Beach On Bourbon

We found this place our very first night in New Orleans. The music caught our attention almost immediately. This spot is larger than other places on Bourbon st.There are three separate areas. As you enter there is a bar and several tables with chairs, the second area has additional seating, a bar and a large water fountain. The third area has a large dance floor with an elevated DJ booth and two bars located on the opposite end of the room.The music, the space, the staff are all top notch. I am telling you…. This place is the real deal.With several bars, a large dance space and great DJs you’ll have the time of your life with no regrets because we sure did!We visited New Orleans this Halloween. On our first night we found this place and came back every night.The crowd is diverse, the music is exceptional and the drinks are reasonably priced…. What more can you ask for?FYI the Jell-O shots are delicious

Good music , but drinks way over priced! $18.00 for a kids cup redbull vodka. Dont buy drinks here! better of going and getting a hand grenade for $12.00 which comes 5 times the amount.

Awesome vibe inside an awesome, unique space. Var and security staff are top notch and have lots of fun while working. They really made us feel safe and secure and kept the creeps away from the girls in our crew. The MC and live entertainment are always hilarious and will keep you laughing all night. Theres also a really good place to grab food, Voodoo Chicken & Daiquiris, that stays open waay late to get a bite after the party.

Very cool place that you might easily walk past. Live music, great outdoor courtyard, 4 bars. This is a good stop for a fun and relaxing time! A member of our group did get shaken down in the bathroom so be warned.

Came here on the super late night and had a blast!! Bartenders were great, so were the DJ. Crowd was what it was, but it was a really enjoyable experience! No cover as well, gotta love it

One of the most fun places to go on Bourbon street. Make to happy hour (3 for 1) and it will definitely get you ready to party. All of the bartenders are great, the DJ is fun. If you want to dance or just listen to music while drinking, this is a great spot to visit.

Food was just okay. Its not bad, but theres nothing that stood out about this place.

Harold is an awesome host/Mc guy gots us in threw the best bengals party we had a blast and this guy showed up at our tailgate party he is the goat. We love him and the beach been here everyday.

The flashy disco laser lights add nothing to ones football watching experience. The hurricane is mixed for strength rather than flavor. Still, the pours are generous and the fountain is on fire. Very reasonable pricing for a tourist trap.

Good bar, nice space, reasonable drinks (comparitively). Music was decent, not many hits were played

The service was fine. The beer selection was very limited, not much to choose from. The DJ was good when we first got there. The music is what drew us in. When he switched up, he lost a good bit of the crowd, including us.

Had a great time listening to the band. Lots of varieties to dance to. This is for the more mature crowd. Nice dance floor.

Cool Bar And Good Drinks

We went here at 2pm on a Saturday and it was sooooo much fun!!! The music never stopped and the atmosphere was super cool !! ❤️❤️🥳🥳

So much fun and a wonderful band Monday night. We stopped back on Tuesday but it was just a virtual dj with videos on the big screen.

The security and management team were top notch. This place gets CRAZY busy, and they were on top of it 100% of the time. Super accommodating to my friend who was hosting a group and everything went smoothly. I felt a little too old (37) to be there at first, but the music was so much fun. Id definitely go back.

Harold is the best thing that happened to our trip guy enticed us to enter this amazing establishment and helped my man Dan bachelor party off the meter we love that guy this bar and shoot out to Don one way and moe the dj

The bartenders are good. This place has all the tools to be amazing. Live music check, space check, multiple bars check, location check. But it insists on employing a dj that is not only absent but awful. This dude is not just negligent but is actually a deterrent to a spot that should be 5 stars. Employ a college kid or someone who cares about making sure you make money by keeping people at the bar. Not driving patrons away.

Went in here to watch the a game. The seats are hard and 95% of the tables wobble. Bought about 3 drinks I was having a good time until I tried to eat some food from Voodoo (8ft away from the bar). Manager came up and told us that we couldnt eat at the there so we promptly put our food away to continue to watch the game. Two minutes later another security guard came and KICKED US OUT. There arent any signs stating that food is not allowed or we wouldnt have brought food in.

On entering the place got asked for id. Im well over 21. Ok regardless of this handed it over. He didnt even look at this and went to scan it. Stopped him from scanning it and explained not happy scanning my details and that all I needed to prove was that I was of age to go in. Got told no scan no entry. Sorry not willing my driving licence to be scanned. Your loss!!!

Nice crowd and relaxed setting. Music played is 90s pop and r&b hits, along with a few later and current hits. While the energy turns up at night from the day its still a good vibe. The drinks were good also. If they had Hennessy I wouldnt hesitate to give a 5. I would go again

We had a ton of fun! We were there early. Great music, good crowd, and fun games! Only putting 4 stars because once a bunch of people started getting there, the music got kind of bad and a bunch started leaving as did we! Other than that we had a great time!

Chicken on a Bone was such a fun band to hear.. their lead singers energy was incredible. She was so inviting and personable! Im coming back again just to hear her!

Start & end your night here! VIP treatment, good music, plenty of bars with short weight times! Harold, the MC, was so fun, interactive & kept the party going hard!! He took care of us and made us feel so welcome …we came back every day (4days!)! Already planning my next trip and will be back with more friends!

If you want to listen to an accurate review about this place then listen up. everyone that goes to Bourbon Street and knows what Bourbon Street is about this is a dirty wild and crazy place that can act afool with other fools. Beach on bourbon is no exception but what I like about this place is the band called the Wawa band Yes I did say the Wawa band they have a singer there that goes by the name of Queen and she can be very rude and have a very foul mouth so dont go there being all sensitive to the way she talks. this woman has an extremely incredible voice and if you go there to drink and to have a damn good time then this is the place to go to, then this is a band to listen to. they play all of the 80s type music and play some of the new music to dance to, they also take requests, you have the two singers Queen and Ronald, the other guys in the band look like they can be someones parents make that someones older parents but they are very good at what they do I really enjoy going there and I really like the singers and i think Ronald is such a cool guy and he can really be funny at times, go there and have a good time request some good ole R&B music or whatever it is that you want to hear and if they can play it they will do it they do play Garth Brooks I dont know how many of those songs that they know but they do a damn good job and what they do again dont be a sensitive type person because Queen is herself and ask right when you go there and you will have a great time.

I travel too many places. I enjoy small mom and pop establishments because sometimes theyre the heart and soul of that community. What I did enjoy about a beach on the bourbon is the entertainment. The bartenders, the music, the interaction with the customers and the hype man on the stage with the mic was excellent. Helping keeping the entertainment going is very important. Have a great customer. Service is very important no matter what the environment is. Everyone were friendly, professional and extra fun. I enjoyed this spot with my family. I do travel to Bourbon Street at least once a year to relax and release tensions from working all year round and they never disappoint. So if you down on Bourbon Street and you want to have good, clean, honest, fun, stop through and enjoy yourself. The entertainment is well worth it.

We had the best time here. We came here at least twice a day and everyday of our vacation and it always over delivers. The bartenders, DJs and bouncers are all awesome people and so fun: especially Ron (bouncer), Simon (bartender) and Jay (bouncer). Ya’ll better go!

Such a fun place! Every single person in my group loved it here! The DJ let us request songs and we loved that. Dance floor was big and it had a huge screen that played the music videos! Highly recommend this place for a fun time with friends!!

This was really great to go to on my first night in New Orleans. The live performance was interactive and fun and went into the audience. There was heaters for those cold nights and a bar on either side of the building. Its a mostly outdoor venue

The atmosphere was pretty good, however the bartenders definitely need more training, in addition to them not pouring the drink you ask for. For example; i asked for don julio with pineapple juice and instead got rubbing alcohol with pineapple juice. Which goes to say that they empty the original contents in the bottle and replace with a cheap knock off version in hopes that tourists won’t take notice. Which seems to be the normal bourbon street/French quarter. I recommend Frenchmen street instead to go bar hopping.

This place was rockin at 4pm. So much fun, theres a outside part and inside part. In the inside the dj had drinking games and giant jenga.

They got the stage, the lights, the DJ, the video wall, everything!Two VIP sections and free bathrooms, an indoor dance floor, and an outdoor seating area too.SO MANY BARS - there is one on every wall, so lines are never long!Also, no cover usually!!Definitely worth it to stop by and have fun!

The bartender was rude, my drink was so weak that it was practically water, and waaaaaay to expensive for it being that weak. Theres definitely better places to stop at than wasting your time and money here.

Always a decent spot. Not a fan of bourbon st in general, so many better places in the city to have just as much fun! But when I bring outta Towners in, bourbon st is always on the list, and we always stop into the beach on bourbon to see whats going on. Great spot.

Had such a great time here at The Beach on Bourbon. The hype man, bartenders, and security guards were great too! If you want to have a good time, definitely a place to check out.

Honestly the band and the dj were amazing. The cleanliness of this place was great, BUT the shot girls will force you to take shots. After saying no three times already they still won’t leave. My friend and I had to take two shots each and that was already $16. Please beware of them because they will pressure you into taking shots.

It was lit!!!! The cute security guard did not believe my mom and I were mother and daughter! He was like if you can prove it, free shots!!! After our free shots, lol, we danced the night away. I wish I had that dj in my living room. He was great! The security guard pulled us up on stage and we did our thing. It was a fun atmosphere. Mixed crowd, both old and young people. We had a blast. Prices were a little higher than some of the other bars, but it was a pretty cool experience. I just got a bucket of beer and sat in the courtyard. It was a very cool Trio soul group that was playing. Fairly loud music. Theyre trying to get people out on the Dance Floor. It was a pretty good time.

What a nice gem of a spot we were luck to experience throughout our week in Nola. We came not, once but 3 different times throughout our time here. They have a jamming playlist and games like cornhole and jumbo jenga, and a live band with a packed dance floor at night. Just be prepared for the drinks to get you litty. And Be advised, there is limited low seating if you are looking to bring someone who needs accessible seating.

Harold is the man I watch that humorous guy get a lot of people in the beach including our group of 15 (bachelor party). That guy works very hard, loves people and his job. He made our night, he pulled us in from the street and we had a great time. Amazing guy needs a raise, 10 stars, Chellie was an amazing bartender as well. Would highly recommend.

Love this place! Great atmosphere, service, and perfectly executed drinks. The DJ is excellent and the MC is very entertaining. The live entertainment is awesome, we always try to drop in when the WAWA Band performs. The Shot Girls are not a problem as some reviews wound have you believe. One can simply turn down a shot when they come by and that will be that. Neither my fiance or I have had any problems with any of the staff. This has become our to go spot for a great time.

Great place for day drinking! The hype man made us play hilarious and fun drinking games while getting the whole crowd involved. Tons of fun people from all over the place hanging out together. The night is a lot of fun too with dancing and great music. The evening/night hype man was a bit of a buzz kill, though. He had too much of an attitude. Overall, a great time.

This place is always fun! We have gone to many events and ended up here is our first place and our last place. It’s a fun girls thing to do or with a date. Great bar, nice staff, good drinks and good prices. Highly recommend this is one of the places you go.

We came to the Beach on Bourbon for my bachelorette party 2 nights in a row and we had the BEST time! Special shoutout to Woody and Harrold for taking care of us and making sure we got everything we needed and making sure we were safe. We love them and if we ever make it back to New Orleans, this will be our first stop!!!

Listen, if you’re not from here go to the beach on bourbon. With exceptional security staff to keep you safe, slightly understaffed on the bartenders however they’re quality tenders, the atmosphere is unique with a fiery fountain in the center courtyard. You can smoke here, the music is great. More for a younger crowd 21-30, but it isn’t exclusive everyone can have fun there.I personally got hobsnockered drunk for $80 if that counts for anything and I’m 6’2 220 pounds! Awesome place go check it out. Also make sure you go upstairs!! VIP is always treated like royalty

Super creepy guys here. Yes, there are creeps everywhere but they seem to be in excess at this place.The drinks are horribly over poured and the bartenders have been drunk almost everytime we’ve come. We have been to this place several times, on different days of the week in different months.There’s also a bathroom attendant in the women’s bathroom who is incredibly rude. It’s very weird.No one is going to a divey type bar on bourbon street, expecting to be accosted by a bathroom attendant demanding tips. There’s no way to avoid the attendant too if you want to wash your hands after using the restroom. She controls the soap dispenser and paper towels.Positives: the music is pretty good.

Best time I had on my New Orleans experience came across a great man name Harold on a surf board with lights and tried to tip him he say he didn’t want the money just leave a review on my experience after I leave I entered at 9pm and didn’t leave till 230am don’t know what rest of bourbon street is like because Harold got me and my wife attention and we never left that man is a verbal hustler and knows how to talk to the people I see why y’all have that loving man at the front door great hire beach. The music was good, the DJ was very energetic and had everyone dancing. Beer is a little pricey, but then again so is almost all the beer on Bourbon Street. Overall I enjoyed the time I spent there. Bathroom could use a little fix.

The band was great and it has a great atmosphere for dancing or just chilling watching the band. They allow you to bring drinks in with you too! Their tube shots are okay but not worth it in my opinion no matter how many times they come by offering them to you.

Great live music, spacious, no line ups at any of the 3-4 drink bars, theres a cool balcony that overlooks the stage/dance floor, you can smoke in the courtyard and still see the stage. Been there twice and will probably go again and have more good things to say. Drinks are reasonably-priced and there was no cover charge as well

Great music! We stopped in for a few drinks. They couldnt make a mojito, so I ended up getting a rum with coke. The rest of the party was drinking beer and we had some shots of tequila. These were not your typical shot glasses. They were in tiny little cups. Bigger than a thimble. Lol. Definitely a place you should visit if you like a variety of good music. Oh, they play music videos at the bar too.

Cool place to lounge at. I really like their setup. The Happy Hour Specials are pretty great. Live music is good. Shot girls are super annoying, but besides that its a nice place to go to on Bourbon.

Mostly open air venue. Does not check for vaccine card.Not enough bartenders so wait can be long.Heaters are set up on patio; but, tall hat type are more for show than heat.

Live place for the weekend. The music is diverse and suited all taste. Drinks everywhere and meet all sorts of people. The customers vary in age.The atmosphere created is nice and goes with the theme.Dont be fooled by the outside. Once your inside it changes.

This place is great!! The house band rocks! Tammy the waitress was making sure our drinks never went dry in the VIP room!! Roan was great before we went to the room and had some cocktails! This big guy named Alpine got rid of some drunk guys that were trying to ruin everyones fun!

EXTREMELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The bar tenders here are the rudest people i have ever met in my entire life. I would not recommend this bar to my worst enemy. The bar tenders deserve to be fired, i have NEVER experienced worse customer service in my entire life. Do not go here.

Worst experience EVER!!! I went in with my friends on a Sunday night (not busy at all) and the bartender (a ginger girl) was beyond rude. She asked for our IDS when weve already show them (she didnt ask to other customers for it, weird...), my friend asked for a sweet drink (she said that she could figure it out and shell be right back) she NEVER came back. I said Hey! (Not rude or rushing her) and she screamed HII!! in a really sarcastic and rude way. Never coming back.

I love the ambiance here! Its still early on a Monday night and the band is awesome, theres a bunch of bartenders so no wait and the drinks were strong

Where do I begin the MC made the night unforgettable. We had so much fun definitely make this place a destination on your visit to New Orleans.

I liked how large the venue is and the drinks were pretty strong once we got them. I didnt care for the crowd this places attracted the day I went. But the actually layout is awesome.

Andrea was such an awesome bartender! She was more accommodating than anyone I have ever encountered in the service industry. To say she went “above and beyond” is an understatement. We came in town for a concert which got cancelled for hurricane Barry. She took the time to find us another avenue for fun and we cannot thank her enough for the hospitality!! I was blown away by her kindness and genuine interest in our positive experience in New Orleans!!

Good atmosphere. Only issue was too many locals trying to pretend to be tourists trying to get their drinks for free. When I told one of the staff members (wearing braces on her teeth) she got immediately agitated and called me racist. ?? Not sure what that had to do with anything as my wife is Asian and she could clearly see that. Won’t be going back during this trip.

I had a blast here during Mardi Gras.No Cover Charge, GREAT MUSIC, & MC 👍🏿💪🏾However 😔the ladies bathroom had a older African American female bathroom attendant in there , but the bathroom was FILTHY like a episode of Hoarders ! ! ! ! !There was dirty black water, tissue, and trash EVERYWHERE. The toliets were severely dirty with urine, tissue,and feces. Instead of the female attendant cleaning up. She was busy trying to sell stuff & getting smart with all the👉🏾Caucasian👈🏾 patrons🧐. She was accusing them of not flushing the toilets, or washing their hands when they left a stall 👀 These were adult women ,and regardless of what they did or didnt do. She shouldve been more concerned with cleaning up the filth in there that she acted like she couldnt see & smell. Honestly it was too filthy for ANYONE to flush those tissue,urine,and fecal matter filled toilets. Or to even wash ur hands next to the overfilled 30gallon garbage can pushed against the little small sink area🤦🏾‍♀️Also trying to get a drink at the bar was impossible, they were understaffed or unorganized. Either way they dropped the ball tragically in these 2 areas.I give it a 3

During the weekdays, this place is fun. They know their niche (80s cover bands) and they do it well. HOWEVER. The club atmosphere they try to aim for on the weekends is severely lacking. The DJ acts like a tool with no experience. The 18 year olds and elderly people think this is normal, so they go along with it. The age range in between is too drunk to care.Im here to tell you that you shouldnt settle for crap music. Shouldnt tolerate being told to get on stage, turn around, and wiggle your butt at the crowd.Get a better DJ.

Beach on Bourbon was an awesome time. Drinks were priced at what seems to be the going rate for Bourbon St. The dance floor was lively and active with awesome music and colorful lights. Plus, gotta give props to that awesome fountain with the fire in the center. Considering I was relatively tipsy, that fountain had me mesmerized for a moment or two. 10/10 woild Beach on Bourbon again.

Great place to go if you love rock and rap! They have a 3 for 1 drink happy hour! A lot of interaction with the entertainment. Big screen for videos. Really fun vibe!

I love this place. You can dance your face off til Kingdom Come! No smoking on the dance floor, its not allowed. Anywhere else outside is a go. Tip your bartenders, but look out for the shot girls; they are on a mission to get you drunk and getcho money.

Came during essence festival. Asked for 2 shots of Jameson. The woman bartender brought 2 shots of an alternative. We had never heard of the alternative. The bartender threw my cousins credit card at her took the shots and told us to get the F#!! Out! We never cursed or disrespected the bartender very nasty attitude very unprofessional would never return

Harold is the man that man energy got me and my 20 boys in here don’t see how that man is jus a host he definitely needs more money the way he sweating to hustle ppl in the most charismatic friendly ex to talk to guy him and mike are the best thing at the beach and the hurricanes wish I could leave Harold 100 stars great hire beach coming back for that great man

It was a fun place to dance, but the shot girl was rude. Said shots were 3 dollars and tricked us into drinking 2 instead of one and then demanded us to tip her a lot of money. Get rid of the shot girls, they are awful

Awesome place to go to have some drinks with friends. It’s not closed I’m like a regular bar, so you can smoke while there. The DJ plays good music. The bartenders are a fun. And over all, a great place to work or to visit

The place is large and has a dancing area, but its just not our style. A bucket of 3 domestic beers for $8.50 at happy hour is good, especially since 1 corona at the same time is $7.50. This is more for the college crowd.

Performer standing on the stage was blocking the stairway to exit and I fell down the stairs. Then 3 security guards came to escort me out and were shoving my friend. After asking why I was getting taken from the bar, a woman punched me in the face and busted my eye. Im a 120 lb girl that was posing no threat to anyone, just asking why I was being kicked out and asking that they not push my friend. Not a single security guard or bouncer even checked on me afterwards. Three grown men should not put their hands on 22 year old girls and use violence in this situation. They all need to be fired.

Fun bar that wasnt too packed but just had a dj when we went during the week. The live band draws in a larger crowd but this was still a good time. Drinks were not bad and the atmosphere was nice.

Came here Monday night the Wawa band was on they were awesome. I know we are on Bourbon Street but that does not mean the restrooms need to be dirty and smelled horrible. The drinks were okay and this is a big location the staff needs to do a better job and getting people in here once again the band was great.

Fun place band was great. The waitresses put the shot glasses in their mouth and hold/suck it while the customer takes the shot... Entertaining to watch but I will take mine more traditional... Just hand it to me.

Its a nice spot to duck into for some 80s/90s music and drink. The mens restroom is apparently well kept and there is an attendant. Meanwhile, the womans is a nightmare. Broken toilets, mop bucket hanging out in front of sinks, no towels, hand dryers, etc.

Loved the music and friendly atmosphere. My drink I felt like was overpriced but other than that I enjoyed a few hours here.

Fun... but watch yourself. Its one of those... pull you in off the street and go for the wallets as quick as possible... places. It can be fun... but you have to fight off the endless shot girls that are trying to force shots on you with their lips on one side... and yours on the other... with signs on their back that say $2 shots... followed by $20 bills after they push you into the shot. The room can get crazy and can be fun... just be ready and alert for what you get.

My Cousin and I had a great time!! I think it must have been juice in those tubes because I had plenty & didnt feel a buzz (unless Im just an alcoholic, jk) enjoyed being able to step outside when it got hot without leaving!!

We ordered one mixed drink for the wife at $16.00, I was like okay dang thats alot i guess just get a beer. They charged me 11 dollars for the one beer because it was 3 for 1. Not even giving me the courtesy of letting me know I was going to be given two extra drinks. As I was unaware of the special the bartender said I was already charged and could not cancel my order. He was rude and will never go back. We just wanted to have one drink each and enjoy the music. Nope. It was more lets get you drunk amd take advantage of you.

We couldnt have picked a better place to get some good tasy quality fried chicken. A little pricy if I must add , but dang every bite made it worth it . Just the right amount of everything. Sauces on table options were a tasty treat to add for dipping. Great atmosphere.

Had a wonderful time here but the woman that offer you shots are a little aggressive. They walk up to you with these tubes in their mouths full of liquor asking can they put the other half of the tube in your mouth. For a shot,when you say no they keep coming back to ask. Didnt like it,the ban was amazing

Cheap beers and good music. Had a ton of fun with the Wrestlemania crowd. Its always a party here and I always drop by whenever Im in town. Ill definitely be back and I recommend it even if just a quick stop while strolling down Bourbon St.

Although I did enjoy the performances here, Beach on Bourbon is exemplary of the many tourist traps that line Bourbon Street. I walked in here because I found that my friends had stumbled onto the place. The scenery, emulating a beach side bar or lounge, is certainly charming, but there werent too many people here aside from a few older tourists. Also, the drinks werent all that great and rather expensive.

Typical night club with loud music, less than amazing drinks, odd assortment of shot girls and normal patrons who look wasted. This club has a rather large dance floor area in front the stage. Before making it to the dance area you pass through the possible best feature which is the courtyard that is slightly more inviting. Overall its what you would expected for Bourbon street. I think some of the other establishments offer better drinks, at better prices and I prefer there music selection over whats offered here. If youre younger and looking for the louder venue its this one. If you older and looking for a little more wander around and you find it.

Great night venue! Lots of space, outdoors, and seating is available. Drinks are made well and youre bound to find a cool crowd!

Stopped by after a tour to enjoy some 90s music and dancing.

The dance floor seemed fun enough, there wasnt a lot of seating for you take a break from dancing though. And the ladies going around with tube shots saying theyre free were annoying, they wouldnt take no for an answer.

Pretty standard issue bar / dance joint in New Orleans. Pretty cool stage and dance area. The girls coming around with the shots in tubes are pretty lame and those shots dont have any alcohol in them. Just stay with drinks from the bar. Great people watching at this place as most folks are blasted drunk.

Place gets Poppin, but seems like they dont control entry at all and place can get to only standing room. Its a nice location however was there during the LSU BAMA game and the DJ played music over the game even after all of the crowd kept telling to play the game effects .......left and went to another location.

Service was quick and we had our drinks in our hands in now time. Good place to hangout and if you want to let loose, there is a dancefloor 🕺

The wait staff tricks you into doing shots by putting them in their mouths and then pouring them in yours without disclosing the price and then has you pay. The Wah Wah Band was entertaining and the open atmosphere with multiple bars was nice.

Glad we stumbled into this place, it actually had a decent crowd and the majority were dancing. Overall, it was good time. I cannot comment on the drinks as I didnt order anything while I was there.

There are plenty of bars on bourbon. So many, that you really dont know the names of almost any of them unless the place is destinctly special. The Beach on Bourbon definitely stands out as a place that cultivates a fun time. They have a great band stage and sound system, show videos of fun and energizing music when the band is not playing. The atmosphere is awesome with an open-air bar and their bartenders were the most pleasant of all of the bars on this trip.

This was our first stop when we got to bourbon st. We had a great bartender the first time, but the next 2 had attitudes. We went there 1 night and they had great music and dancing. 3 for 1 beers before 8pm.

Music is phenomenal along with entertaining DJs. They say just the right thing over a couple of drinks. The Beach is open the DJ is open! Then off to Twenty-Four Seven in Gretna (awesome!)

Predatory practices on guys. Waitress literally forced a shot tube in a sober guys mouth then charged him $15 for it. Dont even try to have fun if youre a guy, theyll kick you off the dance floor. I guess this place is fun if youre a woman but stay away if youre a man.

This is where you go to have fun. The crowd changes though. Some times its great for grown folks, and other times for 25 year olds. It depends on what time you go, the event, and day. We went twice in 3 days.

Honestly I wouldnt be giving this establishment any star if I had the option.I was denied entry upon arrival though my Husband was admitted right in front of me. The man at the door checked my bag and took a look at me and my friend (who is a lesbian and quite obviously so) and he laughed pushed my bag back into my hands and asked us to leave. So we sat outside waiting for my husdand asking why we werent allowed in without any reasonable explanation.My friend went down the ally towards the back where another security guard was standing, to ask what it is that was preventing us from getting in. Instead my friend was man handled by the guard as he scoffed and mocked her pleas for an answer. When I had pointed out my husband was inside, they went in and removed my husband and pushed him out of the club forcefully and told us we had to go.All the while I was sober and taking care of my husband and my friend who were enjoying themselves while we were here visiting for out anniversary and vacation. Whatever the reason for these security guards behavior was beyond me (But I bet it would be safe to say it had to do with us being LGBT) and I am not going to recommend this place to anyone I know who plans to come visit New Orleans.So much for the openness and kindness of this city, I guess the pride flags everywhere are just for show.

Great bar that has an indoor and outdoor area along with a dance floor to get your boogie on. Also one of the places you can go catch all the Football your heart desires. Drinks are made to get your day going, they dont skimp out on the alcohol.

We were just visiting and enjoying Bourbon street when we got scammed by Beach On Bourbon. They probably saw we were from another country, got advantage of it and asked us 32$ for 4 shots.Worst experience on Bourbon Str. Just scammers in this establishment. In addition, they wrote down the information from my driving license. Don’t know what to think about that.Avoid!!!!!!

This is a hidden place. Grab few shots and start grooving on the beats. Hip hop , oldies songs are played but as a crowd and audience you get gel soon. Have fun if you visit this place.

They refuse to serve you water even after spending hundreds of dollars amongst a group. You have to pay $4 for water bottle, no tap water allowed.

We always stop here if we are on Bourbon, great happy hour, no cover and can bring in outside drinks. The band and DJ is always on point as well! Love it here!
