I had a membership here for a couple of years. It was a nice, pleasant experience, however the level of service did decline in the past year so I chose the cancel the membership. I requested the cancellation to the front desk staff. It was never explained to me that I could only cancel with a manager and so they continued to charge my credit card for a few months until I spotted it on my statement. This is a shady practice especially since I made the request to cancel in person at their location and the front desk personnel said ok. If I had not caught this they wouldve continued charging my card. Sharing this so this doesnt happen to anyone else.

This place is not what it use to be. I have membership for over 7 or 8 years and is not good anymore. The headrests are so uncomfortable and probably old as since the salon opened. Any good therapist that use to work quit. I was coming for Portia for 3 year she left, switched to Yasenia she also left. Nick also decent but probably leaving soon as he is only 1 day a week now working only.Today I tried Gina, and sorry but probably never again. My neck and back has scratches like Ive been fighting cats. When I told them they didnt even want to acknowledge it or apologize. Very disappointed 😞

A Psychic like me is EXTREMELY sensitive to energy and touch. Massages are so helpful to relax, move energy, and heal.Portia Hoyt is THE BEST and so far the only massage and physical therapist that I am willing to receive service from. She’s intuitive as well. She knows exactly how much pressure and where to put pressure in my body.Staff are friendly and professional. The place feels luxurious, it’s clean, cozy, relaxing, soothing ambience and aroma. The bathroom is a must clean for public places for me and it is here. You can use the Hydromassage anytime.This is Definitely a favorite spot.Let me not forget the owner Peggy ;) welcoming and accommodating. Thank you for helping me with my membership. I appreciate you.

Jada is a true miracle worker! Been going to her for over 6 months and she has transformed and restored my skin! Her facials are absolutely amazing! She truly cares about your skin, acne, hyperpigmentation, she takes care of everything! She takes the time to explain each part of the process and helps create a skin care regimen that is targeted to your specific skin and continues to amaze me every time I see her! Highly highly recommend Jada for your skincare needs!

I’ve been seeing Jada for monthly facials since August and I have had SUCH a great experience every time with her. She’s really helped me in my skin journey with discoloration and hyperpigmentation. She’s so knowledgeable and actually listens to your questions and concerns. I love seeing Jada every month and she’s a great aesthetician!!

No appointments anytime.I edited review two more stars down. I have monthly membership but no appointments for next 45 days. Even doctor appointments for specialists is better. I went through this three times already. Cannot deal with this every time I am tired.I called them again after the response from owner to this review, but nothing worked.

I booked a deep tissue couples massage for my partner and I, this being my partner’s first ever professional massage. My experience with Amanda was good, and very relaxing. Unfortunately when discussing w/ my partner after the service I started realizing she received not even half the service that I did.Her provider massaged her back/shoulders with enjoyable pressure, hips, and a little on her lower leg/calves, feet.Face up, massaged neck but not both sides evenly- somewhat caressed her arms… did not touch her clavicle, scalp massage, glutes, quads, knees, hamstrings, ankles and I received all of those things in my treatment. I received a towel over my eyes when I flipped facing up, and a hot towel under my neck- she did not receive that. I am not here to bash anybody by name so I won’t provide it here but I hope she sees this and provides a complete service to her customers moving forward. I was really hoping to gift my partner a full body experience as she’s been struggling with aches and pains and planned to make this a monthly membership had it been different.

Service is okay. May not be worth for the price for the massage. If you are looking to just relax this is a fine option. If you have body pain and looking for a massage, may not be a good option.

Got the lowest level membership as a beginner marathoner. I love that you have access to any location and to use the waterbed massage at any time. You also receive weekly emails to see the availability of the week for both massage and facial. The membership is definitely worth it if you remember to use the perks.Unfortunately, the locations are far apart from each other so Ive only ever been able to use one location. Ive had one hot stone massage for an hour and it felt that 20% of the time was used to wait to cool down the stones. So I didnt feel like I received an adequate massage for an hour. Id still get a hot stone massage but would opt for a longer time.The staff is always so friendly and very helpful. If you want to check your hours you can ask them and they are always so kind.

I ended my membership (October 17) and was told I had 60 days to use my remaining credits. I went to book a facial Nov 29th with one of my remaining credits and they said my credits were removed and the fine print said it was 60 days from the last billing cycle and not 60 days from the day of cancellation. The owner and manager didn’t return my credits even in lieu of what I was told. I paid for services I did not receive. Poor customer service.

I have always had great service at this location. I went yesterday for a 1 hour massage and had THE BEST massage by my therapist, Clark. He truly listened to my concerns and focused on the areas that I needed work on. Hes very professional, a good listener and overall, a great therapist. I 100% recommend him if youre thinking about scheduling a massage here. I loved it so much, I got the membership with Massage Luxe!

I bought two Groupons for this place. I was a little hesitant at first since I’ve had a few bad experiences from other massage places from Groupon. I was so wrong to be hesitant about this place though!! I scheduled a 60-minute deep tissue massage by Joseph and received one of the best massages ever. Using different pressure techniques, he made all of my neck, shoulder, and back pains gone like magic. I was and still am astonished at how he was able to gracefully fix knots and strains so quickly and calmly. It was such a relaxing experience. The salon was nice and clean as well! Staff were very sweet and kind. I will happily schedule here again with Joseph again soon.

Grace was my therapist and I’m so thankful for the back pain relief she provided me. She’s an informed dedicated therapist that is great at what she does. Great with listening to what I needed pressure wise.

I’ve had a membership for almost a year now and don’t regret a thing! The facility is very nice and clean and the staff are great. Nina is a miracle worker who gets all my knots out every month and knows exactly what to focus on. I’ve gone to different companies in the past but nothing compares to massage luxe! Keep up the great work guys!

Great massage. I didn’t like that I had to sell myself a membership though. I was never offered the opportunity to sign up or given any details about any promotions. I ended up still signing up and becoming a member because I understand the importance of massage however I hope the front desk offers EVERONE the opportunity to sign up when completing a session.

I had an awesome massage at Massage luxe. My therapist, Carolina, was fantastic! She really found all the knots and tense areas and worked them out. The whole facility was very clean and comfortable. Definitely going back!

I’ve had an amazing experience with my esthetician Grace! I’ve been there a few times and I always make sure to book with her because of how comfortable and relaxed she makes the experience. When it comes to the shoulder massage portion of the facial, she applies the perfect amount of pressure to ease the tension and my skin always feels so much cleaner when I leave. 10/10 recommend!

Nothing but positive things to say about this place. Every experience Ive had with this location has been beyond expectations and is extremely professional. Never have I felt such a transformation after a massage. Many massage therapist stick to one routine on all clients whether it be a 30 minute or 60 minute massage . Every time I come in I always feel welcome. All the therapists that have taken care of me have always been very professional and good at what they do. As I usually take a deep tissue massage it is always a good hurt, firm but not too painful. Afterwards I always feel rejuvenated with knots relieved

I treated my husband for a couples massage and it was simply put, ok. Tried it again and liked my second therapist much better. So much so that when I was offered a membership and I thought I would try it. Due to work commitments, I had to cancel and was left with two massages that I paid for. Apparently I only had 60 days to use them. With the holiday craziness I called 10 days after the expiration and they rudely told me I was not able to use them and reminded me that I agreed to that when I signed the cancellation notice. I later spoke to the owner who also told me there was nothing she could do, but she would be happy to renew my membership where I could pay another $70 and then I could get them back. I kindly told her no. Wow, I paid for two massages and the owner could not provide me the courtesy of at least using one? Disappointing customer service. Dont get roped it. Much better massage places out there. Sometimes its also in the way you present things. Not even and Im sorry but rather a reminder that I should have read the four page contract better.

She has excellent technique and I felt amazingly relaxed after the session. The products she recommended for me have worked very well for my skin. Always look forward to my next visit!

I’ve had two prenatal massages by both therapists. Both were great, but Ngoc was more my style as he was more firm with the massage (I think other therapists are afraid to hurt pregnant women🤔). I had a facial done today by Lily. She was very knowledgeable and professional. It was more relaxing than I had imagined. I was very pleased! Also, their front desk staff is always friendly...anytime I call with questions, they are more than happy to help and never act like I’m inconveniencing them. It’s definitely refreshing. :)

A great place for a great massage and relationships with the staff! Everyone who works there are very friendly and attentive. I enjoy taking breaks from my daily life to go and enjoy an hour of “me time”, highly recommended checking them out!

MassageLuXe is a great place to choose for an occasional massage or even a membership. Every single masseuse is AMAZING. On this visit I had Barbara. She was attentive, professional, and really intune with my problem areas.

I was happy to go there, till the Covid 19 started , I called and advised them of perhaps cancelling the membership for now till things get better, they in return, told me that they could do the monthly $5 fee till resumed and that the money was going towards the monthly fee once I returned that there was no way I would loose any money or the membership.After I felt safe, I contacted MassageLuxe , and made an appointmenthowever, Peggy the manager /owner gave two options and both getting more money, then she said it was OK to pay the difference for the monthly fee which was another $15 to get a massage which we both agree to do then few minutes later she called me back to tell me that she canceled the appointment, confirmed my address and she said she was sending me a check refund for $50 in the mail in addition she said she did not wanted me back . I thanked her for the offer and will wait for the check to come, I also I told her that there were many options out there for a good massage, no biggy!Unfortunately, the customer service was not honest and felt bad that I had to fight back for my money or the services not provided.I guess, it is her lost! another unhappy customer ..

Im not an expert in regards to massage. I felt overwhelmingly comfortable with all the steps. When I went, there was some noise, I was not even aware of. The owner aswell as the therapist were amazingly polite and apologetic. I cant wait to use my unlimited hydro massage that comes with my new membership. For dudes this is THE place.

I enjoy my massages at Massage Luxe! Eric is the absolute best there and since having him as my therapist, I only make appointments with him. The facility is nice, clean, and quiet and the receptionists are always courteous. I have 0 complaints!

I had Grace, I highly recommend her. I am an athlete and needed special attention on my shoulder and she did just that. She also had a very happy warming personality I’ll definitely be seeing her again soon. It’s often hard for me to come by some one who can give a real deep pressure massage. I also love how the table move up and down electronically so the the therapist can adjust pressure. My fiancé had had a male therapist I’m not sure how to spell his name but I believe pronounced Knaux, he had nothing but good things to say as well.

I was a member for a few months and then froze my account during the pandemic since they were constantly rescheduling or canceling my appointments. I called to get information about unfreezing my account last week and I told the woman I would not be unfreezing that day “I knew I wanted to shop around) and she said “Oh mkay” and hung up on me. Definitely took my business elsewhere!

Went in with pretty severe pain in my shoulder and walked in, expecting something like other massage chains in the area like pushy sales and a more in-and-out feeling. But my entire time at Luxe last night was relaxing. The HydroBed was different, but comfortable, and Im glad I got to give it a try.My therapist was Matla and I cant say enough good things about her! She was very sweet and had an extremely relaxing air about her, was responsive to my feedback during the session when I asked for a stronger pressure and what areas were more sore or tender. I walked in looking for a more therapeutic massage, but got something therapeutic and still relaxing! Her pacing was perfect and pressure never was too much or too little. Id highly recommend seeing her if you ever get the chance.

If I got there at 12:24 and got done with the consultation and getting undressed at 11:45 I shouldn’t have been getting back dressed at 1:27. The massage therapist was good but they should really ensure clients that they are getting the full service. Massage was supposed to have been for 50 mins. Yes you all ask for a person to get there 15 mins before appointment time, mine was scheduled for 12:30 but then the details for massage contradicts getting there 15 mins before appointment for consultation which suggests it will take 10 mins and massage will be 50 mins. Me not getting there 15 mins before appointment should not have taken away 10 mins of massage time.

One of the best massages I have had in a long time. The fact that I can get all my skin care needs in one place is the crowning jewel in my new day spa of choice.

Poor Customer service. I was moving and got late for my appointmenyt requested if i can take rain check or setup other timeit was owner who answered and didnt accomodate. As far Massage and make crew met my expectation. Sorry owner sometime you have to work with clients with better understanding the situtation.

I had called them and spoke to a representative asking if they can accommodate me. They confirmed and asked me to come by 6 pm and when reached, the manager says there is no therapist available and I need to book some other day. I specifically asked if I can be accommodated and with their confirmation I had approached the spa center in naperville, it was totally unprofessional to mislead me and waste my time. I would suggest people going to this center , plz seek confirmation or appointment confirmation. Their internal staff training to deal appointments is sub standards misleading over phone. They make us come and then rebook appointments. Very disappointing and I would never recommend my friends here.

This massage parlor discriminates against healthcare workers.After having a membership for five years here, my friend Laura (who doesn’t have a google account so I’m posting for her), was turned away after being honest on her survey that she works in a hospital.So, no nurses deserve massages?We are all living in a new normal, and I understand that certain precautions must be taken and, believe me, nurses are the first people to support that. However, if you expect healthcare workers to take care of your families and trust them to use proper PPE you should not be treating them like social pariahs.

Went today for the first time and it was awesome, very clean, friendly, and professional. It was a great experience will definitely come back here.

Disappointing, was looking forward to a deep tissue massage, which I communicated several times. Not good, more of just rubbing despite my request for deep tissue. Therapist sat down halfway through, is that normal?

I walked out during a massage because they don’t have another massage therapist. The girl on the counter argued that she is so when she offered another “skilled” therapist I politely declined. 😂

Frustrating and waste of time. The women at the front desk couldn’t guide me to the office location and made me circle around wrong aide of the street for half hour which they wanted to cut from my appointment time. Will never come here for any service and will never recommend. No professionalism or courtesy. Shameful
