The Second Fiddle was on my list of bars to check out while in Nashville. It was my favorite! The band was incredible. The bartender was super nice and attentative. I loved the atmosphere. All the old fashioned radios were so neat to see. The prices were reasonable. I would absolutely come back here.

Great live music of both levels and two different types of music. We sat on the first level and they sand country music on non stop requests from the customers. It was great. Some Garth Brooks, Alan Jackson, Carrie Underwood, Brett Young, Taylor Swift, The Almond Brothers, and anything you ask. The band Andrew Mac was excellent with guitarist, lead singer who also plays the guitar, a fiddler, a drummer, and base player. They are always welcome all over Nashville to sing at all establishments for their energy and talent. Great venue to just relax w drinks and listen to live music with friends.

Rooftop bar with heaters. The door man had a great vibe, so we had to check it out. A nice view of broadway and live music on all floors. Great energy, friendly bartenders and good music.

Had a good time on a Wednesday evening enjoying some live music and a few drinks. Our bartender was friendly and attentive. Some interesting decor on the walls including a bunch of old instruments, radios, and more. Pretty cool spot.

Great entertainment! Super nice and pretty clean a little bit on the smaller size but most bars here are smaller size you just have to squeeze in and hope for a seat!

Another super cool great atmosphere place to enjoy a few drinks and listen watch the live music. So much fun here!

Great music, small location makes for a good time.

The staff is incredible! Desi, the manager makes you feel right at home. Taylor and Tiffany are the sweetest! And Anthony is the best bouncer ever! When youre here you feel like family. Also, out of all the longer bars on Broadway this one definitely has more room!

Fun time! We didn’t eat there but the people we were talking to said the food was great. The entertainment was fun and great vocals. I would recommend if you are heading to Nashville for a downtown adventure

Out of pizza on a Sunday afternoon. The music is loud country. Rooftop bar.

My girlfriend and I stopped in around 5PM for a quick drink and stumbled upon Mathew Baringer playing a live set.The bartender was really nice and we had a good time! Seems like a very stereotypical, fun Broadway bar!

Everything was great but the band on the rooftop. They do song request & it was $20 per request well I requested a song they said they wouldn’t be able to play that. I gave another & they said ok we got you next. About 6-7 songs went by & never heard my song request get played & I also tipped the band an extra $5 for support. I wasted $25 for a song that didn’t get played at all, again everything else was great bartenders great, prices good & security guards were great too.

Fine place with a great rooftop patio. Music was good, and didnt feel overly crowded for a busy night.

Sat on the food top patio all afternoon on Thanksgiving Day and listened to a great band. The bartender was alone with a massive crowd and she knocked it out of the park. She was just awesome. BTW the drinks were ice cold.

This was my favorite bar in Nashville. Definitely more relaxed then some of the other bars. There is room for dancing near the live band and a good amount of seating. A guy made creepy comment to me there and the bouncer kicked him out right away so my girl friends and I felt really safe there as well.

I wanted to express my sincerest gratitude to the band upstairs today (8/30/23) Jake holder. They were amazing, super funny and taking requests all night. Me and my BF had a great time. To the lady who took money out of their tip jar. Shame on you! You should have been kicked out for being nasty, a talking to was well deserved. Either way, we had a great time.

Downstairs was terrible. This was the first bar I went to when I turned 21 and walked up to the bartender and she asked what I wanted and I hesitated for a second she just huffed and said I’ll be back. It was not crowded either. When she came back I ordered and so did my boyfriend and she asked if we were both 21 very rudely. He ordered 4 drinks and it was $60. She didn’t make 3/4 of them correctly. The band downstairs was awful but we moved upstairs and had a much better experience. The band upstairs was much better and the service and bartenders were much nicer. I would only go back for the rooftop.

Great roof top bar! Fantastic band for Music Fest Sunday Afternoon 2022. Well worth the trip upstairs.

The bartender at the bottom bar was very rude. The bar was not packed and it took her 10 minutes to take our order. When my girlfriend went to say what she wanted the bartender said she’d be back when my girlfriend decided. When she finally came back she proceeded to ask if we were even 21. 2 drinks and 2 shots were $56 and neither drink was made right. Our kamikaze shots were red (there’s nothing red in a kamikaze shot). I ordered a tequila with sprite and she made a tequila soda and gave me a sprite on the side and told me to “just mix them as I drink”. Overall downstairs staff was very rude and unwelcoming. However upstairs bar staff was very nice and the complete opposite of downstairs staff. And the band upstairs was sooooo much better than the band downstairs.

This place has a great vib.. the atmosphere is vibrant.. the music is solid for the guys playing.

We had a blast here. Great drinks and entertainment both nights we spent in Nashville.

Brought my mom and family for her 70th birthday and the music and service was excellent. Emily was our bartender and she was phenomenal. Went to a lot of bars but she was by far the best bartender we had. Thanks Emily for a great time, we will definitely be back!!!

Loved the performance of Jake Holder & The Misfits! Spent around 4 hours rocking! Loved the band, the atmosphere, and the music.

Several of us had a blast at Second Fiddle. Great entertainment, pleasant staff and most importantly for me after leaving my wallet there, helpful and responsive management. Look forward to spending more time with Desi and crew!

Stopped in randomly while on a Bachelorette party on a Saturday night, there was no line to get in, a live band right in the front that was AMAZING! Great atmosphere, everyone very friendly even though we had a blow up penis, and smiles and laughing all around! Go here, you wont regret it!

Stopped in for a drink, and to check out the talent. We got a table, as it was not a full house. After rudely being told that we had to get our own drinks at the bar, I waited 15 minutes before the bartender from the other end of the bar had to come wait on me, because the girl at my end was too busy flirting with a guy to do her job. With the prices they charge - $30 for two beers and two mixed drinks! - service should be better. There are MANY other places that actually practice good customer service. We will not go back to Second Fiddle!

This place is AMAZING!! Desi is so sweet and makes you feel like a regular even though we were from out of town. The Corey Farley Band was great too. We will definitely be back for sure.

My wife and I thought this was the best bar on Broadway. Every night during our trip we tried many different bars, but always ended up coming back to Second Fiddle. Getting a beer was fast, simple and relatively cheap. The music is what really set this bar above everyone else.

Great little bar! Got there early in the morning and Reckless Sideman was playing. Literally stayed allllllll day because they were so awesome we couldnt leave!! The best day in Nashville!

My absolute favorite place on Broadway!. They always have fantastic bands. Despite being very busy on the weekends, the bar service is usually pretty good. This place is a must day or night when on Broadway

Why have we not spent more time in this bar. Happened to get lured in by a band member chatting to us thru the window while we were on the street. Had the time of out life!! The Cory Farley band were there to entertain us and that they did. We laughed our butts off. Cory you and your band mates are fantastic and also very entertaining so thank you so much. We will absolutely be looking forward to seeing you during our next visit to Nashville. Thanks again for sharing your incredible voice and sense of humor with us Canadian girls tonight.

Hands down a must go to if your walking Broadway!! Great bands and the bartenders are amazing!! This is more of a late 30’s to 40’s style bar, and that makes it perfect!!

Ive been to Nashville several times going from place to place listening to the local talent but have not had a much better experience than I did at the Second Fiddle! It was less cramped than most places and the drinks were good the band was excellent and the staff was friendly!

Chris Shrader band and the gal on the violin were amazing entertainers last night at the Second Fiddle! We’re locals and will definitely be back with friends. Thanks Second Fiddle for booking these guys! Hope to see them here again.

One of the bouncers started a fight with my friend and then threatened to shoot him. Not professional, not trained, not a vibe.This is by far one of the lamest bars on Broadway anyhow so your not missing anything by passing it by lol. Go to aldeans

Most fun dancing on a Sunday night ever, and i dance almost every night. Incredible band with eddie van halen and walen jennings look alikes. I later figured out that band was Go Fish!

Had an absolute blast. Bartenders and music were great!

Security doesn’t know what they’re doing. My girlfriend and I are visiting from Washington and they didn’t recognize our IDs and didn’t let us in. Security needs a way to validate a real ID that isn’t personal opinion.

They only had one bartender working but had three bar backs. The ratio seems a bit off. It took 20 minutes just to get her attention to close my tab. Make sense now why this was one of the less populated bars

There are similar bars all over the place.Even though its a tourist destination, some bars ask for a photo ID, so if you dont have a passport, youll be refused entry. Also, if you have a backpack, you will be refused entry for security reasons. I couldnt get into all the popular stores and ended up at this store.Looking at other reviews, it seems to be well received by Americans. A bar thats easy to get into.
