Touch of Aloha Massage

While on vacation in the Myrtle Beach area, my wife and I decided to try a couples massage for relaxation. We lucked into choosing Touch of Aloha, and we were fortunate enough to be served by Kim and Rashna.The pleasant experience began with interacting with Mindy on the phone who was extremely kind and communicative as we scheduled a same day appointment. The location is very pleasant and is on a palm tree lined street off the hectic path.We were provided a thorough explanation by our massage therapists of what to expect and were able to discuss any particular problem areas or concerns we wanted addressed. They were both extremely attentive to our needs during the session.This was a wonderful experience during our vacation, and I cant recommend them highly enough!

Wow! Best massage I have ever had in my life. The studio is clean, welcoming, smells great, and has calming music playing! Sarah did an incredible job, listened to my wants and needs! I left feeling better than I have in a long time!The studio is located in a nice quiet area in Myrtle beach! Next time I’m in South Carolina I will be back for another visit!

My visit to A Touch of Aloha Spa was wonderful! I chose a light pressure massage, and it was just right - not too hard or too soft. The aromatherapy was amazing. I chose a mint and lavender blend. The staff was attentive, making sure everything was perfect. The location was quiet and clean. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will return once I visit the area again. I highly recommend this location.

Sarah gave one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had! I booked online a 60 min couples Swedish massage for me and my mom for Christmas. They were able to accommodate us and put us in different rooms, but call to make sure they can! Sarah discussed with me any problem areas I had and gave great advice to deal with the chronic pain I have in my neck and shoulders. She communicated with me to give the best possible massage I could get! I highly recommend!!!Plus, they have deals for locals who live in the Myrtle Beach area!

I was in the area on vacation and started experiencing pain in a trigger point on my shoulder. I was able to get a massage the same day.Touch of Aloha is located in a cute part of town. It has a very relaxing atmosphere and appeared to be very clean.Rachana worked wonders on my back. I wish I had booked a 90 minute or 2 hour massage or had time to come back and see her again before we headed home.Don’t hesitate to visit Rachana at Touch or Aloha.

This was a true 5-star experience. Booked a couples massage and had Lisa and Wendy. Both massage therapists spoke to us prior to our session. This was my first experience with scented oils and it was a great addition to the session along with hot stones. We left feeling relaxed. We’ll be back to the area and we’ll be sure to book again.

This was my 1st visit to TOA Massage. My masseuse was Lisa.I got the Touch of Aloha massage. It was a mix of Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and hot towels.The room was very clean. They offered you a choice of essential oils to use as a scent (not on your skin). The beds were very nice and heated.The massage was wonderful! Lisa stayed at my requested pressure and focused on my trouble areas as promised.Parking was street only. Somewhat limited as it is a busy area. (Unless I just missed the lot.)I will definitely be back.

Have been looking for a massage place for a while and finally gave TOA a try and was happy I did. My session with Rebecca was excellent and woudl highly recommended her and the place. Booking was painless and had a great experience. You wont be disappointed and will be back for future treatments!

First time coming to A Touch of Aloha, I had Rachana. The spa its self is very pretty and clean. My massage was great. Rachana did a very good job and targeted my trouble areas.

My wife booked an hour long session, since I was experiencing daily tension headaches. Christy was my masseuse ,and she proceeded to break down the tension that had built up in my back for a very long time.Mind you, I was sore for a while, but after that initial soreness went away, my headaches are gone, and I can move my head, neck, and shoulders once again.Thank you, Christy, and I will be back to see you again soon!

Kim and Sara were very attentive to our needs and focused on actual massage therapy, not just a standard rubdown most mainstream spas give. Sara treated my husband who is a big guy, and he left feeling great. She also showed him examples of stretches to use to help relieve chronic pain. The place was clean and had a very peaceful environement. We will definitely be returning our next trip down!

My friend and I had a couples massage yesterday and OMG! The best massage we’ve both ever had. Kim and Sarah are amazing. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was very inviting and calming. Both therapists were very thorough before and during the massage. This was definitely a great experience, and we will be back.

I cannot say enough positive things about this place. I’ve had two massages here and will never go to another place for a massage as long as I live in Myrtle. The staff is welcoming, encouraging, calming, and they always make sure you are comfortable and getting exactly what you need out of your massage. I’m a full time dancer with Legends, so I’m always holding tension everywhere (even my feet) and they made sure they went over everything I needed specifically to make my body feel better! My husband bought us a couple hot stone massage for our anniversary here. Let me just say that it was the best Ive ever had. I left there so relaxed and felt the best Ive felt in years! I get massages regularly due to my job back home and the women here were fantastic! We had Sarah and Christy and they were awesome. The place is so clean and relaxing. It was also nice they let you choose what scents you wanted during your massage. It was easy to find and had parking nearby. We decided this is our new tradition for our anniversary. If you want to add a great relaxing experience to your vacation, this is well worth it!

Great option for massage in Myrtle Beach. Sarah, my massage therapist was great - she used multiple modes, including deep tissue, stretching (Thai-like?) and hot stones. The atmosphere is relaxing and spa-like. Easy parking, and scheduling was simple online and flexible. Will definitely return when I am back in Myrtle.

Had a wonderful time with my husband. We got the couples massage. The place is clean, smells wonderful and has a relaxing aura. The ladies there were nice and attentive to your needs. And the prices was awesome for hot coals, oils, and hot towels and massage. Would definitely return again in my next trip.

We came about 4 years ago and I remember the place smelled like old oils or wax so we started trying other places. My husband was new to massages and thought it was great and I was crazy.We decided to give them another try because we hadnt prebooked with our usual place.The minute we walked in and got seated I smelled it and so did he.He said it was the worst massage hes had and the areas he told her needed attention she avoided and focused on his back and shoulder instead which were fine. She even left the room coughing but came back.My massage was ok but I couldnt take the smell.Compared to our usual place it lacks the serene decor and ambiance. When it was over they turn the overhead light on and our other place is still dimly lit but we can see to dress.The biggest part was it was it was nearly $400 for a 90 min couples massage plus their tips. Outrageous!Well stick with our usual place that has better massages, ambiance and is way cheaper.The best part is my husband realized I was right and not crazy.

I’d rather not write a review because I want the place all to myself, but I guess they can’t run a business for one customer so I’ll compromise and be honest. Astrid was awesome. I came in while traveling for a tweaked neck and shoulder that just wouldn’t heal, and had such a great experience I ended up going back three times while I was in town. Very professional and friendly staff, great vibe, and accommodating. Not to mention the small miracles worked on a sore man’s muscles. I’ll say aloha here every time I’m in Myrtle. Really dug the back crawl too. That was new.

Walked in with a knot in my shoulder, painful. Turns out I had several! Was in pain trying to bowl on Friday. 15 games on Saturday and feeling great! Absolutely the best massage ever!!!

Yvette is a highly skilled massage therapist and always helps me with my shoulder pain and neck pain after my shifts as a EMS pilot wearing a heavy helmet and night vision goggles. I’ve been seeing her for a few months now and she knows how to adeptly target problem areas, using a combination of muscle release techniques and I have especially benefited from her remedial approach. Whether you need a relaxation massage or need help with pesky chronic pain issues, I highly recommend her! No matter how tense I am, I walk out a new person. She’s been doing it for over 30 years and it shows. Pressure points, stretching…deep tissue….it’s all there! I actually forget where I am. Highly recommend to anyone in the town looking for the best massage!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

What a great spot! In a nice neighborhood, small but very clean and nice. All employees were friendly and welcoming upon entering and they knew who they were expecting at which time which gave the experience a nice personal touch. TJ was fantastic! So friendly and knew exactly what she was doing. Their touch of aloha massage is great. You get a little of everything....hot towels, hot stones, essential oils, coconut based lotion, really everything was perfect. I used orange as my essential oil and it was so relaxing to smell the entire time. Prices are also very reasonable for the amazing experience you get. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I’ve seen Jhoanna for a while now pretty regularly. She has made a tremendous difference in my neck/shoulder pain and migraines. She is very thorough and will talk to you about your wants and needs. Even though I’m a regular client she still always checks in with me during my session to be sure I’m happy with the pressure. She is polite and professional every time. I’ve seen 5 other LMTs now and none have helped me how she has. You do have to book with her in advance as she usually only works two days a week. If you want a lot of pressure she is very capable. This location is always very clean and inviting.

Easily the best massage I’ve ever gotten! My fiancé and I had a couples massage and will absolutely get another next time we come down. As someone with fibromyalgia, I normally get nervous disclosing that to my massage therapist but Sarah knew just how to get the knots and tension out of my muscles! The aromatherapy and hot stones were such a nice touch! I cannot recommend them enough!!

I have to admit, I was very nervous to get a massage of any kind, but my bf loves them! So, on our vacation, I decided just to dive in and go for it. I booked a couples massage as a surprise for him. Unfortunately, I was still very nervous, AND I got the worst sunburn on my back the day before.... great. Well! The ladies were very encouraging that the coconut oil they use is actually very good for rehydrating my skin. And they were right!! They were friendly, super professional, very intelligent sharing what kind of therapeutic techniques they use. The atmosphere was so relaxing, and my bf said he loved the hot rocks! We both feel very happy and relaxed, and highly recommend this place. This experience has opened up a whole new mindset for me, and I cannot wait for my next massage.

I received my first prenatal massage there and they made extra accommodations to make me comfortable and made sure I was aware of how a prenatal massage would differ from a typical massage.So while on another vacation to the area, it was a must on our to-do list! My husband and I came in today for a couples massage with Christy and Kim and we had another wonderful experience! Christy and Kim were attentive to our individual needs providing just the right mix for relaxation and therapeutic relief to problem areas. We especially love the different techniques that are incorporated during the massage. I appreciate that Touch of Aloha provides special touches such as warm towels, aromatherapy, and hot stones that would be extra at most spas. My husband and I both say our best massages have come from our two visits to Touch of Aloha!

The nicest place I have ever been to. If youre looking for the best place to get a massage this is it. Took a quick trip to Myrtle to get away with my sister after our parents died. We decided we needed a massage to help with all the stress we had been through. This place was top notch! We definitely left there feeling so much better. Exactly the right pressure for exactly the right amount of time. They took a thorough history, and listened to what our regular aches and pains were. They made sure to pay special attention to our problem areas. The atmosphere was relaxing and perfect, right down to the temperature of the room! Ok, I admit Im a natural born skeptic. When something appears to be to good to be true, it automatically brings out my skepticism. I booked an hour with Astrid as I was having all sorts of problems with my neck and lumbar. On the phone, I asked for a real deep tissue massage. The type most people dislike, cause they hurt. Not only was Astrid a great therapist, she took the time up front to ask about the problem areas and then worked diligently to get out the knots. Her location is great, everyone was professional. Ive got another hour booked tomorrow. If you are near Myrtle Beach believe all the great reviews and book a massage, you need look no further.

Touch of Aloha was close by to my hotel so I gave it a shot.I’ve had several deep tissue massages over the years, and I always leave thinking that they could’ve/should’ve gone harder! Jhoanna was my therapist and she was phenomenal! I knew my back was in shambles but I had knots in places that I didn’t even know you could get them. The hot stones were also a very nice touch; that was a first for me. A massage like that makes me wonder why I don’t get them more often.I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a deep tissue massage in the Myrtle Beach area! And I’ll be sure to stop in if I ever make a trip back down that way.

We stopped into this small but cute place during our vacation to Garden City and both agreed it was one of the best messages we’ve ever received. If I could give zero stars I would. Had a 9am appointment Monday but was in the Keys this weekend and got sunburnt on Sunday afternoon. Emailed Monday morning to reschedule my appointment but no answer (it directs you to email if you need to reschedule) so I called at noon Monday and they refused to reschedule me. I have sunburn and they suggested I still come in. Not sure if they understand how sunburn works but it HURTS so the last thing I want is to be touched and rubbed all over my back that’s sunburnt. Couldn’t call Sunday night when I got back in from the boat as they were closed so I tried when they were open Monday. Absolutely ridiculous that they won’t reschedule me. I’m not asking for my money back, just to be seen when I don’t have sunburn. They asked if I had another person who could replace me but my entire family was on the boat and the only one who isn’t burnt is my 6 year old. DO NOT RECOMMEND this business solely based off their terrible customer service and complete lack of care and flexibility.Edit: owner called me and basically said that my sunburn wasn’t enough of an emergency to reschedule and that I should have worn more sunscreen. Was not apologetic at all and continued to place the blame on me. She also made sure to mention “I’m calling because Sarah (I believe that was the woman’s name) told me that you called and were abrupt and said you were going to be disputing the charge. So she fully admits that she only called because I was disputing the charge, not because she wanted to make it right and apologize.
