I had one of the best massages of my life today at Om Spa! Christopher is gifted! I needed deep tissue and someone knowledgeable to help with my pain and he made me comfortable and I feel so much better already! The woman at the front desk was super sweet (forgive me that I cannot recall her name!). Also the infrared sauna was fabulous! I will be back for sure!

Wonderful attention, the wood theraphy massage is a complete renovation experience. Joceline was great in all the process. Very kind attention from the owners, lovely people to met. I am grateful for finding them. Will continue to use their services on a regular basis! Thank you

Today was our 3rd visit to Om Spa and it just keeps getting better. My husband, and I along with our 2 children and our daughter’s boyfriend ages 16, 19 and 20 enjoyed the spa today. We all had different services but they accommodated us and got us all in for 50 minutes services. We all started and ended just about the same time. Everyone loved their therapist and we all agreed everyone is so kind and also so professional and very good at the service they provided. Although we only come once or twice a year when we are in town, we don’t even look for another spa because we are always so happy here! Lo, Cleveland OH

This spa was so amazing my friends and I had to come 2 days in a row! First day we came for a massage which was great. The man that took care of me was so nice and listened to my concerns and really focused on what I needed. Never had a massage like it before. Next day we came to get facials, the lady that did my facial was so helpful and really took the time to explain every step and and give me tips on how to care for my skin at home. The people here make you feel so comfortable and welcome. I so glad we chose The OM Spa !

Loved my 50-minute scalp massage. My daughter surprised me with this massage on our vacation. It was amazing. Jocelyn made that time fly by and so much more with the oils and techniques used. Would highly recommend 50 minutes. Love the location and setting. So inviting and quiet. Would definitely recommend. I’ll be back next year.

Om Spa is a lovely, relaxing space in an ever more busy Naples. Well run, good communication and very clean. It is not a fancy spa. It is small, intimate and revitalizing. Christoper Hall is the best massage therapist I have ever worked with. His is passionate about healing body work. He is insightful and kind and so very calm. After two sessions, a problem that has caused pain for several years was totally resolved. He is a true healer.

The Om Spa is an amazing local gem. Beautiful, clean, cozy and most important they are always welcoming and professional. Amazing massages and facials. Oh and I love the infra red sauna too.

I went to the awesome Om Spa in Naples for the first time today and WOW what a wonderful experience it was! As soon as you enter it makes you suddenly feel totally relaxed and the owners & staff are simply wonderful. My masseuse was Lana and she was incredible, the best massage I’ve ever had actually! My lower back & hip pain felt SO much better afterwards. I’ll be back, 5 stars all around!! Highly recommend

This place is wonderful! My husband and I were looking for somewhere near Naples and Bonita Springs to get a massage that wasn’t a chain location, and we’re so glad we found the Om Spa. I got a prenatal massage from Maria, and it’s one of the best I’ve ever had. I almost fell asleep! Would recommend and will come back.

The atmosphere is serene and relaxing. Rooms are spotless and soothing. The Om signature massage was the perfect combination of soothing pressure, deep pressure and light Thai stretch. Maria, my therapist, was one of the best I have had; expert movements and intuitive to the tight areas of my body. Her years of experience were evident. The constant stream of clients is indicative that most probably all therapists are equally as wonderful. Book here with complete confidence.

Feet massage- terrible. No pressure, I didn’t relax and felt just a delicate touch, not a massage at all. 1/5Prenatal- it was fine, but expected something definitely better for the price. I was surprised about no lower back massage at all, even if was listed by me in a form as a pain symptom. It somehow felt not complete and a lot of body spots were missed, having too much focus on just a 2 upper back parts. 3/5My husband said that his massage was okay, 4/5 but also was expecting something ”wow”

I had Layla as my aestatician. She was beyond wonderful by educating me on products that she knew were harmful to my face, teaching me about my sensitive skin and face composition, and having a relaxing but fun time together during my 1.5 hour facial session. My face looks glowing and so healthy; I had a wonderful time and I will definitely be coming back.

We were in Marco Island for a conference. I decided for a Valentine’s treat, to book a couple’s massage for my spouse and me. Om was quaint and serene. Our room was cozy and comfortable. We loved our massages, would highly recommend.

Booked a service for two friends that recently had babies. Google search states they were located on Marco Island. Once I registered for the services the confirmation stated Naples. I had to wait for the AM to call to cancel and they still charged the $100 for cancelling. As a traveler not familiar with the area you would think some grace would apply.

Despite me never receiving a facial before, I was extremely pleased. It was super relaxing and I almost fell asleep, countless times. It was an amazing first experience and I would definitely do it again.

Maria was phenomenal. I am a daily long-distance bicycle rider and have numerous knots in the scapular area of my back. Maria’s deep tissue massage loosened them up and made a world of difference. Her technique was strong when and where needed, and gentle when that was appropriate. From the moment I walked in until departure, there was an atmosphere of peace and calm. There are many places to get a massage in Naples, but for me, there is no better place than Om Spa. I will definitely be back.

I came for a facial and it was just what my skin needed. Maria was so gentle, she did each step diligently, providing my skin with great exfoliation and cleansing. She applied the right amount of pressure near my eyes and nose. I felt like a new person when she was complete. My skin was glowing for days after. 10/10 recommend

On my business trip to Naples, I found this amazing place the OmSpa. This place was a peaceful break from my busy schedule. It was incredibly clean and looked amazing. Right when I walked in, I felt a calm vibe that made me forget all about work.The people working at OmSpa were super friendly. They made sure I was comfortable and happy during my visit. It was nice to see how much they cared about making my experience great.I booked a massage, and it was one of the best parts of my trip. The massage made me feel relaxed and refreshed. Everything about OmSpa, from the clean space to the nice staff and the calm feeling, was perfect. I definitely plan to go back the next time Im in town.

People are nice, dog friendly.Service OK, Facial was too rough.We booked a day for 355,- but they charged many extras, so at the end it was - including tip, which was asked for- over 600,-The new owner bought it recently, so this might be the reason why so much money is asked for.It‘s nice but not worth that money, sorry.

So, I hate that I cant give this place 5 stars. My massage with Maria and facial with Mary was great!!! I also had an ionic foot detox and reflexology with Dale. While Dale did a great job, I was put in a room in which people walked in and out of. I could hear talking and water running. Dale was trying to do his job, and the manager was so concerned with Dale going over the allotted time, which was annoying.

I was attended to by Roberto and Leyla, and they were both amazing.Robertos massage was the perfect way to relieve tension and stress. He used a variety of techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy. He also made sure to check in with me regularly to make sure the pressure was comfortable.Leylas facial was equally amazing. She started by cleansing my skin and then applying a gentle exfoliator. She then followed with a series of masks and serums that were tailored to my specific skin type. I left the spa with my skin feeling soft, smooth, and glowing

This was my first facial and it was way better than I expected. It was really relaxing and i almost fell asleep. I would definitely come back again :)

The decor is so relaxing and impressive, from art peices to the fabrics used. As soon as you walk in you are greeted and catered to. The services and therapists were amazing with their touch and the education in proper things to use for my skin type I would HIGHLY recommend to everyone!! This has to be one of the hidden gems in Naples. Have been visiting family for over 5 yrs and visited the Om Spa on recommendation of a local friend. Their signature massage along with facial was rejuvenating and worth after the hectic thanks giving rituals. A special thanks and mention of the organic tea they serve , the staff was kind enough to offer extended discount on the tea that was a sure shot buy.

Almudena is the very competent and welcoming owner of Om, and Maria was very professional and gentle in performing my back facial (highly recommend it if you find blackheads there) and my facial. Men, if you are as hesitant as my husband in getting treatments, this is the place for you. The treatment here is first class, and though you can buy products, they are not pushed on to you. Highly recommend this spa!

The spa has been recently renovated, with every detail carefully handpicked and curated. It was a treat for all my senses. What followed was The Mukhabhyanga Traditional Ayurvedic Face Massage by Lian. It was relaxing and rejuvenating and it left my skin looking clearer, youthful and glowing! My wife wanted to get a couples massage for her birthday. I did a good amount of research and ended up choosing the Om Spa. I wasnt looking for a resort spa, where youll spend hours there soaking in tubs and sweating in saunas before and after your actual massage. I was just looking for a place that gives good massages and has a good atmosphere. This place fit the bill.The massages were great. I felt like the prices were good. I was impressed by the number of different massage styles they had to offer. We just went with the Om Spa Signature massages, though Im really interested in the shiatsu.

I had Leyla for my facial and Jocelyn for my massage. Both were amazing! We are on vacation and so happy to have found this spa. Highly recommend.

Was happy to see the spa took all necessary precautions and pre screening to ensure our safety during our visit.We got the couples massage and pedicures, both were amazing. The spa itself is cozy and well laid out surrounded by a beautiful and picturesque outdoor area. The next time we will definitely opt for the outdoor deck for our massage service weather permitting.Also of note, we had to change out reservation at the last minute due to an unexpected death in the family and Mark set us up with a new date easily with no problem or undue pressure. Overall We highly recommended the spa.

Booked a couples massage on Nov 2nd for Nov 22 with the outdoor space. As soon as we booked they called and changed our appointment by a half hour (ok no worries). Nov 21 received a call at 4:40 pm (less than 24 hrs before appointment) advising that the outdoor space was not available due to construction and that we would be in a room with a view of the lake. Then 5 mins later received another call asking us to move our appointment time again. Our services the next day were OK and not what we were hoping they would be. We could here people talking, we heard the construction and they consistently slid a wooden stool over the wooden floor, the one massage therapist actually tripped over the stool. As soon as we got into the room there was pressure to upgrade services. Overall was not the relaxing and calming experience we were looking for.

From the beginning everyone was very welcoming. My boyfriend and I went to celebrate our anniversary with couples massages, couples facials, and couples pedicures. I had Maria and she was amazing. She communicated when needed and let me relax in quiet when needed. Everyone there were very professional and during the stressful time of Covid 19, this was the perfect place to relax and get away. Highly recommend

This spa had the perfect massage for the painful needs I had. Not only was I in search of the best massage, I wanted the best style for my work. It was also the most relaxing massage I have ever had. I loved how knowledgeable Maria was with the techniques of all the different cultures. I will gladly try different massages in the future and quite certainly will tell everyone what a great experience to my senses.

We just took my daughter to The Om Spa today and it was a wonderful experience. We had 3 massages at the same time and everyone of them was absolutely incredible. They have so many different services that completely distinguish this spa from all the others out there. The fact that I also called at noon today to book 3 massages at the same time on the same day AND they were more than accommodating to make this happen went beyond my expectations. The owner was on site and he was very professional and had a great personality. I have been a massage therapist for over 20 years so I am very critical of the environment as well as the knowledge of the services that I receive any where I go and it is rare that I give 5 stars out. Om Spa definitely deserves every single star. You are missing out if you don’t give them a try.

Outstanding!Booked a couples massage and it was amazing! It was so relaxing, I almost fell asleep. Also had a facial with Vera and Mary, and they were both very professional and were excellet. Their hands worked wonders. The spa was relaxing and very clean. We enjoyed the experience and we found our favorite spa!

I can not wait to go back. Every body was friendly and knowledgeable . Very calming and clean feeling I got the ayurvedic facial with Mary with the enhancements she recommended and my skin looks and feels amazing and after my massage with Dawn and Maria I just felt so uplifted and relaxed. The Om Spa has a very relaxing environment, it was quiet, had dim lighting, and smelled like essential oils. I thoroughly enjoyed my reflexology foot massage by Roberto. He was very professional and made my spa experience enjoyable and relaxing. I also enjoyed my 30 minute detox foot bath following my massage. I cant wait to go back and check out some of the Om Spas other services.

1st time going. I had a group of 4 and was told they have a room big enough for us to be together. Got there and it wasnt true. The massage was wonderful and relaxing. However you have to be careful because they will try to charge you more saying you upgraded. My $85 massage magically turned to 110. Also on multiple occasions i specifically said what each person was getting. Which was 3 swedish massages and 1 facial. We where put down for 2 services each and the 24hr notice was trying to be pushed. Just a few days ago when i called, i was told ok to confirm that is 3 swedish and 1 facial. So im not sure how it was all changed around. Then because of that i was left waiting for someone to come in. But at the end of the day everything was resolved and we really enjoyed the massages. I would definitely recommend them as far as relaxation but just pay attention to what you are being charged and verify services 5x before laying down.

Ive been in twice now and Im absolutely in love with this place. You could consider me a relaxation novice, but Eric at the front desk is super helpful when I have questions. They offer SO many services, but do yourself a favor and check out their rituals. Seriously, the Polynesian massage I got yesterday was OUTSTANDING. Im convinced Lahiru is a wizard because both times I left feeling as if I were under magical spell lol. Im so impressed with them, and Ill be back as often as I can.

I have been seeing Mary for years and she is just amazing! Shes very sweet and has a calming effect. She takes the time to really pay attention to the details and does an outstanding job. Shes very thorough with extractions and my skin is totally clean and soft each time I leave. I get the microdermabrasion and I absolutely love the results. My skin definitely glows each time I get it!

First time client at this establishment a few weeks ago. Was weary about flotation therapy. When I got here I was greeted by a friendly individual. He was very informative and had a way with words that brought me to peace. The establishment was very well kept and had great style to it also. My flotation session was phenomenal and my overall experience here was superb. I would love to go back. Even after my session the same individual was excited to hear about my experience and we discussed a few other services offered. I will definitely be going back and recommend others visit here also.

Dawn gave me one of the best deep-tissue massages Ive had. She had the right balance of skill and touch. It was pretty much a body therapy session. Normally, massage therapist, even strong men, are usually sweating trying to work out the tension in my shoulders. I had the 80 minute deep tissue where she used warm towels and a hot stone wand to relax my very tense neck and muscles. She used rolled towels to position my shoulders just right and hit the right trigger points needed to work out the knots in my neck and shoulders. And what was even better was that her massage table had arm rest and moved from a declined and inclined position that allowed for my back to stretch while she continued the full body massage! Absolutely worth every $$ spent!

I was here today with my sister and i got a Dermaplane and Indian head massage by Leila, it was really good and relaxing. Great employees and atmosphere at this place, definitely coming back!

Staff was friendly, but beware of bait and switch. We specifically booked a $110 and an $85 service that magically turned into $200 each. When questioned we were told we were upgraded by the tech. It was very shady. No private room for changing? And we had to walk through the middle of someone elses service to get to our area. Massage was good, but the shady upgrades were really disappointing. Otherwise a cute and friendly place with tons of unique services.

I miss the float tank. A serviceable massage and facial experience.

That is all I can give them - 3 stars. I had an appointment for a french gel manicure and nobody was aware of it when I arrived for my appointment. The manicurist wasnt experienced in french manicures and she did a fair job but only two days after the nail polish started to chip and peel. Absolutely unacceptable for the price of their services. I will nit come back and wouldnt recommend. Staff is nice but thats it.

Nice spa with a lot of options. Very nice staff. Place was clean and quiet. Didnt feel rushed. Kind of hard to find if busy. Place is in the very back, the last building. If you call they can help you find it. Couldnt have found it without the gentleman working the front desk, so thank you! Had a therapeutic massage. It was very relaxing. I have fibromyalgia and she didnt hurt me. Left feeling calm and relaxed, which is not usual for me. Will return!

Just what I needed! Clean and relaxing entry with kind and welcoming staff. Maria did a deep tissue massage and it was excellent. Perfect pressure and she was able to identify and resolve problem areas. Will definitely return everytime Im back in Florida.For those worried about Covid - the facility was very clean with hand sanitizer everywhere and Maria wore a mask throughout my massage 👍

I booked my partner and I a couples massage over the phone as a gift for his birthday. I spoke to the receponist that I wanted to pay theassage full plus leave the tip because since it was a gift I didnt want to pay after the massage. He took my information and said everything was set. During my massage the therapist did not explain that CBC oil is an upcharge or mention any other up charges. At the end of the massage they chargeded me $70 for CBC oil plus other charges when I had already paid the full amount over the phone. The massage itself was not worth over $300.

Came here for a facial last weekend and couldn’t really choose the kind I wanted since there were so many options, but Mary was so kind and tailored the experience exactly to my skin’s needs. She explained to me in detail what I could be doing better and recommended products for me to use. I felt like I had a new face after! Will definitely be going back for more treatments.

I spent a couple of days at this spa, while in Naples for an Business Trip. The hot stone massage was fantastic.One of the best I have had world wide. Massages can be tailored to fit ones needs. The facial, manicure and pedicure also were soothing and set the tone for a peaceful experience.The staff were wonderful and completed each request with a smile and professionalism. I recommend this Spa for those that desire to accomplish a state of calmness in body and soul.

Finally I found a pedicurist who truly understands my needs! I have a couple of nails that require special attention, and Joycelyn knows just how to handle the issue. For the first time in literally years, my feet and toes are pain free - and they look good, too! Her foot massages are heavenly! She’s very skilled and a lovely person, too. Erik keeps things running smoothly, always with a smile. Can’t wait to try some of the other offerings at the Om Spa! Fabulous place!

Not quite the experience I was expecting. I purchased the Signature Mani-Pedi service and first time at Om Spa. I figure let me buy the most expensive pkg. The location is very pretty, however, the massage chair didnt work and they were already aware of it. Next, while getting my cuticles trimmed, I was cut to the point of bleeding. The nail finish (filing and polish were lower quality than what I would have expected that nails should all be uniform and the polish finish was rather messy. The service was very nice but honestly I won;t go back as my cuticles were cut to the point of painful, so I thought I would share this .

Om Spa offers so many treatments, its tough to narrow it to one or two. The receptionist is very friendly and accommodating. Wish the spa was in a more modern building with better ventilation. I do like the view from the treatment rooms on the back. Repeat client, will likely return.

I had been in a bit of a mental funk and saw a groupon for the Om Spa and thought i would try it out. I went here to try the Lucia Light Therapy, not really sure what to expect, but I was so surprised. It was a great experience. I realized a lot about myself, where I am in life, and I left giddy, inspired, and relieved. After the Lucia Light I went to their sun deck near a pond with banana trees and lounged in one of the chairs for a little bit to reflect and journal my experience. I will definitely be returning for the Lucia Light!

My girlfriend and I came to Om from Fort Myers after purchasing a Groupon package for the sensory deprivation float tank. I had a very interesting and positive experience in the float tank. The staff were friendly and helped ease my anxieties and answered all my questions but were not too intrusive. This allowed for a private and peaceful place for meditation and therapy. I will be back!

Pretty cool place. Inviting staff and a very relaxed atmosphere as you would expect. I went to experience floating which was in a tank. Shared shower facilities for a rinse before you float which caught me off guard but this could be a normal thing as this was my first experience. The float ends with the tank recycling the water and kicking on a water exchange which cools the water. Seems like a weird way to end the experience but I bet there isnt much that can be done about this and that its normal. Everything looked clean and Ill be back again.

I very much enjoyed my pregnancy massage at Om spa. It was extremely relaxing. I would have given 5 Stars had I not been swindled into getting the longer, more expensive massage in which my mother-in l-law had to pay for when she wasnt expecting it. My MIL was getting a facial in another room and the therapist said it would take longer than the massage. I asked her to go confirm with my MIL (since I was not clothed) that it would take longer and to ask if I should do the longer one too. The massage therapist came back and assured me several times that my MIL said to get the longer massage. Once I came out I found out that she and my SIL were waiting for over 30 minutes for me and it was very embarrassing to explain to her that I was told the wrong information.

The massage therapist Rachel was excellent. I had a tight muscle in my neck and she mostly concentrated on fixing that in addition to a relaxing massage. I definitely would return. Gifted and dedicated therapists are hard to find.

Ive gone many many times since for always a swedish massage for 50 mins and its the perfect amount of time. Ive also gotten the Youthful facial. AMAZING. Everyone ive had there is super sweet and really care about how youre doing and their service. One of the owners Erik is always super helpful and kind at the front desk! Truly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!!

Made an appointment for a facial, spoke to a representative ahead of time to ensure it would be catered to my specific skincare needs.Was disappointed when I confirmed this would include extractions and my specialist said she would not do this. Felt slighted when my specialist recommended a different facial she thought would work better for my skin and did not offer to do that said facial (hydrodermabrasion).Felt it very unnecessary when my esthetician continuously made comments about my blemishes under the skin. Clearly this could have been avoided with a quick consultation before we started our session.Sent a review shortly after my appointment to the spa director Erik, on the 21st of October receiving no reply.

I had an appointment for two adults at 9 AM got a confirmation on my email showed up 15 minutes early doors were locked, waited a few minutes and called Omspa, Eric answered and said that Olivia had canceled my appointments I have no idea who Olivia is very disappointed I was charged 570.00 on my AMEX card. Currently am disputing. 🤬 Eric really dropped the ball, offered nothing except a totally lame excuse!

If you have fibromyalgia, their floating tank is amazing. It helped so much after just one session. This is an upscale spa with incredible appointments and a classy interior. Friendly staff and very clean. Thank you.

I was gifted a 60 minute signature pedicure Groupon. When I went for my appointment, the pedicure only lasted about 35 minutes. When I went to check out, I was overcharged by almost $50. wouldnt recommend, Ive had better pedicures at cheap nail salons around Naples

As an esthetician and owner of a holistic skincare practice, I struggle to find another esthetician that is as passionate about their work as I am. I am very particular about body and facial massage. I can’t begin to describe how talented Mary is at The Om Spa. She has magical hands! Everyone was extremely nice and the atmosphere clean and serene.

I keep coming back to Om Spa when I need to relax & get a chance to take care of me. Owners and staff are always very friendly and caring. They have also been our sponsor for the past years for NAMI - National Alliance on Mental Illness. Totally recommend them.

My mom wanted three chairs so that me, my sister, and she could all get pedicures at the same time. When we called, the owner said they had three chairs and he was looking forward to it. The day before (when it was too late to cancel) he called to tell us that they didn’t have a third chair but he could put out a chair with a water bowl. My mom said that’s fine, because it was too late to find another place, but felt mislead. When we arrived we heard the owner shouting from the back about how this client insisted on having three people at the same time and that the technician wasn’t excited about it but we insisted.... well, we didn’t insist. We were mislead. And hearing that made us uncomfortable! He was clearly trying to not let his workers know that he’s the one that set the whole thing up. The owner did not wear a mask the entire time we were there which does not align with our COVID comfortability.On a different note, the materials they used were completely unsanitary- the tools that are generally new or come from the sanitizer were instead sitting in a big bin, visibility dirty. The color selection was also poor with very few OPI options- feels as though they cut corners wherever possible similar to cleanliness and my paint job (photo attached).I am giving this place one star because they set up a nice ambiance with calming music and a view to a pond in the back. The technicians were also nice and doing a good job under the circumstances.

I did the Lucia light meditation followed by the samadhi float tank. I would highly recommend that combination since after the light experience you are already extremely relaxed 😌. The staff was wonderfully accommodating and walked me through the entire process. I would recommend to my friends and family for sure !! I’ll be returning again soon ॐ
