If you want yo be spoiled rotten from the minute you walk through the door, Woodhouse Spa is for you.I’ve gone three times and each visit is just as enjoyable as the last. The newly decorated spa is so warm and welcoming you won’t want to leave.They put so much attention to detail into their business model that everyone feels valued and important. Great job!

I had such a pleasant experience at the Woodhouse SpaI couldn’t have felt more relaxed, at first we started in the quiet room and I enjoyed a cup of citrus chamomile tea it was delicious.Then we were escorted to the spa rooms, I came in for a deep tissue massage and the pressure was perfect!I also loved using the amenities they offered after my massage such as the sauna and the steam room.I even purchased the eucalyptus shower spray they offered in the shower! I’m almost running out I’ll just have to come back for another spa day to grab some more!

Amazing. An experience that’s worth every penny! At first walking up to a Publix plaza Wasn’t what I was thinking when I pictured my Spa Day. But you walk up to 2 massive wooden door, which open up to a beautiful spa! Everyone was so nice! When I made appt I was told to come early and stay late if I would like, and I would like. I went in one hour before my spa session to relax and totally immerse myself in the day and it was perfect! I was given a robe, slippers and a locker for all my things. As for the amenities , WOW! Infrared sauna, wet sauna, two beautiful showers with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a shower spray, A quiet room that had an assortment of teas and your pick of a couch to sit and relax. For this spa day I chose lazy day, which is a body scrub, a bath soak followed by a massage. Cassie was fantastic and made me feel so comfortable. My skin feels so soft! I have never experienced a spa session like this before. This was my first time at the spa and definitely will not be my last. I will be bringing my mom next time!

The Woodhouse Spa is by far the best spa in Naples Fla! The owner, therapists and staff are so professional, accommodating and friendly. You will feel pampered and relaxed the minute you walk in. The newly renovated lounge area is so beautiful and tranquil you won’t want to leave. I highly recommend!! Enjoy

Front desk worker Kathy was so nice and helpful! I cannot say enough good things about her. We booked a 80 min massage and a CBD pedicure with Olga, both were a 5 star experience. This is the nicest spa weve been to in Naples and weve been looking everywhere for the best experience. You do pay for it,but its worth it. The womens waiting room is lovely, the mens is pretty meager in comparison but the entire facility is clean. Best spa in Naples!

Been there several times. Exceptional, it’s my happy place. Staff is very friendly. Place is very clean. Good and relaxing decor and atmosphere/music. They provide complementary tea and healthy snacks. There is a relaxing room with hot pillows that add to the relaxation experience. The sauna and steam room are nice and clean, small but rarely get crowded especially before noon. Shower is clean and nice. Products used are high quality with appealing smells. The massage with Jean is magnificent. The best I ever got and I have tried many in several places/countries. Relatively pricey but you can make it worthwhile with the amenities they offer and the time you spend there. Highly recommended.

My name is Lauren Johnston and I was amazed when I walked into the Woodhouse spa building. It was unexpectedly luxurious, on par with the Ritz Carlton.The decor is modern and peaceful. The beauticians are highly skilled and have been there for many years, showing their dedication to the spa. The products are unlike any I’ve ever tried. Since I’ve been visiting the spa, my face has noticeably improved. Their products are definitely making a difference with my skin.

This is an amazing spa and experience from the moment you step in the door you are transported to a luxury experience. Top notch employees and exceptional services. Love love love could not give it a high enough rating if you haven’t experienced it you Must!

This was my first massage experience and it was absolutely lovely! Everything was in immaculate condition and they walked me through everything. The massage was certainly well done and the whole experience was a relaxing one.

We love Woodhouse! My husband and I enjoyed a couples massage as a gift and it was wonderful. This is a great place to pick up a gift certificate for a friend or family member that has everything or you just can’t think of what else to get. Great place for a little self-care!

Had a terrible experience. My husband gifted me a certificate for a specific date at 9:30. However, we received a call just 30 minutes before the appointment, asking if we were still coming. Surprisingly, they informed us the appointment had been rescheduled, and they couldnt provide the services we booked. No prior notification, and the person who called was extremely rude, showing no concern for not informing us about the change and wanting to accommodate for shorter sessions or a new appointment in over a month (when it was their mistake). Despite enjoying their services before, this incident has left me with no intention of returning.

OMG! This place is amazing! Storefront is very deceptive....when you walk in its very serene.The staff is very friendly and professional. I took my niece, who recently had a baby; and my sister came with us.I had the Black Sand Rejuvenation - fortunately, my skin wasnt overly dry but it felt so soft afterwards.My niece and sister had the Body Balance Massage, which they LOVED!My niece also had the Deep Cleanse facial (I think)...which she also loved.All the therapists were fantastic; the changing room and lounge areas were very tidy and calming. Also, the Spa is much larger than it appears to be.Cannot say enough good things about this place!Highly recommend the Woodhouse Spa in Naples, FL!

I went to Woodhouse spa for the first time this week. It was so beautiful inside. The quiet room was so nice to just sit and relax before my appointment. I had an 80 minute Hydro facial deluxe that was fantastic. I will definitely be back.

Can’t believe I am writing this review bit after years of going to the Woodhouse Day spa I do not believe I will be returning again. I went in for a facial last week as I’ve done many times before, and the entire experience is nothing like I’ve experienced in the past. In previous visits, whether I go for just a facial, a massage or a whole package I have always been greeted by a happy and courteous woman who takes me to the locker rooms, explains everything to me, gives me a comfortable robe and slippers and leads me to a quiet room where I can make myself tea or they will make it for me, I can relax and just enjoy the quiet sound of water falling. But on this day, when I went into the locker room, after I had been greeted, I couldn’t help but notice that I was sweating something awful like they didn’t have air conditioning, or someone had left the sauna door open. I ignored it and got dressed in my room, and one across the hall to the quiet room- at least it’s supposed to be the quiet room. Three women there who were together, apparently didn’t know what the word’s quiet room meant and we’re talking very loudly- not even in a whisper, not in a quiet manner, but we were very loudly discussing surgeries in their lives, with no regard to anyone else in the room. Staff came in and out of the room to take people for their appointments or to get a cup of tea and no one said anything to these women about leaving the room or being quiet so it was impossible to relax. When I was called for my facial, I had booked an hour facial with my usual woman. I’m not sure what happened this time, but it is the worst facial I’ve ever had in my life. My Skin has been breaking out ever since, it was extremely oily when I left, and I had requested that she do extractions which she did not- she said if we had time that she would, but then just did not and when I left the room, I realize that she ended my session 15 minutes early. Usually during my facials, they massage my scalp or my arms or hands and this time nothing was done. When I went to go check out, the girl at the desk was a different girl than the one who greeted me, and she did not seem pleasant or happy as they usually do and I was not asked how my service was, as I am, asked every single time that I go- of course, the one day I had a complaint no one cared to ask for it. I am very disappointed in the service I received- especially when you pay over $200 for a facial and there are much cheaper options all around Naples but I choose to go here exclusively, because I have always had a good experience in the past. I’m not sure if it is new management, a bad day, or what is going on at the spa, but it is not the same as it once was.

I went there yesterday for a party of three. Nice place , clean and very friendly. Massages were awesome. I had Brian. He took great care of me. My friend had Amanda. She enjoyed as well.One thing….. I brought fruit . Smart water and cup cakes for my private room. I was told I could use private room for as long as I liked because it was available after my massage. Then later was told we had for only the 20 min prior to our masssge because it was booked. So trusting everything would be fine , we were told to leave everything in room and they would remove it and pack it up. Well I was missing my smart waters as well as my cupcakes were overturned and ruined them all smashing one inside of box. Lastly , my Pink enveloped birthday card was left with my items on table but never returned with my items. . My friend stated it was a 50.00 gift card inside of it.I just called and spoke with Kathy who was very apologetic but could do nothing about my items because no one had seen smart water and said My pink birthday card was given to my friend ( which she does not have ).there goes my b day gift. 🙄They were accommodating for our fruit and beverage but did not return all items after our massage. So a little unorganized in that aspect.Lesson …. Just get massages….. don’t bring fruit. Pack YOUR THINGS YOURSELF. Don’t lay anything down. Keep everything with you.

First time visit on 6/14/2023. Had a facial, hot stone treatment and full body massage. Spa was calming, clean and the treatments were exceptional. Excellent service, very nice ladies locker room and quiet room. Will return. Highly recommend.

I had a full day of pampering and left feeling more relaxed than I have in a long time. My therapists were Suzelle (spelling?) for massage, Serap for facial, and Kristi for pedicure, and all three were kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. Even waiting for each appointment is a pleasure with the dry sauna, steam showers, and quiet room. Will definitely return!

I LOVE the Woodhouse Day Spa! Had an 80 minute body balance massage with Amanda B. which was wonderful! Really love the yummy robes, steam room, snacks, and delicious hot tea! Always feel pampered here!

This was my first experience with the Woodhouse Spa, although I have had many massages elsewhere. The atmosphere is very comforting and relaxing; all staff is friendly; condiments available (water, tea, snacks)are appropriate to a spa experience. Robes and slippers are provided, as are showers and everything you would need to shower (soaps, shampoos, lotions, etc.). All you need to bring is yourself. I had a 50 minute sports massage with Lola and am looking forward to having another. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I had the best hydro facial today with Natalie and enjoyed and loved every minute. My face and skin feel amazing and felling lighter. Everyone there are so very helpful. Thank you! I booked another appointment. 💕🌺💕

I always love visiting Woodhouse Spas in my travels, and Naples is no different. The experience here is perfect - relaxing, rejuvenating, and clean.

The spa itself it really nice. I love the atmosphere. I feel for the price and what you get, I left feeling like, “ ehhh, that was ok.” I went to check out at the front and the receptionist was quite short and came across rude (to be polite). Her name was Jessica and I wanted to ask, “I’m sorry, but did I do something to offend you?!” Nice spa, but wouldn’t be my first choice.

We were very pleased with our services. My daughter had a facial with S and was very happy with result and information she received.. My other daughter had a massage with Brandon as did I - he is very professional and was good at working out the stress points.

I adore this day spa. Beautiful facilities. The best care, best stone massage and best staff. You can spend time relaxing, have a stone massage and unwind in a quiet room with lovely couches, enjoy an infra-red sauna and steam room. Follow this with a shower, hair wash and body lotion. What is not to love in this special place.

This was our first visit to the Woodhouse Day Spa. Wow! Is an understatement to the experience we had. When you want to feel truly pampered, this is the place to go. It was worth every penny spent. We have been to all these little so called quality massage places. You get what you pay for, you owe it to yourself to treat yourself to something special. Workhouse Day Spa is just what you need and you wont regret it in fact you will want to book your next massage before you leave.

I absolutely loved this place!!! The staff was so welcoming and so kind. The facility was so cozy and I swear I couldve just stayed there the entire day! The shower water was being worked on the day I went because the hot water wasnt working. I think it was a fluke but the sauna was in great condition. The waiting area was so relaxing. There was a variety of complimentary tea, two different assortments of small nuts to munch on and water. The man who did my treatment (I believe it was the mud treatment?) was not actually one of the employees that normally does that style of treatment. However, because someone was out, he stepped right in and did an amazing job! Looking forward to my next visit!!!

I have been going to the Woodhause for a long time. I truly enjoy it and I look forward to every time I go to sit and relax in a nice quiet, peaceful atmosphere and meditate with a warm cup of tea….. this time it was a lot different. I was very disappointed. I was very upset by the loud talking going on between two women who came from having a pedicure. They sat in the quiet room and spoke so loud. I actually had to get up and leave. I was so annoyed.I would appreciate it if you would explain to clients that there are quiet rooms, which means low voices. Apparently they have to be told since they obviously can’t sense the atmosphere.However, I keep returning because I get the most magnificent, amazing facials from Serap 😊. That is why I keep going back

I got deep cleanse facial with Jennifer and it was ok. Jennifer is lovely and we had a great conversation, although I did feel uncomfortable at times because Jennifer was pushing me to purchase salon‘s vitamin C serum. I know that it is typical for every aesthetician to encourage you to buy salons products, but I would much rather buy these products because I see the result, not because I am told that they are good.I have acne prone skin and I was hoping that Jennifer will help me to get rid of acne, but she only did 2-3 extractions and said that I do not need more. When I left the treatment room and looked at myself in the mirror I clearly saw areas that could have been treated, but these areas did not get proper attention.The salon has a very nice atmosphere and I will probably come back for a massage, but not for a facial.

I loved my experience at this spa! Not only was everyone so nice, but everything was clean and smelled amazing! The locker room was amazing. Anything you need is in there. The quiet room is so relaxing and even offers you snacks and a variety of teas! My masseuse was Danielle and she was amazing! I am super sensitive to pressure in my neck and shoulders and she was perfect! I loved the goodie bag as well! Worth every penny!

I had a facial (microplaning and collagen). Maria was wonderful! The staff is very attentive. I greatly enjoyed the infrared sauna prior to my appointment. I did feel like something was missing with only serving plan water, instead of having fruit in it.

Lola and Yara are the best! Literally magic hands, they made me feel comfortable and so relaxed I was fighting to stay awake the whole time. Definitely a nice way to unwind and help your body relax.

Purchased and booked a facial for my mother as a condolence gift when her mother died. Also purchased $200 in gift cards for her. My mom got confused about the day because she was busy making funeral arrangements. The spa called her and she apologized profusely but they still charged her an $85 fee. Really left a bad taste in my mouth for this place. I was thinking of trying it myself but I will never and deeply regret buying gift cards from them.

I went here for a relaxing day while my wife was out of town, which was much needed. I felt so much more alive and well leaving the woodhouse spa. I would recommend for anyone needing a little self-care.

I had the worst massage at this facility, never will I recommend the woodhouse to anyone… I was charged extra for some kind of cream/oil she used and was never told it was not included in my massage…then the therapist was telling me she did facials as well but out of her home !!! And you really need to get friendlier front desk people… Horrible place

I had a wonderful experience at the spa! It is as a birthday gift from dear friends and I was so excited to go! First of all the staff was very helpful and made me feel taken care of! The beautiful quiet room was luxurious and serene...I didn’t want to leave. They brought me a warm neck pillow that I loved so much, I brought one home and love it!The message was very relaxing the eucalyptus steam room was my favorite! What a great gift! I would recommend this spa to anyone!

Went here for a pre natal massage and was disappointed. First off, I didn’t receive a confirmation email or text for my appointment so I had to call day of to make sure it was even scheduled. Was never told to come early, even when I called to confirm appointment. I arrived about about 3minutes after my scheduled appointment at most. I booked an hr/50min massage and received a 30minute one because apparently I was so late. They also didn’t have special tables for pregnant belly’s so being made to lie on my back at 9 months pregnant was not very comfortable. Lady who did my massage was very sweet and did a pretty good job but overall experience was poor.

I decided at the last minute to give myself a spa day for my 40th. From the moment I walked in through the door I was treated like I was the only guest they had (and they were busy!). The relaxing deep tissue massage (I felt like masseuse had magic fingers) the amazing facial and great pedicure is just what I needed. I work in the high end hospitality world and have had the pleasure of experiencing spa treatments around the world and I have to say Woodhouse Day Spa is one of my top 5! I will definitely be back!! Thank you to all of the amazing ladies that helped me get so relaxed I could barely walk!

I can’t say enough good things about Woodhouse. I have been to MANY places in Naples for spa services and this place is hands down THE BEST. Charles at the front desk was super helpful and made me feel very comfortable. I recently had Kristi for a pedicure and it was one of the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Will definitely keep coming back!

Absolutely lovely day spa with a fantastic ambiance and great staff. I had a great time on my babymoon pampering myself here. The one thing I did note was though I had the expectant mother package, I got the feeling that the folks assigned to me were not prenatal trained. Positioning me flat on my back, trying to upgrade my organic pregnancy friendly facial because of skin discoloration (normal during pregnancy). These things were minor and I still enjoyed my time here. If youre pregnant, maybe ask them if the person youre assigned has the training beforehand. Overall, highly recommend.

I am so impressed by my services with Woodhouse Naples. Theresa was hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. Everyone was incredibly friendly and so thoughtful to us evacuees of Hurricane Ida. I highly recommend Woodhouse and don’t forget to request Theresa, you will NOT regret it!

We had a mother daughter spa day. Head to toe. Facials, Swedish massages, pedicures. It was a 4 hour experience and it was AMAZING. Nobody tried to sell us products, which was nice since we just wanted to relax.Th waiting room was nice and quiet, free snacks and drinks were available, steam bath and showers were wonderful. They provide EVERYTHING you need from a robe to shoes and soaps, lotions, razors, etc -even a locker for your belongings with an electronic code (which someone got into ours thinking it was theirs so management recoded it).Go here. You will NOT regret it.

I have been going to the Woodhouse since they came to Naples, but I am looking for a new spa. The massages have been fine, but the facilities and other staff have really declined. This was the second time that the ammenities (steam room) were not working, which to me is part of a spa experience, and why I am willing to pay more. They offered to give me the summer special rate to make up for it, which I had already booked with, but they had no record of, then at check out wanted full price. The quiet room should be phone free. It was tough to unplug when I had to constantly hear manicured nails tapping out texts. It is also quite difficult to navigate online booking (and it takes forever if you want a specific provider). Lastly, they offer points for certain things, but the balance I see is never the same as the balance they see. Quite frustrating.

My pedicure with Kristi was a fabulous experience. The leg and foot massage was my favorite part. It was very relaxing and hit all the right spots. The atmosphere is very relaxing, clean and beautiful. I totally enjoyed the experience. Thank you, Kristi!

I had an amazing experience with Jean, experienced:proficient/gifted therapist.And Olta provided me with a wonderful pedicure experience- very professional, sanitary, and relaxing! I really felt pampered by all the staff!

I have had MANY excellent treatments at other facilities in other states and several other countries. I felt that my body scrub and massage was lazy, even though for the massage I asked for more pressure. The person who did my facial recommended changing it from dermabrasion to better fit my current skin situation so that all she really did was apply product and then tried to sell me a significant amount of product. The so called massage portion of the facial involved little more than covering my arms and feet with oil. Very disappointed and will look elsewhere for future treatments.

Im 7 months pregnant and went to Woodhouse for a facial and massage. First, the staff is very accommodating and kind. They were especially helpful with positioning you so youre comfortable and are conscientious of products and the amount of pressure to apply. I highly recommend going here while pregnant.I have been to a lot of spas in Naples and this one is my new favorite. Goli and Adrianna were both fantastic.

What a spa day! Erica, Jennifer, and Anna were AMAZING. And everyone else was so respectful and kind. I forgot that the spa was located in a storefront. I was prepared to step out onto a beach or into a lush jungle. Thank you Woodhouse for creating my mini paradise.

This spa is so tranquil, I loved it! Changing bathroom exceeded my expectations! Sue was my therapist and she was great! I got the yoga balm add on and it was amazing! Definitely will be back again!

The perfect antidote for winding down after a stressful day at work. I received a birthday gift certificate, and chose a 80 minute swedish massage by Honor. He was very attentive, great hands, perfect pressure, he even incorporated hot stones, and cupping. I took advantage of the steam room and finished in the dry sauna. It was very tranquil, clean, they all were adhering to social distancing, and supplied me with water, fruit, and nuts. They also offer mid week deals.

My husband and I came to the woodhouse for our wedding anniversary gift, we booked the Twos Company the only thing I can say is I wish we had more time together for some reason we didnt get the couples massage room, they did give us a small free gift. The facial was our favorite! Overall it was a relaxing experience.I re booked another appointment while I was there next Ill try the wild lavender sugar scrub and vinchy shower 🥰 Ill be sure to review that one and let your know how it goes! Cannot say enough wonderful things about Naidlin, and her outstanding skills! This was my first visit to the Woodhouse Spa and I had high hopes for an outstanding spa experience. My service was an intro facial that’s my go to when trying out a new spa, and it was amazing. The spa is beautifully appointed and soothing. My initial greeting at the front desk was less so. The lovely assistant could not find my reservation, and wanted to know if I was sure of my booking. Considering the five reminder texts I received I was reasonably sure I was in the right place at the right time. When she finally found me she announced “Oh, there you are. You’re DEBBIE?” Things may have gone smoother if she had asked me my first name instead of my last. Thankfully Naidlin more than compensated for any anxiety I felt at the front desk. My husband had purchased a very generous multi service gift for me and I was relieved it was eventually located on the spa system. So what would have been a five star review became a four star, those stars reflect Naidlins outstanding care solely.

They make you take your temperature and if your mask is below your nose while changing your clothes you get scolded like a child. The steam room doesnt work and the spa attendants watch you while changing. I asked for a brush to brush my hair and they told me its not available due to the virus. When paying top dollar for spa services I expect to be respected. My sister who has spent thousands of dollars at this establish will go elsewhere and spend her money. I will make sure I tell everyone in Naples about how I was treated here and that is a wide circle. This is unacceptable.

I can honestly say this is the best Spa place I have ever been too. From the front desk staff, to the massage therapist, to the service I was blown away. They were so pleasant, efficient and amazing. I would highly recommend.

A friend treated me to a massage and pedicure. Its odd to be located in a Publix plaza but WOW when you enter the door. They provide robes and shoes to use while there and between our massages and pedicures, we used the sauna and steam room which were in the locker room. Everything was super clean and they provide everything included disposable razors if you decide to use the shower! A bit pricey but well worth the treat.

Let me just say that this Spa is absolutely beautiful , from the decor , the robes and slippers tea fruit and customer service is phenomenal . I took my mother here for her birthday , the only and perhaps the most important disappointment was the massages. We asked for swedish massages and we didnt get that more of a soft caressing of our backs. My mom and I looked at each other as if to say thats it? now we get alot of massages in Connecticut where we are from.So we were expecting the same if not more based on the service and decor etc. We were sorely mistaken, Beautiful place if thats what you are looking for but I would not recommend the massages get your feet done or a facial hence the 2 stars.

Pretty place. Nice locker room and fancy waiting room. They give you nice robes and sandals. If that is what youre looking for, this is by far the best in town. However, I was disappointed in their services. Massage was mediocre and therapist did not stop talking. I also got a microcurrent facial and to my surprise they dont use a professional machine. Instead they used the same NuFace machine I got at home!!!! Having received other microcurrent facials before I know its not the same result at all. For the price, I expected a real machine. This was the biggest turn off for me. The body wrap was okay. Its a shame. I had high hopes for this place.

Olta is extremely professional and gives the best pedicures. As a Type One diabetic, I am very leery about where I have a pedicure. Olta takes excellent care of me and pays attentions to all my needs. I just wish that The Woodhouse Day Spa would use plastic liners in their footbaths. I have been to other establishments in Naples, that charge the same or less for a pedicure, and they ALL use these liners. I had inquired at the Front Desk why they dont use them and if they ever will. They told me no. This might be a game changer for me. I was willing to purchase and bring my own. The told me not to.

I had the pleasure to have a couples massage with my significant other while we are on vacation. he wanted the deep tissue because of back and shoulder pain and I got the Swedish massage. He has had this massage prior. Unfortunately Today they gave us both Swedish massages, when we went to checkout he asked if we had just received the Swedish massage she said yes, looked down at her computer and said no you had the deep tissue massage, she had confirmed what we already knew we did not get what we came for. When he explained to her we had the same massage she said she thought it was strange he didn’t get the service we had booked but nonetheless we paid for two Swedish massages. On the way home we discussed wether we could go back if we could work something out and hopefully pay the difference so I made the phone call and talked to the manager Lisa and she said she could reschedule him for Saturday, at the price of $130 no discount was offered, I’m very suprised that an establishment such as this one wouldn’t try to be a bit more accommodating. We spent $260 and are very dissatisfied.

My friend and I had a wonderfully relaxing time at the Woodhouse Spa. We are definitely making another reservation. Our massages were outstanding!!!

Would have been a five star if the receptionist was not terrible. She seemed to be bothered doing her job. Pro tip: if you dislike your job find a new one! My wife loved her massage and will be going back in the future

I had a manicure and pedicure service with Indira. What a great job ! She paid attention to every little details and took the right amount of dead skin off my toes and fingers. She is an expert at french painting technique.Supper sweet woman i highly recommend her.

I had an awesome experience that make me come back again and again. In fact I took my sisters and they love it too we had a great relaxing time together and the staff is wonderful we really felt pampered. If you want to relax and have a great service this is the place to go. I loved it.

Went today for a Mani and pedicure with Olta.She is absolutely the best . I have finally found a professional and friendly spa and salon after 4 yrs. I highly recommend this spa and Olta. Cant wait to go back.

I was really looking forward to have a spa here in Naples. While over the phone the staff was meticulously nice with booking the appointment, in person the staff was cold and did not seem to care for customer service or repeat business whatsoever.

I have been going to Woodhouse Spa for many years. Jenn has always done my facial. She is the best and very knowledgeable. This Spa is high end. Enjoy

My wife and I went for a couples massage that was very enjoyable. The facility was clean and relaxing. The staff was nice and pleasant to talk to. We’d go back without question.

The staff is amazing. But I only have 2 comaints about the QUIET ROOM. I was in there in a robe with another woman in a robe. 2 other women were in there in their street clothes for a pedicure. Uncomfortable. And another thing, put snacks out that are quiet snacks. Crunchy snacks dont really work the mood in the quiet room. Just sayin

My husband and I had couples massage here and it was wonderful. We enjoyed the steam room very much. The staff went above & beyond. We loved the experience at this place.

I have been to this location several times. Although I do believe their prices have just excessively risen, their services are always top-notch, the staff is friendly, and the spa is super clean.

The spa is atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. Theresa gave me a wonderful massage. I will definitely be returning for another massage and to try other services!!

Mom is 80, brought her in for a massage and pedi. She said they treated her with the up-most care and professionalism and she really enjoyed all the accoutrements!

Horrible customer service!I called to reschedule my very first appointment with them for later that day. I told them 3:30, they said 2 oclock, I said -I cant-they said 3 then.... I said I cant....and gave them the reason I couldnt. So I had to drop one service so they could get me in at 3:30.... I dont want to make the history so long... I called an hour later to cancel the appointment because I wasnt feeling welcome,so they said -ok,sounds good,have a good day- and that was it,they didnt asked why or if I wanted to reschedule it for another day...nothing. :(I felt very unwelcome.

I paid $85.00 for a pedicure and specified callous removed. So with tip $110.00.And still have the callouses.Not good.
