Really cute place. They were very accommodating to me and my friends who called last minute (basically almost closing time). The massage itself was great. I have new found respect for masseuses.4 stars because it was hard to relax while hearing people talk. And i didn’t like the fact that I got startled by a dog.

So it was my second time at this place. Massage was really good and the ladies work professionally. But all experience was destroyed when massage was finished. I had massage for 85 dollars and left a tip 10 dollars. I am not from the states and in my country we leave 10 percent for good service. The lady at the entrance showed me paper (which is not there when you enter of course, and not mentioned anywhere, not in price list, not on their site) with tips menu where it says that for 85 dollars massage its 15 dollars minimum tip. I asked her why this paper was not there on a table when I entered, why it’s not mentioned anywhere in price list, not at the entrance? She just smiled at me and pretended she doesn’t understand English. Honestly it’s not about additional 5 dollars, it’s about how you treat clients , I felt fooled and felt in am not in New York , but on the suburbs of another country where they say you one price and charge you different in the end and smile. For the future , either mention in the price list that tip 10 percent is mandatory, or just change the price.

My close friend treated me to a 30 min back & leg massage for my birthday and I felt so renewed after. They offer free hot stones into the massage, which was a first time for me. Im definitely going to book another longer appointment.

Susan is a great massage therapist. I felt so much better afterwards. They have better prices there than from Groupon.

Great little neighborhood massage place. Very simple layout, not a ton of noise separation versus other rooms but enough for a relaxing atmosphere. Strong masseuses who are also very open to feedback.Also has a loyalty card - clip off 10 massages to get one free one!

Went in for a massage today and will not be returning. I did the one hour body massage and was disappointed in the quality. For at least five minutes straight my masseuse ran her hands down my back with practically no pressure. My lower back was hardly touched, and she spent less than three minutes on my shoulders. She also left in the middle of my massage to go answer a question. When I went to pay, I thought the $4 upcharge for using card was a bit ridiculous but okay. I had a little cash so I handed her a tip which was less than 20% on purpose, because she didnt do a very good job. She then asked for a larger tip which is incredibly unprofessional.The facilities themselves were noisy, especially disruptive when someone comes in the door. The soft music was interrupted by an advertisement that sounded like an action movie with cars and explosions which completely took me out of the moment. Ive gotten much better massages for less money in other parlors in New York.

Super friendly staff!! The service is super super nice. The massage also felt really relaxed afterward. They are really professional as well. Highly recommend!

Oh I just had an AWESOME massage 💆🏾‍♀️.Extremely AFFORDABLE 👌🏾and most relaxed I have been in a while. I definitely needed this massage and I came to the right place.I minus one star because they do not ask questions or tell you what they are doing. I expected cupping to come with my 1hr massage and it was not done. At the end I asked about it and they said I should have told them in the beginning because it takes 15mins.Nonetheless I enjoyed my massage. I will be back in the future

The masseuse are amazing and know what they are doing. my sister and I really enjoyed the massages and the hot stones felt really great! my sister had a few knots in her back which they took out with their magic hands. Also the massage tables were also have a warm setting which I appreciate because today was so cold. the only complaint is now you have to leave more than a $15 dollar tip which usually I dont mind but I only gave $10 for my massage because I didnt have any more cash on hand but the lady at the desk was really sweet about it!

I walked in on a Thursday night and they accommodated me with the service I needed. Sue was really great at the whole body massage and I felt so much relaxed after the service. They are doing complimentary stone massage at the end which was amazing as well!

This place is fantastic. They are fast, friendly, affordable and excellent at massage therapy. they have a nice reward card where after you complete ten (10) massages within one year, you get one free.

Love this place! My friend and I each got a 30 min foot massage and we both wished we had done a 60 min appt. The masseuse worked my feet hard and they feel so good now.

I got a one hour body massage. The masseuse was going extremely hard when massaging and the massage left bruises on my back the next day. It’s been 4 days now since I went and I still have severe back pain in my spine area. The masseuse didn’t ask me if the pressure is OK and she kept on doing the same thing and I was not able to feel relaxed as I felt painful the entire time. I will not be returning to this establishment, be warned when you go to this place that you might end up with bruises and severe back pain for days to come.

The best place in the city for an affordable massage! I’ve been a repeat customer of theirs for numerous visits at this point, and every massage therapist and every massage I’ve had has been amazing.It’s true that the walls between the rooms and the office leave some space and so you can get some background noise, but it’s NYC! And the price of the massage more than makes up for any other sound.I also really like how every massage comes with hot stone treatment! Some of the therapists will ask if you’d like them to stand on your back and use their feet to massage part of your back, SUPER DO IT. I was skeptical at first, but it actually feels so relaxing and really helped release some tension I kept there.Check this place out if you’re looking for the best massage at the best price point in the city.

Stay away unless you your back hurt intentionally!!!! not to mention the guy sneezed in his hand before taking my card payment then asked for tip although tip was still given totally unprofessional and painful experience for a good price #plotwist!

Nice staff and reasonable pricing but uncomfortable massage. Was very rough over the sheet for a solid bit of time, or far too soft and didn’t listen to feedback. Also felt uncomfortable as she practically completely removed the sheet and didn’t care to give any privacy, found it difficult to relax. I’m sure other staff are lovely based on the reviews but my personal experience wasn’t good.

We got a 1 hr foot massage. They dont have chairs, but you lay down for the foot massage on the massage bed. The massage was strong. Bed comfortable. Very, very clean. Had a great massage. Typical Asian place where you can hear everyone, separated by curtains but I have no problem with that.

Might be the best massage I ever had, and Ive had many. 5 minutes into the full body massage, I realized how therapeutic it would be, and I asked to expand to 90 minutes. So worth it. I have bad sciatica that almost never abates, and Im miraculously in no pain right now! Whenever Im on the Lower East Side, I will return.

Unfortunately my massage therapist was very amateur level. It was not balanced/symmetrical on both sides of body. Uncomfortable and did not finish with a scalp massage which was my only request.

The place is too small and they also impose the tip that you must leave. I told them that the tip was given at the discretion of each person, that they dont have to tell you how much you should give.
