My massage with Jorge was fabulous!!His style was like a warm hug. Very relaxing but at the same time he worked my hot spots starting gentle, then medium, and then firmer. Which helped those areas to relax and then he could really release the knots. Warm towels were use on my upper back and then a hot neck roll later when on my back. He finished with a lovely face massage.Jorge is now at top of my list.

She filled in for my massage therapist who was sick that day. She has very smooth soothing hands. LeAnne took care of my whole body and I felt totally relaxed afterwards. She was awesome.

Diana was amazing! Best massage I’ve ever had! What a kind and wonderful person too! You can tell she takes great care of her clients and puts a lot of effort in to make sure they feel comfortable.

Came from out of town and needed to kill some time so I decided to use up some of my extra hours I had. The location is super clean and the front desk employee was extremely welcoming and nice. My experience with Liliam was great! I got a facial and massage and she did amazing. Liliam was very courteous and informed me of all the steps she was taking during the facial. I will definitely return when I’m back in town.

We love when season ends and it is so easy to book appointments on short notice. This week I had a new (to me) masseuse, MA, who did a great job working through my tight muscles. Enjoyed the session enough to book the next appointment with MA before leaving.

This was hands down the best massage I have ever had anywhere. We have been ME members for quite a while. My husband and I did a couples massage for our 5th anniversary. My husband had Maikel and I had Jorge. They were so professional and attentive to all the problem areas we discussed. We have both had a lot of massages but these were the best. Jorge actually included some stretching with mine which was so needed and beneficial. The best 90 minutes of our Florida vacation. If you are looking for someone, request one of these guys!! Jorge is the best masseuse I have ever had the privilege of knowing! He can feel my pain and know exactly how to remove it. His hands are like magic! I am so lucky to have found him. I’m pretty picky when it comes to massage. I usually have a guy come to my house but my son treated me to a Massage Envy gift certificate for Mother’s Day. I checked the reviews and chose Joel as my therapist due to his high ratings and he didn’t disappoint. I had a phenomenal massage and he exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be back!

Massage Envy is the best massage salon in a 100 mile radius. Joel and Raul are fabulous for deep tissue massage therapists. Joel is my full time therapist. If Joel is not available, I schedule with Raul. I have degenerative disc disease so every massage is critical and timely. Joel always leaves me feeling like I am floating on a cloud. He makes me feel like I want to stay on the bed when I know that I have to get up and leave. That is the only negative part of my entire experience; having to leave so quickly after such a lovely experience.There is not one person who will not experience great pleasure at Massage Envy. If one has a bad back and needs a deep tissue massage, one cannot go wrong with Joel or Raul.As long as Joel and Raul are still working with Massage Envy, I will continue my therapy at Massage Envy. They are the BEST in a 100 mile radius.I am thankful to Massage Envy for helping me get All my appointments Scheduled in advance So that I do not miss any of my appointments. They run a Tight Ship. They are friendly and accommodating. They will do anything Necessary to assist their clients With anything necessary for their patients To get their appointments When needed.Massage Envy is a very good practice And accommodating to their Clients. You cannot go wrong trying Massage Envy If you have sore musclesI did not see anywhere to give them stars for their rating. Michi was the best. If you have melanin skin I highly suggest you go see her. She very delicate and dedicated to your concerns and needs of your skin. I will be back for another session next month.

Been coming here for awhile now. I am very pleased with the staff. I only go to Maikel though because he always does an incredible job and is very professional while giving an incredible deep tissue massage. I would recommend him to anyone who has chronic pain looking for relief.

I prefer deep tissue and I cant get in with my favorite massage therapist Lilliam. So I tried Jeff and he was amazing. Worked on the areas I requested. Added hot towels. Was pleasant and respectful. Left feeling great!!

Envarado is a great therapist. He did a great job and had a great understanding of what my needs were after a brief conversation. The staff at the front desk made me feel comfortable and welcome as this was my first experience with ME.

I recently moved to Naples and I have tried many massage therapists within Massage Envy. I compete in physique sports which causes a lot of muscle tension and alignments issues. I was relieved to find Leyanis as her technique is exceptional. She knows anatomy extremely well and was able to provide me with one of the best massages that I have had yet. To find a therapist that can provide a therapeutic massage for sports related concerns is very difficult. Leyanis stood out to me with her expertise and massage methodology. I would highly recommend her and I am so thankful to have found her!

Juliette is an excellent therapist. She manages to cover all my areas of tension and she knows perfectly how to achieve relief from muscle fatigue, I love her energy and also her technique is of the highest level, I recommend her 100%.

It was very clean. Everyone was very professional and nice staff. I was so relaxed, I fell asleep. Afterwards, I had this burst of energy. That must have recharged my internal battery.

I initially started with ME in Naples as a temporary measure when I moved here in 2021. My plan was to find an independent practitioner who was well-versed in medical rehab, but I found that the quality of many of the massage therapists at this ME location to be quite good, plus the membership is affordable, so I never got around to switching. My absolute favorite therapist is MK, but she unfortunately doesn’t work at the Naples location much.

Juliette is absolutely AMAZING. She is super consistent and works any area that needs attention! She has been there for years!!! Awesome lady!!

AMAZING. I was looking for deep tissue, and thats what I got. Felt absolutely incredible. She knows what shes doing! Very intuitive touch. Slept like a baby after and feel GREAT today. So much less pain. Ask for Lilliam, or Leyanis, or Juliette!

She was average. She sat a lot, and the only pressure was lateral. She didn’t know origin and insertion of muscles and didn’t I am so proud of you cheerleader work on trigger points. She didn’t check in on pressure and how she was doing. When I made suggestions, she didn’t modify her behavior.

Loved Joel! I scheduled my next visit with him before I left!

Not my idea of a great massage place … it’s like they herd you in and out. Massage was pretty good though. I’ve been to much nicer massage places and this one just doesn’t come across as anything special at all. I wouldn’t recommend going.

Yennis is the best. She is very patient and in tune with your needs (pressure, any certain pains, and bed temperature ). She makes sure you are comfortable the entire time, and always very pleasant throughout the whole massage.

My experience could not have been better! I have arthritis in various areas, which I explained to my massage therapist. He listened carefully, as I spoke, and he respected my wishes to the nth degree! This was, as usual at ME, an extremely relaxing experience!

It seems that most therapists at massage envy would rather not give a deep tissue massage. But that’s what I need and expect. The only therapist that does an excellent job is now fully booked two months in advance. And for good reason.

My therapist, Joel, is the best. Unfortunately the front office staff makes a lot of mistakes. I’m not sure if it has anything to do with the new management; but if it’s not for Joel being so good at deep tissue, I would’ve already cancelled my membership

Xiomara was amazing. I, unfortunately, showed up a few minutes late but she was understanding and quick to start my massage and still get the areas I needed focusing on. Not only this, but she was able to bring some relief to my shoulder and break loose some of the tension that when it was over I was able to lift my arm without hearing a loud pop again. Highly recommend her but don’t all crowd her at once, I need her too!

I have some neuropathy issues in my feet and have had a stoved up ankle for about a year, played pickleball a day later and was able to maneuver way better than before and then realized my akle didnt bother me at all. That wasnt the reason I went to see him for. Needed to communicate more.

Horhay or however is spelled, was the best massage therapist I have ever had. He worked with all the pressure points and made me very relaxed. I had a 90 min massage with Jorge and he helped me a lot with my neck pain. He is very knowledgeable in his field and he has been a therapist for many years. I have chronic neck pain.

Been a member for years and have been enjoying my monthly massages. Once you fine the therapist that works for you and what your body needs it’s smooth sailing. Staff always professional and kind. So happy with the service.

Good to sometimes great massage, but incredibly disingenuous to use this COMPLETLY made- up number/ value of what the massage is worth ( and more than twice what you actually paid ) when determining your expected tip. The machine then asks you if you want to pay 20, 25, or 30% of this wildly inflated/ made up number for your tip, which would equate to nearly 40 to 60% of what you just paid for the massage, all under the auspices of getting the therapist their tips faster. Then, after going through all of that, they have the gall to charge you tax on this crazy number. When you try to challenge their made up valuation upon which they are basing their suggested tip they try to brow beat you into compliance. Will likely cancel my membership shortly. Good therapists but crazy administrative decisions and poor organization, which leaves you feeling anything but relaxed when you leave.

My massage was a gift. Diana was my massage therapist and did a wonderful deep tissue massage that helped my sore neck and shoulders. The massage envy location in Naples was extremely clean, comfortable and welcoming.

Diana gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She is an expert, and she’s empathetic & perceptive. I’d definitely go back to her. She is fantastic.The only l reason this is four stars is that I felt rushed by the staff (not Diana). I had confirmed my 11am appointment, & as I was pulling into a parking space at 11am, I received a call from the staff asking where I was, & when I arrived a minute later, I was told that I was late & rushed through the check-in. It felt corporate and assembly-line.

Leyane is excellent and had a good understanding of the muscular system. Addressing my problematic areas. She works hard getting out the kinks.

I like the way my therapist seemed concerned with my neck problem and the way I felt after my massage. It’s important to me that they check in with you when they start massaging a new area to make sure the pressure is what you need.

I have been receiving 1 1/2 hour weekly massages from Leyane for years and am very pleased with her professionalism and the therapeutic benefit I receive. I’ve had 2 knee replacements, 2 hip replacements and spinal fusion and have chronic pain. Leyane helps my keep moving and her massages help with my discomfort.

Jorge is the best therapist I have ever had. He is attentive, knowledgeable and takes the time to understand what I need. I have been going to him for 3 years!!! Highly recommended!

Everardo was terrific. I need a very gentle yet therapeutic touch. I have a neuromuscular condition that if triggered can result in severe muscle spasms, rigidity and inability to move. Everardo was able to work out tension and allow me to relax and achieve some pain relief through slow massage and pressure point work. It wasn’t just sweeping light repetitive touch it was an effective therapeutic experience. He wasn’t afraid to provide me the special attention I require. He was able to assess and address my needs with very little input from me. How refreshing! Thank you. You have a new very happy client!

Leyane is a terrific massage therapist. I’ve been a client for over 6 years. Missed some appointments due to being out of town and it really made a huge difference having a massage when I came back. Can’t say enough about her professionalism and wonderful positive attitude.

Diana is incredible! I have been seeing her regularly for the past several months for deep tissue appointments in order to alleviate extreme tightness in my neck, shoulders, and back from working long hours at a computer. Combined with making improvements to my ergonomics at work, I have improved the flexibility in my back and reversed carpal tunnel pain in my hand.

My therapist Mila(not sure of spelling) was wonderful. I am still feeling the benefits 3 days later.

My massage was okay but I wouldnt return to the Naples Massage Envy location again. The attitude of the therapist was not great at all. He seemed annoyed that I was the last massage of the day and I could tell by his short responses to my questions that he just wanted to get it over with an go home. Thats not the kind of experience I would want to have again. I would rather go back to the Fort Myers location where they are much more kind and friendly.

Professional. Clean. Lovely staff. Diana was my massage therapist and I would recommend her to anyone. She was kind, payed attention to what I wanted and gave me exactly the massage that I was looking for. I have Fibromyalgia so it’s hard to get a therapist who totally understands how painful it can be and works around it. Diana did just that!

Always great! Meykel alway does a great job! Polite and professional at all times. I have used him a number of times.

Milagros was amazing. She is very well trained and knowledgeable in different techniques and was able to significantly reduce my pain. I highly recommend her.

Michael Maxwell is an excellent professional. Definitely effective when it comes to pain reduction. He is very knowledgeable as well as responsive and accommodating when I have certain requests.I greatly enjoy my sessions with him and cannot ask for a better therapist.

Joel is an amazing massage therapist! I carry so much stress in my shoulders and he does a fantastic job of getting me loosened back up. This last time I saw him, Id been having some significant lower back pain. He was able to zero straight into where the pain was and relieve my pain quickly. I highly recommend Joel!!!! 🙌

I’m a bit of a spa services addict. It’s my favorite form of self care. I’ve had favorites throughout the years and Jorge (massage) and Mishe (esthetician) are the best of the best. I feel and look like a new person after services with them.

Raul is a good person but I didn’t feel any more relaxed after I left there than when I came in. I don’t feel like he really worked on my muscles. He was more a masseuse that rubs and he rushed near the end of the session to get my legs and arms in.

The staff is excellent. Clean place. Friendly. Not a ton of up selling. Like that.Jorge works on my wife and I. He does a tremendous job of finding and fixing my sore spots. He knows what pressure to use. I leave taller and walking straight. He listens and applies.Been going to this location for over 3 years.

I have been a member for a while now, Joel is amazing, I get a deep tissue massage and he is able to relax me to the point I fall asleep, I leave completely relaxed and feeling like a new person. Highly recommend Joel for a relaxing deep tissue massage.

Jorge is magic! He finds tight muscles I didn’t even know were tight. He checks in frequently to make sure the massage is just what you want. And he’s a very sweet man as well! If I could give him 6 stars, I would!

Leo is a fabulous massage therapist who listens to what I want and actually does it. So often massage people will ask what you would like worked on and then do their own thing. The only bad part is that he is hard to get in with.

Yunisleydis is an outstanding masseuse!! Just the right amount of pressure and she uses a number of different techniques to get to the problem area. Best I’ve had at any Masssge Envy!!

Upon entry was greeted by a beautiful pleasant greeter explained everything I needed to know very clearly.. I was escorted to my room right at the minute of my session everything clean and sanitized my lady did a beautiful 90 minute massage on me and at 8 minutes before my end time I was done.. I only say if you escort me in 8 minutes ahead of my scheduled time the same way you end my time it gives me all my time for undressing and dressing..

Jorge is the best! He knows exactly where your pain is and relieves it. If you can get the 90 minute massage its so worth it. You feel so great afterwards. Definitely ask for Jorge you wont be disappointed.

Very first massage in my entire life of 42 years and I wish I could get my money back...the masseuse never touched my lower back. This woman spent 50 minutes lightly rubbing my arms and shoulders. Came home in more pain than before the massage which was basically her pushing me nto the table with her forearms. I would say that it was a complete waste of time but being in a quiet room for a hour was good. Overall the experience was not good. I dont ever want a massage again. 👍

Staff was nice. Massage therapist was nice. The only problem I had was we were supposed to get an hour at 10:08. They called us back, gave us the 5 minutes to undress came in and was done and left a room by 10:53 I know its a petty complaints but between paying for the massage and leaving tips its rather expensive. Would have been nice to get the full-time
