Been shopping here for years! Always a good experience! They started opening at 7 which works out great for me. The only problem is sometimes they are there at 7 or they dont get there till 730 hell even 745. Safe bet is dont go before 8am!!

The guy that’s always in there always has a random attitude, not a fan. Definitely last resort smoke shop and sold me the wrong items twice and to go back, then second time i just said forget it, not going back. Should be knowledgeable of what he’s selling.

Bought a $60 vape that when I took home tasted burned and metallic, brought back to store and the worker and manager said they have no refund policy for faulty and burned product. Zero stars. Tried to accuse me of lying about the burned taste, very insulting. Do not shop here unless you do not care about the quality of your product or the treatment you receive as a customer.

Excellent selection and really liked the store but they will not let you just look around without annoyingly watching you like a hawk. Just that young pestering ambitious salesman energy that makes me feel so uncomfortable. Like it’s just a head shop let’s dial it back.

Lots of selections in all smoke related areas, plus amazing candles and incense. I bought a Medusa pen yesterday, and when I asked how many puffs was listed for the item, the clerk said it didnt say (without looking). Well, Medusa buyers, they have 1200 puffs and its on the box. Its decent, but not great.

I went there for an elfbar. Its like being in a sculptors art show....never have i seen so many options for nicotine....i went with my elfbar. They got fine looking d8 smokers and vapes for that too. Waxes, flowers and kieffe...cool. if you need a good cigar, they got them too and energy drinks, gummies and shirt art too. Five stars guys...

Store was great when it first opened. The new staff that is there now the last couple times I shopped there is horrible. This place has 4,000mg CBD. That’s bananas. The gentleman working helped me pick out a vape, which was very helpful. There is so much to look at. It’s a little overwhelming. Overall it was a good experience. I’m excited to try my GeekVape green piece.

Came in with my girlfriend to buy pods, there were two people working, a kid in his 20s and a middle age guy. Kid is helping someone so my GF and I walk around looking at stuff. As soon as we walk in the older man gives us a weird look and starts to follow us around the store. And close. Like 3 feet away. No mask. He even stood behind us in line to get the pods. We pay and he follows us right up to the door. Like come on dude we are in the middle of a pandemic it was creepy before it was a health risk. We weren’t doing anything suspicious and there was only one other customer in the store. I’ve worked retail and I know you don’t have to be close enough to smell to keep an eye on us. Friggin creep.
