Honest Review: Luz is incredible! At first I was disappointed with lack of FB communication. Decided to keep my appointment and am SO glad I did. In person, she answered all questions and delivered a facial treatment catered to my skin type. Three days later and my skin is still glowing. I will absolutely return to Luz for more facials! I am 41 for reference, and my skin looks early 30s after the hydro facial she provided. I am genuinely pleased and highly recommend.

I went to Luz while visiting Naples for a deep tissue massage - I have had back issues for 15 years and my mid/upper back often flairs up with pain and overall stiffness and I was looking for a bit of relief. Luz was absolutely amazing! I prefer a harder pressure during massages and it was perfect, she also used a lot of stretching techniques that really really helped. I couldnt believe how much less stiff I felt right after treatment. Not only does she work magic, she is also an absolute sweetheart. I cant wait to go back for a facial! THANK YOU LUZ!

Luz has been my aesthetician for over a year now. I am a nail technician and very picky about who does my facials and massages. She gives the best facial for the best value. Really cares and understands the skin. When I leave there my skin looks absolutely amazing. She always takes her time and goes above and beyond. I’ve had facials at every resort spa in Naples and by far Luz Facial and massage is the best. I highly recommend her. She also gives wonderful massage is very knowledgeable of the body.

Exceptional, exceptional, EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! I have been all over the world and I’ve been to some of the top spas in Naples and this woman, LUZ, Is excellent. I have received the best facial in all my life. I did the micro blading and the hydra facial and her work is exceptional. I’ve gotten Hydro facials before but her work is absolutely stunning. I can physically see the lift in my face and my pores are so clear and tight. I look 10 years younger.

Luz is incredible at what she does and is extremely clean! My mom and I were looking to get facials while visiting Naples and we can across her online. For starters her HydraFacial is an amazing price and it’s the exact same machine that my dermatologist office uses and they charge $300! Luckily we come to Naples a few times a year so I know I will being seeing Luz every time I come down! Next time I’m coming down to Naples I will book ahead and do a facial and massage. I called to make an appointment at the last minute for microdermabrasion facial and Bill, not only very accommodating but also friendly and informative. upon arrival, I was greeted with a warmth welcome from Luz. she analyzed my skin and informed me what will be the best for my skin. during the treatment, Luz always gave me a heads up on what she was gonna do, the product she was using and the benefit of it. she didnt try to upsell or force you to buy this and that like many other places. Im very thrilled with my session, my skin feel so fresh, tight and bright. I will definitely come back again even I have to drive all the way from Marco Island, it worthed it. My facial was FANTASTIC!!!! I have really sensitive skin and wear a lot of make up with the job I have so keeping clear skin is har door me. The hydro facials cleaned my pores so well and the serums used really helped engender my skin tone / texture! DEF recommend getting one done!!! And she was super nice and very attentive to your skin needs!

This business makes itself available on groupon. However, when I called the owner advised he could offer the deal for a lower price. When I told him the groupon price, he told me he couldnt do it for that low, in fact, he stated that I was lieing about the price. He went on to say that he doesnt want groupies going to his spa anyway, he wants real people. He refused to set an appointment time for me and hung up the phone. Surprized by his comments, I called back only to receive a litany of insults and a barrage of character judgements.By the way, Im being polite when I describe this conversation. The tone and absolute rudeness displyed by this small business owner is shocking. With these anger management issues, Im not sure how he stays in business. I think I got to see the real person and this is someone I cant support. I rated it with one star only because I wasnt allowed to rate it lower.I saw the owners response to my review. I guess its a matter of perspective. This business owner uses Groupon to advertise his business and then tries to to talk the respondent out of using Groupon and book directly with him. So, use Groupon to attract a customer and then cut Groupon out so they dont get paid.Actions speak louder than words Mr. business owner.

As a personal trainer for more than 30 years ive had a few massages in naples over the years. Luzs massage therapy surpasses other massage therapists that have given me a massage. The wife says her facials are even better!

Arrived for my appointment at 11:15. Nobody was there. I called, Luz seemed confused, then abruptly hung up the phone. I tried calling back, no answer. I then received a phone call from a different number, acknowledging she wasn’t even there and was on her way. Sketchy, to say the least.
