Let me tell you about the best massage experience I had with my mom. We each enjoyed a one-hour foot massage followed by a 40-minute neck massage. It was truly fantastic.The massage therapists were incredibly kind and skilled. My mom and I both agreed it was the best massage weve ever had. Well definitely be returning, and we highly recommend this place to everyone. You should definitely visit!

I selected this location based on Google reviews, and Im delighted to say that my trust was well-placed. The staff were exceptionally kind and respectful, providing one of the best massages Ive ever experienced. The deep tissue massage was enhanced with hot stones, hot towels, and even a complimentary mini facial. I couldnt have asked for more. I highly recommend this place.

Had a great massage + facial session at Water Cube Spa! Mia really got all the knots out and was very receptive to if I wanted more or less pressure. I literally fell asleep during both the massage and facial, it was so relaxing!

My friend has come here before and after back and neck pain sustained from over-lifting at the gym. Each time they have done an incredible job of relieving his pain and tightness in a single 1-Hour session, dramatically improving how he feels and helping him sleep better because of it. He could not stop mentioning how fantastic the price is for how great the results are. Definitely recommend to anyone price conscious who just needs some quick muscle pain and tightness relief.

Vitality spa located on Canal street was my to go spa all the time. Tina along with Jimmy were my two to booked at all times. When I found out it closed it crushed my heart and finding their staff was a mission. After several attempts I was able to know some of them split locations.Jimmy currently works around Canal Street, while Tina and some of the staff are located in this location. Right on the heart of Times Square and Herald squared. I just finished my 1 hour massaged and believe me, her hands are unique. If you are looking for a great massage, Tina is the person to booked. She is just amazing. Im super excited for her and the team to be part of this location.

I used to go to Vitality Spa in Chinatown on a regular basis. My favorite masseuse was a woman named Tina. And then one day I went there to book an appointment with her. The owner told me that she left Vitality to work at Water Cube (I really appreciate his honesty).Yesterday, I had a one hour massage with Tina. She brought her A game. She used the right amount of pressure- not too hard, not too soft. She was very meticulous and thorough. She massaged every part of my body to perfection. Throughout the session, she asked if I was enjoying it and if she needed to make any adjustments. At the end of the session, I gave her a $30 tip.I highly recommend Water Cube. However, it’s far from perfect. A one hour massage is $62. At Vitality and practically every other spa in Chinatown, a one hour massage is $55. Another problem is that there’s a bar next to the spa. It’s hard to relax when they’re playing music at high volumes.And with that said, I look forward to my next massage at Water Cube.

I had a wonderful time here. I got the 30 mins massage and 40 mins facial and it was one of the most relaxing thing ever. Mei was so tentative and the front desk lady was just so sweet. Definitely recommending this to all my friends in New York. I really appreciate how clean this place is and the music feels relaxing, I felt like I was at a ASMR video ahah

Amazing massage. I absolutely loved it . The masseuse used techniques and strokes that relaxed my muscles . Highly recommended. Comparatively the place is pretty inexpensive for New York standards.

I came here for a couples massage for 50 minutes, made a booking beforehand with the receptionist. Place was clean and orderly, we enjoyed the massage. We came early and were offered water as we waited for the appointment time.Enjoyable experience. I only wish the portion working on my back was longer, as more than half was spent on my my front which I did not need. All in all, if I wanted a massage I would come again

I came here on a whim after work today. Absolutely best decision I’ve made in 2023. Everyone is friendly, professional and kind. I chose a 60 minute body rub massage and it was so incredible and amazing that I asked for more time when it was over. I proceeded to add on a 30 minute foot rub. It was worth every dollar. Eva did my massage and she was excellent! I will definitely be back on a weekly/monthly basis. If you’re questioning whether or not to try this spa out I’m here to tell you please come here, you will absolutely not regret it. Ask for Eva! If she’s not available, they are all really good. I could hear the people in the other rooms adding more time to their service as well: they are clean, affordable and caring. Thank you so much for such an excellent service and experience! :)

Absolutely a must if youre visiting NYC. Soothe those achey muscles after a long day of walking or if the hotel bed wasnt quite as comfortable as you had hoped. Conveniently located in the garment district, friendly service and great prices.

Great experience here. We came for a half-hour back massage and half-hour foot massage. It helped me to feel way more relaxed from a long hike.

The place deletes negative posts. Asks to post positives for a discount. Unless your white the treatment is bias. The receptionist ia the actual owner, so dont let her slide as new.

Walked in for a 60-minute session. place is very convenient to my jiujitsu spot. Tina had the perfect amount of pressure and hit on all of my problem areas. Definitely will come again.

I know it’s hard to find a good massage place, harder to find the one this AMAZING! We stayed 3 days on Time Square and we come here every night after all day busy being tourists.They always make time for our group! And they are the best at targeting your knots and tired muscles. They do offer hot stones and facials.I would just come back to New York to get massage. So come here while you’re here. You are in good hands.

I came back to this place again and again since it’s the best massage place in town! Everyone here is nice, and Yuki is certainly skilled. She’s not doing it as harsh as some other places, but it’s all on the point. Highly recommended!

The BEST massage ever! Right next to our hotel, The Grayson, hidden little gem! Yumi was my massage therapist, hands down best massage ever. Went back next day for a facial, my skin feels amazing! Amanda was so helpful - everyone was so sweet. We will be back next time we are in NYC!

We were staying at the Grayson hotel on the same block and found this place due to the close proximity. Walked in and they had immediate availability for myself and my husband to get foot rubs. Our masseuses were great, the place was super clean and they used great hygienic practices during the service. Prices super reasonable as well - great value for the quality of service we received! I’ll be returning, for sure!

The best massage I’ve ever had at this type of wellness facility. The Pampering Package treatment was thorough and thoughtful, the staff warm and accommodating. It was an impulse visit on my part, but I will be returning the next chance I get!

My first time and will not be my last! This has to be the BEST foot and back massage I’ve gotten in the city! Cici was amazing! Highly recommend. One thing to note is there is an $11 credit card fee so best to bring cash.

An awesome massage place!! I found this place by chance and the service was beyond my expectation. I got the foot massage to relax my legs from a long day of walking. The staff were very friendly, while the massage over delivered. My legs felt alive again in 30 minutes. The price is so reasonable too. High recommend. Wish they could have a branch at my city.

Went for whole body deep tissue massage with hot stones (which was unexpected). It was just amazing! The masseuse was super talented with amazing hands. The place is very clean and atmospheric. Highly recommend! I feel like a new person now 🙂

I said I want 60 mins body massage and 20 mins cupping. But actually the whole process is around 60 minutes. She said that’s why I gave you $10 off on Cupping. I mean the maximum time of the cup was 10 mins you did. In the beginning you didnt tell me that. I never asked for a discount for cutting the time. You didnt ask if I want that either. I went to spend money and have a relaxing time, not to save money without me asking for it. Discount cannot save anything. I appreciate their hard working. Even open on Christmas Day. The attitude is good but the massage skill is below average.

This place is fine, my massage was okay but not the best. Also the guy cracked my neck without warning which I did not like. Just know, as is more often the case than not unfortunately with places with many overly good reviews, this place does very actively solicit reviews. Asking people to review is fine, but if you’re offering someone a discount on their next visit or whatever for writing a review, most people will tend to write with a more positive bias, so less likely for it be a truly honest unbiased assessment.Edited to add: I’ve had really weird back pain since, you should never crack someone’s neck/do any kind of aggressive spinal adjustment without obtaining consent. I normally go to a Chinese massage place downtown and this has never happened to me there. If you go here, and you don’t want your neck cracked aggressively without warning, make it clear before your session to protect yourself.Edited to add again in response to what Water Cube wrote: I was not talking about pressure. I’m perfectly capable of asking someone to adjust pressure. The man cracked my neck without warning so there was nothing I could do about it. You should tell your masseuses that they should not crack people’s necks without their consent.

Oh my God!!!! Best massage ever I came here unexpectedly because I Had time to kill until it was time for work. Yuki was my massage therapist and she was amazing. I did the combo the upper body and then ended it with foot massage. Every minute was worth it. I would of gotten more time if I didnt have to work. Definitely will be back place is nice and clean and spacious. Friendly staff as well. I feel so relaxed 😌. Yuki will be seeing me again. Price is reasonable as well. So glad to stumble across this beauty of a place

I was in the area with an extra half hour and a big headache. Walked in for a combination massage ( foot & chair ). They took care of me right away. My experience there was quite frankly perfect. Quiet, A/C, great massage, very efficient, and lovely therapists. I walked out feeling and looking fresh, like fixed, and ready to tackle the rest of the day. This is my favorite place to sneak away for a foot massage. It’s always so relaxing and the space is clean and everyone is great. I don’t live in this neighborhood, but I work nearby and this is the best in the area. I’ve come several times for feet but definitely want to come back for Thai massage.

Came here twice during my visit. First night was great- and we were asked to leave a review for $10 off. Came back again and we were told it was 15 minute wait… it was 30 then when they took us back they see the timer but go and do other things without pausing the time. When I went to pay I was charged $3 for using my card (wasn’t charged that they day before) and they gave me a $5 discount instead of the $10 they promised. They weren’t as friendly after they got their review- that is why I adjusted

WARNING: NOT SAFE FOR BLACK PEOPLE. My friend and I went to Water Cube tonight (12/2/23) for 60 min foot reflexology. Roughly 20 mins in, our session was rudely interrupted by irate and tragically irrational white people who left a coat and purse at the establishment earlier. I happened to be seated where the older white woman who left her items was positioned. Neither the irate white people nor the Asain workers in the establishment ever paused to include me in the process. My possessions were touched w/o my consent. I was crawled over w/o my consent. And the establishment ALLOWED IT. At my protest, the establishment was MORE concerned with the likelihood that Id respond violently then protecting my indemnity as a patron; going so far as to touch me in attempt to calm me down and say No worries maam. We have everything on video.The lost purse was in fact in between the massage chairs but I was still accused of sitting on the item and intentionally prohibiting its finding. Despite the younger white woman in the party crawling over me to look behind and around my chair. Despite the Asian workers doing the same. The purse wasnt located until they called the womans phone and its position BETWEEN the chairs ascertained.I was gulity by proximity NOT fact, but that didnt matter to the white people and despite the establishment knowing of my innocence in the matter my position as their patron was not protected. They allowed irrate white people to touch me, touch my possessions, and falsely accuse me. They didnt offer apology or recompense (in the form of a discount or additional time due to the interruption).Despite this, yes, I paid and tipped. I will never refer or visit this place again. Black people be warned. You will not be protected here. And if white people are involved, the establishment will let them behave at will while worrying more about your likelihood of becoming violent than protecting you from abuse. BE. WARNED.

The perfect spot for a foot massage after covering a lot of ground in NYC! I got the 1 hour foot massage and it was the perfect pressure and consistency. The spa is clean and not crowded. There were many masseuses and it had a very relaxing vibe.The location is great - on 39th Street with great Sichuan restaurants nearby.The ladies were pleasant and skilled. They didn’t try to upsell any other massages. Definitely recommend to all travellers!

My bf and I was looking for a reasonably priced massage place because our muscles were torn from gym workouts AND weve been biking all day.We went to a different massage place downtown and it was awful. The place didnt smell too pleasant, and it was fairly loud.I am sooo happy we found Water Cube Spa. This place is CLEAN, and smelled really nice. Just super Zen when you walk in.We had an 8pm couples massage and we were placed right away. They used sheets to massage in the beginning. I mention this because the last place we went to used towels and it was rough on our body.The massage was AMAZING.....seriously.....it really helped with my sore muscles, plus I fell asleep. The noise was not too loud, and price was even better for everything we received (yay hot rocks!).Also the ladies went above and beyond to charge my bfs dead phone.5/5 cause we will definitely be back.

Stumbled across this spot after eating a heavy Sichuan meal down the street. What a gem ! The massage was very strong and it got out all of my knots. I did a 60 minute foot plus a 30 minute head/shoulder add on. The masseuses were very professional and knew what they were doing. Strong pressure throughout the entire massage. I’ll definitely come back again.

I had Crystal and she just intuitively knew what areas to focus on and the right amount of pressure to apply. I walked in the place literally broken-:swallen feet, inlamated left ankle and a terrible backpain due to sitting in the plane for too long.Lee An did her magic (she does have strong hands) and an hr later I walked out of there feeling like brand new! Well definetly going back!

The massage is good but as usual in USA they ask for tips and keep watching how much I’ll tip them I hate thatAnd while they do massage another customer came and the masseur left me to make massage for her customer another masseur come for 10 min then she left me and another masseur do the rest this was disgusting and disrespectfulI’ll not come again and please ask your employer to give you raise it’s not customer job to give tip I pay you the service I’m not responsible to pay more than that
