I work across the street, never been at this smoke shop yet, but Google Map keep hitting me to write a review, asking me how was at this smoke shop. I hit a few times the option i wasnt there but next work day Google Map is still asking me to rate the place and write a review after my visit at this place, which never happened, yet.Ok. Im giving up. Im writing a review from the info i have. If you read some reviews of people who visited this store you understand that the customers are satisfied and they liked their experience at the smoke shop. Also often is mentioned that the staff is helpful and friendly. From outside you can say it is a regular, not big not small typical New York smoke shop, clean-ish glass and bright inscriptions, ATM inside, no customers right now ( at 12.41 pm), inside you can see the glass that divides the customers area and the staff place. The location of this smoke shop is very nice. Located on West 14th street between 8th and 7th Avenues ( kinda fancy located in Chelsea, Manhattan, New York City) they must follow a certain level of quality of items sold by them, also the price level, also the quality of service and work.

This smoke shop has a large selection of products and a lot of beverages too (nothing alcoholic). The owner is friendly. I haven’t found lower prices anywhere in the city. When I worked in Manhattan, I’d go out of my way to visit this shop for the low prices and to support the owner. Great shop! $10 Kratom!

Raj was the man. I told him what I needed, he gave me the best options to fit my need. No run around. Nothing too expensive, nothing too cheap. He was incredibly helpful and this was the best smoke shop experience I’ve ever had. Highest praises!

This place has everything! I thought I had a good spot for all my vaping needs until I have went there on three different occasions and was looking for three different items and they had none? So this spot so far is covering all my needs! It has everything so if you need anything vape or smoke related check them out.

Of all the vaping/smoke shops around this is my favorite - mostly because they are honest with their prices. When his bargain-shelf liquids, like $10 for 30 ml on premiums like Evo/Cuttwood, start to disappear off the shelf he doesnt put the price back up - he told me he sells them based on what he paid for them. Ive been using nothing else for the last 6 months. He has Halo Tracer RBAs and Phantom atomizers for $10 - half the Internet price, Kangertech starter kits - forgotten the price, but good - and a lot more new products appearing each week. I live a few blocks away, he has become my local. Ive been vaping 5 years and I recommend before buying elsewhere, even the specialist vape shops (who are often sort of snotty) - check this guy out.

This shop has everything and the owner is the best! Great location right on 14th street between 7th and 8th Avenue. Store owner is Helpful and knows every product in the shop. Super friendly. There are other stores but this is the best by far! The best selection, prices and service in NYC by far!!

They dont sell mini disposables, coils and pods loose. Wouldve been great if they did.

In my opinion Jubilee is the best smoke shop in the city I go to this particular location often for their kratom prices are excellent and Ali is very helpful and always there and he works with his customers always willing to help with his knowledge of products and if he can hell help with prices great place with great people

This place, is pretty awesome, the workers here are very polite and respectful and nice. They are also very helpful, towards what the person needs. Great place!

Great shop and Ali was extremely knowledgeable helping me with a new vape. He was closing the store but opened when he saw me at the door, great service, great products and great location!

Great products, selections, and products. Best cbd/kratom place around. Traveled a good way to go here but was glad i did.

Worst place ever!One of the pipe was sold broken and they refuse to exchange it!Of course they say the manager is not here... I lost 20$.Unprofessional and disappointing
