What a beautiful and relaxing space and experience! The staff was so friendly and welcoming, the products were gentle and felt so nourishing to my skin. And also having a firm, thai style message on my neck, shoulders and head were amazing.

Im Back for facial massage! Just needed it after my 2 weeks vacation. And they did Holistic facial lifting and massage. It was very relaxing and made my face tight and lifted!And im happy to know that they used japanese products cause its organic and gentle to my sensitive skin. Ambiance is relaxing made me sleep for a while.Service is great! Nyce did great, very professional and hand technique is really good. I went home satisfied and happy as always! Im sorry to say that my experience was a total disappointment. Firstly, the establishment was not an office, but merely a rented room in a building, with no towels, slippers or drinking water provided. My husband had a deep tissue massage, but he felt that it wasnt strong enough. As for me, I was only rubbed with oil after I requested that the pressure be lowered. The facial was nice, but the lady tried to brush my hair with oil and pull it out. Overall, I dont plan on going back.

We had such an amazing time at Phuket Deluxe Spa for our date night. We received a 60 minute couples massage that hit all the right spots. The masseuses checked in and made sure the pressure was right. The location is convenient to grand central and the massage room is very comfortable. Highly recommend!!

I love the experience, I got to relax so well with their treatment, everyone is so welcoming! They check on you while doing the massage and if you have any question they’ll answer anything. Definitely coming back!

My masseuse, Alex, was able to identify all the tight spots in my upper back. I feel re-energized and am glad to have received advice on how to minimize straining at work. Also, the studio is located very close to Grand Central Station so it would be a perfect way to end a weekend trip in NYC!

I felt very relaxed and comfortable in her caring hands. She does a great job explaining the approach and checking if you have any particular needs, and has a true passion for introducing Thai massage to New Yorkers and beyond. Today i was excited yo go in for a couple massage for my birthday! The staff was sooo nice. When i walked in it smelt amazing. I got the 75 min rose petal combo. Which includes massage and facial. My husband was rubbed down for approximately 40 minutes while i received a facial. The man and women switched and i expected to get a full massage because thats the real reason i came. I was only massage on my head and neck. Than i heard okay massage over i was shocked.... Yes i got the 75 mins but never got the massage. Once i said something i received a 10 minute rub down .... When i left i cried because i paid 435 specially for my back and facial. I felt cheated and robbed .... I couldnt everrrr go back. As staff i let them do they thing because they know of the package i paid for and didnt receive

Excellent service in every detail. The face lifting massage was perfect for my needs. My face looked radiant and relax. The Japanese product were high quality and nature orientated no chemicals. The hand technique was so relaxiding the tension snd relief the stress. I enjoyed snd definitily will returned back.💕

Beautiful, peaceful & clean set up, Kris was awesome. I had a deep tissue massage which was amazing - painful but in a good way. She knew exactly where my knots / tension areas were… and i felt great afterwards. Will definitely return!

I had the Signature combination massage with Narisa, which was amazing. I got there super sore from my workout, with a lot of tension on my shoulders and neck , and left feeling very relaxed and with no soreness. She was really professional and the place is super clean and cute. I will def go back soon.

We did the couple’s massage and had a fantastic experience with Narisara and her team. The massage itself was great and on par with what would be available in a five star hotel in Thailand. But friendliness and attention to details was definitely one of the highlights.

I am a business traveller and due to long distance flights I always look for ways to reset my muscles and generally I prefer professional Thai Welness centers to have a relaxing massage. I have tried many places and I must say it is really hard to find a good professional one.Narisara Welness is awesome, They are both professional and clean. They do listen your needs and you get amazing results. Especially if you are having strech problems like me Narisara is the right place for you.The first time I visit them was after a half marathon race and they did a good job to release the tensions in my muscles, I can say I recovered the same day.The place is very hygenic and the materials they are using are all organic. I like the oils with unscented ones.And lastly their hospitality is amazing, always warm welcome with smiling faces. Already looking for the next visit.
