🥳 We love Moussa and Mary Lou!They work the front door and were amazing. Coming from Nightlife and Hospitality. 💝We were there for about an hour or 2.They are enough to make us come back and recommend to others. Thank you!Filled up pretty fast and liked the music & disco ball.
Couldn’t tell you how the place is, didn’t get past the rope to get into a restaurant/bar on a Thurs night. Was told we needed to get a table with a $1000 minimum. Ok well you’re getting zero $ with a policy like that. Good luck with that
This place, total disgrace! I mean, I had a party of 6, looking to spend some money. Ordered 3or4 bottles of the good stuff, 1942, top-notch. And what do they do? Serve it with the caps off, filled with who-knows-what, probably bottom-shelf stuff. Sad! Total lack of respect. Take your business elsewhere.
Genuinely the worst experience I have had in NYC. They were so blatantly racist and did not even give us the time of day. We were a group of 6 girls (5 ethnically diverse, 1 white). Countless white men and women kept exiting the bar but we still were not let in despite being the only people in line. Everyone exiting the bar was white and blonde. The bouncers were so rude and didn’t even talk to us. Highly disappointed in this experience and never have experienced such blatant racism in my life.
Horrible service for spending 1000 minimum at the table. The she played good music but WAS SO NOT FUN NICE OR COOL! This place thinks it is cool but it is not Lame don’t go!
Quite a homogenous crowd if you know what i mean. Feels like a college frat party. mid popular music. very packed, but space is otherwise nice.
The entire experience was ruined by the bouncers who refused let in 6 girls. when asked why they were only letting in white people- they answered “have a good night” - is this really the atmosphere you want to create in nyc 🙈
Some really nice views from the room we rented to a holiday party. The food was good but it was not worth the price. $150 a person and they didnt even keep the food available for the entire night. The desserts were a joke. Small pastries that did not taste good. If you are going for the view worth it, not for the food.
The restaurant is nice and the food is good. The nightclub has a very good atmosphere, and with even better music... I recommend it!The security guard is very unfriendly and even rude. The concierge, on the other hand, is very friendly and perceptive.
The bouncers can def be intimidating but have been here 3x and never had a bad experience. Very typical nyc entrance situation, just be patient and polite and you will get in without having to pay. Crowd is probably around ~25 years and music is alright
Pretty much only lets in white people lol. bouncers are outwardly and unapologetically racist at worst and incredibly rude/dismissive at best
This is for the Nines specifically. Sat at the bar. The bartenders were great. Cocktails on the menu were very solid, but I was more impressed when I ordered a vodka gimlet. Was spot on. Staff was friendly, not snobby like one might expect at a place where a reservation is hard to get. Very relaxed and similar to a Wisconsin supper club, but in downtown NYC. Impressed. Expensive, but impressed.
This establishment is legitimately discriminatory. Initially, they turned us down down for no seemingly good reason, all while letting people in who had no reservation. The bouncer then proceeded to spit on me (not exaggerating) and demanding that we leave the (public) street. I have never experienced this kind of treatment anywhere in my 12 years living in Manhattan. I noticed they continuously allowed white blonde women into the bar. My friends and I were noticeably ethnic-presenting, and then whispered to the second bouncer that we were “terrorists.” If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Avoid ACME (and the Nines) like the plague.
Bouncer wouldn’t let anyone in unless they were wearing a short skirt and under 30, eff this place to eternity
Bouncers were extremely rude for no reason. Telling us to leave without giving us reason.
Rudest bouncers I’ve ever encountered. Loved the atmosphere, but the bouncers completely ruined the vibe. My advice for the manager of this place GET NEW BOUNCERS
This place is just odd and as bland as unseasoned dry chicken; whoever owns it is trying to make it seem like they are an exclusive spot but in reality it’s just a few white NYC influencers getting let in by a short man wearing a beret. Reality check- this is not some new age studio 54. If you want to be a tables only spot then at least post that on the website because people from out of own like myself don’t know the gimmicks and are left puzzled when the bouncers just tell everyone in GA to leave and don’t even ask.
AVOID THIS PLACE, ITS POLICY SUCKS! I went there with 7 GIRLS (7:1 ratio) and the bouncer (who was very rude btw) said everyone could get in except me. I dont know who runs this place but you better check on your employees, their manners and your policy
Fun spot for a night out. Better on weeknights. The only problem is the prices but if someone else is picking up the tab its a place to meet accomplished attractive people
The bouncer (Black male,~30s?) was exhibiting strange and discriminatory behavior. Three girl friends and I arrived early in the evening around 10pm on a Thursday for one of our birthdays and he told us they were having a busy evening and we wouldn’t be able to come in. He then proceeded to let every other group of men and women in in front of us. We asked him why he wasn’t letting us in and he said they were full which was obviously false. We were all well dressed, sober and above 25 years old so cannot figure out what his issue was. The only thing we can come up with was that we were strong sounding, assertive women and didn’t fit his skimpy dressed, submissive idea of women. This institution is clearly discriminatory, judgements and unfair. I will not be supporting a business like this again.
Went their with friends during the restaurant week. Very good place. The food was creative- my starter was artichokes with lemon cream - but at times lack fines touches ( the artichokes were a bit over grilled). Overall, the food was very good, including the desert, which included a few re-invented dishes. Good selection of wines - but not a huge list. The service was superb - one of the best in NY and the place looked very popular - clear the in place these days.
Great food and atmosphere. The drinks were on point! Big group of women so we ordered a mix of appetizers. The wings were huge & delicious zucchini chips amazing, chicken skewers ok, and mini burgers amazing! Will definitely come back!
Horrible treatment. Ive been coming to this place for years and it was always a stylish, yet relaxed vibe. However, tonight I was denied entry because I wanted one drink at the bar and didnt have a reservation. (Also, its Wednesday, not the weekend or even Thursday, for that matter.) Mind you, I came straight from work in a suit and have been to every fancy place in this town, so its not like I dont know the drill or how to dress / behave in a nicer atmosphere. Complete power trip by the door man. Youve definitely lost a customer as a consequence of this evenings nonsense.
Great party place. 80ies music was played, people are very chill and i had a lot of fun
Horrible service the manager pushes the bouncers to make customers pay 150$ at the door , boring atmosphere and you will continue to get ripped off. There better places
I just walked by and this place looks so normie and terrible it should be illegal. You can just smell the fact that if you arent white and classy tacky looking enough you wont be able to get in and pay for overpriced drinks for an extremely exclusionary contrived experience.
This is one of those expensive places where the food is good and the service is appallingly slow, but thats okay because youre having a good time sipping on a fantastic cocktail with your friends. We made a reservation but it wasnt necessary because the place was by no means full at 7:30pm on a Thursday. Seriously, the cocktails were amazing. But my steak was only good, not great, and the chimichirri sauce was disappointing. Ive made it better at home. The fries were pretty great, and they give you chips with this amazing spicy dipping sauce. The other people I was with got the burger and said it was good. Theres an asparagus starter that was really stellar, though!
Unethical establishment. I saw them letting in visibly underage white blonde girls - no IDs. As a 25+ patron it makes me worried and uncomfortable seeing young UNDERAGE girls being let into a bar alongside 30+ year old men. i did not see a woman over 20 being let in. concerning.... Epsteins watering hole.
Its the worst place Ive ever been. The black staff was a racist. They allowed white people, who came after us, to enter, and did not allow Asian people to enter saying the seats are fully booked.
Hey! Bartender was great, ambience was great, all was great until the 20 something super loud girls came in to tell EVERYONE just how smart and successful they were. There was a group who had downstairs booked for a birthday and they looked like they were having a great time. All in all, its the kind of place you can have a drink and relax at.
The food here was great. The Rigatoni I had was excellent as was my wifes pasta, although her portion was on small side. Very dark here and the only reason I gave it 4 stars was the host and wait staff were not that friendly. I would recommend.
Meh.Highly overpriced, dive bar music, and extremely crowded. Now, I appreciate space and comfort so, there might be a bias, but I did not see the value for the place. But that’s just my opinion.
Tuesday nights are fun and very welcoming to all. The party is weekly. $5 cover gets you a free shot. Friendly door staff, party starts at 9pm every week. GREAT DANCING AND POSITIVE VIBES. Coat/Bag check is free.
I was meeting a friend for her birthday who was already in the downstairs area. The door staff turned me away because we didn’t have a reservation* and he “doesn’t do friends”. The downstairs was empty, so those that were already there left, and we celebrated elsewhere.*There is no such thing as a bar reservation, unless you’re booking the entire floor for a party.
I came here for dinner and drinks last night. A+ for the dinner and drinks. D- for the service. The waiter in the restaurant was unfriendly at best, but it wasn’t a big deal. Then we went to the lounge downstairs. We had a few drinks while there was barely anyone there. When it started getting more crowded, we decided to leave. The bartender put an extra drink on my tab that I hadn’t ordered.I asked him to take it off, and he said - “No. You ordered that drink. It’s not my fault that you are WASTED and have been sitting here all night. It’s not even worth my time to be talking to you right now.”I told him that I was actually not wasted and just didn’t want to pay for a drink I hadn’t ordered. He responded “I don’t care about your problems, just tell me what I need to do.” He did eventually take the drink off of my tab, which I appreciated. However, it is still unclear to me why someone in the service industry thinks that they can speak to a customer like that. Smh!
Doorman Patrick and his sidekick Mauricio are complete jerks. I showed up with my girlfriend and we had a reservation. He still would not let us in without any reason provided. We were dressed appropriately (and again had a reservation). Do not waste you time at this place - too many great places to go out in NYC. Ive lived here for five years and have never experienced such self- righteousness and pretentiousness, even at the most high end bars and clubs. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. If the owners read this, I would seriously suggest you reconsider your doormen and strategy (from one business owner to another).
This place is super overrated. They like to keep the line outside long just to make it seem like it’s crowded and happening but when we finally got inside, it was super empty!! I only got in cause it was just me and my girl friend and we went to the front of line and looked “hot”. There’s no way guys would get in if you don’t already know anyone inside. There is one guy who deals with reservations and he picks and chooses from the line for people (ladies) that he wants to go inside. Super unfair for people who had been waiting in the line forever. Honestly a waste of time. Don’t get me wrong the interior is nice but def not worth the overpriced drinks and hassle to get inside.
Theres no surprise that ACME has such low reviews on Yelp and its for good reason. The bar is a prime example of how segregated NYC really is. NYC is praised for being ethnically and racially diverse and liberal but the reality is, the city is not integrated. All you have to do ride the A train from Rockaway to Inwood to see how homogenous neighborhoods are unless they are gentrified. Why am I writing this spiel? Because ACME is another reminder of how unjust, shallow, biased and disgusting the city can be. I didnt have an issue with the bouncers at ACME other than my friends and I waiting in line for 25 mins while numerous people without reservations or table service were let in. When I decided to walk in with another group, the bouncers let me and my friends in.The staff was actually very respectful, but the patrons they handpicked and granted access to were awful. I experienced micro-aggressions and felt invisible.I will never go back to ACME again and I dont recommend it if youre a POC. On top of that, the music wasnt great! It was actually bad. It definitely wasnt worth the hype or wait. Save yourself time and money and party elsewhere. Thank me later!!!!! One star is too high by the way.
This was a Restaurant Week disappointment. It was way, way too hot in there (in the 80s) when we sat down for dinner on a Tuesday night. (It was only in the 80s outside, and nobody told me the AC was broken, so I assume this was intentional.)This place is priced like a fine dining restaurant ($10 for mediocre drafts; $16 for decent cocktails), but the food was only good, not great, and the dessert (both options available on the RW menu) were average at best. The pineapple upside down cake, traditionally a very moist cake, was veryz very dry.The short ribs and Korean style beef tar tar were both good, though, which is why this is a three and not two star review.Service was good! That just matters a lot less when youre sweating uncomfortably.
When i attended nyu for undergrad, i used to love coming here. their wings were the best. and their other food and beer selections were amazing as well. never had an issue with the quality of the food and service. havent been in a few months, might be time to go back.
I am not a bragging person. This is probably my first time EVER writing negative reviews. But this place sucks. My friends took me there for bday drinks. I gave bartender my card for tab. Later my friends took care of my drinks. When I got my card back. I was charged $99 they charged me someone else’s tab. I complained to the bartender and the management but they wouldn’t believe me. Later when I checked my bank statement. They added $20 extra. $119 for no reason.? I was charged $119 for the drinks that I never asked for. I am Definitely not going to his place again.
The rudest bouncers and staff I’ve ever encountered in all my years in NYC. Never has anyone speak to me so disrespectfully. Pretentious crowd and a madhouse. Stay away.
Food was great! Amazing bar tender service with amazing/friendly staff. Great downstairs club/lounge area. There was a line outside for the downstairs club, but if youre eating dinner there you can go to the downstairs area after without having to wait in line outside.
The tackiest, most bridge and tunnel spot in all of Manhattan. Don’t go here unless you’re the cringiest, Long Island or New Jersey 16 year old. Embarrassing to be seen here if youre over age and from Manhattan honestly
I really enjoyed my dinner here. The menu changes periodically, but the fish taco and farmers eggs are staples here that definitely worth checking out. Im not sure where they get their fingering potatoes from, or how they prepare them, but those are some of the most creamy and buttery potatoes Ive ever tasted. Absolutely phenomenal. Id skip the desserts, though. I have yet to come across good desserts at a Nordic restaurant, and this place is no exception.Food: 4/5Service: 4/5Decor: 4/5Noise level: easy to carry out a conversation in a booth
Door people , bartenders and staff deserve 5/5 stars they’re phenomenal very hospitable and professional. The crowd however 0/5
I cant speak to the food because I havent eaten here. While the drinks are a bit pricey, they are worth it. I went downstairs on a Friday night around 9pm before it turned int oa scene and it was a solid crowd. Then once it started getting later they moved a lot of the chairs out of the way and the DJ started playing a great mix from the 90s and everyone was on the dance floor. The crowd wasnt too young which was a nice change.
Great cocktails; comfortable and lively vibe for a Saturday night; candlelit, leather, marble and sepia toned decor; good food: solid clams casino appetizer, good ricotta cheesecake and great scallops with roasted Brussels. The only drawbacks are that it is a bit expensive; beer and cocktail offerings are very good but not extensive.
This place was disgusting. The fact those disgusting security guards make judgments off of the first look they see. This place needs to be rated D on the health code. Woman - you need to stand up. You can not let a short ugly man to determine you.
I miss the old Acme - the cajun roadhouse, but this place is nice if youre looking for something considerably more upscale. We went early on a Saturday and since we told them we had to be out by 7:45, they were able to seat us - they were completely booked from 8pm on. Our meals were good, the fish special and the beets were a particular favorite. The service was fine, but I wonder how they do when the place really fills up. I thought the prices were $$$ rather than $$.
Acme acts like an exclusive high end cocktail bar but in reality mixers are cheap and sugary. Don’t waste your time here trying to negotiate with a rude bouncer for avg drinks at best when DCP is right next door
Was here for an event downstairs and the place was everything you would expect from a NYC bar. We didnt get to eat off the menu, but the passed appetizers were tasty. The cocktails were special for the night and were expertly crafted by the very accommodating bartenders.
Other races without reservations were allowed in, but the receptionist he never let Asians in. And then this place is not reservations. He is a racist and the worst restaurant I have ever been to. ,.
The food was pretty good... Until I saw the cart ladies leave the bathroom without washing their hands. And its not like some places that dont even have soap! There was soap... plenty of people were washing their hands... But I saw them run out and run straight to their carts to reload... WITH THEIR BARE HANDS.I didnt eat another bite. And I dont ever plan on coming back.GROSS.
Waiter was a bit too cool for school, sometimes personality and a bit of warmth is all thats needed. Service was excellent to be fair.Food was great - we had the eggs with cauliflower foam which were delightful, foie gras and langoustine, we loved and lots more.Great ambience. Cool enough interior and bar area.
Was with a group of 10+ people and only two of us weren’t allowed in. What did we have in common? I guess we weren’t white passing enough. Now I know why my friends never took me here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Good concept, great vibe and yummy drink, but food (specially the steak frites) was so salty that I could not eat it. Asked for a new steak but my mouth was already so spoilt that I couldnt eat it anymore.. back at home, I had to drink soooo much water through the night and was just not feeling well.
Came here for restaurant week and the entire experience was flawless. I had the cocktail with mezcal, tequila, and pineapple juice--it was a perfect balance of sweet and smoky. For the artichoke appetizer, the artichokes were perfectly crisp without being heavily battered or breaded and the cheese and herb sauce underneath--which I expected to be more of a garnish--was a delightful complement. For the entree, I got the chicken, which far exceeded my expectations. Often chicken is sort of an afterthought at restaurants, but this was done in a sweet-savory sauce over a very light batter that gave it a richer feel that youd expect from red meat. For dessert, the affogato is pretty typical but I did appreciate them not dousing the ice cream in the entire cup of espresso. I could actually enjoy it without racing the rapidly melting ice cream. All in all, the vibe is great--a mix of a trendy hotel bar and Soho house or almost collegiate feel. The service was impeccable.
Hipstery disco, ok crowd, becomes boring at some point. Thats why people get to leave quickly. My advise not to stand the line and wait for approval from guy with glasses. And take your business somewhere else.
Food is not terrible. Night doorman is in rediblly rude and more than anything incredibly sexist. Won’t let anyone but females in and is very specific to how “attractive” they can be the most sexist thing I’ve ever seen.
I had a likable yet flawed brunch here recently. I like the design of the room and the menu had some interesting choices but the service was spotty and our $12 mushroom toast was charred beyond belief. Acme comes with an impressive pedigree but in reality its far from best in show.
WORST place i have ever been to. Frankie and Burt need to CHECK themselves. I’d rather spend all my money at M&M World. Don’t go here. This place sucks!
More about the scene than the cuisine even though the New Nordic dishes coming from the kitchen are nothing to scoff at. The model-types in the dining room remind of days when Downtown was less full of d-bags and (gasp!) the prices are actually affordable. Head downstairs post din-din to chill out in the lounge and catch some live jazz musics.
Some of the food was excellent (country toast, chicken & egg) and the cocktails were great (Foxy Brown), but the rest of the food was mediocre (steak served on hay???). Be sure to check your bill before paying - they accidentally added an additional $200 to our bill!
Wow, got charged $16 for 1 drink! The bartenders apparently with take advantage of you if they think theyll get away with it! Jill should be fired for stealing from ppl. Im sure Im not the only one. When I called her out on it, instead of saying they could count the drawers, she just told me I was wrong, which leads me to believe that it wasnt an error
Extremelly bad treated by the hostel! He was arrogant rude and he didnt care about listening everybody who was outside, he just answered very cold that he could not help anyone outside. There was an even only in part of the place and I just wanted to see the bar area. He created a terrible situation with everybody outside, and used the security to feel big and important. I do not recommend anyone to care about visiting this place, except if the Hostel leaves.
Restaurant is great. Delicious food. Downstairs bar is also fun but be ready to see undergrads walking in with fake IDs while youre waiting in the line.
Great atmosphere, but the worst service. Not sure how the food is because after waiting 30 minutes with only 1 other table occupied, we left. Called the waitress over and ignored us.
Worst place I’ve ever been. Door guys are extremely rude and just let in people that are friends with the owner. Super disrespectful. It’s not even a nice place… will never come back
Absolutely trash bar. Bouncer has a Napoleon Complex and thinks the bar is much hotter than it is. Would recommend never stopping by this place.
Food is pretty average and definitely overpriced for what you get. Also, after spending a good amount at the restaurant we were denied entry to the club (our group was nicely dressed).
Cool place but have been overcharged both times Ive been here. Pretty sure the bartenders buy people drinks by putting them on someone elses çard.
Mediocre lounge place trying to look “cute” by being judgmental, racist and rude. No substance but full of bad attitudes. PASS
Tough door. Dress well. Great 80’s music. Beautiful people. Saturday around 11 is best timing.
Absolute trash place. Do not believe the hype you will not meet a genuine human being in this place. The “host” aka a low class ugly human being denies anyone. Go spend your money ANYWHERE else in the city.
Excellent pick. Great ambiance. Attentive service. Beautiful people. Inventive food. On the expensive side but this is Manhattan. Outstanding steak. Loved the beets.
Food is overrated, service is extremely slow and kind of rude, and the tables are uncomfortable... to say the least. I liked the decoration. The best dish was the hamburger
Bouncer asked me and my friends to pay $100 each just to get in. Is the owner aware of this
Serving mostly southern cuisine, but at far higher prices, Acme has only average fare, at above average cost. There are tastier places to go. Hot tip, avoid the $8 juice, it tastes the same as what youll get in a grocers fridge.
Great vibe, the bar tender Jake is super hospitable, friendly and sweet. The drinks he recommended were perfect. Would come here again!
Stunning venue with amazing food and lovely attentive staff. Perfect for a romantic little something or a group of friends. Cant wait to go again!
Bouncer very rude, service very bad. A client shouldn’t but talked this way. Avoid this place ⛔️ There is ton of better place all around. Never again
Bouncers (Frankie in particular) are very rude to women and people of color. Very disturbed by behavior that shouldn’t occur in the 21st Century. Don’t come here.
Ridiculously overpriced. The food is okay, the portions are small. Ambiance is good and the wait staff is attentive. May not even be worth going to once.
Horrible doormen, probably not worth it, avoid!
Horrible experience.Bad overpriced drinksGuys and girls disrespecting my wife and I.Asked for help with drunk patrons and bartender told me I am On my own.
Walked in, turned around, and left. This place sucks lol
This place was recently renovated and no longer serves Cajun food - whats available now is a tastefully designed bar and dining space that offers a sophisticated New Nordic menu and well-crafted cocktails.
Duck ragu was out of this world. Perfectly cooked pasta, absolutely delicious sauce. Cocktails were ok, not bad but not amazing. Would def recomend
Great place, food was delicious, and they had pappy van winkle!Good place for a date or just a drink with friends and then to go downstairs for a party.
Very gender oriented club. They don’t care even if you good dressed and fully vaccinated. Don’t waste your time and just look for something different
Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. I had a wonderful evening here with friends. I highly recommend their chicken entree.
Lively place on Friday night. Delicious food to share. But the service was expedited and not so friendly.
Yet again, another establishment that makes women of color question if they’re “desirable enough” to enjoy a night out. TRASH.
A okish place with okish food - there are better options around that area.It was a hot place a long while ago with a great scene so you would kind of accept the attitude from doorman and staff.
Good food
When did average NYC bars become like this. It’s a lounge not a members only club …
Avoid at all costs. The short guy with the glasses at the door is on some sort of power trip. They are all extremely disrespectful and rude to women.
Lol this place is so overrated. If you are a dude dont waste your time in line. Nothing for you here. It is basically empty with a fake line to manufacture hype. There are plenty of other spots around.
Their bouncers have a terrible attitude and pretended that we might get in with shorts just to get us to buy a drink upstairs. Bad vibes all around.
Amazing, mind-opening food. I wish I could eat duck confit ebleskiver every day! Service was very good (despite lots of other reviews saying it is poor).
Very creative dishes. The dishes 2 years ago were better than the dishes now, but still a very unique restaurant. Terrific for dates!
Excellent drinks. I went with a friend and had an amazing time. The staff was friendly and the bar menu was exemplary.
Fun underground party bar. Music was deafening but the DJ was really good.
If you want Norleans on your plate this place has been doing it for a long time. Great Gumbo, but your wait time for a table may be excessive.
If you’re gonna have a club in nyc you’re gonna have to let in people of color. How are you gonna have a club in nyc and only let white people in?
All was lovely. We enjoyed ourselves and our table for 4 was perfect. Food was delicious.
Terrible crowd, cheap drinks. I left a tab at the bar and they added many drinks I didn’t order. Avoid at all cost
Otherwise to my fun, Cracker Jack surprise- the sandwich was really good, with really delicious, home made, house, brown/ buttery sauce.
Don’t come here if you’re a POC🥰Also for white men that want to come, NO SHORTS
Ok food, nothing to justify these prices though. Terrible service, they get 2 stars for the dessert.
Great location for eating, parties meeting new friends
Bouncer asked us to pay $50 per person to get in…
Food was amazing, chef is creative and consistent. great service. will keep coming back
Pasta is a must - so good. The olive oil cake with the honeycomb bits is delish
Could not ask for more. Gorgeous food, attentive service, chic decor. Loved it.
Thought the food and drinks were good but not exceptional. Unfortunately, in Manhattan, there are plenty of such restaurants.
Great cocktails and great vibes, basement bar gets rowdy too - lots of fun
As a non-new Yorker Id only be able to say this would be best in class for a restaurant/club in any city that is not New York.
Great catfish, ok mac n cheese, good garlic spinach and brussel sprouts. Usually followed by a lemonade
Terrible service. Very pretentious manager, who decides who can and cant be served. Extremely judgementenal. Worst experience in NY.
Had dinner and drinks with the wife and another couple. Service was great and Victor was real cool
I dont even know where to begin, its chic, its so New York, its unbelievably delicious. 6/5 stars.
The way ingrediens are treated - with respect and without prejudice - makes for a truly excellent dining experience.
Nice dinner with a twist - great cocktails, please advise! The portions are huge 💪
Doorman with glasses was very rude to a group of people in front us so my girl and I. Decided to leave, very bad vibe for downstairs area.
Bad just extremely bad…….
Good food but the lounge is kind of intolerable. Drunkenness and pretension.
Like most restaurants it is hard to keep up good quality used to go there all the timenow it is dirty and ill keptlast two time i just left, it was depressing
Pricey but Kale salad and Blackberry drink were awesome.
We had about ten dishes and loved each and every dish here.
Great experience so far, I highly recommend the old fashioned which gets incrementally better every time
Extremely mediocre food. Dont do food if you cannot handle it!
Good vibe, good food, good drinks. A bit pricey and noisy though.
We had a really great meal there. I would suggest checking it out.
Great place and great food but be aware of the cancelation fee which is the only downside to this place.
It was a great atmosphere with really friendly staff that went above and beyond to make me and my boyfriend smile....Love ACME!!!
Downstairs dance party is even better than the food upstairs.
Great service. Food was excellent. Nice atmosphere.
This NoHo mainstay is now a hipster-friendly dining treat in a lovely setting.
Trash
My girlfriend and I spent the weekend in New York a couple of weeks ago. Dinner at ACME was phenomenal!
Excellent Food, great service, attractive atmosphere
Hidden gem, good cocktails and great crowd
Theres a great party here on Tuesday nights come one come all
Awesome! Good music dancing fun environment. Security on point.
A bit affected and over-priced, but the food is very good.
Never been disappointed. If its on the menu, its good.
Downstairs more fun more upstairs
Very expensive but great tasting and very very unique food
Brunch was surprisingly good. Every dish impressed.
Very nice interior design and unexpectedly good food.
The downstairs is a fun club with good bar
Great restorant! Very tasty food!
Nice space, decent drink at the bar upstairs
Gorgeous setting and great atmosphere!
Good food and drinks. Takes reservations
Amazing food... Fantastic staff!
Great venue with an old speak-easy vibe.
Much better since it was taken over from Carmike cinema.
Hah, I blew through here, was served happily and left.
Great basement for renting out private events.
Garbage! Don’t go if you’re a POC
Bouncers are discriminatory
Good food, nice place
Used to like this place, but Jill there is a straight up thief!!!
Wouldn’t let us in and we’re pretty rude about. Oh well.
Good food but a little overpriced for what it is.
It seems that Acme has closed. Doors were closed, listed phone number is disconnected & no reply from email inquiry...
Get the Brussel sprouts and the allogato for dessert
Great experience with great food.
Bar kyles Alex likes a lot.
Cute space. Fabulous clientele.
Lovely place , good atmosphere
Amazing specialty cocktails
Great food and service
Fantastic food and drinks
Cozy place with 2 levels.
Bouncers were unprofessional
Best 🎶
Not bad
Surprisingly good pasta.
Well stocked supermarket.
