I recently visited [this place for a full body and foot massage, and I must say, it was a truly rejuvenating experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, setting the tone for a relaxing session. The massage itself was exceptional. The therapist was skilled and attentive, ensuring that I felt comfortable throughout the entire session. By the end, I felt completely relaxed, with any tension melted away. One of the standout aspects of my visit was the pricing. I was pleasantly surprised by how fair and reasonable the prices were for such high-quality service and for the location.
In A Nutshell:-Touch Point Foot Massage was actually very good.-After a very long walk (over 5 miles) in the humid heat, my feet were needing some good lovin.-There are a handful of foot massage spots around the French Quarter.-This one seemed to have good reviews plus it was on my way home.-I paid for the foot + body combo, which is 30 minutes of massage on each area.-A nice older lady had me sit down on a comfortable chair, where she gave me a really nice foot massage.-After a half hour passed, I moved to another open room where I laid face down & this gentleman soothed all my knots in my back.Overall, they were both the ultimate tag-team, I felt like I got my moneys worth here & they werent pushy, they were really nice people. This is a good spot for a foot + body massage.
Amazing!!!!! If youre seeking relief from feet pain and lower back pain from walking through lout the French Quartet in a serene environment, Touchpoint is the perfect place for you and your group of friends. Experience relaxation like never before. They take both cash and card, but cash is definitely recommended!
This makes me so sad to write. When I moved here 9 years ago this spot was amazing. Idk what happened but they have taken such a dive. I would definitely call myself a former regular there, which they obviously didn’t care enough about to keep up the service. The last two times I went over the last 2 months they tried to scam me by having one guy on my feet and one guy on my back and waiting until 5 minutes in to try and get more money since apparently feet are not included in the full body massage. I declined. The guy on my back was absolutely terrible. He coughed over my head the entire time, left to blow his nose in the bathroom and did NOT wash his hands, and I thought he was going to break my spine with his elbow. I literally had to stop the massage because I would have left badly injured, not that they even offered any partial refund, remedy or even an apology🙄 I will sadly not return because of this…ever.
First off, this place is situated on rue toulouse so all of the street noise (because they leave their door open?) just throws off the experience. That is what should be taken into account here.Having said that, its definitely not a calming or relaxing environment. Be prepared to hear chatty, over-sharing patrons one after another like youre going through the busiest fast-food drive through you can imagine. The massage tables are literally beside the cashiers counter separated by mere curtains. The actual massages/body + foot were average at best in my opinion. Overall, this is a perfect spot to walk in like most tourist traps are and waste your money. I just have to be REAL when giving reviews. 2 ⭐️⭐️
Amazing place; very professional and best relaxing timeAll of us had foot massage for 30 mins and back massage for 10 minsIn New Orleans we end up walking a lot and this place is the way to treat your feet/body
There are several parlours around town but I particularly enjoy this location everytime I go to New Orleans. I took my niece and sister. My niece said her foot color lighten. Her circulation mustve been bad. They have always been clean and friendly. I just love this place! My sister did the chair massage as well. She spoke very highly of the after results.
This is a great place for a traveler to relax. Me and my wife stopped by during our visit to New Orleans. She had a back pain and wanted to give me a treat. I got 30 minutes body massage and she took a full hour. People there are authentic Chinese professionals. I’m not often having a massage, so the back massage seemed pretty intense for me. They really know what they’re doing. After the massage I felt very relaxed. My back never felt so warm and relaxed. If you are looking for a place to stop and calm down after hours walking around French Quarter, then the Touch Point is definitely a place for you. Stop by for foot or full body massage, you won’t regret it.
This is a 3.5 star review. My husband liked to go here for a quick 30 mins foot massage for $30. They are always good with foot massage, and it is totally worth it. The facility is clean, but it can get crowded quickly. They don’t have private rooms (only space with curtains), so full body massage is not as comfortable as he would have like. It is a little noisy being on Toulouse St. Otherwise, it is a nice spot to get a quick foot massage.
We stopped here for an impromptu 30-minute foot massage after being on our feet for hours, and what a relief did we experience! Both the staff members that massaged our feet were experienced and worked with us on our problem areas. We felt so relaxed by the end of it. Only thing I would have you keep in mind is do not give in to the pressure of adding on more services because they can be persistent. Otherwise, highly recommend!
Always friendly and supportive and they truly make my feet and lower legs feel great when I leave.
This place is amazing. We got the combo. That is a foot massage for 30 mins and body massage 30 mins for $60. We are in New Orleans for 5 days we have gone twice. They really know what they are doing I was more then impressed and I would highly recommend them. Very clean, very friendly and all the staff wears masks.
Such great service. After walking a few miles for a few days in a row, our tour guide recommended Touchpoint for foot massages. My feet were treated like royalty, in a quiet and relaxing environment.Do be advised that it is cash-only. There is an ATM inside.
Came in for a full body and foot massage, my friends and I felt very pampered. Extremely fair prices. We would recommend this place if your feet are hurting after site seeing
I just got my foot massage and let me tell you, it feels amazing ! As soon as I got there they gave me a closed water bottle, the place is clean ,the pressure was great , they don’t try to sell you stuff in the middle of the massage , only at the end of my massage they asked me if I want more . I did a 20 min one and was still great , I couldn’t do more because I’m on a budget. The only reason that I’m not giving 5 starts is that if you gonna use card they charge $2,00 more. The lady that approached me to get the massage was really nice, they don’t speak a lot of English but you still can communicate!
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the therapeutic reflexology that we received. It was definitely therapeutic and not just a feel good massage of our feet. I had injured both feet recently and was looking for some good help. They certainly provided that and I was grateful! I was even able to enjoy a museum visit with less pain caused by standing around. They were excellent in their care!
This is my second time there. Each time was the best but fastest 30 min ever! Love this place.
Stay away from this place. It’s a scamWe asked for a 30 minutes body massage two people tried to message me at the same timesthanks God I said no they don’t speak English and they say they don’t take credit cards so you end up paying more money for the ATMThe massages we got were not even good and it’s not a full body massage like they advertised.
I broke my back from l1-l5 and dislocated my hip. Needless to say come that time of the month my body is tense and in a lot of pain. It doesn’t seem to matter how much I stretch or am at the gym. It’s rough. As you can imagine I have gone to a lot of massage therapists over the years and this is the only place that I have gone to that is extremely consistent no matter who there is giving the massage. I don’t know the type of training they go through but it is incredible and thorough. It’s like they are truly listening to my body and aren’t afraid to work out the knots despite the fact that my back makes bone crunching, grinding and dududuh sounds while they are doing it. It’s exactly what I need.
Visiting Nola and with all the walking around, you definitely need a massage. One of the best combo foot/full body massage Ive had in a very long time. I called an hour ahead and was able to get me and my three friends in. The massage was very thorough, firm and enjoyed every min.
Great chair massage this evening 5 Star service really feels better. Just left feeling better already well needed relaxation my visit on January 2024 I would definitely visit again
Our group of 4 passed by touch point andSpontaneously said lets get a foot massage. What an incredible treat. I had Michael and it was by far the best foot massage I have ever had. I will definitely go back during our trip. We felt it was reasonably priced with a clean atmosphere.
We have been to Touch Point numerous times as we frequent New Orleans! Every single time we have been extremely satisfied!! We actually got foot massages last night and got a couple massage this morning and I’ve been to many spas and never been any more satisfied!! I mean it is a must if u visit NOLA!! Prices are very affordable and it is clean!!
This is a must stop every time I visit the city. I absolutely love them way the tension is released from my feet or shoulder depending on the service I get. Always money well spend and that is all I can ask for!
I have the opportunity to travel to the New Orleans business district. Everything is fresh and beautiful. The old streets and buildings as well as the customs and culture make me nostalgic. The panoramic view just accidentally caused my feet to suffer, and I was particularly tired. This The service at the foot therapy shop is still very attentive and meticulous. The massage therapist’s technique is very professional, coupled with soothing music, beautifully let me sleep during the massage process, an hour later I almost got a new physical condition, and it’s okay. Continue to the next itinerary...
My boyfriend and I dropped in on a whim, weve been on a long road trip with lots of hiking and walking so our feet have taken a beating. We each got a 30 minute foot reflexology massage and both feel so good after, were going back tomorrow to get full body massages before we continue our road trip. Highly recommend.
Came here just a couple hours earlier based on the reviews and was looking forward to getting soreness and recent pain out of my feet. It looks like the technique and effort varies by masseuse. My 30min foot massage oddly started with spray and not the foot bath I saw toted to others and was underwhelming. Even as I asked my masseuse to apply more force—harder—her pressure felt too light and she rubbed mostly the bottom and edges with just part of one hand. The male masseuse beside her was much more rigorous and used both full hands and palms and pulled across all surfaces of his client’s feet unlike my unsatisfying rubbing on mostly the soles of my feet. Guessing my masseuse was tired and conserving her energy and muscles (I’m sure it’s a hard job), but it was very disappointing for me. My feet are hurting just now as I’m walking through the airport.
I took my wife here for a foot soak and massage, and she made me do one too. It was really nice. My feet felt a lot better afterward. It was a $40, 40 minute massage. It was so worth every penny. Clean with comfortable chairs and relaxing music. I highly recommend.
Best foot massage, especially after a long day walking the French quarter. Staff is very friendly, accommodating, and attentive. Highly recommended!
Well worth it!! Walking over 12000 steps all over New Orleans only to land here exhausted and then be able to walk an additional 6,000 steps. The lady was very attentive and would be considerate regarding the pressure being applied on my back. Will be returning the next time Im in town. I recommend coming in while walking all over the French Quarter!
We love this reflexology place! We came here 4 times during our stay! It was the perfect place with their calming music and wonderful massages. It was perfect to ease our kinks after long days of touring. Thanks and we will see you guys again!
This foot spa saved my feet! We had been touring and sightseeing for about 12 hours with little rest and I was really excited to duck into this spot for a 40-minute foot soak and reflexology session. The hot soak was really relaxing and the massage therapist worked out the kinks and sore spots in my feet perfectly. At some point the pressure was a little intense, but he immediately lightened up when I told him it was too much.My feet hurt so much I could barely walk when I got in and when I left, about 60-70% of the pain was alleviated.I think I’m going to have to stop by again before my vacation is over!
Absolutely the best massage i think i have ever gotten. I am a massage therapist and have had some very good massages. But i was down in my back and they had me walking good when i left. Awesome experience.
It felt pretty good (not the best). The fun part was when we had to walk (after my foot massage - didn’t want to walk to pay for it) to Chase to get cash because after the fact we found out it is cash only (then they said they’d charge a $2 fee for using a credit card machine on a $60+ purchase). Laughed at our predicament. Would not go back from this - there are plenty of others.
Fantastic massage! The environment was very clean, prices affordable, and staff super pleasant. Overall it was relaxing and refreshing. I would highly recommend next time you’re in the quarter.
I was very excited to get a massage here because theres so many great reviews and the location is a plus. Unfortunately, it was a horrible experience! They talked the whole 60min of my massage. The guy even stopped massaging me to talk on the phone. His colleague set in front of me and smacked in my ear the whole time; all I heard was a bag rattling. They also did not have any soothing music playing, and the guy massaged me with his elbow the whole time. Last, but not least, I had to walk to the ATM machine to withdraw cash at night, while it was cold outside because they did not take debit cards. Now heres the funny part, on my way out, they asked for a tip. I will never visit this place again.
THE STAFF IS AMAZING! They are experienced and professional, didnt feel rushed at all. After walking up and down Bourbon St. I would highly recommend going to get a foot and body massage . Great prices too will come back next time I am in New Orleans.
I was skeptical till I went in. Absolutely fantastic foot massage. My feet have not felt this good in years. I have flat feet, and came out revitalized and pain free. Reflexology really works! Atmosphere was relaxing and quite comfortable. I highly recommend!
Had a great massage in a quiet relaxing atmosphere. Much better than other spots Ive been to in the area. Not a posh spa, but very relaxing and affordable when youve been walking around all day. Would definitely return!
After being on the road for 12 hours the day before, my back and syatic nerve in my left hip was acting up. I was able to get in the next day for a full body massage. The person was wonderful and very professional. 5he facilities were nice, clean and tidy. I highly recommend them.
This was one of the best massage experiences Ive ever had. The place was so neatly laid out and the staff was very friendly. The massage fixed a pinched nerve in my back that Ive been dealing with forever and I will certainly does it here again!
Came here after spending the past two days walking in and around the French Quarter. This was definitely a needed break for my feet. The massage therapists were very professional and skilled at this specific type of massage. They used reflexology and pressure points to ease my feets tension. Place is decorated with simple touches and looks clean and well- maintained, set on a quiet street. Relaxing music played through the room. And best of all, no trying to upsell. Truly a welcomed retreat and a place Ill be visiting again.PS this foot massage is eye-rollingly amazing!
Great foot reflexology! Best 50 minutes of my life.Came back today, with my mom and step-dad, after 6 months and its just amazing as it was before. If it was up to Id stay there all day.
My bff and I were in dire need of foot/leg massages after walking way too much in the FQ. Found this place on Yelp and decided to check it out. Totally worth it- $26 for 20 min of relaxation and a wonderful foot & leg massage. Definitely would go back here. Not one of those shady type spas, this is a legit place offering a much needed foot/leg massages only. When we were there, they had both women and men (Mostly women) clients. They play relaxing music as you recline in a big comfy chair for your massage. Only issue was when some party goers were yelling out in the street, but guess that cant be helped!
My wife and I traveled to New Orleans and came to this massage place. The elegant music relaxing environment made us feel relaxed. The name of the massage therapist who worked for me was Charlie. The first-class service and professional technology made me feel relaxed. , recommending his professional, hoping to help more people get relaxed!
Great, cheap service in the French Quarter. Offers foot massage, chair massage (upper body) and table massages (full body). Very affordable. Numerous masseurs so the wait time is normally short. Open late: past the posted times if there are customers. Great location, near a parking lot. Cash preferable - ATM available inside. Definitely worth a visit.
My biweekly treat is to walk from the Garden district to the French Quarter to get my feet massage! This place is really great. I fall asleep until a loud car or crowd passes! A+++
All I can say is OMGGGGG. Had a 30 minute chair massage and it was easily the best one Ive ever had. I work with my birds in Jackson Square so I am walking and holding them all day long. I am so happy I stopped by today and will definately be making this a regular thing from now on!!!!!
This place is an amazing find. If your feet/back are tired from miles of walking around the French Quarter, make this your last stop of the night for a reflexology foot massage. You can thank me later! 😁 Best money spent while we were down here lol
Good place, clean and relax. Reflexologist knows the “xue wei” very well and not using the dead force to keep pressing your feet like other places. It helps you release the pains after 20k of steps per day in town. My wife and I really enjoy it
I have been coming here for years now and by far the best foot massage in quarter or anywhere. Very reasonably priced and staff is awesome. Not a bad experience in 4 years.
As a small business owner I know what it means to provide a good service, at touch point they go above and beyond your expectations, everything is top notch from the cozy atmosphere to the amazing masseuse’s that massage you. In my line of work I’m on my feet constantly, without touch point I wouldn’t be able to do it! BEST FOOT REFLEXOLOGY PLACE EVER!
This was the best foot massage Ive ever had. So worth it. I dont even have words to describe the experience. It was wonderful. If youre on the fence about this, just do it. You wont regret it.
Great staff, clean place, knew what they were doing and my feet and back felt a whole lot better after having to walk around NOLA all weekend long.
After walking miles through New Orleans stop by Touch Point! You definitely feel reenergized after your massage! The staff was friendly and are very skilled.
My wife and I just got back from an hour here. It was really good and the price is reasonable for the US. The lady is friendly and the place is clean. Everyone seems happy there.
Just the relaxation we needed. Def do the 30 min foot and 30 back massage!! Loved this
Amazing massage! My girlfriend and I got reflexology and chair massage and was fantastic! I had Mr. Chen - highly recommended! Super clean and very professional.
Decently priced massage parlor that doesnt play any games about their pricing (unlike some others in the area.) I didnt find the chair message to be very relaxing and, unfortunately, the ambiance can be a bit loud.
True story. I had terrible muscle knots last week and went to an expensive spa for a deep tissue massage. It only got worse. Today I came to Touch Point and got some much needed relief for a fraction of the price.
Massage was OK. Fairly price. But employee was mad because we did not leave a 20$ tip. Will not return.
Nothing better than a foot rub after walking around New Orleans all day. Fairly priced and an easy location to get to. Bring some cash, their credit card machine doesnt always work.
This was not a tourist trap. This was an incredible place to go and made our trip. Without the strong handed foot massage from a talented tall gentleman, I wouldnt have made it through all our walking
Fabulous foot reflexology and so kind as well. They provided bandaids for my blister.
Very great service and massage techniques. Very recommended! Please do go visit if youre around:)
Wonderful place! I was in town for business and decided to treat myself. My masseuse was very professional. Soft relaxing music. I will definitely go back!
I like it a little rough but some of the things this guy did during the full body massage were just painful, not to mention he did a few awkward things that were so unnecessary just to what I assume was to get a good look at my chest. Not worth 70$
A wonderful find in New Orleans! The best foot massage I have had in a long while. Skilled therapists, great service, oriental techniques.
My feet were killing me after days of walking with an old injury. They helped me get the energy to walk around more. Turned my vacation back around!
Amazing doesnt begin to cover it! My husband and I had an fantastic 40 minute foot massage that was to die for.Highly recommend this spot.
Incredibly relaxing. Never realized how much my feet ached until we started coming. Amazing how much better my feet feel. We stop by every day we are in town.HIGHLY RECOMMEND
They always give the best massages. Professional and friendly. I highly recommend this business.
Excellent massage for an excellent price. I got the combo foot and body massage and both parts were heavenly.
Awesome massages! Wife said it was the best massage she has ever had and she has a membership to massage envy. Great pressure
Despite having a card machine , they tell you to use an ATM in the shop. Saying ‘the machine is too slow’ I said I can wait. Then they pulled out the machine and it works just fine. Oh the Masaage was one of the worst.
So thankful for this place. Woke up with a horrible neck problem and only had to spend 20 minutes at this place to feel like a new person. Very reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend.
When they tell you they accept credit card they dont, they only direct you to an ATM after services rendered which charge you an extra fee.
Loved. Loved the 20 minute foot massage! The best in town!!
Stopped here because my feet hurt from touring the city. When I left my feet didnt hurts. He knew what he was doing. Great service.
The foot massage was amazing!!!!
Excellent reflexology experience, calming, comfortable great service. 20 min and you will feel like new! Bring cash!
When here for a foot massage when the gentleman finishes my feet fail like I was walking on air great 👍 🙃 job that was my first but not my last amazing experience
Found this place while walking around downtown New Orleans and took a break. Good atmosphere and good massage.
Perfect way to break up a hot day exploring NOLA! Great value, your feet will thank you!
Great 1hr massage. For $68 it cant be beat. Chinese style ie working mainly on pressure points.
The massage was incredibly soothing, great service
Very rough massage left bruises on my friends lower back 3 of them. She told him it hurt and he did not understand english. 😡..
All the workers seemed to not want to be there. Also, I watched them fold the towel back up after the people next to me were done. Unsanitary to reuse the same towels. Smh
Amazing. When your feet are sore and tired of walking, their fingers know every spot that needs to be rubbed. Great value!
There are 3 within 150 ft. Go to this one!
This place is a hidden gem. Great full body massage for a great price. Highly reccomend this place
Always a great experience, I go once a week! They get me right Everytime
Just what I needed after walking through New Orleans....amazing. Wish I came yesterday also.....will probably come tomorrow!
Great service! My masseuse was very kind and courteous! I will come again
A good place to go for a drop-in chair massage. The staff is friendly and the rates were very reasonable.
Super disappointed, shows open, walked a mile to check this place out and of course door barred up and sign says its closed. No way of contacting person that owns or runs place. They need to update their business.
The foot massage was on point for me. TLC for me giving special attention to my feet that carry me😊
One of my favorite places to visit while in the quarter. Grab a drink sit back for an hour and just relax
We loved it after 2 days of walking all around NOLA
I visit every time Im in NOLA. Great treat for the feet.
Hands down best reflexology and massage ever!! Highly recommend!!
It was just the thing for sore feet after 3 days of walking through the French quarter.
By far the best quality massage in New Orleans at a reasonable price
Clean, great prices, friendly staff, GREAT MASSAGE! Highly recommend!
Foot massage was good apart from the constant talking between the masseuses...
Probably the best deep tissue massage Ive ever had
Amazing experience. I havent felt that revitalized in a long time.
Very professional , reasonable prices and they do a great job
Feeling so much better after 2 days of non-stop walking.
The best foot massage ever!!! Highly recommend it!!!
Best place for a foot massage!! Always friendly!!
I felt like I had new feet after leaving this place :)
Best cheap chair and foot massages in the quarter
Awesome service , relaxing atmosphere
Go there twice a month, great services.
Yes yes and yes! Best foot massage ever.
