The ladies who work here are great! They are very kind and caring. Since I have started coming here they have helped me break my habit of nail biting that I’ve been doing for over 15 years. I haven’t bitten my nails since I started coming here (about 6-7 months ago). I always come back every 2 weeks to get my nails done and I truly wouldn’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend this nail salon!

Very nice and reasonable prices: $48 plus tax for a regular mani pedi. Appreciate that a 5 min foot massage is included in the price and Essie long lasting polish isn’t an extra charge. Peaceful environment with natural light.

Absolutely the best place for a pedicure and manicure! My nails always look fantastic and last a long time. Everyone is so kind and welcoming each time I go. My absolute favorite nail salon in NYC. :) :)

Have been coming here for more than 3 years and just love it! Every technician is so nice and professional! Once I got a split nail and came for help, Ivy helped to fix it within minutes! 👍🏼 I also really enjoy Annie’s massage! Even better than the professional massage parlor I would usually go to.

I love QQ nails! I work around the block and they’ve always done their best to accommodate me almost always without an appointment. My favorite tech is Lily she’s amazing and super talented at nail extensions specifically gelX. The manager is extremely welcoming and helpful! Love this place!

I came here again after a slight issue w my nails and at no cost to me the ladies at the salon redid my nails and were so kind to my baby niece while she was with me. The staff is nice and service is great just be specific w what you want. I Was pleased w my powder nails and I definitely recommend !!

I’ve been to many QQ nails locations and normally they’re great. I appreciate a quick manicure but at this location, I was rushed at the detriment of my manicure. The technician hadn’t even finished correcting the nail she had messed up when she moved me to the front and dropped all my belongings in my lap to make room for another customer. Will never give this location (Greenwich Ave) my business again.

I’ve been coming here almost the last 3 years — the owner and workers are great people! They do a fantastic job every time and are very thorough with their craft. My go-to nail salon in the neighborhood :)

I always take my tools to get my nails done as I don’t necessarily trust that all salons follow best practices for cleaning and sterilization of their own tools. This time around, as always, I specifically asked to use my instruments only. The beauticians at the salon are in such a hurry that they don’t take time to clean your cuticles in a gentle way to avoid cutting. In a hurry, this beautician picked up the salon cutter and cut my cuticle so that I started bleeding. This is absolutely unacceptable and I’m not coming back at this or any other QQ Nails.

I’ve been going to QQ Nails and this has to be one of my favorite QQs. The employees are very nice towards me and the place was nice. the pricing isn’t expensive which is a plus if you’re trying to save money. I also enjoyed their recommendations for good and healthy nails. I would most likely come again and recommend it to a friend.

Love this place! Solid pricing. I showed them an idea from Instagram and they mixed the nail polish for me. I’m definitely a forever customer.

I’ve to this nail salon a few times and I got good experience with a few excellent technicians but I’ve been to a few bad ones and this is the worst… buffs my nail too much that it hurts and the worst dip powder I ever had, ugliest that I want it removed after few days. Probably will never comeback 🤮

I truly do not understand how this nail salon has 4.3 stars. The woman who did my nails was very nice, but did the most horrible job I have ever recieved getting a dip powder manicure. When removing my previous dip, she used the machine so roughly that my real nails felt so thin, it was painful. At one point, the cotton got caught on it, and she just continued to use it with the huge chunk of cotton wrapped around it. Every single one of my nails had a different shape, and from hand to hand, even the length was uneven. I brought one particularly bad nail to her attention and when she tried to fix it, it looked even worse. After she applied the dip powder, I brought up the shape of the nails again and asked her to reference the shape of nails on the nail samples. The owner (I believe) informed me that she wasnt done yet. It didnt matter though, because it was obvious the woman doing my nails didnt have the skills/knowledge on how to fix it. This was really uncomfortable for me to bring up, because I really dont like offending anyone, but I was getting really upset. I love having nice nails, and at this point the shape and overall nails were so damaged, that I knew I couldnt redo them somewhere else and would have have to wait for them to grow out to have them done again. Truly, its not about the money. I tipped more than 20 % and didnt ask for refund. I just want to put this review out there, because if you are looking for a dip manicure and are particular in anyway, this will be very disappointing.

Got a dip powder here for the first time here, unfortunately my nails came out looking like chiclets. Cuticles were cut and filed so much they started to bleed! Going to need to take this off and get them redone somewhere else.

I got my nails done and it was absolutely beautiful. I showed many different reference pictures and it was able to come out better than expected! My technician was so helpful and nice, she paid extreme attention to my nails. If you have a chance to stop by here, you should definitely try it out!

I’ve been going to this QQ nails location every two weeks for 2+ years now and every time, they’ve done an amazing job. My gel mani and regular pedicure lasts well over two weeks (I only go every two because my nails grow quickly). They are also always so welcoming and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

Wanted to love it since it’s very close to my job and would have been convenient. But went there last Thursday for a gel pedicure and on Friday noticed my gel polish became yellow/white (was a purple one). Looked horrible and got worried, so I went back on Tuesday and they changed it (free of charge), but they said it happened before to other people. They probably should get better quality supplies (nail polish and uv lamp), especially because it’s with people’s bodies that they’re dealing with. The staff is very nice and the place is clean at least. But I definitely won’t go back :/

I loved my nails. The environment is super friendly and clean and my go to is always gel x. They have many different color and polish options, I recommend booking an appointment before you go!Btw these nails lasted me a whole month before I had to take them off because of how long it was getting!

I had a great experience. The technician was professional, nice and did a great job on my nails. I scheduled an appointment and I was accommodated as soon as I chose my nail polish color (extensive selection!).The shape was exactly what I asked for and the nail polish (regular) lasted for a long time. The salon is very well furnished and clean. Strongly recommended!!!

No complaints other than they force you to tip. I am a tipper but, even before I could reach for the wallet, the owner basically bullied me into tipping. They also have a written request to tip in cash. I found it all very odd and tacky. I also wonder if the tips go entirely to the nail technicians. Will not return.

Love the Greenwich Avenue QQ! They are always so kind and really do their best to accommodate everyone that comes in! Every nail technician has been amazing and the person checking you in is always so so friendly. The salon is super clean and I am always so happy with my mani and pedi! :)

I had a very positive first impression as the receptionist was very attentive & polite. However, during shellac manicure it seemed the manicurist was quite sloppy. The same night (!!!) my shellac completely peeled off from one of my nails. I came back the next day & they fixed it. For some reason I decided to give it another try & got a wax there. When they said it was “done” - it was the sloppiest job I’ve ever seen (with large parts left unwaxed). After I told her to fix it, it seemed better however after I got home I realized half of my legs were still unwaxed in multiple parts making the whole appointment a huge waste of time & money.It’s a shame because the guy at the reception seems very kind & caring about the business.

Highly recommend the QQ#3 package. Joanne did a fantastic job on my nails and gives a wonderful back massage. The staff was friendly and took their time even though they were very busy. Will definitely be visiting again.

I’m a regular here. Staff are all pretty friendly. Great conversation if you’re up for it, but they leave you alone if you’re not also. Love them for my basic gel manicures, which I do about every 3 weeks!

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with Rosa. She was rude and clearly was unhappy to be doing my service, and damaged my nails in the process of removing the gel. She was aggressive in her filing and one of my nails to is still sensitive to touch bc the pressure she put on removing the gel. The overall establishment is fine but not Rosa.

I was so sad when my QQ on Hudson closed, but the team at Greenwich is even better! Always welcoming, friendly, remember my name when I come in. Joanna has been my go to for two years and does a great job- I always leave relaxed. And they introduced me to Dazzle Dry and was one of the first places in the West Village to have it, game changing product. Glad to have them as my regular spot 😊

Not sure what changed, but they don’t seem to honor appointment times anymore. I called to make an appt and when I arrived they asked me to wait and took other people who had appointment times after mine. Too bad, they used to do nice work. Wound up going around the corner to Wisteria Nails where they did a great job.

One of the most uncomfortable nail experiences I’ve ever had. I came in for a dip powder manicure and the technician buffed my nails so much they were hurting/burning and completely ruined their enamel. They became so thin and flimsy. Within a week the polish chipped off of a few without me even doing much and there are cracks on every nail and cuts along my cuticles.

I have been coming to the QQ on Greenwich for years and the staff are so lovely and talented! I highly recommend especially for a powder manicure or pedicure :)

Booked what was listed as a “40 minute pedicure”. It was finished in barely 20 minutes. All things done just to finish the step - filing, scrub just applied and washed off, massage of hardly two minutes. Very disappointing

I happened upon this place cause I like to try new places in general and I had yet to find a pedicure worth raving about in the NYC. As a former California resident (LA) I was spoiled with pedicures being at a certain standard and sadly nearly the east coast standard has been a few bars below my pedi-par. Enter Junny. Love the pedicure. Will def be back. My favorite person for gel mani (took me 5 years between cali and Nyc to find someone worth going back to) went MIA at another salon so now Junny fills that spot. Its not asGood as the other person but the stragglers with a 2 week grow out lasts about 10 days. Better than 3 days (just saying). The manager is also really good about correcting any issues. The guy with the free massages is also great.

Great shape, attention to detail and fair prices. The super nice staff is a plus. Will be returning.

The woman I had was careless with my nails, left them all uneven! Then she offered a massage because it was happy hour and it was just so awful. Never coming back to this location. Such a waste!
