DO NOT GO HERE. I left feeling worst than I did before I walked in. Never trust an establishment that asks for payment before the service is provided. It’s been a week and I am still sore from my deep tissue massage. She literally walked on my spine the whole time and there were a few times I had to coach her on what not to do. Worst experience ever

Overall the customer service was amazing really welcoming and helpful. We were greeted and serviced by Monserrat B, a very well spoken young lady who made time go by super quickly while she helped my mother and I change our cellphone provider.My mother doesn’t speak very well English and I had a hard time trying to translate but miss Monserrat is fluent in both so she helped us make the translation process easier and we are happy with our new change.

If you notice the bad reviews are mostly by cheap Karen types of women. I’ll give a detailed review why I had a great experience. Personally, my body is regularly in bad condition as I’m a traveling contractor working across the nation, and my construction career is very hard on my body. Plus years of high impacts on concrete skateboarding, and my diet not being very healthy mostly staying in hotels. That said, I have been here a few times and had good experiences every time. I just had a 4 hand’s massage this last time for 1 1/2 hours, 2 ladies with hard pressure really worked hard. I tipped both $40 each on top off the overall $200 charge because they were worth it. Linda & Elaine. They took turns answering phone rings occasionally, but that gave me a break from the intense session they were providing. They are people running a business, not robots… of course they need to take calls about more business. That’s normal. They talked to each other and highlighted together how many bad spots we’re needing more work. One worked my legs feet and the other my upper body. I absolutely got what I paid for, 0 complaints- only compliments. Please be prepared to tip well, because remember it’s service work and they give a great service. I booked an hour and a half in advance to be sure both would be available. If your body is in a similar condition and you need real drastic pain management like I did, I highly recommend you book the same appointment. If you’re a cheap Karen looking for something wrong, nothing will satisfy you anyway. These women were very professional and I’m extremely grateful for their service and their time. I’ve had alot of massages over time, and the 4 hands work here was a top 10 experience, my body is in such a better condition now. The place was clean, sanitized and I can’t think of anything negative at all. “Is $200 plus tips worth it tho” you may be thinking…. The answer is absolutely yes if you’re in the condition I was in. Worth every penny, in my humble experience

I was there last weekend, getting a deep tissue massage, because my back hurts for a long time, my massage therapist is very knowledgeable, even she doesn’t speak good English, but she understands my pain. I have been to different massage places, Massage JG is my favorite place.

Very professional and welcoming. She paid attention to my tension and I was relaxed for the next hour.

Unfortunately I think the therapist has gotten so used to walking out of the session to talk to others/answer phone/greet other clients that she forgot she was supposed to be massaging me. The first two times she left I gave her a pass, but it was a very unrelaxing experience. The third time she left the room (about 25 mins into my 60 min service) I just quietly got up and left. I paid for a 45 min service so appreciate not being charged the full amount. However, this was undoubtedly a terrible massage experience for me. I hope they do better for other patrons.

Awesome massage the woman who did my massage was awesome and had beautiful barefeet. I played with her. She was really good at it. The last time I went there I had a awesome massage I really do love this place. Some of the ladies that works here are awesome in what they do.

Nop, massage without technique, robotic, charged 70, gave 100, asked 10 back to leave her 20 tips, she never wanted to give it back…. Unacceptable!

Im visiting, out of town and this is not the place. They are not trained, just rubbing on your body and rough. The reviews are correct. I would not recommend. Highly disappointed.

This was my third of fourth time visiting this spa, but I’m only now realizing how much closer to me it is than the previous place I was going. The massage was fantastic! I wish there was more time spent on the shoulders, but I’ll mention that next time. Since I’m no longer going to the chiropractor, I plan to return.

The massage was cut short, it took a long time for her to enter the room, I still tipped $10 she acted liked that wasnt good enough and asked me for a bigger tip. I wouldnt mind if the service was better but she kept leaving the room and to be nice I want mention the massage. They got to do better.

Overall I got a good Massage. Mia was very good. I was very comfortable and relaxed.

Best massage Ive ever had. The staff helped me regain my movement after months of a debilitating back injury. One massage and my entire body is rejuvenated. I drive nearly 2 hours for their service. Thank you.

I didnt have a scheduled appointment although the friendly staff at JG was able to fit me in for a 60 minute shiatsu body work up that was one of the best massages from new York to Los Angeles. Mia was my masseuse, she was fantatsic. Full of energy, young at heart, although an expert at making one feel at home and comfortable, she knew all the rights pressure points to target and obliged my request for extra oils. A complete professional and I am looking forward to my next , 90 minute visit.

First time here: the massage was OK. The woman giving the massage seemed annoyed when I pointed out my sore spots on my shoulders. There was no greeting there were no pleasantries, only silence. When I asked for more pressure she provided it, but overall it was just unpleasant. I prefer to be treated like a valued customer rather than something keeping you from going home early. Also, the timing for a 60 minute massage seems to begin the moment you walk into the room. I entered the massage room at 25 after, asked to use the restroom, re-entered the room and undressed. The massage started at 35 after, and a 22 after the next hour she said “OK“ and walked out of the room. That’s closer to a 45 minute massage by my watch. I will look for another place to get a quality massage. The other thing that was not very comfortable was during the massage, my massage therapist was talking to another massage therapist in a different room or part of the building… It just was not a good experience. There is not much effort on creating an environment that is soothing or relaxing here.

Do not go here. It was the worst massage I have ever had. I intended on 60 minutes but once it started I switched to 30 minutes because the massage was rough. I couldnt endure it for an hour..I just wanted it to end. They also pressure you for a tip.

I wouldn’t suggest this place to any. I scheduled an hour massage & received a 45 minute massage, maybe less than that. The therapist would stop massaging and leave the room every time the phone rang or any time someone came through the door. She didn’t ask any introduce herself or anything, just pointed to the room and came back & started massaging. I’m assuming she ended my massage early because another guest was waiting. Very unprofessional.

I have been here a couple times considering its next door to my chiropractor. I would give it a 3 star but I always get a deep tissue and that is hard to come by for a good ran over by a truck massage. Not everyone feels this way but I am a big guy and to have someone walk on your back is amazing. Reading previous reviews and leaving the room to answer the phone happens once not sure if that is due to under staff. Price is fair, language barrier for sure.

I went there today and arrived at 5:15. I had Mia and she did an ok massage but stopped at 6:00 for a hour massage. When I asked her about it she gave me $5.00 off.

Ok massage, except for a few big no-nos. Having been a licensed massage therapist, there are a few things that we were taught as the bedrock of a good massage...1. Never talk to other people during a massage, and limit conversation with the client2. Never leave the room during a massage3. Never break physical contact with the client during the massage.4. Pay equal attention to the left side of the body as the right side and vice versa5. Ask if the client prefers lotion or oil, as many people do not like to have oil on their clothing afterward6. Dont use so much lotion / oil that there is no friction at all between the hands and clientSadly, all of these hallmarks of good massage were broken repeatedly. There was also a severe language barrier. I had major neck surgery 2 months before, and had to tell her multiple times to stay away from the incision site, also enlisting my best hand gestures.The final insult, and the ultimate reason I will NEVER go back, came after the massage. A one hour massage is $60 and I was paying with cash ($100 bill). When I handed her the money she made no effort to give my change back... as if expecting a $40 tip. Massage, even a bad one, still takes physical effort, so I told her to give me $30 back, leaving her (begrudgingly) a $10 tip. What ensued after was the most uncomfortable and irritating negotiation Ive ever participated in. She essentially withheld my money, offering back a little at a time, and complaining about her remaining portion with each returned dollar. Do not go here for a massage unless you enjoy that feeling of regret that follows a terrible purchase.

Went for the first time last week and immediatly booked another appointment. The space was clean, calm and inviting, the reception staff were warm and welcoming.

I just came from this place. I dropped in for an hour massage, and told her my legs were tight and sore from miles of walking the last couple days. Man, she kneaded my legs into jelly. I did not want to get up off that table. I cant WAIT to go back.

Decent massage. Addressed trouble spots and got rid of soreness in neck and shoulder. Therapist asked for 50% tip which was not given.
