Staff was nothing but courteous and helpful. Debbie (Debra?) Was great in helping me pick a mod that suited my needs and picking an appropriate tank. The juices are good and with some stepping theyll probably be even better. Im glad I checked this play out while I was at Myrtle Beach. Again thanks to the staff the owner has a great shop.

My wifes vape decided to quit working the night before. This is the only vape shop she will ever go into. We pulled up to the store on Saturday at 9:58 in the morning, knowing the place would open at 10. As we pulled up the guy who works there had just arrived, we did not think anything of it sometimes everyone has things happen and you run late. This gentleman gets out of his car wearing lounge pants, a Tshirt that looks like it was pulled out of the dirty clothes and flip flops. I just did not think that was appropriate for an employee trying to represent a company. If you were dressed in this at any other company they would have been sent home for the day. This is not the first time we have dealt with this employee,on a prior visit it looked as though he was sleeping on the couch. When we got in there that visit my wife asked about her vape and asked for a suggestion on what she could do, his answer was not even helpful he told her to just buy a new one. She understands that with laws they may not be able to work on it, but they should be able to offer suggestions. From this point on we will be going to the one in Surfside only because it seems to be more professional. You will not lose a customer but this needs to be addressed and fixed.

Gentlemen working was knowledgeable and a great help. We were on vacation when my wife began to have vape issues. He could have sold her things she didnt need, but instead he was honest and helpful. Highly recommend.

I recently went in and had trouble picking a decent flavor of juice that I would like and a man named Robert was working. He was very friendly and helped me pick a good juice that I enjoyed and I would definitely recommend shopping here to anyone who asks. Their customer service and variety of flavors are outstanding.

This is a great vape shop. They have friendly service. They have great e-liquid flavors. They have a good selection of devices. Their prices are good. My favorite e-liquid is tropical punch if you like fruit flavors. If you like tobacco flavors Sweet Caroline is a good choice. Great place.

Several locations, been in business about 10 years, great staff who will take the time to explain equipment details and make recommendations. Handcrafted liquids of various size and nicotine content (including 0%) are excellent quality. They offer the option to sample their liquids for a minimal fee. With several locations there is an iVape near you. If you are visiting the area, make this your all things vaping go-to place. Highly recommended

Came to Myrtle Beach for my honeymoon and decided to stop in to get some more juice and buy a new mod. These guys were very friendly and had great customer. Low prices and great tasting juices. Will definitely be stopping by again before we head home!

Its an ok store, hard to get to. My husband wanted a butterscotch flavor, they mix there own there under there brand. If he liked the flavor I would of given 5 stars, it tasted like butterscotch and alcohol, smelled like rubbing alcohol.

When i first went into Ivape i was completely clueless on any and all things vape related. The courteous and knowledgeable staff were very professional in helping me with any and all questions. The day i went i also had a chance to meet the owner and i cant say enough good things about him and his staff. i highly recommend this business for all of your vape related needs. The store was very clean with a little area to chill at and just hang out as well. You really feel like family walking in to the store!

Clean stores, great locations, all with absolutely amazing customer service, and some of the best selections and prices around. iVape also carries see of the tastiest flavors that you cant find at other shops, and their consistency on making them is second to none. We visited IVape last week. I was exceptionally surprised! Everything was very fairly priced, the young man that was working (I think his name was Ben) was extremely helpful, we were slow in picking out what we wanted and asked a ton of questions. He never wavered in his demeanor whereas other tourist vape shops would have gotten annoyed within minutes. My husband and I were very pleased with the whole experience, and we will for sure be back when we come back to myrtle beach! Also, all the other vape shops were charging tourist prices trying to rip people off. Ivape was much more like our hometown vape shops which we loved! Thank you Ben for making our experience in your shop vastly different than all the other touristy shops that we were so unhappy with. (And I really hope the employees name was Ben (glasses and, brown hair) its been a week since we were there and his name slipped my mind)

This is a small mom & pop shop...we all should support small business. I was visiting out of town and ran out of vape juice. I bought a candy cane flavor (peppermint is my flavor of choice) despite another review that said it had a weird flavor because several other reviews said it was good. I didn’t care for it at all, it does have a very off chemical sort of back flavor. I called and the very nice young man said they would remake the juice for me. I’m sure it was mixed correctly but I’m just not a fan of “house juice” flavors mixed flavors on the spot I guess. Wasn’t going to drive back thru town since I’m on my way back out of town unless they would have simply refunded my $10. If you have a specific flavor you’re accustomed to don’t switch on a whim when out of town. $10 lesson learned from me.

The best vape shop in town for any and everything vape related. The staff is very knowledgeable and wants to help. Prices are hands down the best in town and the house juice is off the chain. It exceeds the premium juice you find at other shops. They also carry the top flavors of premium juice. The interior is always up to date and best part is they have couches at all locations to just sit and relax, vape and enjoy company of others!I recommend anyone who vapes locally or is visiting. My whole vape was stolen while on vacation in MB. I stopped in and the guy behind the counter listened to what I wanted and suggested what would and wouldnt work. He was super nice and knowledgeable! If your out of town and need a REAL VAPE SHOP stop here! Every where else is charging you the tourist rates!

If u plan on using American Express better call and ask which store will accept. I have been using it for yrs at Grissom location but cant at Longs location. The impression given I have to drive from Longs to Myrtle Beach. Does not compute. Guess after 7,8 yrs time to find another vape supplier!

I went in with absolutely no clue on what i wanted or what i meeded. They had all the patience and no problem walking me through all the different types of vapes, different types of juices, different nicotine levels, flavors, all that stuff. All in house quality juices, beautiful display, all around great place.

Aaron, the cashier the day I visited, was very friendly and helpful with choosing Delta 8 products. Pricing is very fair, as well. I will definitely visit again in the future.

I went in today to buy a new battery. What a rip off! I brought the same one in Tennessee for myself. It came in a box with a charging cord, and adapters so that you can use different tanks. Today I brought one for my husband. All I got was a battery! No box, no cord, no nothing!!! I have been doing business there for awhile. This is my last time spending money there.

This was by far the most enjoyable experience I have ever had in a vape shop. The only thing better then their customer service was the flavors! Wide selection, home made juices with amazing flavors, great deals, and I was treated like family everytime! This is my ONLY go to vape shop from here on out I highly suggest giving it a try if you want knowledgable staff with smiling faces!

First off I’m local I been to every smoke shop/ Val shop and I have to say by far ivape was my favorite! Reasoning for this is that the staff is super friendly very considering for the new customers to the old. My best experience by far was the third trip there to get a new mod and some new type ofJuices for a change up I met this guy named joe thought he was just a worker turns out he was the owner! We got to talking and found out that he’s a big car guy needless to say he took care of me. So to sum this up I have read and seen every review for all these type of business and I got to say idk how this place isn’t a five star all the way around thank you soMuch joe and the staff for making me apart of the ivape family! Gone downhill as of late. Juices are always picked over and havent been able to buy coils for the tank they sold me for over two weeks.Edit: Not juice quality, simply the availability of many flavors and strengths, particularly in the premium juices.

Today I visited Ivape for the first time (crazy right). Nick was very knowledgeable about all of the latest mods and juices and was a huge help to me especially being new to vaping. If youre looking for a new flavor to try Serpendipity is a must!!

The staff is friendly and knowledgable! Its a great place to pop in for supplies, sit and hang out for a while, or come in as a newbie and be taught the ins and outs of vaping. They have an excellent and high quality selection of vape tech and their juices are some of the best you will find out there. I would not shop anywhere else!

First time at ivape and The young lady was very kind and helpful I got the monthly buy one get one yesterday and 30 ml bottles Root beer float and banana yogurt both in a 3 mg nicotine level and did not really taste the flavor in either one in the nicotine was superstrong so I only gave it three stars for the service I received but as far as the just goes horrible

VERY helpful but not exactly sure of all the products they have as far as brands. Spent money on one thing to find out they had the exact same thing that I originally asked for when entering. Still very kind and helpful
