Absolutely DO NOT buy Kratom from this store!!!! They sell Earth Kratom packs 65ct 150ct and 300ct. The 65ct is $22.00 the 150 is $44.00 and the 300 is $80 he told me they were beach prices and seemed annoyed that I thought it was too much. He also wouldnt tell me of any other place that might sell it...but found another store 1.5 miles down the road that sells the 150 ct if the same brand for $16.99 which is the normal price!! Go down to Ace Tobacco and Vape for all your kratom needs! Dont waste your money at this location!!!!!!!!!

If you want quality glass that’s not made in china come here but you better expect to pay for it.

Called and asked for quarts coils for seahorse they said they had a 4 pack drove all the way there for them to try and sell me ceramic and said they didn’t have quarts in person I called to avoid this and still got screwed

Super knowledgeable and friendly staff with great prices and one heck of a selection...I moved here about 6 years ago, after shopping at some other flaky shops with flaky staff to boot, I found myself going back here, not only for the good kratom lineup they sell, but just to talk to the guys. They want $20 a pre roll, and $55 an eigth. Theyre psycho. Go right next door to the delta dispensary, Sabrina and Jason are super great people and as long as you arent a total d bag theyll hook you up with a generous eighth for $20. Up in smokes prices are so stupid expensive for mediocre stuff that it should be a consumer protections violation, in fact it actually is, state law SC §39-5-145.

Hands down the best smoke shop in all of myrtle beach! the staff is always so helpful when i go in and the prices are good too! they run a great BOGO deal on 4/20 and it’s definitely worth checking out

I stopped in before heading to work because my vape was done and the other vape shop in the same shopping center was closed...it was basically out of desperation because I prefer the actual vape shops. Bought on a Sunday the thing was burnt out by Wednesday..Ill buy a pack of cigarettes before I buy anything from here again..a lesson learned I suppose..20 some-odd bucks down the drain..

Got everything you need, they offer an abundance of CBD products, large variety of vape selections whether it be disposable or refillable. They offer buy one get one half off of all disposables. They also have a Dispensary here as well as many items to use with your smoke products such as bongs, wraps, and hookah. Be sure to sign up for thier rewards system which is free but earns future discounts for your purchases.

I spent $22 on a device that burned within an hour of having it (after close) & they refused to offer a replacement or any sort of discount on a new one. If you’re going to have that high of prices, have better service. I pay $12 for the same devices at my usual shop and they will happily replace a dud regardless of whether or not it left the store beforehand. Will never be purchasing from you again. Trash.

Excellent! My first time there I was given the wrong CBD oil. Went back the next day the owner gave me what I needed. No problem. He was very knowledgeable about their products. Also he was very pleasurable to deal with.

I have been going here for about 10 years and I have not once thought anything negative about this shop. It is by far the best Smoke shop on the beach and they have everything you need. Hands down one of the best smoke shops in town. Walked into the store this morning having issues with my vape, and the two guys working were awesome both of them were very helpful and knowledgeable about the devices they carry as well as others they didn’t carry. They weren’t pushy or rude when I had a ton of questions to ask. Definitely the only spot I’d go for my glass needs and vape needs.

I would give zero stars if available. My brother (whom is blind and on disability) purchased a Juno vape pen 2 weeks ago. The battery has already stopped working and will not charge. According to the manufacturer website, the battery is warranted for a period of 1 year. The warranty states to take it back to the place of purchase. This shop is refusing to assist in any way. The manager says there is nothing they can do and won’t even make an exchange because it shows signs of use. Really? It is purchased for use. I would advise all not to do business here. They are willing to lose a customer over a $22 device. Pitiful!

I like to stop in here once in awhile, and the guys working tonight were awesome! They were super friendly, helpful, and patient. Good variety of products.

Favorite vape shop around! They have great prices and run a lot of great deals. They staff is very helpful and friendly and can find you exactly what it is your looking for. They really take care of their customers. They even offer a rewards program where you can earn money off of your purchases.

Not a great experience tonight, seemed bothered by our presence and lost a decent sale in the process. Been in there multiple times in the past and always had great customer service but tonight the guy who was acting like the manager was rude.

This place always has more of what I want, i.e. Larger selection. It does come at a larger price though. Vape juice that I have purchased inland for 18 and 20 bucks is 27 after taxes. Super cool place though, I like the VW Limo that is in front for looks.

I used to buy all my vaping supplies from up in smoke, but after they treated me so badly this last trip I will never give them my business again. The two guys working there hate to answer your questions and are rude. Wow I am speechless.... I left and went to another vape shop and they were much nicer and helpful. If you want high prices and no help and want to get treated badly go to up in smoke, if you want a good experience then do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.... Even a gas station is better!

Their employees are very knowledgeable about the huge selection and wide variety of vape and smoking accessories; along with the many other items they carry. Scott is always there to give suggestions and lend a hand; and he has no problem reaching the bottom shelf!

As we come to this new era of technology with vaping, CBD products, and smoking utensils these guys now their stuff. The prices are fair as well, which is important saying some of these smoke shops in Myrtle...and North Myrtle will jack the price of new items up almost 3 times what it sales for online or at this shop. Up In Smoke is one of the very few I trust for information and advice.These guys are friendly and super willing to help out their customers.

My favorite Up In Smoke! Great selection of Kratom and everything else you could want from a head shop. Headquarters their sister store a few miles south is chill also.

Prices were a little higher than I normally pay. They have most of your smoking necessities but they did not have what I was looking for.

This place should be a comedy club because their prices are a joke. You can get everything they sell online for half the price but if you want like a preroll, sack of CBD green, oil or candy I suggest heading over to the CBD store a couple blocks down.Preroll at Up in smoke: $20Preroll at CBD store: $15Dont waste your money for a lesser product.

420 friendly but they also cater to people who vape and smoke cigarettes. Huge selection of pipes, devices, hiding compartments, and more. I recommend at least checking it out if you smoke anything.

Last time I went they gave me the wrong size slide when I told them the exact size I needed and this time they charged me $130 for a off brand water pipe. Doesn’t even smoke right. I will not be going back and I’m a local

Dude sold me 60ml juice for 15 bucks. thought that was sketchy....i went through 2 nautilus mini bvcs in 2 days with that juice (they normally last damn near a month). STAY AWAY. theres another place a few doors down in the same strip center. GO THERE.
