I have never even done a review but this place deserves to be talked about. Absolutely amazing experience! This was my first ever massage and I was a bit nervous but Jordan (I hope I am spelling that right) made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The dimmed lights, the music choices, the brownies they provide and overall experience was amazing. The massage stations were clean and neat. They have hooks as well as your own cubbies for your belongings which feels very safe and secure. She asked specific questions about what I was looking for in my massage and incorporated just what I needed! Jordan also gave me tips for how to stretch and relax my body in the future because she noticed I had low mobility in my ankles. The oil used was unscented which is a huge thumbs up from me because I have severe sensitive skin and it did not bother my skin one bit! Just an amazing experience with amazing people and I would absolutely 100% recommend it to the next person!

It was a wonderful experience at Adagio! I purchased a 90-minute facial and paraffin hand treatment. Amber was great! Ive had a lot of facials, and this one is at the top of my list :)I also enjoyed a mimosa and delicious brownie in the relaxation room. Lovely! This spa is a hidden gem in the Gulch.

I had the BEST massage of my life here from Jordan. She is FABULOUS! I have sciatica and after she worked on me I was pretty much pain free for 3 days! Thats hasnt happened since before I was hurt in 2018!! I recommend anyone with pain to come get a massage,plus they have the best brownies. The employees are also pretty great!

My husband & I came here for a couples massage on our honeymoon, and had the most amazing experience. This spa is so peaceful, we were greeted with mimosas prior to our massages, which was such a nice touch. The massages themselves were an absolute 10/10. Afterwards we got to relax in the lounge again with organic brownies. The manager, Bascha, is so friendly & professional- during checkout she gave us personal recommendations for dinner spots during our trip. We cant wait to come back here the next time were in town!

My wife and I had a 90 minute couples massage today and it was amazing! We will definitely be coming back. The whole experience was nothing short of amazing. This was the best massage we have had for a long time and we get a lot of massages all around the world.

One of the best facials Ive had. The 90 minute facial & hand treatment was so relaxing.Chelsea was great & asked a lot of questions about my skin & routine before starting. My skin came out glowing & Ill definitely be back! The relaxation room at the end was such a nice surprise.

My GF surprised me with an hour massage. They are one of the view spas that require masks. The waiting area was a great set up relaxing music, champagne, and dim lights. It was very relaxing heading into the massage room.The massage therapist was very good. She communicated the whole time asked how I’m feeling and if the pressure was good. I also got my brows reshaped and she did a fantastic job!The only 2 reasons why I didn’t give a 5 star is 1. There are no hooks or a place to put your clothes. You just have to leave it on the floor. 2 one of the outlets for the light switch was uncovered. I’ll probably come back and give them another chance.

Highly recommend Adagio! On a recent visit to Nashville I had a 90 minute massage with Brittany, and it was incredible! The best massage I have had! I will be back!!

My partner and I enjoyed a couples massage to celebrate our anniversary and were met with courteous and professional staff. My massage therapist, Jordan, is very skilled and I will most likely be requesting them in the future. The director, Bascha, revealed that Adagio is a long-standing local business and I can see that they are well-established, well-operated and offer a very relaxing spa experience. The complementary mimosa was a nice touch!

This place is amazing I took my boyfriend for his birthday weve never had professional massages before so we did the couples massage and let me just tell you guys it was the bomb.. I enjoyed every minute of it and so did my boyfriend we would definitely be coming back thank you guys for giving us an amazing experience

I am picky about massages, but Im glad I took a risk and tried out Adagio. I was fortunate enough to get Linda, who is truly exceptional. There was only time for an hour massage, but she made the most of it. She somehow managed to loosen my tight muscles without hurting me, and I walked away with so much more freedom of movement. Shes very skilled at what she does, while also being thoughtful, kind, and warm. I will definitely be back, and Ive already told my friends about this place. I also love the touch of offering a mimosa/champagne beforehand. Its a basic place - no robes or changing rooms, but the atmosphere is soothing and I assume that keeps the costs down, which I appreciate.

A group of 4 made appointments 4 weeks in advance. Two body polishes with additional massage and two 60 minute massages. When we arrived and were taken back the therapists said there was no record of my body polish but we were booked for massages. The therapists left the room to speak with the receptionist about the confusion and were gone for quite a while. The receptionist returned to tell us that suddenly one of the therapists got sick and had to leave so only one was left to do only 2 of the 4 people in our group. My husband wanted me to stay for my massage and the other couple did not get they’re services at all. My massage therapist did a very nice job and it was a relaxing massage. The room was a bit too cold and lacked any kind of warm ambiance. The whole experience was very disappointing since we were all looking forward to this for a month. I would have thought for the inconvenience there would have been some sort of comp given for my massage. I never leave reviews but in this case and being an esthetician for 25 years and would never treat a client like we were one was necessary given the unprofessional behavior of the therapist who suddenly became sick when she was clearly fine 10 minutes earlier. I only left 2 stars because my therapist who did decide to stay gave me a very nice massage.

This place has been so wonderful to me. The staff is so kind and professional. They’ve really helped me in my journey to healing. I would recommend them to anyone. Jordan is the best! Customer for life.

90 min deep tissue, $185. It was pretty good. No additional music or sent in the room, and only lotions.. no oil idk if it was the type of tremendous i picked. The front desk was helpful, and the therapist was all nice and very professional.

During our girls trip to Nashville, we decided to treat ourselves to massages, and we were thrilled with the experience. Both of our therapists were exceptional, but I particularly loved mine as she incorporated stretching into the massage, which was exactly what I needed. I must admit, I left feeling a bit sad that she isnt located in my hometown to become my regular masseuse. The customer service at Adagio Spa was great, and the owner, Bascha, was incredibly kind. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Adagio Spa for all your massage needs.

This is my third time going to Adagio over the past few years and every time has been an incredible experience. My latest was a prenatal massage and Jordan exceeded all expectations. She worked out so much tension AND they had a pregnancy pillow that allowed me to lie facing down, which any pregnant woman knows is a treat.Lorenda at the front desk was kind and helpful. I don’t get massages often, but when I do, I’m coming here!

Adagio is my all time favorite spa experience. The owner Bascha is so kind and truly helped my husband and I have a beautiful spa experience. My husband and I opted for the seaweed wrap and deep tissue message couples message. The staff at Adagio took such great care of us and greeted us with welcoming smiles! We will absolutely be coming back to Adagio next time we’re in Nashville.

Went there for a facial and my my was it a great experience.It was my first time and I loved it so much I wanna make it a habit.I also loved how my aesthetician was explaining everything she did and answered all of my beauty questions and gave suggestions.And yes I left feeling refreshed and my skin was glowing and thankful for it.I had no adverse effects at all(that’s why I waited a while to review 😉)They have parking waiver so you can drive up there with no worries about paying for parking.

I cannot say enough great things about our experience at Adagio. We were treated like family, and with so much care. Every single one of our expectations was blown out of the water. Basia is truly one of the most down to earth, and sweetest people Ive met recently. If youre stopping in Nashville, planning a trip at Adagio, is a MUST to get all your pampering needs met!

My friend and I decided to get a massage on my last day visiting. He said his massage was great. Mine was wonderful. I got a deep tissue massage from Jordan and she was attentive asking in the beginning of there were any areas I wanted to focus on. She did a great job releasing knots in my back and shoulders. She did an excellent job of using the right amount of pressure and I left feeling totally rejuvenated. Next time Im in Nashville Ill definitely return for another massage!

I had a massage with Jordan. She did a great job relaxing my tight calves and shoulders after a week of hiking.The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.Would definitely come back when in Nashville!

We had the best time here on a girls trip! I was in correspondence with Bascha the entire time we planned it, and she was so helpful and sweet! We had an hour to ourselves before our massages in a private lounge with champagne and a charcuterie board. All the massage therapists were absolutely amazing! After our massages we had another thirty minutes to ourselves with fresh baked goods. Highly recommend scheduling a party here. The whole experience was wonderful! Will definitely be back in the future.

I had the most fantastic experience at Adagio Massage Co & Spa. The owner Bascha was so welcoming. I was instantly treated like family. Chelsea my esthetician was phenomenal . She asked me many questions about my skin and the products I use. She was so intricate and accommodating. I have never had a facial experience like this before. You can tell she is very knowledgeable and how much she loves it. I was on vacation and the treatment I received and them knowing I may not be back again was nothing Ive ever experienced before. I cannot say enough fantastic things about Chelsea and Bascha! If I am ever in the area again I will not hesitate to book another appointment. Thank you for the wonderful service! Bosha will greet you and is very friendly and professional. My husband and I had a couples massage…I had a deep tissue massage with Jordan and she did amazing! My husband left disappointed as he basically got a rub down from his massage therapist. He felt as if she was new or still in training. I think her name was Allison. The atmosphere was relaxing as we got served mimosas in our little waiting area. Overall a great experience minus my husband’s subpar massage.

This was the most relaxing experience of my life. The owner was extremely kind and went above and beyond for our party. The massage therapists were also extremely kind and did amazing jobs. I cannot recommend this place enough!! Perfect for a bachelorette or bachelor group!

Celebrated a friends bachelor party at Adagio as a party of 7. Bascha was in touch constantly and helped us make the arrangements and plan the day. She was incredibly accommodating and patient. We were given robes and slippers and access to a private lounge to relax in. As part of the party package she provided us with an overabundance of food and drinks (man-mosas) and even dessert. Bascha, Joy, and her entire team took care of us the whole time. Everyone said their massages were fantastic and it was the perfect way to recuperate and wind-down after a long week of celebrating. Would highly recommend.

What an amazing facial! When I first saw the building and thought its in an office building?! I wasnt so sure- once you step through the doors its truly a spa ambience and the facial was excellent. I love it when I get instruction on what someone is doing and what it is helping. I couldnt have asked for a better esthetician!

I booked a couples massage for my husband and I for his 25th birthday. After tipping, we spent $255 and it was WELL WORTH IT! We both felt AMAZING afterwards. My wife and I got a couples massage while visiting Nashville. We enjoyed the experience from 1st contact to the end. All staff was great. Friendly, accommodating, and professional. Me being a man, I dont normally get massages, but after Adagio I think Ill start getting them more. My wife and I were very pleased. In short, You get what you pay for.

Did not quote me the correct price over the phone. My husband and I got a couples massage, mine was a complete and udder disappointment. My husband on the other hand had the male technician and had a wonderful experience. Mine however didn’t do half of what his technician did. We compared notes after the massage and had a completely different experience, mine was just a rub down basically. She coughed throughout the massage, which when you are trying to relax doesn’t help nor do you want to worry about getting sick throughout the massage either. The front desk lady was lovely though and the male technician did a great job and was what we were both expecting.*we also didn’t get the complementary desserts.

I just had a couples massage with Jordan. I have had many many massages, and this was one of the best Ive ever had. She worked out my legs after an intense leg day, and she worked out scar tissue I have from a 3 year old shoulder injury and Ive never felt better. Highly recommend.

I just had my first experience at Adagio, and I couldnt be more pleased with the Turn Back Time facial I received from Chelsea! She was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and my skin has never felt nor looked so good! She answered all of my questions about skincare, and I cant wait to return for another facial with Chelsea!

I love this place. From the staff to the services provided this is a little slice of heaven set down right in the heart of Nashville.

I planned a spa party for myself and 4 friends for a bachelorette party. Bascha (the owner) worked directly with me to make sure that every detail was perfect. Our party included a LOADED charcuterie board with top of the line meats, cheeses, and crackers, 2 bottles of champagne, juices, and delectable dessert. We had a private space to enjoy the food and drinks for an hour & 15 minutes, spaced out before and after the massages. Surprisingly, we all got called back into private rooms at the same time. We each received a 60 min. therapeutic massage. Each of us came out saying that it was the best massage we had ever had! My personal masseuse (Jonathan) was very knowledgeable and communicated with me to make sure he did his best for me. Bascha’s generosity and amazing customer service was worth WAY more than she charged us for our experience. It was very affordable. We were very pleased with Adagio and I highly recommend it! Thank you Bascha and staff!!!

Best spa in Nashville. Adagio is always great. Its so soothing n dark from the minute you walk in till the warm brownie u can choose to get on the way out. Jordan literally fixes every single knot on my body. It is not pleasant but a deep tissue is never meant to be. I will obviously go back every 6 weeks. Shes mine tho, so ask for someone else!

Our experience at Adagio was PHENOMENAL! Bascha went above and beyond to make sure our visit was relaxing and enjoyable, and I was honestly said to say goodbye when our party was over. A MUST for anyone taking a girls trip to Nashville! We will be back!

This is my FAVORITE spa! I used to live in Nashville in 2009 and started going not too long after. I have lived in two different states since leaving in 2013 and still TRAVEL to visit this spa. I currently live two and half hours away and will drive for my appointment. The spa is heavenly, the treatment is amazing and the care is exactly what I need. This has been my home spa and I bring everyone I know with me to experience what I have received.

The place seemed a lil unconventional but the service was phenomenal! Not only was it the best massage I have ever had, but my therapist taught me so much about self care. This was the absolute best way to start a vacation!!

My husband LOVED his session. I hated mine. The place was a bit dark, although the staff was very friendly and the massage was very nice. Hubby was in there 10-15min longer than me but the wait wasn’t bad. He’s raved about it since. I’d give it a 7 out if 10. He gives us a 9.5.

Ok so my mom and I are visiting Nashville and really wanted a facial with microdermabrasion! We found just the place.The “pros” Our Esthetician was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable and walked us through each step. Her touch was gentle yet effective and I was completely relaxed. She checked in multiple times toMake sure I was comfortable. My skin honestly turned a new “leaf” and is so soft and feels so hydrating!!!The cons: FREEZING! the facial bed wasn’t heated, it was cold and the room is SO tiny. If you are claustrophobic this is not the place for you. I also noticed throughout the spa the floors were rather dirty. I saw hair and debris which was surprising to see. Lastly I really wanted some new moisturizer and eye cream to try out and get this…. They do not sell any products……..?!? WHAT? I had to drive over to Skin Haus and pick up products.I feel like this place puts facials on the back burner - they have the star esthetician but they really need to invest into making the facial experience as good as the massages. (Per the reviews)The “lounge room” was cold- maybe add some soft blankets.Again my facial was 10/10 solely because of the esthetician. THANK YOU!

After researching spas in the Nashville area for a gals getaway, we chose Adagio. Im so happy we did! Bascha and her team were incredibly hospitable with our small group of 4, offering a cheese platter and a pitcher of mimosas. We were each able to get a customized massage after enjoying the delicious snack . Very friendly and professional! I highly recommend Adagio! My ONLY issue was the lack of signage to locate the business from the street...not sure where we were going, and from being out of town, it was a bit tricky.

Best massage I have received. It is a quiet and relaxing environment with calming music and scents. They are always welcoming and do a good job taking care of client needs. Highly recommend Jordan if she has openings!

Spent the day at the spa for my friends birthday. The staff was amazing and I enjoyed every minute. They even provided us with some yummy treats!

After reading so many great reviews, my husband and I were really excited to splurge on our anniversary and get a couples massage here. We were, however, very disappointed. We should have known that was going to be the case when we needed to call twice and give our payment information to the receptionist who had no record that we had called a WEEK prior to our appointment. It was a good thing we called to confirm the appointment since we didnt see any confirmation email. We were later told that rain can cause a spotty connection in their system and that could have contributed to the issue. I dont know about you, but a spa with such high ratings as well as booking $200+ services should not have this issue.We were rushed from the second we walked into the door, and did not receive a private relaxation room for the duration of our visit either, which is something we paid for with the couples massage. Time given to us in the private room was minimal - maybe a total of 10 minutes. The general relaxation room was not very relaxing at all - the decor was uncomfortable and its located right near the reception area and main hallway to the kitchen... lots of clatter.The mud wraps we received were sub-par compared to other spas Ive been to. We were hardly covered in any mud, and very rushed - we were ASKED if we wanted the post-massage and we were told we could take the body lotion home, which was in a condiment take-out container! The dessert was also just offered and the two massage therapists were trying to talk us out of it because they were busy. Very unprofessional, and the post-massage was more like them just sloping lotion on us. Very disappointing as this treatment was much needed after walking around so much of Nashville!We were also told that our time is only a rough estimate as how long it takes you to shower off, eat the dessert, and drink your complimentary drink. Ive never heard of that EVER at a spa! So, beware of this if you do book a treatment here... and beware of the bathrooms - old, and incredibly small. My 6 5 husband had a really hard time showering, and even with my 52 petite stature I was barely able to change in-between the sink and walls of the bathroom.Im really sorry to have to write this review, but my wallet is really sorry to have had to spend almost $300 extra on our already expensive trip to visit Music City for our anniversary. That money would have been better spent elsewhere.

I honestly dont know where to start with this review.Bosa is amazing and I experienced some of the best customer service of my life at this spa. Everyone was above and beyond helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable.The facial was amazing and the massage was great. So great half way through I took a much needed mom nap.They went above and beyond in every way to ensure my sister and I have the best experience.The building is under renovation but the inside of the spa is relaxing, calming and clean.I will never go to another spa again.

Incredibly happy with my first experience at Adagio. My massage therapist was Jonathan and he delivered the PERFECT massage. Medium pressure was on point and he addressed the knots in my neck/upper back. I felt so much better!! I really appreciate how professional he was. The ambiance and robes at the spa are wonderful. I also appreciate that they dont try to sell you products at the end of your massage like other places. I will absolutely come back and request Jonathan for all my future appointments. I loved coming here. The people are awesome, it was such a calm and welcoming environment. Phoenix was my massage therapist and she was just the absolute BEST. I Have a lot of musculoskeletal issues as well as stress, and Phoenixs massage was just magic.

My partner got us a couples massage for my birthday. While my partner loved his massage, mine was by far the worst massage I have ever gotten. I think the masseuse was inexperienced, but it was just very disappointing. I spent the entire massage just waiting for it to end. Also, just to note, the tables are freezing cold, the blankets are very thin, there is no aromatherapy, the massage oil smells like vegetable oil etc. It was just uncomfortable. Not sure what the point of a massage is if the environment is uncomfortable. Extra star for the fact that my partner’s masseuse was excellent.

I recently had a massage with Rachel and it was hands down best massage I’ve ever had. She worked on my trouble areas and was able to release knots that no one else could. She was very knowledgeable and professional. The spa was clean and I enjoyed champagne before my appointment and a nice fruit treat after. I would highly recommend Rachel and Adagio to anyone searching for a great massage!

We had a couples massage for 90 minutes and were very happy! Jonathon and Dae did an awesome job. No sign Out front but address was well marked. Only critique would be we were not offered any sort of essential oil scent. Would definitely go back!

My friend and I were in Nashville for the weekend and each booked a massage at Adagio.Best. Massage. Ever.Erin was absolutely wonderful. She was professional and made sure I as comfortable throughout the massage. My friend was massaged by Carl and said he was also amazing and professional. We enjoyed champagne before the massage and we were given water, fresh fruit with agave, and a triple berry dessert afterwards. We felt absolutely pampered and I can honestly say this was one of our best memories in Nashville. A++

We had an amazing experience at Adagio! For my husbands birthday we got a couples massage. We had Rose and Christian and they were amazing. I am nine months pregnant and they did a prenatal massage even though it is not listed as one of the couples massage choices. It was my husbands first professional massage and he truly loved it. I had the organic apricot juice before the massage and he had a white pino. The entire staff was very nice and accommodating. At the end of the massage they gave water and a dessert. We had a very nice time and are hoping to go back again for another couples massage for my birthday in February!

Had the best massage EVER by therapist Parker!! The spa atmosphere was amazing and I was quickly at ease. Best hour of relaxation I can remember in recent memory. Ill be returning soon and often! My husband and I really enjoyed our couples massage this weekend. The location is very convenient to downtown and the Gulch. Scheduling was very easy. The staff was friendly and professional. The champagne before the massage and the dessert afterwards was a very nice touch. We look forward to coming back!

It was a little tricky to get here. But once your in its super cool. Exactly what I needed. While I waited, they give you the option of water or champagne or a mimosa. I had champagne. They also give you a private room for your belongings. And you wait in a relaxing room. Rachel (massage therapist) was amazing. She helped relaxed and I fell asleep. And Nicole (front desk) was very pleasant and kind. Once the massage once done, they treated with fresh cut fruit and a organic brownie and a glass of water. Thank you so much for the great service. I surely will be back.

I had a facial with Chelsea and a massage with Johnathon, both of which were fantastic. Bascha, the owner, took the time to get to know me and make sure I was happy - a quality that’s hard to find. I cannot recommend Adagio highly enough. The facility is clean with an excellent relaxing and moody spa atmosphere. Youre also treated like royalty while youre there; with high-quality robes and slippers and a Bellini while you fill out your initial paperwork. My masseuse was amazing (ask for Jessica) and even left me with a few tips regarding preventing/working out knots in my back in-between visits. When youre finished with your massage, they lead you back to a nice relaxation room where you can sit and enjoy an organic brownie, cold water and fresh fruit until youre ready to leave. From booking my appointment until walking out the door, everything was seamless, professional, and friendly. Ill definitely go back!

This is my first time in Nashville TN with my friend. Upon arrival everything was beautiful!!! The calmness of the rooms, the music and the decor. I felt like a Queen when my massage was done. I definitely recommend this place if you are in the area.

I took my best friend for her birthday and was disappointed in the environment and aesthetics of Adagio. The building is sketchy and old. How Adagio got rated as a top spa in Nashville is questionable. The changing rooms and bathroom were terrible and out dated and there were no great amenities other than sitting areas available.The massage itself and customer service were great but the environment was terrible. Unfortunately, I wont be going back.

I have gone here several times in the past three years; Chauncey is my therapist and is respectful, thorough, and excellent. This place is in an unassuming office building, but when you get in the spa, its all muted tones and decadence, the staff calm and obliging, and fluffy robes and chocolates and mimosas (pick your flavor!) are brought to you before youre escorted into the spa. I enjoy every single time I go. Cant wait to go back!

Rachel was absolutely wonderful today! Quite possibly the best massage I have ever had. We have driven the hour drive to get a messages here before and will keep coming back because the atmosphere is everything you would hope to find in a spa! They are the whole package here!

David was great! It was my first massage so I didnt quite know what to expect...but he made me feel so comfortable and relaxed that after the first few moments I totally forgot we were strangers. Awesome job and would recommend.

One of the best spas I’ve ever been too in years. My experience was exceptional from start to finish. I came in for a wax and left feeling relaxed and refreshed like I had a massage. I was provided with refreshments and a personal changing room which isn’t common during a wax service. Loved it

The staff was very friendly and the massage was good. It is lacking the spa experience the division steet location is in a weird office building with dropped ceilings and the spa bathroom is smaller than my guest bath in my house. There were no aromas during the massage and the lotion did not have a spa smell. If you are looking for a fancy spa experience this is not the place... The massage again was good but and staff friendly. You do get champagne and dessert afterwards.

Today was my first time getting a wax and I figured, Go big or go home! I went big and went home extremely satisfied. I was really nervous the entire way to my appointment and when I first got there I was sure I was going to vomit all over the place but as soon as Chelsea came over and introduced herself I literally shed all insecurities and nervousness in the relaxing waiting room. Chelsea is one of the kindest most down to earth people i have ever met and she made one of the most awkward/painful experiences into one of the best experiences of my life! I know its odd to have such an amazing experience for ones first time getting a Brazilian, but at this point I am certain that when you get waxed by Chelsea you get nothing less than incredible. I am thankful that Adagio hires such amazing/personable/down-to-earth people like Chelsea that completely changes an entire experience. I will come back again and again to get Brazilians!

I was a little off put at first when I saw the building where this spa is located, but once you enter the spa your whole feeling changes. It is in what used to be an old music studio safe house. I get massages in every city that I travel to and this spa is definitely in my top 3 places. Its very small and private, calming, modern, and the employees are incredible! I sat in a relaxing room with a glass of wine before my massage. When my massage therapist brought me into the room she was very knowledgable about the back problems I have and during the massage pin pointed every perfect spot. She also found places I didnt even know I had knots. The music was perfect and the pressure of the massage was perfect. After the massage went back to the relaxing room with some water, a brownie and organic strawberries and blueberries. The whole experience was exactly what I needed and exceeded my expectations. I would recommend to anyone!

The building was historic (literally) and a little hard to find. But once inside, the mood was very calm and spa like. My massage was excellent although the room and massage lotion could have definitely been a lot warmer! The perks/extras were great as well (pre-massaga mimosas and juice, and post-massage water and snacks). Overall, Id go back!

So I randomly came across this place after frantically looking for someone to massage this intense pain I had in my shoulder blade after working out, I could barely move my upper body because the pain was so bad… Jordan was my massage therapist and I will never go anywhere else now. This girl was MAGICAL. She knew exactly where my pain was, bent me up in a weird position to get it and DUG IT OUT along with other pains I didn’t know I had in my body . When I got off the table I felt like a crunched up coke can LOL I went home and passed out like a freaking baby. I have never slept so hard in my life and woke up with ZERO pain in that area again. Highly recommend her. She was so sweet, so professional, and so fun to talk to.

I had the absolute best facial with Chelsea. She is so sweet, gentle, and effective. It is extremely obvious that she truly loves what she does! She explained everything she did and offered great suggestions. I will definitely be back to see her. She is a gem!!!

Had some anxiety about what this groupon experience would be like, since the exterior of the building is not inviting, and signage is absent - but once inside the spa, my experience was delightful! Kerrick provided excellent massage with careful attention to my particular trouble spot. Facial by Amanda by equally lovely - pleasant ambiance in the rooms, nice background music - nice bellini to start, little brownie and fruit after finish.Ill go back for full price!

I can’t say anything for their services, because we couldn’t get an appointment. We wanted to have two hours of services on a Friday but apparently according to them that is a “weekend”. They only schedule one hour services on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. I will be happy to take my business somewhere else. We were willing to spend hundreds of dollars to have a little spa day with my girlfriends but unfortunately they can’t accommodate us even though we called six weeks in advance. Find somewhere else that puts customer service first.

Amazing place! We had a couple massage and absolutely loved it. We spoke to the owner Basha and learned the history of the building and had a great experience. We will be back the next time we’re in town.

Dont be fooled by the building they are in - the winding maze of hallways on the second floor behind their desk has plenty of space for a very well done spa experience. The experience massage therapists do a great job. Make sure to call the site, and not email - as the emails are not frequently answered timely. Will definitely visit again.

Adagio went above and beyond to help surprise my girlfriend for her birthday. They were so sweet and kind and provided such a great service. I am grateful that they could make her day so special even when I was in another state!

20 minutes before our scheduled massage they called to tell us one of the employees had car problems. This is an unexceptable excuse as I have been taking Uber all week. I was really looking forward to a nice spa experience after a long weekend. 😪

Best spa in nashville. I get facials and massages here regularly and they are always amazing. You wont find any better hospitality at any other spa. Champagne and Brownies included! What more can you want?

Customer service there was not the best. Tried calling in MANY time to book an appointment for a party (2 weeks in advance). They said the person who is in charge with parties is on vacation at the moment and will be back in touch when she comes back. I also asked the receptionist if they know if there’s any availability for that week and they had said that the day I wanted was still available. (Note: the week she comes back is the same week as when we will come to Nashville. Thought it was weird for only one person to be in charge of handling parties and there’s no one to take over while she was on vacation.) Now the week of the party; she came back and finally got the chance to call me informing me that spot was no longer available....

Visiting to Nashville from Denver the hotel I was staying at reccommeded this Spa. I arrived and drove around the area for 10 minutes before calling. THey stated there is no sign because its word of mouth and people know where they are. Really? So as I arrived they had someone wait at the door for me. Weird. Walked into a run down office building and into their unit. I was led into the back down a long dark hallway and into a room with disgusting carpet and one chair to change in. It was like a fitting room in a old department store. I should of listened to my gut and left, but didnt. Previous to my arrival I called asking if there was a locker room to shower in and if shampoo was available to which I was told yes. What a joke. There is a small bathroom with a shower that had a single glass door and with me being pregnant I dont think I could of fit if I wanted to. The massage was fair. Then had a facial scheduled. I scheduled a hydrating facial when I booked the appt however couldnt remember when I arrived. Thinking she would know she said we will just do a basic. I could of washed, mask and lotioned my face myself. But they surely tried to charge me for the hydrating facial. The relaxing room was fine however fake plants with vases with visual dirt and dust is gross. Totally irritated by the whole experience. I cannot imgine anyone thinking this place is great. If so they need to get out in other cities or most likely even nashville and see what a real spa is. I would never reccommend this to anyone.

Therapists knew what they were doing, but man I wanted to walk out of there so badly. The massage therapist I had kept reminding me and my girlfriend to leave a tip. “Ooh yeah looks like you have a knot by this floating rib, also..don’t forget to leave a tip.” Maybe not talk or pander while I drop $$$ on a short massage?

Got a couples massage for our anniversary. First massage for both of us. Amazing experience, super relaxing and very professional. Masseuses were super concerned with our enjoyment.

My husband called to book us a spot for a week out from today, he took the only availability they had and then they call back 3 hours later saying they don’t actually have 2 massage therapists for the couples massage and that they can’t actually see us. Poor customer service and planning.

I was visiting Nashville and decided to book a massage for my best friend and I. The ambiance of this place was the worst. It smelled like mildew. They had candles for sale in the lobby, but it smelled horrible in the spa 😫. We were placed on a room with carpet. When I say I didnt want to place my feet on the floor! There were so many dark spots on there eeewwhhh.

I come here fairly often when Im in Nashville. Its all right. I wish it was a bit less superficially fussy and a bit more to-the-point. The dessert after the massage seems pretty over-the-top.
