My spouse and I tried Natural Nail & Spa because we couldn’t get into our regular spot. Well, Shari and Kristin have earned our return business. Not only are they talented with their pedicure skills, they are awesome to be around. The atmosphere was comfortable!! We highly recommend!!!!

I live out of town, and due to family emergencys desperately needed my nails done. With a tight schedule, online booking made it so easy and prevented any waiting in a lobby like all the walk in places. Kristin did an amazing job with a gel manicure! She took her time to make sure they were perfect. She even shaped them better than my regular gal at home (don’t tell!). The environment was lovely, staff was fun, and I enjoyed the relaxing visit. Hoping to be back, but under different circumstances.

I got a gel manicure with nail art and couldnt be happier with the results! Kristin did an amazing job. 10/10 recommend.

Sorry, but this salon is not sanitary. They don’t line their foot baths or use sanitized tools. In addition, the furnace as blowing out a horrendous smell while I was there. It also took 3 hours to get a regular pedicure and acrylic overlays.One of my acrylic overlays came off after 2 1/2 days. I glued it back on myself, but it only lasted for a day. When I popped back into the shop the next day to see about getting it fixed, there was no one available who does acrylics. They said I could come back the next day at 1:00. I had to go somewhere else and pay to get it fixed in a different color.

:( Not a great experience. I read reviews on the website and booked a pedicure with Kristin M. (because their reviews were so good). The salon sent me an email and text confirmation. When I got there, only two people were there, not who I had booked. They gave no explanation. Odd that the salon makes you pay a $40 reservation to ensure you show up to the appointment, but has no accountability themselves to ensure they deliver. My pedicure has jagged cuts, uneven shapes and lengths, and the nails are bumpy on the tops. They weren’t set up for an appointment with me and didn’t seem like they knew I was coming. The worker had to keep getting up to grab more things, very flustered and unorganized. It was an hour and half as well, which is long. Giving this a second star though, because the person was so nice.

First experience was wonderful. Got a pedicure and manicure. My hands and feet felt wonderful and my gel polish was perfect.Second experience was with a younger and newer lady. I am totally fine with a new inexperience person getting experience. I was charged for a gel removal and manicure. I got reimburse for the gel removal which took some convincing. I never got a manicure just the gel polish done. I spent way too much for just gel polish. The tip of my nails were rough - they offered to fix it but I gotta move on with my day. Just could have been nicer instead of defensive on the phone.Like I said - first experience was wonderful. 2nd not so much.

My daughter and spent a lot of money on pedicures and nails. My gel nails came out great and lasted awhile, whereas my daughter’s acrylic nails lasted all but three days before they came off. When I emailed about them they suggested coming in and get them redone, but when I tried to setup that appointment, there was no response…. Dropped a lot of money on nails and tips….

WOW! Amazing work done by an amazing woman! Finally found my forever nail salon in Newark, Ohio! Such an incredible place to go, will be recommending to everyone.

Kristin is amazing and so is everyone else there!! The shop is clean, comfortable, and relaxing!!

My gel nails came off in the first three days of having them. Staff was kind, and prices seemed fair. Had a few minor issues I emailed staff about. Overall I would come here again, but maybe get something besides the gel nail. The atmosphere of the store is good and they offer lots of other services worth trying.

I have gotten a variety of services here, acrylic full sets, dip manicures, and the CBD pedicure and I have been very happy with my visit each time! All of the nail techs are extremely friendly and the atmosphere is great!

I went with regular polish, but unfortunately, there are bubbles under most of my nails. I think this happens when the polish layers dont dry properly or are too thick. Disappointed! Adding an extra star because the staff was really nice.

Had so much fun and our pedicures were great and the lady provided my hungry child with snacks which was amazing of her !! ❤️

Both my husband and I had a mani pedi done today by Nicole and Dana what a great job. Feel so pampered and taken care of. Plus my toes and nails look beautiful.

I was nervous trying this salon for the first time, but after visiting I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE EVER AGAIN!! this is the BEST salon i’ve ever been, I had Kristin and she made me feel so welcome and comfortable, and she was so gentle. Also my nails look absolutely AMAZING. Seriously I LOVE LOVE LOVEEEEE this place!!!!!

I took my daughter in today for her birthday. I spoke to Dana about her obsession with cow print and that I would need them cut short and rounded because my daughter plays multiple sports. This was my daughters first set of acrylics ever. Dana was absolutely amazing. She was very pleasant and showed interest in my daughters activities and what she liked. I absolutely love that Dana was more interested in making my daughter happy and comfortable and giving her exactly what she wanted than me. Most places dont speak to children as the decision makers, and my daughter greatly appreciated that she was shown that kind of respect. The nails turned out absolutely beautiful and exactly what my daughter wanted.. We will definitely be back to visit Dana!

Dana is an amazing artist! When 6 other shops turned me away stating they couldn’t create my design she came through! The price was perfect too! I will be a regular customer from here on out! Fantastic experience and an awesome talented nail tech!! She free hand painted from a picture ad gave me better results than I ever expected! She rose to the challenge and killed it!! You ROCK Dana!! You made me a regular!!

Dana is fantastic! Excellent service and such a great conversationalist. Her work is perfect every time and she is a creative artist. I love the home made natural skin products they use and are also available for purchase! The online scheduling app is also easy to use. Definitely recommend this salon ♥️

I had two good experiences here where my nails looked great and waxing went well. The owner was nice. I went back a third time and felt like I was in the twilight zone. The owner was gone and the girl that was doing my balance was complaining about how my nails had been done before and about everything imaginable. It got so negative and heavy that I left part way through and had my balance finished somewhere else. I left a message for the owner the following week and never heard back. Definitely won’t go back now. It sucks bc this is the nearest nail place to my house and it’s such a pretty looking place in a fun location. It’s just one block from the square.

First time at Natural Nails this morning for a pedicure and manicure with Kasey. She took her time during the pedicure and did a really nice job. Manicure was very good also. Had a nice time with Kasey. She had me laughing at times. Great personality. Will make this my favorite salon and ask for Kasey.

Phenomenal experience. I had my bridal party here and let me tell you, it was the best choice I’ve ever made! Plenty plot space.All of my bride maids LOVED IT! Thank you Natural Nails. I’ll remember this wonderful experience for ever!!

Owners were very nice and I left with my nails looking bomb. Comfortable chairs very clean. I will continue to go back!

My friend and I decided last minute to do mani pedi’s today. We stop into another place and they could not get us in until after 1:30. Called this place. They said if we could get there by noon we could do either manicure or a pedicure they already had another appointment scheduled at 1:15. We headed right over and was there before noon. The place was very clean, very professional. The ladies were great to talk with as most places I have been I was not able to have a conversation with the person doing my nails. I love the fact that this is a locally owned small business and American owner. I am willing to pay more to for awesome service and being able to carry on a conversation with someone. My friend and I are planning on going back for pedicure’s and facials. Highly recommended this place. We also purchased some of Nicole’s home made pumpkin pie sugar scrub.

My mom and I got gel pedicures. Our techs were friendly, fun, and the pedicures were fabulous. Looking forward to going again.

I made an appointment for myself and my daughter to get pedicures online, carefully selected two different woman around the same time to schedule the appointments so we could have them done at the same time. Upon arrival, there were 3 ladies inside.. one started with me (who I didn’t pick for my appointment) meanwhile over the next 10-15 minutes the other ladies talked back and forth about not wanting to do my daughters and convinced the girl doing mine to do them so she had to sit and wait. Not only that, the girl doing my pedicure cut BOTH my big toe cuticles to the point of blood that later turned into a scab. My feet hurt after this rather than felt better. Being my daughters first pedicure experience, I chose not to speak up at the time and dwelled on it for weeks prior to writing this. I just don’t want others to spend the money for an awful experience. The salon itself was nice, but service was terrible. We won’t be back.

Nicole is amazing she did my gel extensions in September they just started coming off yesterday so I called in for them to take them off she got me right in! So nice and gentle can’t wait to go back this week for wedding nails!

I had a great experience with this salon. I scheduled a pedicure with Dana and she did a fantastic job. Very personable staff, clean environment and everything ran on time. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Very unprofessional and unsanitary the floors were very dirty, we went to get our gel manicures done not once ask for me to wash my hands through the whole manicure and had a pile of nail dust on my hand the whole time, also did not make not one of my nails the same length, didn’t ask me what shape i wanted and now every nail is a different shape. missed several spots on my nail and left nail polish on my skin and had me put my hand in the light so long it was burning and while my nails were curing she went to go heat up food. i’m very unhappy with the quality of this place and price two gel manicures were almost $90

Dana did a gel nail manicure for me today and the conversation was easy and the nails turned out great! I picked my color and she chose some beautiful nail art to go with it. Highly recommend!

Nicole did an amazing job. The spa is beautiful, clean and modern. They use organic homemade scrubs and other products. The prices are good, compared to other spas. Be sure to give them try.

This is a once in a lifetime experience. Very good personable staff, so willing to work with you. They dont overbook, if you have an appointment they honor it. Youre not rushed through. So reasonably priced. Its so worth it. Check it out, you wont regret it!

Had an appointment at 12 with Kasey and she moved it to 12:30, no big deal until she was still 15 minutes late. Beautiful nail salon but you cant run a buisness like that. I wont be back

I have found this little gem in the downtown area. Started going to Dana in March and have been going ever since. Great atmosphere and great service. Absolutely love this little local business!

They really took care of me , had a massage that totally relaxed me then a mani- petty which was the best . Everyone needs to check this place out.

In short: Mediocre. Staff wasn’t super friendly, my pedicure was just “meh”, the salon chairs and foot soak was lame. Not impressed.

I’ve been going to the same nail salon since I’ve been 15 years old. Never thought I would switch in a million years I would ever switch, but these folks stepped and pampered me and I’m going to be here for life! Thank you guys!!
