouring rain with an umbrella. I am very impressed with their friendliness. I’ll definitely come back!

The day of the appointment I woke up with fever because of the flu. I called as soon as I realized that I will not be able to make it in because I would be getting everybody sick. The lady at the front desk that answered the phone said it would be OK to reschedule. She never mentioned anything about being charged $65 for a massage I didn’t get because I didn’t call six hours ahead. The appointment was at 1 PM on Sunday. I called at 10. Technically six hours ahead they would not even be open. When I called back to see why my card was charged even though they said it was OK to reschedule They said the owner made the decision to charge my card because of the six hour policy window. I told them nobody said anything about me being charged if I don’t come to the appointment. I thought I was being courteous trying not to get everybody sick coming in with 104 fever. The lady that I spoke to got nasty with me and she wouldn’t even let me explain that nobody said anything about me being charged. She kept repeating to me that the owner decided to charge my card because a tech has to be there. She would not let me get towards in and she kept talking over me arguing . Don’t you think that should’ve been mentioned when I called.? This place doesn’t seem to care about their customers or their business. Clearly they care more about making money. I would never go there or recommend this place to anyone I know. In fact, I’ll make sure nobody else I know goes there oh, and by the way, this was my first time trying to get a massage by them. Horrible experience. Worst customer service I’ve encountered in my life. Steer clear from this place

I have a membership here and I have not had a bad massage, or a bad facial ever. The only issue they have is appointment making. Each time there has been issues with my appointments or the amount of time requested. They have been accommodating and have tried to make thing right. Staff are great but the issues happen a lot so hence the 4 star instead of 5.

I love a massage but I havent found the perfect person yet. Its either too hard or too soft. I have the membership so Ill keep trying. I absolutely love my facials.

Terrible massage.I swear my 6 year old nephew could have done a much better job. She used no pressure at all, hardly massaged my body, didn’t listen to my trouble areas, and then wiped me down with a wet towel.When the front desk asked me how it was, and I said it was terrible and a waste of money, she responded with, “Yeah, I know”.That was my first time and will be my last time.

Be very very careful when purchasing certificates or gift cards from here. At Christmas I purchased a BOGO for $120 and got 2 cards to be used for massage or facial, buy one get one right, WRONG, theres an additional $60 charge for whatever service. They said a 1 hr massage or facial is $120 so you present the card and pay $60 or use both cards to get ONE service. Heres the funny part, my wife purchased me a 50 minute massage online and it was only $50.00 no additional costs. This was my 2nd time being ripped off by this place, C-Ya!

My friend and I had Amber and Tracy for a one hour massage. We compared notes after we finished our massages and we both thought they did a great job. The place is very clean and warm and inviting. Front desk staff were great too.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and I thoroughly enjoyed my massage for the most part. The only feedback I would give is being disappointed in the very very minimal amount of body oil used. At times it felt like no oil was being used at all.

Big shout out to Jonathan, who gave me an incredible deep tissue massage. The staff was wonderful and professional, very patient with us and very kind. Jonathan not only did an outstanding job giving me the massage, but he took his time while focusing on me to explain the process, what I should expect and even taught me some of the human anatomy regarding the skeletal muscles and recovery with great detail. He is experienced and very knowledgeable. Im sure the other masseuse there are very skilled as well, but if you try this place out Id strongly recommend Jonathan.

I have been going here for 2 years. Love it! I highly recommend Megan for Swedish massage! I almost hate to say it because then thesecret will be out and Ill have a hard time getting in to see her. Lol. She is amazing! All the staff is so friendly and helpful.

I was on vacation and stopped in for a massage, the ladies were wonderful. Amy, who was my massage therapist was fantastic! I walked out totally relaxed and minus the pain in my shoulders. I highly recommend them.

My Mom, Sister, and I went together as a Christmas treat. We all had amazing facials and the next day had massages. This location was outstanding customer service and it was an overall relaxing experience. We will be returning!

I’ve been here now maybe 3 times and this visit was by far the best! Megan was my massage therapist, not only do we have the same name, but she relieved every single bit of tension in my neck and back, she was amazing! Listened exactly to what I needed. Highly recommend requesting her. The girl needs a raise! Clean facility and complimentary beverages as well.

I have been a client for several months and never had an issue. I had encountered a very inexperienced front desk member who was rude, unknowable of cancelation policies and charged for a fee I should not have been charged for. I had asked that the manager call me to discuss the situation, to date I have not received a call. I will be reporting them to better business bureau regarding their practices. Needless to say after a nice massage I left the establishment stressed and aggravated. Never to return again.

I arrived *early* for my appointment for an hour massage (on 3/15). After filling out *multiple* questionnaires I waited in the waiting area for over 10 minutes after my service was supposed to begin.Worse than that, they only gave me a 45 minute massage! stating they had a therapist not show up. Of course they told me this after my service so I was stuck paying for an hour message. The massage itself was good. The most disappointing part of my experience was the receptionist that I spoke to after my massage. She was very rash, rude, and unprofessional! She got very defensive when I told her she should’ve said something when I arrived that i was not getting the full service I arranged days before! I could’ve rescheduled, etc.. it’s bad enough they call it an hour massage when it’s really only 50 minutes. But when they give you a 45 minute massage, is when it’s getting a little ridiculous. I ended up requesting a manager (which I should’ve done in first place). Patrick was very professional, and empathetic. He handled my situation the way it should’ve been handled in the first place. He was very apologetic and said he would be happy to put me in the system and add an extra service next time I come. Sometimes it’s not what you say it’s how you say it. The receptionist clearly did not want to be there that day.

I’ve been going to massage luxe for a few months now and have had such an amazing experience every single time - Amber is a new massage therapist (at massage luxe - she’s clearly a very seasoned massage therapist) and she is AMAZING. Really strong, gives an amazing deep tissue massage - you’ll leave her table feeling like a new person! And the hydro massage chair is such a fun extra and a great deal to be able to use it whenever you want if you’re a member! OH and the front deck staff - so friendly! I get excited to see them every time I’m coming in :)

I made an appointment on the website without issue. However when I needed to reschedule, I could not reach the location, nor could I get a response via email. They will charge me a “fee” for canceling within the grace period. However I will dispute the charge with the evidence of no response. Don’t buy the Groupon, don’t schedule a service if you need customer support for any reason.

Was taken here for a massage on my birthday and loved it! The therapist name is slipping my mind, but she was amazing. Took the time to find out the areas I needed attention on and gave me some tips on how to keep them worked out and feeling good.From the receptionist to the therapist, everyone was very professional and kind. The place was very clean and relaxing.

This place has become terrible!!! I have tried to contact the owner, Robin, about the issues by phone and email. She refuses to respond. The manager, Anna, is disrespectful and unprofessional! She also over charged my credit card! They keep your credit card information on file and use it anytime they want!!!! They lost all their good massage therapist to Celestial. This place has gone downhill!!!! Don’t waste your money!🤬😤

Absolutely disappointing!I scheduled an appointment for my mother and I to enjoy a day together before my mother goes in for heart surgery next week. And the spa called me to cancel my appointment 2 hours before the scheduled time to let me know they can no longer do the massage (call out) but can offer it at a later time in the afternoon. I told the lady I need to confirm and will call right back. I called back 5 minutes later to say we will take it and now that appointment was not available to us either. She then offered me one appointment at 11am and one at 3pm. Absolutely no empathy or customer service skills. You don’t offer someone a time and then give it away within minutes. Frustrating and unprofessional.

The facilities are very nice, calm, and relaxing. The small waiting area has hot and cold beverages and candies available while you wait. I requested a very firm massage and I was not disappointed! My therapist Sam did an exceptional job and found my trouble spots and worked them out. I highly recommend.

Was very disappointed was supposed to have a deep tissue focusing on neck and avoiding feet and face. She spent alot of time on my legs arms FEET AND FACE which I specifically ask to not have and barely touched my neck. This is the fast food version of massage not highly skilled therapists. Dint waste your time or money.

I had the best massage ever here with Jody! I had so many knots and was in such pain and he worked those all out and made my life and pain so much more bearable! I also had my first facial ever with Madison and I really enjoyed it!

I normally go to the massage luxe in Tampa. I called there before they opened knowing I was going to be there for a month. Not sure why the first person to review this place called it ascam lol. They clearly weren’t open yet but still answered the phones. IMO that person should take their ridiculous post down or at least update it. Either way….I’ve been a member for about 3 years and love it. Shannon and everyone at the front desk here is AWESOME! They speak very highly of the owners. I had Jody for a 90 minute massage that was awesome. He listened to what I was looking for that day. I lifted weights hard the day prior and that morning so he knew to be gentle and that this was for relaxation NOT to do work on the muscles like I normally do. I had a facial done as well and added the microdermabrasion since I have enough credits. Told the girl I’ll see you in 2 weeks that’s how good it was. My fiancé has gone twice with a great experience as well.Keep up the good work team. I’m hoping there isn’t a big turnover in employment and they continue to give great service!

Really wanted to like this place. I understand that its new. It was a very challenging process to get my original appointments booked. The person answering the phone was nice but it was a drawn out process . Appointments were booked approx 3 weeks in advance. Fourdays prior to appointments, recieved a call saying they could not honor one of my services because of staffing. As this was a day that was planned around having multiple services - opted to cancel remaining service and reschedule. Rebooked for my facial and massage. Massage went well, the person doing my massage was nice and seemed experienced. A facial was scheduled next and this is where I feel things became a less than ideal. I was advised that ALL of their facial products contain ingredients that I was allergic to (shellfish) and without any further options they said they would not move forward with my appointment. There is nothing in their pages of paperwork that states that people with my allergies could not be accommodated. They did offer 15 minutes in their hydrolux chair which I did accept to just to have a moment to deal with my disapointment. As I checked out I asked about the facial certificate already purchased and they said well you can give it away or maybe have some one buy it off of you. We dont do refunds this far out. Now certificates were pre purchased prior to them even opening and again I was forced to reschedule the first time I tried to book. Got a half hearted apology and no option for refund or alternative services. Was already disappointed about being cancelled on to start with and now they didnt even provide the service I booked and paid for -I understand why they didnt, but they could have handled the issue with the remaing certificate differently.

A WORD OF CAUTIONI had a lovely massage today by Kelli. Unfortunately, I will not be going back to Luxe.I found a deal on facebook for $99/ 90 minute massage. I arrived about 10 mins. early (12:50 for 1pm appt.) to complete necessary forms. The place was very nice and the staff were courteous, but could not answer a pretty simple question about add on services. I chose to add on 2 services, Foot Scrub and Hot Stone massage for a listed $33 additional. When I was finally taken back for my 1pm massage ay 1:27 pm (as per their record), the therapist had not been informed that I requested the add on services. She left the room to discuss it with the front desk staff. When she returned (about 5-7 mins later), I was informed that it took too long to heat up the stones and it would not be possible to have the add on. The therapist then asked me if I had ever had a CBD oil and assured me that it was a good idea. She did not tell me that this was an upsell so I foolishly assumed that it cost the same as the hot stone service ($16.50). The massage began sometime after 1:35-1:40pm. It was promptly over at 2:30 pm. I briefly considered investing in a membership upon check out...until I became aware that I was being charged $16.50 for the foot scrub (which I expected) and $30 for the CBD oil used in the massage. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff I was told that the CBD oil was a special treatment and my balance was 46.50 for the add ons. As I checked out it occurred to me that I was paying 170.00 (with tip added in) for a massage that lasted less than 60 minutes. It was at this point that I decided not to join as a member.I asked to speak with the manager. She explained to me that cost breakdown and insisted that I had checked in at 2:27pm, until I finally managed to convince her it was impossible and she looked it up and stated that I was checked in after forms were filled out at 1:27pm. She further informed me that it was a new business and the staff were unfamiliar with all of the policies, etc. I live nearby and I know that this location has been open at least six months.The bottom line is that I am no stranger to spa services in Myrtle Beach and around the world. I have NEVER complained about ANY spa in this town and I have tried quite a few since moving here 12 years ago. Kelli is GREAT and I would follow her if she were to work somewhere else...but I will NEVER to back to Luxe.

I went to this newly opened Spa the other day and had an absolutely Amazing Facial and Swedish Massage. I walked out completely relaxed and stress free. Madison and Melissa were both fantastic. Beautiful Spa, very relaxing, amazing staff, everything was wonderful. I will definately be back soon!

I had the pleasure of meeting Patrick who was so kind and welcoming upon arrival and at check-out. Crystal was my therapist and she was so attentive to my needs, as well as a recent injury. I look forward to returning!

Went for a facial and a massage just to treat myself! My massage was with Jody and this was probably one of the best massages I’ve ever received. I will most likely be back just to see him! My facial was done by Madison and I loveee her!!!!! She’s very knowledgeable on skin care and offers great advice for home care treatments in between facials.

I am the mother of the last review by Melissa Deida. Her depiction of the scenario is correct! I did call the facility to see if the appointments could be rectified, no Luck. The receptionist was beyond rude abs condescending. Then proceeded to offer an appointment at 11 am today abs one at 3. Not sure how that was a mother / daughter appointment???? I did ask how the 3 pm appointment was quickly booked while my daughter was on with me confirming 3 pm . Receptionist offered multiple reasons . Maybe, the thing Was to admit error and cancel recently made appointment.Sad, no customer service shown. No owning the error. WILL never reschedule an appointment and will be sharing with all my friends at the beach!!!

I recently had a Hydrafacial here and was extremely disappointed. First, I would’ve preferred the esthetician wear a mask when she’s right up in my face. Next, there was no facial massage at all. The esthetician simply used a machine to do all of the work—maybe they think that’s the best method for facials now but it was done quickly, haphazardly and sloppily (maybe due to lack of training or perhaps faulty equipment) because the liquids dripped everywhere (down my face, neck, nose and into my mouth) during the process! If that’s not bad enough, apparently the machine had recently been used for their new CBD facial (gross, why?) and all of the various liquids coming out of the tube smelled faintly of pot. I left the facial smelling of pot—skunky. Could not get it off my skin when I got home. Disgusting! Don’t they clean these things!!!?????? Finally, I paid for extra time and LED Light treatment yet I still got out of there in about 40 minutes time (should’ve been a nice, relaxing hour of treatment)—hmmmm. Normally my face looks amazing after a facial—this time I couldn’t even tell I had one. Please don’t spend good money here until they work out all the kinks.

From the moment you walk in its warm and inviting. Everyone was very nice, helpful and professional. Rooms are private and comfortable and the massage is amazing! I left feeling so relaxed. I will go back again and recommend Massage LuXe to all my friends and family. Thank you.

All of the massage therapists have been great !! They have a nice place to relax while you wait, the staff at the counter is great !!

This was a beautiful place and the people were wonderful and very friendly. Very clean and professional. The massage was great. Very knowledgeable and I felt great the next day. I would highly recommend visiting, so much I enrolled in their membership program.

I visited today during their preview and my experience was great! The facility was upscale and very comfortable. The staff was professional and attentive to individual preferences to make sure your visit met your expectations. I will definitely return.

The location/parking is perfect. The owners are genuine down to earth souls. The ambiance and decor is superb, the beds are a nice size and The Hydro Massage Bed is fantastic it’s a must with every visit.

Ive had a lot of massage over the years, and Jody was THE BEST Ive ever had. He gave me what I didnt know I needed! My restless leg syndrome is gone, thanks to the work he did on my hips and glutes. Thank you Jody!

This is a scam! This company charged my card for a prepaid service more than 30 days ago that I still have never received. I have called at least 5 times in the past month and no one answers the phone or returns my calls. I have yet to receive any refund for paying for a service that they have showed no intent to actually provide. Do not waste your time with this place!

The Groupon price was excellent. The massage was so relaxing I bought two more sessions. The massage chair was awesome!
