Pleasantly surprised by the care I received when walking into this store. We were warmly greeted by all employees. Nathan helped us will all of our needs as even recommended a few great things. Ver quality items and store. Will return.

I bought two vapes from this shop and unfortunately they were defective. My fault for not checking before I left the store. When I came back the next day and explained what happened the staff was very understanding and accomadating. They hooked me up with an exchange and I was able to get two more without having to pay again. 10/10 will be back again!

I dont really have much good to say, except theyre open late. I went in for thca flower and can echo the sentiment of another reviewer about feeling pressured to make a decision quickly. The guy who helped me opened a jar of bird chirp and shoved it in my face to smell. Id never heard of that, so I looked at the smallish selection of store branded flower. The only one I recognized was fruit punch so I thought Id try something new. The flower is mid, at best and I cant find any info online regarding the strain, so Im wondering what it even is. No QR code on it for analysis information either. Dont recommend at all for the purpose of flower.

I love this place. Its been a staple ever since I moved to Nashville. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The pricing isnt crazy and there is a ton of variety. They also have loyalty cards that build up to discounts. When Im looking for something this is always my first stop.

Solid products and selection but I’m leaving 3 stars because each time I go I get a different answer on what Kratom purchases qualify for rewards, OPMS specifically. Last 3 times I got stamps for OPMS purchases than when I got to a discount stamp I was told by the guy working they don’t do stamps and discounts for OPMS kratom. Not a big deal but the inconsistency is annoying. Pick a policy and make sure everyone is aware of it!Edit: Didn’t read the fine print at the bottom of the card. It says it at the bottom 🤦‍♂️. Sorry and thanks for clearing that up! Changed my review.

Great customer service. The kratom they carry is very high quality. Ive bought from at least ten different websites over the years so I have a lot to compare it to. I buy it from brick and mortar stores occasionally, and this is the best Ive tried in town. Relative to what Ive paid for stuff around here that was just terrible, the prices here arent bad.

Been here several times since moving to the city and I’ve always had a great experience. The people working here are always friendly and helpful (even during the Covid-19 scare), they have a ton of great products, and their shop has always been very clean as well. Ivan helped me out on my most recent trip after having broken some of my glass, and he found me exactly what I needed even though I couldn’t give him perfect measurements. Just cool people, good products, and a clean store - what more can you want from a smoke shop?

Went in looking for a specific piece and was met with top notch service by one of their associates, Foster. Their prices were very competitive, and they even have a surprising range of CBD and newer Δ8 products which are phenomenal as well. Highly recommend for anyone just stopping through town needing to pick up a few things.

Will is the best salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Hes friendly, knowledgeable, and makes himself available without hovering as you browse the merchandise. 5 stars doesnt give this store enough credit. THEY NEED MORE STARS for this place. I called at 12:10 pm. To ask what time they close and they said that they were supposed to close at noon but, they would stay open for me. When I arrived, the doors were open and if felt like they were waiting just for me. Talking about service. When I walked in, they knew exactly what I wanted and was more then happy to help me find anything else that I needed. They didnt rush me or try to make me feel guilty for keeping their store open on Christmas. Just told me they understood exactly how I felt and make me feel like I mattered. This is the greatest smoke shop I ever been to in Tennessee. They have a large selection, and extremely helpful staff, I got a really good deal on shirts!!! I found my home away from home shop, and that’s saying something coming from someone who lives in Oklahoma.

There are a lot of concerns about the safety and therapeutic validity of Kratom, but Elevated is my store after I personally tested their Kratom for impurities like lead and other heavy metals and know by experience that when they say their products are high quality, theyre not lying. Not only that but the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to help. Even on a crowded day like today, they took care of me from the second I walked in the door until I was done shopping. Definitely recommend especially if youre new to CBD or Kratom products and need some guidance.

I just went to Elevated for my first time tonight and its definitely going to my new spot. Rachel was working and she was so knowledgable about everything there, she even gave my boyfriend and I a tour of everything they provide, which was a very wide selection. Great first impressions, and would recommend anyone check them out if you are curious about different things and might have questions!

The lady working there was rude, didn’t seem to want to answer any of our questions, and got very upset with us for call using the word bong and forced us to call it a “water pipe”. No big deal, but then she didn’t even know what is was and she showed us a dab rig which was not what we were interested in at all. Based on the horrible music, the sky high pricing, and the lack of knowledge coupled with rude service these people are in the wrong business. If you’re looking to buy a new piece of some sort smoking equipment I would absolutely go elsewhere. Will not be going returning. Really was an unpleasant and frustrating experience. Get some happy knowledgeable people working there and lower the prices and maybe I would reconsider…

Absolutely phenomenal shop all around. Everyone there has always been helpful, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and engaged with my needs. Its the only store that I know of in the Nashville area that carries Kratom which in itself is an absolute lifesaver for those looking for all natural methods for anxiety and pain relief without having to deal with big pharm. Better yet, theyre continuously expanding their selection to provide more of a variety of strands to meet specific individuals needs. Super solid place to go in my book.

Hello everyone. I was in town for a quick trip and needed some juice to tide me over. I popped in to Elevated and, much to my delight, I found a very organized and clean shop. Juices were categorized by flavor profile and there was a good variety. The staff was helpful and friendly, and I left the shop with a great juice at a fair price. If you live in Nashville or are just visiting, you can be sure Elevated Smoke and Vape will do you right!

I was running an hour late leaving work at 6:50, and was aware of the shop closing at 7. I called just a few minutes before close and told an employee, Ivan, I’d be a couple of minutes late. He took my curbside order at 7:02 (after close) and sold me my product even after the store was supposed to be close; all because I left work late. Ivan truly helped out when I was in a pinch

I’ve been to this shop a handful of times and more often than not I leave disappointed. I bought a sourin air and the pods from this shop always burn (maybe that’s sourin’s fault), I also bought a mango stig and a battery for 510 thread. The mango stig had leaked everywhere in the packaging. The battery was almost ridiculously expensive which is extremely frustrating as I’ve bought them before for like less than 10$. It’s also disappointing because I asked for a cheap battery and the cashier rings me up with this one. Store was busy and the cashier didn’t let me know how much it was and I didn’t get the receipt and I bought a couple other things too so I still don’t know how much it cost however it was a faulty stig, a half gram delta 8 cart, and the battery. Somehow came out to 100$!

I am extremely disappointed with this place. Last week I was in and bought a vape that didnt work. I went back this week to get another one and informed the worker that my last one didnt work. He rudely snapped at me ok well try it out before you leave then. They also ask for a tip when paying....as asinine as this is, the employees dont even get the tip. it goes to the store. I cannot justify why they ask for a tip to grab something behind the counter.I will NOT support this business. Save your money and just go elsewhere.

I stopped by Elevated for the first time on Thursday and was so happy to sss that Rachel was working. Not only was she willing and able to answer all of t questions, but the store has everything you could ever need (and then some). Bad customer service. Frequented this place for months spending $80 every other day and the first time I have an issue with one of their products falling apart and working inconsistently , I’m told there’s nothing they can do. I manage a business and can’t imagine losing a good, regular customer over $40.Response to your response: it was falling apart and working inconsistently. You’re fine with taking peoples money but when your product falls apart on people you take no responsibility. Lucky for me vape shops are a dime a dozen and now I can rest easy knowing I’m not giving my money to someone who steals his employees tips.

This store is Awesome!!!!!!I called on Christmas day they were about to close at 12pm. They said they would stay open for me and my boyfriend. We drove there and My boyfriend went in he said they were very friendly with smiles on there faces. They told him they wasnt in a hurry to close and he could take his time to look at the flavors.They also said they had people on there way. I dont know any vape shop that would not only stay open pass closing time but to stay open on Christmas day pass the time to close. Very considerate of them. Been going to Elevated since I moved to Music City about two years ago. I’ve even had the opportunity to meet Ivan, the owner, and he’s a super down-to-Earth, cool dude. They have all your classic head shop essentials, plus a lot more. And everything has a pretty fair price - which is saying a lot for an industry that, historically, is grossly overpriced!! I was in Nashville and needed to visit a smoke shop. I found Elevated through Google and was really pleased with their customer service and selection. While being new, they clearly are committed to running a high end shop with quality products. I highly recommend visiting here.

DO NOT Buy there delta 8 concentrates. The taste was not good, the smoke was harsher than usual and the high was alright at best. The worst part about it the packaging....they put an extremely sticky substance on plastic.....you waste most of it and you have to watch for plastic pieces when you do get it off the plastic. You can freeze and it will separate it from the plastic then what? $50 dollars and you can’t provide a glass jar like other companies.....just garbage...

Was driving from Nashville to Kentucky to get my kratom until a friend told me about Elevated. The staff was very informative and friendly and the Kratom was way better quality than what I had been getting in Ky. They are my go to store now and will be recommending them to friends😊

I asked the guy for a vape box with USB adapter attached to it. He pointed me toward the Uni Pro. I took his word for it and bought it for $49.99. I went home and realized it doesnt have a USB attached directly to it and so decided to search for some vape boxes. I saw the Uni Pro selling for $22.99. That was kind of the final straw--- more than 100% mark up on an item I wasnt 100% satisfied with. I went to the store to return and they told me we cant do returns because of covid and all sales are final. Not only did I not see any sign for this when I purchased, I was also not told at the time of purchase. My sister and I are from out of town and here for my mothers surgery at vandy. We were having a really bad day and were in the market for vape juice (because I was out from my nerves being bad) and CBS of some sort to help with that problem as well. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by jonus like we were the only ones in a crowded vape sho . He answered all my questions and sold me on a bottle of juice and promptly started showing me CBS in my price range. He was very knowledgeable and his customer service skills were A+. Came into this shop for the first on Thursday 3/5/20. Ivan helped me around the shop. That’s when I saw the Kratom on the wall he explain to me what it benefits were so I decided to buy the train wreck blend. Told Ivan and I had a Cortizone shot to be put in my neck the 11th that following Wednesday well Tuesday night I decided that I was not wanting take the shot because of my pain was so much dramatically reduced that the shot was not needed. I Highly recommend the shop and the people here know what they are selling.

I buy my CBD flower from Elevated. They sell the best quality flower I have been able to find at any shop in town. Their prices are very fair, especially when you buy in a slightly higher quantity. The staff is very helpful, knowledable, and friendly. They were very patient with me when I was a noob buying CBD flower for the first time. They are always able to answer all of my questions as they have tried every strain they carry and can make recommendations based on their first hand experience. Aside from CBD, they carry all the high quality accessories you may need to enjoy smoking in style, from well made grinders, top notch papers, tips, and beautiful glass pipes. I tried another source for CBD that was fine, but I immediately couldnt wait to refill again at Elevated.

Great shop, with a helpful staff and great selection....ABSURD pricing. Purchased a Juul Charger (which you can find $3-$5 online, Juul themselves sells it for $6), they charged me $17 after tax for just the small USB Charger (not even one of the fancier cable chargers). I was expecting some mark up (in the $10 range), of course, I always expect physical shops to have slightly higher prices than online. It is worth noting that not everything is marked up that high, some of there CBD products are very reasonable.They also include tip percentages starting at 10%, 15%, 20%, and 25%, then stare at you while you make your selection. I am all for tipping for great service, but this expectation of tipping you $5-15 (you can easily get above $50 if your buying vape and CBD products) for grabbing something from behind the counter is just insane. $1-3 extra is plenty. To be fair, they do provide an “other” selection at the bottom. A suggestion would be to change the tip screen to read $1, $3, $5, $7.The point I’m trying to make is, just check on the prices before purchasing. I’m hesitant to purchase anything here in the future cause you’ll either get a good deal, or get screwed and overpaying. Wish they just had more even, consistent markup on their products.
