This place is a gem ! It is centrally located , clean and very affordable. Every therapist I have had has given me a top notch massage. The owner and philanthropist , Tony , has always been professional and very accommodating with appointments. I am so happy I found this place. I cant wait to return !

To start, Neapolitan offered the best massage Ive ever gotten! The owner is very responsive in the appointment making process and is willing to jump through hoops to accommodate you! We were a group of 4 looking for massages and were able to make appointments day of, and the team was very kind even when we ran a few minutes late. The full-body massage is great quality with a very reasonable price. Great ambiance, very clean, and very professional. I would recommend to everyone to go!

Let me start by saying that this was my first massage ever and my first visit to the Napolitan Spa.My beautiful daughter set up the appointment and made all the agreements for our visit. What a way to start my week with such gift!What an awesome experience! Tony was absolutely amazing. He made us feel very comfortable since the moment we got in. The rest of the staff was very nice and cordial.The place was very clean. The massage was out of this world, very relaxing. When I got there I had a mild headache which completely disappeared during the massage session. My body feels so light and relax.Honestly, I cant wait to go back.Thank you Napolitan Spa for making my day.

My husband and I had a couples massage and I was blown away by the massage Alex gave me. I have had hundreds of massages over the years and this would have to be in the top 5. The place is very unassuming…just a short hallway with a few rooms off either side in a small, tucked out of the way office complex. It does not have a fancy spa vibe. But Alex’s skill set in massage and reflexology is immediately apparent. He focused on the problem areas I mentioned and could easily locate and work on the tight areas with no input from me. Next time we are in Naples, we will definitely return.

Amazing service! Tony the owner was very nice and welcoming. Also when you get the massage ask for Lana she did a very well job for my brother. I highly recommend this place if you nearby!

Yesterday was my 2nd or maybe 3rd time visiting. Tony is great, he got me in right away. I had a great gir which I forgot to get her name. She did a wonderful deep tissue massage! Ive also had Tony give me a massage my previous visit and he was super great too! The place is clean, conformable and they are all so nice, friendly and accommodating. And they do great work!

My wife and I had a wonderful massage at Neapolitan Spa today. We arrived 20 minutes early and Tony and his crew went above and beyond and threw in an awesome foot massage. They don’t short you time like the chain massage places do. I expressed interest in Shiatsu massage, and after my massage was done Tony asked if I would like to try it. It was incredible. I just went in for a massage this morning. I have been in pain for days and I feel so relieved after my massage. Tenny did a wonderful job and worked really hard on my specific areas of pain. The owner was so kind he offered me water and even walked me out to my car. Everyone was so kind and attentive. The customer service was above and beyond. I will definitely return.

This spa is the best....its truly a hidden gem. The owner, Tony, is very accommodating, the prices are unbeatable, and the staff has even given us extra time on our massages ;) The masseuse for my recent CBD massage was strong and thorough, and worked out all of the knots in my back/shoulders. My family and I have been going here for several years, and every time Ive felt renewed.

I havent had a massage in years and this place was clean, professional and even threw in CBD oil free of charge since we came with a group. What an amazing massage from Tony and his colleague. My girlfriend and I booked this on a whim and boy did we get lucky! The calming and clean ambiance allowed to us to totally let go of the difficult work day we were having. Once the massage ended, I felt as though I was floating without a care in the world. The add-on CBD massage was well worth it! Tony was extremely kind and attentive to all of my back’s needs! Highly recommend and will be back!

My friend and I had deep tissue massages today and they were simply wonderful. Relaxing and felt perfect. I have a lot of pain in my piriformis muscle and he was really able to take care of it and relieve my back pain. He also made sure I was comfortable every step of the way which I truly appreciated. This was such an amazing place. We had booked a last minute massage for 4 different people at the same time and they were eager to accommodate us. Tony met us outside and it was the nicest greeting I’ve gotten from a spa before. I had anxiety coming in, but it instantly melted away with the comfort of everyone there. I had Tony for my massage and it was amazing I fell asleep like 8 times. I can’t wait to come back!!

First time here was a great experience. Excellent value for the affordability. My masseuse really took a lot of time over my problem areas on my upper back, shoulders and neck. He was also very responsive to my requests regarding pressure adjustments. Overall, very relaxing and enjoyable massage!

This has been, hands-down, the best massage I have ever had. I typically get 4-5 massages per year and this one has surpassed all of them; from the service of the staff members, to the attention to detail of my massage therapist (huge shout out to Owen!), and the overall hospitality I was very pleasantly surprised. Typically, massage appointments include an in-take form for you to describe areas on your body that youd like the therapist to focus on or stay away from and this is the first place to really follow through on those requests. If youre in the Naples area, I cannot recommend Neapolitan Spa enough!

I have been to multiple massage spas and I would give this place 1 million starts if possible. excellent customer service, everything was very clean, and the massage with Tony was to die for!!! Do yourself a favor and book them for ur next massage. Thank me later 😉

Dangerous environment. The owner Tony touched me inappropriately during my massage. Place needs shut down PERIOD. Police are notified. Health department and The Better Business Bureau are also notified. Save yourself and plz dont support this predators business. I cant believe he did that to me...atleast I can leave a review in hopes to save others. Im beyond mortified n disgusted, nobody shud have to go thru this.

Im m visiting Naples and found this gem on Google after my buddy broke his back dead lifting. Tony is very accommodating, we didnt have any prior appointment but he still made sure were taken care of. Quality of the massage is very relaxing and great! This place really listens to theory customers request and focuses on area that we wish to allocate more time to. Really awesome neck and head massage! Everyone in the salon was extremely friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. They worked with us when we had to change our massage time and even went over on our massages by 15 minutes. The foot and back massages were amazing and the atmosphere is so relaxing and tranquil. Good massage, but they were very busy and it was not the most relaxing environment—the masseuse seemed stressed and overworked. As I was calculating the tip amount in my phone, the owner kept telling me to leave a high tip, explaining how good his masseuses are. Of course I was already going to leave a good tip like I always do, but I didn’t appreciate being pressured to do so and it was unprofessional of him to pressure customers like that.

I saw this spa on Groupon and decided to take advantage of their coupon. I made my appointment very easily and quickly. When I arrived at the spa, I was greeted by a man (manager? owner?) and welcomed inside. I let them know that I was a little early for my appointment but they took me right away. The massage was wonderful. I did not come here for a fancy facility or coconut water after, I came here for a quality massage. The facility is very basic, but it is clean and welcoming on the inside. My 90 minute massage was excellent. I had a woman masseuse, I do not remember her name but she made sure that I was okay with the pressure and really took her time to do a great job. I felt much better when I left and was given a bottle of water and a friendly farewell. Very glad that I found this hidden gem!

The gentleman (maybe the owner?) who welcomed me was friendly and he introduced me to my masseuse. I got comfortable and then got to relax with an hour massage. I want to start making more time for myself and massages there are going to be a part of that.

This is my 2nd time going to Neapolitan Spa within 2 weeks, I had Tony both times. I went for cupping and today I added a massage with it. He knows his stuff, and I made 2 more appts. I am not going to go into details all my issues but trust me he cares and goes the EXTRA mile. I wish I could take him back home with me when my snowbird months are over. Phenomenal massage. Both my wife and I had the 90 min deep tissue. Never had one better. Every knot was smoothed and I have never felt better. Mine was ended with a foot massage that was amazing. Highly recommend to everyone.

I have been searching for a proper massage in this town for a while, and this place is hands down the best massage I’ve had in Naples. I work out 4-5 days a week and my body breaks down constantly so a proper massage is a must for muscle recovery and injury prevention. Here you will get an amazing deep tissue massage not fluff and buff you get at regular spas.I have recommended this place to multiple friends and have had my wife go at least 2 times a month since I have found it.Highly recommend!!!

I deal with a bad herniation that flares up quite often in the T6 -T7 area.. The places that I have been to have been to in the Naples area have been horrible to say the least... I drove 45 minutes from Marco Island to visit this spa! I have weekly massages back home, for rehabilitation of injuries. Currently finishing physical therapy and have been cupping as part of my treatment in addition to massages with hot stones and cbd massage balm. What caught my eye about this spa? They do all these treatments my body has become adapted to.Tony and James gave me the most muscle releasing, deep tissue massage! Amazing skills and strong hands!! Thanks a million for taking care of me and my aches and pains in my back, neck, shoulders, glutes and feet!!! Ill be back when I visit Marco Island again!! Alex saved the day. I have been getting Chinese massage for 5.5 years now on a monthly basis being that I moved 1600 miles recently I missed a couple months. My body was a mess. Received a 1 hour massage Groupon as a gift. Thought it would be great considering the reviews I read beforehand, however, the reviews are all opposite as to what I experienced. The establishment was very dated, not clean, the linen smelt horrible, filthy carpets, the massage person stood barefoot. I was rushed before and after the massage to hurry out... The massage itself was a gentle rub with consecutive movements where it felt my skin was starting to hurt. Ive been to numerous establishments and this by far was not satisfactory.

This was my first time here. Upon entering I was greeted with warm friendly smile. Even though I arrived 15 mins early I was taken back immediately. Sue was my girl and she did such an amazing job and I was totally relaxed. She didnt rush and she respected the quiet time by not chatting. First the spa is in a suite with no name plate. No welcoming area. I was shuffled into a full body massage room when I was scheduled for a foot massage once I was put into a suite with 2 chairs (which is fine) the massage began 5 minutes in the woman got up and someone else took over then another client came in he began speaking to the client stopped my massage for a moment then he worked on one leg as he spoke to the other client. About a half an hour in the original woman took over. I felt the spa was not professional the staff was nice and enough and I give it 2 stars because I did get what I paid for but if you are used to an actual spa this is not it. The whole thing was not professional.
