This is our go to vape shop. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They offer great suggestions if youre browsing but dont try to upsell you if you just want what you came in for. Their inventory is fairly extensive and their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Ran into Nick and he was super duper helpful and friendly showing me just enough of what I wanted and not overselling. Absolutely one of the coolest smoke stores in Nashville. The owner greeted us as soon as we entered the door and after shooting the sh*t with him for a few minutes I came to the conclusion that he is as cool as a fan. This Smoke Token has some of the most unique assortment of blown glass pieces that I have seen. Smoke Token also owns the shop next door that sells all the CBD, legal THC products and vape juices. I wish I had taken some pictures of that shop but I didnt. Maybe April 20th {4-20} Ill get some. Thursday April 20th they are having a big 4-20 bash with food, music, hourly drawings for cool prizes. So set your calendars for the Smoke Token 4-20 blast!!

Unfortunately, smoke token has degraded over the past year or so. Power shifts in management combined with massive oversight from the Smoke Token Murfreesboro store fueled its transformation into just another run of the mill snake oil smoke shop.There has been a serious loss in the feeling of hospitality that was once displayed. The staff are very uneducated about the products as a whole, and the products and selection are extremely lacking and constantly changing and being pushed on you. The store is full of a whole lot of nothing and it is frustrating. You are harassed from the moment you walk into the door.Every customer is treated like they are a wallet. It did not use to be like this. I worked here and the lack of support from upper management on things that actually needed change ruined the experience.This place will not last how it is.

My Go to for CBD and Hemp products. The staff is absolutely amazing!They might be a little bit overpriced on some glass products, but they will probably most likely have whatever youre looking for they have everything from hookah to hemp products, even tobacco products.

Thier product selection is large and unique, however, the employees need to take a course in customer etiquette.

You know what I usually came in here weekly and bought from them so many times. I had my daughter with me not the first second or third time she had been in there either. I was just buying wraps today too. When I was looking to see what flavor I wanted I asked my daughter what flavor she thought I should try. She said Mango. Then the guy behind the counter proceeded to yell at me where is her ID. I said that’s my kid, like what does it matter if she has one I’m buying wraps and it’s for me. An adult. The is guy says he won’t sell to me cause she’s not 18. Instead of arguing with him I simply said okay I’ll go somewhere else and walked out. If he did t want her in there fine she could have went back to the car, but to raise his voice at me in front of other customers to correct me in not wanting to leave my child in the bad neighborhood their store is located anyways. I mean I will. WVER come there again. If I’m not comfortable leaving my kid in the car, that’s my business. Bad business having someone who will treat a customer that way anyways.

Employees need to know their prices, I had the employee take 10 minutes calling other stores and asking others how much it is to end up charging me 60 dollars out the door. I just called in and they stated it was 52.40 out the door. It’s just sad how they can ring up whatever on the register..

The store is great. My family have gone there since they opened. However, the owner/manager is ALWAYS so disrespectful and rude to the customers (including my family) that Im never going back! Customers are the reason he has the store, and he has zero appreciating! Go where youre treated kindly!

I like this place solely because they have a CoinFlip ATM. I can buy my Bitcoin very easily.UPDATE: Since writing this review, I have done more shopping at the Smoke Token...they have some really unique glass pieces and any sort of smoking accessory that you would need at really reasonable prices. I even found a necklace with a mini-usable glass pipe charm....cutest thing I ever saw and I had to make it mine!

Went to purchase a new rig and Cody took care of me and set me up with a really awesome setup and for inside my budget. 5 out of 5. Excellent shop, amazing selection, and above all, great staff. The first time I went there, about a year ago, their store had flooded. They were literally emptying the place out when I pulled up. Although I wasnt allowed in for insurance purposes, and despite a far more pressing issue at hand, they still helped me find exactly what I was looking for. One guy even took a video of a couple shelves at my request so I could get a better look. Have been going back ever since they re-opened.

This place is the absolute best in town. The energy you get from the staff when you walk in blows me away. Such a positive vibe!! And this is everytime you walk in!! (Other retail stores should take notes.) The staff is always super friendly and amazingly helpful and honest. Even when you dont know exactly what you need, the staff will listen, and point you to what you are looking for without being snobby or have a know it all attitude. They treat you the way you would want to be treated! I stop in this place at least once every couple months and always get what I need at a more than fair price!!

Kyle helped me the other day with buying new glass for my concentrates. Kyle is the dab professor. That dude educated me in the coolest ways to inform me on how to properly use some glass. Give this man a raise. I don’t even usually give reviews I went out of my way to type this because of the positive experienced Kyle delivered.

I cant say enough good things about my experience in this shop location, the staff & their large collection of all different kinds of very cool hookahs, mementos, & so much more! You name it, & they probably have it! The store is amazing!!! When you first pull up its the first store I noticed out of a small strip of stores side by side like an outlet mall, which I had never been to before. It was even more amazing, & big, with a beautiful array of all kinds of different things from the literal top, to bottom, front, to very back! Nicely set up,, organized & well thought out in my opinion! Lots of staff were there upon our arrival this night & they were all SO nice, very informative & professional! The main person who helped us out was extremely good at his job, with lots of experience, & he helped guide me to what is now something that helps my entire quality of life! I havent ever had any luck with sleep since I was a young 20 something mother of 2 kids in diapers. Since having been to the shop a little over a week ago, I can only say, I wish I had known about this store & gone in sooner! :-) I am now a mother of 2 adult kids & 1 6yr old. So my sleep pattern has been through the ringer for a number of years now! Its really turned alot around for me in this sense & anyone with kids could most likely agree, theres nothing like a good nights rest to lead us to a more pleasant & productive day everyday with our children! I thank the young man who helped me find what I now love & I will absolutely be back in the store to check out more of their very large selection of beautiful hookahs, amongst many other things in the near future! 😊 5+☆s

Really well done head shop, plenty of unique pieces to choose from. Staff was helpful and supposedly they offer glass blowing classes which is great. My only issue, some of the more extravagant pieces seemed a little over priced, which is reasonable if your trying to use those to promote your shop. Either way stop by and take a look for yourselves, its always neat to check out new product coming in

This shop has an amazing selection with solid pricing amongst most inventory. All the employees are knowledgeable and eager to help, yet no one tries to play salesman. Not to mention a smoking hot chick with tattoos is always available to help and ask questions, so that’s always a plus! Hopefully this place continues to grow and see more locations throughout middle TN.

Great selection here, and the staff is friendly. This is the first place like this Ive gone in Nashville so my only comparisons are in Columbus, Ohio, but there arent a while lot of shops this nice that I remember there, only like one that I had been to. Smoke Token is clean, well staffed, and has a great selection. The prices arent discount but they seem fair. The pieces were good quality, which is what Im interested in.

I love this place. They have great customer service although sometimes it comes off as a little over bearing I guess you would say bc from the minute you walk in you have someone walking right with you thru the whole entire store. Not once do they walk away and let you just take a gander alone or maybe u want to discuss something in private with your date with you. Well you cant bc they are literally right there. My opinion they need to ease up just a little in that area other than that its a great place. Ive seen people take offense to the way they are with you and the way the watch you and said they felt like they were being watched so they didnt steal anything and I dont think thats why they do this bc they do it to everyone.

The selection of items here is overwhelming (in a good way). Their house-made glass is excellent, and they are ready to drop one of their pieces to show its strength. The service is outstanding, employees were happy to answer my questions and help me get a kit together.

I go here for all my needs. The guys working there aren’t for the small talk though, I’m followed through the store usually with one employee which was great never really wait for service. On the other hand I wish they were more laxed and not so pushy. I give 5 stars because an Uber dropped me off and took awhile to get another one and I was going to be picked up after the store closed. So a couple guys from the store sat in their cars waiting for my Uber to show up. That, my friends, is top of the live great customer service!!

Service was fantastic, we have always loved this location. The last few times they werent blowing any glass and upon asking I was disappointed to learn that they no longer do it, as this was one of my favorite things about Smoke Token.

Excellent store with amazing, hospitable atmosphere. Quality products coupled with quality prices varying from low to high. Ive made all of my rig and waterpipe purchases at this location for quite sometime. Today, the showcase guy, Zack, helped me replace my favorite piece ive ever owned. I had just broken my old faithful prior to this shopping experience. Zack walked me through a very meticulous, and quite picky customer attitude by going the extra mile. He allowed me to do the water test on the rig I finally chose. He brought many products off the shelf for me to handle personally. He helped me switch the bowl piece to one I found more aesthetically pleasing at no extra charge. I worked in shipping and handling for three years, and let me say, they package your purchase so beautifully that it feels like its your birthday. I had a stamp card for 10% off one purchase, received the discount, and left with two more discount cards for the future. I left incredibly satisfied with my shopping experience, as always. 10 stars. That, some super cool custom blown pieces, and an in-house glass blower are what make me come back here whether it be some papers, a new piece, or some juice or a cart from next door. My boyfriend and I bought a vape and couldn’t get it to work compatibly with our cartridge. We were very frustrated but Loren was so patient and kind even after my boyfriend was initially snappy. She worked with us for about 30 minutes until we eventually left with more than we thought we needed because we were so pleased with the her sincerity to help us. We asked her about every topic in every section of the store from front to back and she had recommendations for each subject and details as to why you should go with that choice. Loren is your girl. She makes the experience.

First time to the shop and the staff could not have been more prompt and helpful. Came in for a chillum and ended up finding the store stocks some high quality bands. Will be back to snag another piece from the helix glass line soon.

If you are one to fancy smoking, you have got to visit this place. The amount of glass art they have here is immaculate! This shop is one of the best ones in the southeast region. They even have juice bar (not the edible kind) to try out the different flavors before you buy them. The people there are pretty helpful. The CBD store is a sister store to them and has a great variety, even for you pet too.

Smoke Token is amazing. Their prices are very competitive and they always have an awesome table with ridiculous discount merchandise. We bought one of the last Zong brand water pipes larger than 8 for 60% off. We never would have gone for it either but the sales person helping us was very insistent and I cant help but feel like he was helping us out and genuinely cared that we were getting a good piece for a great deal. I highly recommend Smoke Token. They wont screw you over.

Smoke token is probably the best smoke store Ive been in so far. Their prices are wonderful. Customer service is great. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Khristin & Stephen. They were also wonderful helped us the whole way through & they really have some nice stuff there. They never let us down. Plus it smells pretty good. 😊

Went to Smoke Token on April 30th. Store appeared busy, but I was immediately greeted by Amanda. Took a moment to appreciate some artistic glass pieces, then was helped by Amanda throughout my purchase. She set me up with an excellent water pipe that met all of my required parameters, an amazing grinder (do not be intimidated by the price, SCS is worth it she said and I 100% agree), and a few accessories. Despite not interacting with any other employees, I could tell that everyone was busy and knowledgable. The selection at Smoke Token was amazing, and I will certainly suggest this location to anyone in the future.

The store is very organized and everyone who works there is very knowledgeable. We went there and got a piece that was too small for our pipe and we went back and they gladly helped us exchange it for the correct part. Very helpful, employees ALWAYS ask how they can assist you

Man there is so much I could say about this place. Super Super friendly staff, like for real a freaking 10/10 its like Disneyland for adults. Usually very helpful and informative and hits ya with true knowledge no BS sales pitch type of s#/+. Ive spoken to a few people here and they are real as hell. The store has a gigantic selection of Hookah, Shisha, and things you get from a place called Smoke Token. The only thing that sucks is that its a high traffic area so depending on which way your coming from it may be a little difficult to get in driving wise. Very much worth it though.

This place is awesome. I stopped for some coals for my hookah. They always have a couple of people that greet you, and they are ready to help you. They seem like a nice place to work, they are always working as a team. They have a large variety of shisha, coals and other tabacco products.

These people are true professionals. I took a friend in to inquire about CBD oils in pens and the representative almost flooded my friend with information. At one point I thought I was going to have to pull out a pen and paper and take notes. So I started vaping less than a month ago to quit smoking cigarettes so I have not been in very many vape stores. Most of the time I feel kind of awkward. This place was amazing! Very friendly as soon as you walk in the door and not pushy at all when it comes to sales. They are very knowledgeable about their products and you can tell they truly love what they do. I bought a new Vape and when I left the store I was completely comfortable using it. In comparison to the little town Im from, the prices were very good! They give you a card to earn I think its 10% off. I will definitely be back when I visit Nashville again!

Wide and I say WIDE array of glass pieces from affordable, easy on the pocket to show off level peices. Theres a glass blowing station in the back too!They got everything from backpacks, spoons, vaporizers to hookahs. They have a very helpful, upbeat staff! This is a large shop and they will have just about anything you’ll need to smoke tobacco in any form. They also have some variety of vaporizers. Smoke Token is stocked on employees and while that may seem good, it is nearly invasive. Not all of them are super knowledgeable. It is overwhelming if you are the only person in the shop. Aside from that, it’s worth a stop.

Lets be real, Nolensville& Harding is not the most aestheticly pleasing place around town, so i didnt expect much. When i walked in the door, it was clean, the store was huge, and a friendly face was there to greet me at the door. There was everything you ever need to smoke whatever it is you smoke. Prices fair, good people, great place. Ill be back.

The ones they recommended are TWICE the size of the coil i needed to replace... like how TF do you mess up that bad?! I even brought my vape in person and let them look at it...$25 wasted because i trusted them to not get a receipt. Never going here again

I first off want to say I am a very hard person to please and Im very specific on everything I buy. Walking into Smoke Token was very different from any other smoke shop Ive been in. It was very bright clean and organized. All the workers were productively helping people. It was great but there was one employee that stood out like no other. And that was Kristen, she was very professional and knew everything about Ecig I left with full confidence on knowing how to work my new Ecig and I am very excited! She went above and beyond in showing and explaining everything there was to know. I went in only wanting to spend about 60 bucks! I spent 216 bucks all because it felt right with the assistant I was getting from Kristen. It was the best experience ever I will refere her to everyone at work. Thank you so much Kristen and Smoke Token I am a happy customer.

This location has POOR QUALITY glass bowls for water pipes! I have replaced 2 bowls within 1 month due to the glass chipping and flaking! Please be aware of all glass bowls from this location! Needless to say I’ll be purchasing my items elsewhere.

*Murfreesboro Location* (Nash location has always rocked, given I have never needed to exchange anything there.)Would give 0 stars if possible. Bought a Pax2 this past Saturday. Oven doesn’t work right. They sold us one that had been opened, only other one they have like this is open. Took it back in today and they refuse to do anything about it. Rude, waste of my time and $. Drove over an hour to get here. I asked to just return it and get a sealed Pax3, since they had those available in same color. They called Pax while I was in store and told them that I just wanted a 3, not the case. They shouldn’t be an authorized Pax dealer and I’m going to fight like hell to make sure they won’t be in the future. DO NOT SPEND MORE THAN $10 HERE. Do not invest your $ in any expensive product here as they will roll their eyes and not support helping make the purchase right if it is wrong.
