My husband came here today because he was overdue for a haircut and his regular hairdresser at 5th ave barber had canceled a few times. He booked with Georgina because she has the most/best reviews and he gets there and she sticks him with some new guy who doesn’t speak English and insists he’s great but just needs to build his clientele. He proceeds to absolutely butcher my husband’s hair. It’s truly the worst fade he’s ever had. Terrible customer service and there’s clearly no point in booking with specific people when the person you book with is just gonna stick you with their newest and worst barber instead at your expense even though you have to pay the same amount.

Was in town visiting family and stopped for a cut. Was hands down the best full service haircut / beard trim I have ever had in my life! If you want a great experience and cut this is the place. Everyone was very friendly as well!

Had a wedding in the area so ended up at ALPHA for my haircut. No appointment. Took about 10 minutes to get a barber... not really a long wait. Solid haircut. A bit pricy from what Im used to... have no idea what the average price for a cut in Naples is but I usually pay about 40% less where I am from. Good place, nice people, nice cuts... just a little expensive.

Misa is very professional and a very experienced barber. I have about three different cow licks and he, unlike other barbers, was able to do the smoothest transition from skin fade to a 2.

Advertised as an alpha male themed, boutique concept, barb noershop, the establishment didnt provide anything but disappointment.It was neither high-class, polished, furnished, staffed with the equipment and def not the vibe to style my hair....such as no razors...and that I wouldve done better at GreatClips in style with less insult and headache.My barber was Felix and I showed him a picture of exactly how I wanted my hair to look. We confirmed he understood. I even told him to reposition my head if necessy and left the picture on my lap (my uneasiness at his skill or his valuation of my worth at helping me feel like your mission statement online implied are company objective ).He pounded my head with the clippers, never used a blade, contradicted every agreed upon goal by his actions, and moved with such reckless speed that he probably needed some Adderall to help him focus.I left a 20% tip, and heres another, digital marketing can be compromising too. Esp, when my appearance is compromised. I love SWFL, but THIS Queen has no issue being a Karen defending the brand of Naples, FL whose premium pricing in real estate and all things rich. I had to let the cats off the leash with this one. Close shop. You wont last long.

Came in from out of town for business and a bit of pleasure, and I was looking to get cleaned freshly before my first meeting. Naturally I was by nervous since I’m very loyal to my local barber; I saw the reviews and went for an appointment. My guy David gave me one of the cleanest skin fades I’ve gotten and a solid trim to my hair. Shaped up the edges and hard part with a straight razor! Couldn’t recommend him enough for anyone looking a great cut for a fantastic price. Thank you Alpha and thank you very much to David!

It is hard to find a good barber/salon and this place is no exception. Before my haircut I showed Amir a picture of what I wanted and ended up with something 2.5 inches shorter and nothing like the picture. Due to them overbooking, I was rushed through the appointment in about 15 minutes, which also left me very unhappy. The service provided was not only very poor quality, but also lacked any essence of customer service, all for an entirely too expensive cost. They charge as much as higher end establishments for a well below average experience. Hopefully it was just a worst case scenario, but I found it inexcusable. I truly wish I never went, earning them the well deserved one star.

A friend booked me a King of the Pride package for my bday. I have nothing but great things to say. The entire staff is super professional and polite. They offer coffee and water the entire time etc. They make sure you are very satisfied and comfortable throughout the entire process. Amir did an incredible job on my hair/beard. I got the vibe from the entire staff that they really appreciate the business including from a man who I believe is the owner and/or manager. I love this place and glad it is only 5min up the street from me. Just an overall great experience. So much so, that I felt it necessary to leave a 5 star review.

Bar none, one of the best barbershops you will find in Naples. Bojan is a perfectionist and will give you a precision haircut. In fact, all of the barbers at Alpha are highly skilled and precision. You can tell they deliver quality when you try to book an appointment: Book in advance because these barbers are in demand! (Although, I do see plenty of walk-ins.)If you are like me, you get a bit apprehensive when you have to switch barbers, which is what I had to do when we moved to this area. I did my research and found Alpha had the highest ratings. So, I gave them a try, and I am highly impressed. I always get a great haircut!I have not tried any of their other services, but they seem pretty popular based on the number of people they service.

The service is impeccable. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Osly gave me a phenomenal haircut and beard trim, and Olivia did an excellent job on my manicure. I have been to this place twice so far and each visit has been absolutely fantastic. My first trip here was after a haircut that didnt really work out. The barber that took care of me, Rich, did an excellent job of fixing and improving my hair beyond what I thought was possible. I was extremely impressed by both the dedication and craftsmanship that went into the cut. I walked out feeling and looking like a million bucks. The second time I went there I saw the Barber, Bojan. I decided to try a cut that was outside the usual that I got, all it took was the show of a picture of what I wanted and he went to work. The cut came out phenomenal and was exactly what I had in mind. Not only was I treated to a fantastic haircut but excellent service and care. I was so impressed by this barbershop that I came to write a review so that they could get the recognition that they deserve. 100% recommend for anyone, they know their stuff and you will not regret it.

Had an excellent experience at Alpha. This was my first haircut in over five months. Bojan was terrific. And he really took his time which I appreciated. There are some places you go and your are done in ten minutes and it looks like it. I could tell he really wanted to do it right and he did. Best place that I have ever had a haircut at. Nothing like it in all of Naples. Amir cuts my hair and it’s the best haircut that I have ever had. But just observing everyone working there they are all at the very top of there profession. Nothing that even begins to compare to Alpha when I go north for the summer. My last day in Naples will include a stop at Alpha before heading north.

Im from Chicago and have a place here in Napels so I travel back and forth. Did a simple Google search for barbers in the area and found this place. For starters, its pretty much across the street from my condo and they had GREAT reviews so I booked a cut and beard clean up. Bojan was the one who took care of me. He was very professional and my appointment was right on top. He was also very nice to everyone who came in. Come to find out he is actually the owner. We engaged in some great conversations and learned a little about each others backgrounds. Im in business myself so this was definitely a good time to chat. The haircut was great, the beard turned out nice and he pays attention to details. I hight recommend this place and usually get a cut right before I fly in and now will just book a cut whenever Im in Naples which is on average 8-10 times a year. Alph Men’s Spa was one of the only barbers open on a Sunday and had great reviews.The shop was clean and comfortable and the owner was very nice. Honestly this is one of the best barber shops I’ve ever been to. I get my haircut by Bojan and he is top notch. He is consistent, through, and passionate about his craft. I moved to Naples in January for my job and had a great barber in Orlando, so I was worried I would be able to find the same and Alpha Mens Spa and Bojan proved me wrong. I’ve never been cut by Amir, but his cuts look great too. Very clean and professional shop. Also have the best prices in town. All other barber shops around are charging $40-50 for a haircut, Alpha’s are $25-30. The shop even offers massage, manicure and pedicure, waxing. You can even book your services online. Check them out if you want quality.

Bueno, but no Nino. 5-stars for the facility & customer service atmosphere. I booked my first appointment with “Nino” because of one previous review mentioning his name. However, he seems inexperienced and gave me the haircut HE wanted, apparently. He completely dismissed what I told him I wanted, and it was too late to correct him after he shaved the side of my head. I’d recommend asking for another stylist.

I was visiting Naples and thought I would treat myself to my first manicure. I found Alpha Barber, Salon and Spa and liked that it catered to providing services for men. Miliana, one of the owners, did my manicure and she was excellent. She was meticulous and professional. She also talked to me about foot care and suggested I consider a pedicure the next time I visited Naples. Miliana and her husband are the consummate business owners and I wish them continued success. I will see you when I visit this December!

I am so glad I tried out Alpha for my hair cut over a year ago. Amir is my go to guy. He does a great job. I can honestly say no one has cut my hair as good as Amir does. They make it easy to make an appointment for me and my grandson. You will not find a higher quality of service for the price.

First appearance the inside is designed so well. More than that they were prompt and went out of the way to make you feel welcome. They offer drinks when you first walk in. Here you get more than a simple haircut you get the whole Alpha experience. They take care of you like you are the King.
