We absolutely love coming here! The service is wonderful, the owner is very friendly, and the prices are very competitive. Definitely recommend.

Been going here for years. The massage therapists are professional and great at giving massages. The atmosphere is very relaxed and well decorated. The nail salon is good too. The price is the best in the city. The owners are super sweet. Would recommend a reservation tho just to make sure they can accommodate you.

This spa is quaint and cozy but the BEST thing about this spa is the people and their professional services. They helped me surprise my fiancé with a birthday spa day and they went WAYY out of their way to satisfy. Our spas in NY could take a page out of their book when it comes to good customer service. Hua, Tara and Jay are ROCK STARS and we WILL be back.

My friend and I went to the spa for my birthday. We got the special for $130 a massage a manicure and a pedicure. The massages were great. However, the manicure and pedicure were so rushed that it literally did not feel like a spa. In fact, gave us anxiety. They were very rough and did not take their time. I would say we were done with a Mani and pedi within 30 minutes. The owner said it was because it was a basic service for the special. However, there were somebody waiting after us so I think that was the reason. I have never in my life had a 15 minute manicure and a 15 minute pedicure and felt so rushed - with my light color, I probably could’ve used a 3rd coat. My friend got her nails painted while she was in The pedicure chair so she could start my manicure. It was just overall not a wonderful experience.

I couldn’t have pick a better place for my first spa day. They offer mani -pedi and massages. My massage from Jave was phenomenal. He has great technique and knowledge that makes the massage even better. My nail tech was soo sweet and she really made me feel taken care off. I can’t wait to come back to Nola for my spa day

Listen!!!!!!!! I havent done my nails in like 2.5 months I was so grateful that they managed to accommodate us (boyfriend and I) last minute. Even offered us champagne 🥂🍾😁. They have taken great precautions and have their spa covid-19 safe👌🏾. Very friendly service and just two blocks from Bourbon Street, if that! So get your nails did💅 and get you a drink after and take it easy in the Big Easy 🎺📯🥂

Ive been receiving body work for 35 years due to pain issues. A good massage therapist is worth their weight in gold! Thats what youll get with Jay. If you need a therapist who doesnt mess around and gets in and does the job, this is your guy! I feel so much better and lucky to have found him.

I have to say I do not usually use this to provide negative feedback but more to bring attention to those who deserve it but I can’t on this one. The pedicure I had was horrific and I got cut 4 times… I would advise to stay clear even if it’s $40 I paid more since I got Gel which in itself was overpriced. Honestly go anywhere else for a pedicure. My manicure and the AMAZING massage I got is why I gave it a 2. If your looking for a massage go here it’s worth every penny!

Michelle gave a great massage; she listened to what I needed/wanted and checked in from time-to-time to make sure I was still good.

If you want to take out a small loan to sit in a chair for a 8 minute pedicure this is the place for you! My friend and I walked in expecting some relaxation after walking around Nola like we were lewis and clark. I also had a nail broken and was looking to get it fixed after my pedicure. They explained the boss was unable to come do my nail from her upstairs home. So okay whatever I still was eager to get a pedicure! We sat in the pedicure chair of course mine didnt work past my scalp. We sat in the chairs for 10 minutes with our feet in the water. My water was so hot it already scorched any crust I had on my foot. The pedicure in total was 8 minutes long. There was no lotion or massage or any relaxing amenities for that matter. I did get one swipe of a scrub on my leg then it was wiped off with a towel. My toenails were all filled down pointing north, south, east and west. I also have tons of grainy looking dots all over my gel polish. My friend walked in with black polish on her toes and had the same experience as I did but didnt even get a file or anything done to her toes because they told her she didnt need it. So she went in with black polish and left with black polish. She paid $60 to soak her feet in water and get them repainted. I hope you are either wearing a diaper or dont have to pee because the bathroom is like the haunted mansion and there is no light or room to move your knee caps. Flashlights are mandatory for the bathroom. I do not recommend this to anyone living or dead. Please save your time and money.

Great day spa in NOLA! They were able to get me in last minute at my requested time. Because I was on a tight schedule, I really appreciated them working with me to make it happen. They were able to accommodate both services back-to-back and even got me out with a couple minutes to spare! Very skilled nail tech and hair stylist. Friendly, engaging, and warm energy. Location is great and convenient if youre staying in the French Quarter.

We got a couples massage. It was very professional. They are following COVID requirements. they were able to get us in last minute over Easter weekend I am much appreciated. I would definitely recommend for pedicures or massages.

Ok at best. I went in for a pedicure and it wasn’t worth it because of the quality. My service was very rushed.Since I was already in the chair, all customer / courteous service went out the window.They were so focused on the next client (even though they acknowledged they were early for their appt and wouldn’t mind waiting).My tech kept stopping to serve others, never verbalized why she kept stopping and I didn’t receive anywhere near the quality the rest of my party received for the same exact service. She slapped the lotion and oil around my calves and didn’t rub any on my ankles or feet. Very mediocre service.Advice to the salon, please remain consistent with your processes. My classic pedicure should have the same steps as the next person getting a classic pedicure (unless they have an add on service).Please treat the customer in your chair with respect, they’re still paying for a service and should receive a quality service.

I just want to say its not a bad spot. So this is how our experience went: I Took my girl there for her birthday weekend to get her nails done and for a couples massage. Her nails were rushed becasuse they wanted to get us up to the massage quickly, since her nails werent dried completely they ended up smudging on the bed while we got the massage. (Now they look pretty bad). Nail tech was nice though, massagist were great and very professional. Owner on the other hand seemed as she just wanted us out. Rushed the nail tech and and as soon as the massage was over she was already upstairs waiting for us. It was raining so we stayed inside the building and all she kept doing was walking to the door and seeing if it had stopped. Pretty awkward vibe from that lady. Will not be going back. Like I said, not a bad spot. Just not worth the price. And OH ! Mimosas = 1 small water cup worth.

Excellent massage. Enjoyed a very relaxing and therapeutic massage which really helped my super tense shoulders with Jay. He is professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

The owner and masseuses were so wonderful, patient, and accommodating. My friend and I went in for 55 minute massages and left feeling amazing and so relaxed we weren’t quite sure what planet we were on anymore. The prices are the lowest I’ve found in the French Quarter area but the quality is comparable or better than any other massage parlor/spa.

My wife went here to get her nails done before a cruise and they did a great job! This will be her go to place each time we cruise out of New Orleans.

I paid about $115 for a massage and basic manicure. Decent massage but the staff is obviously not content with their pay and are vocal about the owners sneaky pay tactics.even had a payment issue while I was there. I spent about 2 and half hours here for what should have been 1 and half hours due to a rushed and messy manicure that had to be redone twice. Other customers walked out without paying too. My fingers are on fire after the owner butchered my cuticles and then put antiseptic chemicals to sanitize the open wounds. Plus the general burning from acetone and alcohol on open wounds. Ended up leaving with a bloody clear topcoat

Highly recommend coming here. Called ahead of time because it was nearing close time, and she asked me to come on in. I was a walker and when I made it she welcomed me with a smile on her face.Received a pedicure with regular polish, and Mani with gel polish for $69Even had a guy play guitar while being serviced and offered water and wine. They also offer massage packages. Literally a one stop shop.

Jay’s massage was everything I needed today. He is an intuitive masseuse, very skilled in deep tissue work. Although I usually only see women massage therapists, they squeezed me in for a last-minute appointment and he immediately made me feel at ease. Respectful and professional, he left me feeling like a noodle. Go see him! You won’t regret it.

Highly Recommend! Riverside is great at all the services they provide. The nail techs are great at what they do, are pleasant and professional. The owner does hair and always does a wonderful job on my hair just the way I like it. The massages are pretty dope, the masseuses listen to my needs and I always feel so good after. The prices are very reasonable and competitive. If you’re looking for a place in the quarter this is it!

I live here in the French quarter I’ve never been to this place before. I think I was Way over charged for the services we received. The place dirty and the lady was very rude. The pedicure was very quick and seemed rushed we didn’t even get a massage on our legs. The tubs seem dirty and not taken care of. For the pedicures. They did not clean the UV lights after we used them she just put them away after using them on our feet . Never going back again .

Treated myself to a morning at the spa. Everyone was so nice. Julie the massage therapist did an amazing job and give me lots of awesome tips for places to see and things to do in New Orleans. They offered drinks and made sure I was comfortable and not rushed. It was very relaxing and I would recommend this spa to anyone. Very reasonably priced! Great job girls :)

Very friendly staff. Did a couples massage, deep tissue, while in New Orleans and the location is right in the French district, reasonably priced. The combined experience between the two masseuses was 21 years so they know what theyre doing. Was easy to get in within a couple of days of calling. Would absolutely go back here the next time Im in New Orleans.

As much as really expensive places have an atmosphere that feels like Nirvana (from what Ive been told), I work for a living and needed some care in a more accessible way. These professionals handled everything beautifully and efficiently. Tara pulled more radiance from my face than i ever knew existed, and Morgan gave me a massage that erased years of tension. Very spirited and wholesome conversation was a nice bonus. I ended my visit with a five star haircut and a perfect hand and foot clip and polish, with a great massage as well. Check these people out. Theyre legit.

This is a little gem in the French Quarter. Ive been going here on and off for 4 years. Today I went in for a deep tissue massage with Diane and it was a great experience. Afterward I got a gel manicure and my eyebrows done. They take care of you and the licensed massage therapist, at least, Diane, is well worth the experience. Thank you for making my Saturday morning relaxing!

They treated us like family the moment we walked in. Very accommodating. Very nice people. We ended up doing pedicures and then adding on massages after upstairs. Best decision ever, the massage therapists were absolutely amazing. Perfect place for a couple hours of relaxation.

Had a couples message and loved the experience! We were greeted with complimentary champagne and the owner was so kind and welcoming. Our massages were amazing and the best I have ever had! The room was calming and lovely - even better than I expected. Will definitely be back!

Had a pedi. Felt really rushed to go so the polish didnt fully dry. Nails were cut to different lengths. It sounded like the massages there were good but it might not be the best place for a pedicure. Ill be getting them fixed and redone when I get back from vacation.

Average job with inconsistent prices. Got a pedi with gel and charged me 58. My friend got a pedi with gel and was charged 62, she was told that it was that price because of the removal of her old gel before the pedi. My other friend got a hair cut, online the price was 22 and she charged him 25. Not worth the price at all.

I got a mani, pedi, and massage here. It was a fabulous experience, very clean, kind staff, and the massage was AMAZING, I highly recommend Julie.

After days of walking through the French Quarter in New Orleans, this was just what we needed. The place of business is unassuming and comfortable. We opted for the couples massage and the people that worked on us were nice, polite and good at their craft. They try hard to put you in a tranquil state of mind while you wait for your appointment. There is a changing room and robes. A very professional, small scale operation. From the entrance, looks are deceiving. The prices were great, especially as it was a weekend and a festival weekend at that. It was easy to find and well worth the time. I would recommend this place to all.

Great place. I went here for a manicure before my bridal shower. It was clean, wasnt busy when I walked in on a Friday early-afternoon, and the staff was very nice. It was also very inexpensive for the high-quality manicure I got ($40 for a gel French manicure with a line of glitter polish above the white line). My manicurist, whose name is pronounced Y like the letter, did a very detailed job and my nails look perfect.

I have lived in the French Quarter for a few years now and I always drive outside the quarter to have acrylic done. If you have been in the quarter you know its rare to find a nail salon that looks sanitary. This lovely place was not only sanitary but the owner and the staff were absolutely delightful. My acrylic was horribly grown out and I should have had them taken off but with an important function that night I went for a quick fill. The owner did an amazing job filling my nails and even improving the imperfections from the previous salon. She was creative with color and a blast to talk to. I was even more thrilled to learn she does hair as well. I have a hair appointment tomorrow and like most women I am excited, but also confident I have found my new hair salon also. This is truly a one stop shop for any local or tourist wanted to get all dolled up or just a nice day In a pleasure environment with lovely people.

I went in to get two nails repaired and walked out feeling like a million bucks. I was sold on a 30 minute deep tissue massage and eyebrows was.It was all worth it. It was affordable, the customer service was great... I got complimentary wine!!! Who doesnt like wine?? That deep tissue massage by Latrissa (I think thats her name) blessed my body and life.The next time Im in NOLA, Im there!

I went a week ago on a first date for couple massages we loved it so much were trying to make another appointment for today. They were so sweet. They offered us mimosas and let us relax before and after our massages.It was dim and the music was very calming. Not a very fancy place but they made up for that with services.

Made reservations in advance to my trip and they were very accomodating. They made sure to accomodate mine and my wives needs and even gave us tips on other services that would help me in the future. Very health conscious as well massusse stepped out when she felt the need to cough. Then went down stairs and received mani-pedi treatment. All in all great experience and would definitely come back if in town again.

Came here with my bridal party and moms the day before our wedding. Made a reservation a few days before so we were all seated for manis/pedis immediately. Service was quick and good! You really cant beat the prices for being walking distance from our hotel in the French Quarter. The staff was friendly, and they even snuck me upstairs for a quick bridal massage while the rest of the girls were finishing up.

My husband and I went for a couples massage, and Michelle and Jay worked out every knot we had! Very relaxing, very professional. Super nice owner/manager even let us know we could come early after a cancellation! We will definitely keep this place in mind next time we visit.

I am visiting from out of town so you never know what youre gonna get. The gentleman who did my nails was WONDERFUL! I wish I could take him back home with me because Id never go anywhere else! He was the most thorough nail tech Ive ever been to and was very honest about products and which were the best options. (He wasnt just there to take my money). I would highly recommend this place to anyone, although calling ahead to make an appointment would be a good idea, as the place isnt big and can become crowded.

Salon was clean and employees were friendly. They were affordable and seem to have a lot of availability-- they fit me in for a 1-hour massage on a Saturday on a holiday weekend that afternoon I that I called. Hate posting bad reviews; posting for future tourists. Salon was clean&in a great location. Wasnt horrible, but this was my experience:Came to get my nails done for my bachelorette party. I asked&was told my acrylics could come off no problem(only wanted gel polish...to save money) Later; I was charged a super high amount. I should have been told beforehand.Also, my nails were stained on my pointer finger (I was too busy To come back to get them fixed), the gel didnt have enough coats (day 2 saw dirt under my nails), and it is 7 days old today and I had to get them redone because the barely held up through the trip - I usually have gel polish on for 14 days.I asked for my nails and toes to match, and they dont. I feel like i wasnt given adequate care for my mani/pedi to cost $80. Advertised at $40, I knew Id pay extra for gel, but $80 seems excessive. (My girlfriends was $52 with a 10 minute massage added).If this were a $40 scenario, I probably wouldnt complain. But after I tipped, it cost my $96.....yikes.

I’m from Minnesota and I had a wonderful experience here! There were three friendly workers, they helped me remove my dip nails before I had to go to work tomorrow. If I’m ever back in town, I’ll definitely come back here!

I usually go to Riverside every 6 weeks to get my hair cut and colored and most of the time get a mani/pedi too. Hoa is great with my hair and it always looks great! The ladies that do the mani/pedis are great too. Very relaxing treatment and nails look wonderful. Going to try the massage next time, maybe the couples massage. Highly recommend Riverside for locals and out of towners. Nice way to relax on vacation.

The couples massage was amazing. Kenzie and Isabelle did a great job and adjusted to needs of each person. Very friendly overall and helpful. Also made a dinner recommendation and sent us out the door with wine to go.

As a salon owner my standards high! I did not say anything when my nails were cut unevenly, polish left in my cuticles/ skin from the gel (every finger). However, when one of my friends noticed and commented on how it appeared her five year old did my nails I had to laugh because I realized this was service was actually funny!

This is the best kept secret in the French Quarter. Massage is TO DIE FOR. They have a full staff to service mani and pedi. Walk-ins welcome - rez recommended! Love this place!

Only got an ok because the masseuse was amazing. The rest was not. Manager was pushy and kept selling us services we didnt want. Once she talked me into a pedicure, the woman didnt smile once or talk to me. After I got home, both big toe nails bruised and they both eventually fell off!

Staff was ok. Not overly nice or rude but simply ok. Not at ALL a fancy place and for the basic 25 minute rushed pedicure I received it definitely wasnt worth $34 . Place was crowded, junky and congested. Seems like the main priority was to get you in and out and not at all about taking their time to do a great job. Visiting New Orleans and will have my feet redone when I return home. I would not return or recommend! Disappointed to say the least!

I was there less than 10 minutes ago on 2/9/17Went in to get a nail fixed and the women cut my finger minutes into doing my nails, so she told me that happen because I needed a refill. How does her cutting my finger had anything to do with me getting a refill. I was so pissed off and on top of that my nails was two different shapes and lengths. So Ill will never be returning here again. So ladies please beware before you go to make sure that they take there time with your nails and she knows what shes doing!!

I would not recommend this place. I broke my nail during Mardi Gras, so I came in for a nail repair and fill-in. I had powder instead of gel On my nails. Instead of the nail tech properly taking the powder off he drilled over the color then painted over the powder colors. Hours later I could see the color coming back through my new gel nail polish. I paid $45 for nails that didnt last 5 hours. I really believe that they dont know what theyre doing. FYI they dont do designs. Save your money and ask a local for a nail salon.

I booked my appointment online and the owner called to confirm. They stayed after closing to make sure I got my 1 hr massage and mani/pedi. The price was right and the massage was awesome. My nails look amazing too! The owner even recommended a nearby restaurant that was the best food Ive had while visiting. I recommend this spa to other visitors to NOLA.

Impromptu girls day in NOLA. We called for an appointment and was worked in within 30 minutes. Got mani-pedis. They did a good job and prices were reasonable. Would come back here.

Went in on my lunch break and my nails got ruined. I asked for almond shaped nails and asked to MAKE SURE he could do it properly. When cutting down my nails they were all different lengths. My nails after being filed we’re all leaning to one side. When I mentioned it to the man he said I needed to flip my hand around for them to look good. Ummm no. When I asked for him to re do them he said to go to another salon. He then proceeded to rip off my nails with the acrylic top. My nails are RUINED. Really cheap nail prices for horrible nails.

I did not like the service. I initially wanted a pedicure and a full set. When I asked how much the full set was, the staff continuously told me how much the manicure was. I settled for a pedicure. The water was cold, and I waited to be serviced for 3 mins. When she finally came to me, I asked her for a slight trim. She proceeded to cut my nails too short. During the pedi she acted as if feet grossed her out. (I observed how she did the another womans pedi and she acted the same way). She didnt want to scrub/ remove dead skin. (I had to ask her twice to do so). When it came time to paint my nails, she did a very sloppy job and left paint all over my toes. She ignored it until I asked her to remove it. After everything was done the staff tried to force a manicure without telling me that a full set would be $25 extra including the $20 manicure price. So the total cost for a full set would be $45. I would not recommend anyone come here. The place is small, they overcrowd it, and rush through their survices and their customers.

Everyone is so friendly and took FANTASTIC care of us during our visit to Riverside Spa. It was a very brief trip to New Orleans and the relaxing couples massage by Julie and Jamal was the perfect way for us to settle into the city! (One of the best massages Ive ever received! And Jamal is actually legally blind!) We topped it off with a rejuvenating mani-pedi and went forth to enjoy the rest of our trip. Riverside Spa is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! :)

I made a reservation earlier in the day, when I called to confirm they told me they had no reservations, I tried explaining I have one, they said they don’t have any. I told them my name and time and they told me they have openings Monday but they’re booked today. I tried my best to explain I made a reservation, they kept cutting me off while speaking to tell me they’re fully booked. I just wanted to confirm and get the best address… I’m not coming now, if I miss my reservation and waste their time that’s their problem

Dont go there ! I just got upAnd left because the guy didnt know how to do his job and kept cutting my skin around the nail w his electric file..... i been doing my nails for 10 yesrs and i have never had such an unprofessional experiense. Also he kept telling me “ im charging you only $10 to remove ur nails” basically sayin thats what u get for $10. I usually dont write bad reviews but this time was absolutely horrible and he left me wit one hand undone !

I absolutely love this place. Best haircut in the city by the nicest person in the city. They also offer massages and again, the absolute best! Andrea is amazing at ashiatsu and I wont go anywhere else.

Absolutely love this salon! My hair is long and thick, and Hoa knows exactly how to shape it. I get compliments all the time. Im bringing my sisters here for their next cuts!

Full body massage and facial loved it. I didn’t get the lady name but she was amazing I even fell asleep while she massaged me.

They were attentive and acknowledged me as soon as I walked in the door. They were also knowledgeable of what i wanted and aware of what they couldnt provide me. I was serviced by a Lovely Ms Liz and this was technically my first time treating myself.

Not experienced in dipping powder manicures, though they offer the service. I have a splotchy, see-through combination of powder and gel on my nails. The technician dug the excess powder from under my nails with cuticle clippers.... some of my fingers are cut under the nail.

Was serviced exactly at my appointment time. It was clean and everyone was nice and accommodating. Will make this my nail spot every time I come to New Orleans.

I had a massage, best massage I ever had. Spa was clean personnel courteous and friendly.

Poor communication skills and lack of professionalism, why have people book online if appt aren’t available for that time slot, and when asked about it she gives an attitude stating “well our system is different from everyone else” yep def won’t gain our service. Learn to talk more professional to potential customers.

This nail salon is very unprofessional not very clean and also extremely overbooked which caused my supposed to be spa day to be A-day from HELL so the manager drilled my nails to the point where they were hurting I expressed to her that she had hurt me she put them under a fan and continued to work her work was very poor quality and she rushed to the point where my nails were different shapes and very uneven and then was pushed over to get my pedicure by another associate who was nice but I had Polish all over my toes I would not recommend going to this shop to anyone I went back instead of giving a bad review I went back to get my nails fixed or cleaned up and she proceeded to tell me she couldnt get me in until the evening knowing we were celebrating our anniversary at a concert later this lady is not a professional actually shes down right rude I wouldnt recommend going to her for nothing in the world.Also, I spent close to $100.00

Asked for a deep tissue, told it was $15xtra agreed, and was not given a deep tissue at all. Manicure and pedicure was superficial. Needed a redo in 1.5 weeks.

They were very nice but they charged extra for my daughters blowout saying its because she has long hair, she doesnt have long hair. Im sure I wouldnt go back.

On Sunday I went to this establishment to try to get my nails done. I dont speak English but I speak Portuguese, French and Spanish. I used the translator because I wanted to make sure if they removed the cuticle, the woman who answered me was extremely rude, left me standing talking to myself, went to her bag to get the phone and only said that there was a vacancy at 4 pm, I wanted to ask questions, I was going to make an appointment, but for Her lack of education I left

Good service and the massages are very good in terms of price/performance ratio. Man can get a massage and woman can get her nails done. Definitely worth a visit
