Just moved here from out of state and was calling the shop to ask about a juice company I used to buy back home. The man on the phone said they did not sell it so I asked him if he had a minute so I could read him off the description of one of the bottles I still had to see if maybe they sold something like it here. He told me, “actually a customer just walked in, could you call back later?”. Not sure if the managers ever told this man that your callers are customers too but whatever, their local competitors just gained another weekly buyer.After response from owner: Not once in my initial review did I say or imply that a sales associate should ignore walk-in customers. It bothers me that the owner of this establishment is telling his/her employees to brush off phone customers instead of placing them on a brief hold to greet the walk-ins before explaining to them that there’s a customer on the line and they need to finish up with them quickly. Maybe I am wrong and customer service/sales training I received is incorrect but I don’t think so.

Stopped in today. I wouldn’t ever go back again. Sales associate was not helpful. We were not allowed to smell any of the flavors and the sales associate wouldn’t even offer recommendations. We purchased a flavor we know we liked. Not only was it extremely difficult to open (we literally had to use a Pocket knife to open it up) but it tasted HORRIBLE. Not even distinctly like the flavor it was named after (captain crunch). And to top it off the juices were overpriced. The same size for much better quality is literally $15 at other shops and it was $30 here for 60 ML. I’d recommend going for a different shop.

This is a fantastic shop with great customer service. The employees here make it as great of an experience as possible. The employees are the kind of people you want to be friends with. With possibly the largest juice selection in the area that is continually growing. They have a large selection of vapor mods and starter ecig kits.

The owner found out about our trouble with the a tank we bought there. He went out of his way to call us personally and have us come in and make it right. We will definitely be back and I’m so happy they stand by their products and were willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We will definitely be back.

Used to be a weekly visitor. Not anymore after today. My wife bought me an Escobar disposable vape, tested it in store and disposed of the box in their trash can. Came home and gave it to me and it worked fine. This morning I woke up, put it in my pocket and heard clicking and hissing coming from my pocket. This thing was auto firing for no reason, didn’t stop and was getting blazing hot so we dumped it in water to prevent it from exploding. Called the store and they had zero interest in remedying the situation saying “I just have to take your word for it” and it’s out of their hands since it worked in the store, the person on the phone wasn’t in the store yesterday so couldn’t verify she threw the packaging away there and they’ve never had an issue with this product before (apparently there isn’t a first time for everything) at this time the vape was still auto firing even after taking it out of the water. Had to break the thing open to disconnect the battery otherwise we would’ve had bigger issues.Unwilling to take a ~$15 hit to help a customer with a faulty product that could’ve done some serious damage. You need to retrain your staff on customer service and that it’s just not about selling products but also taking accountability for said products when “things they haven’t had issues with before” come up and could potentially injure their paying customers.Edit:Owner seems to think testing products in stores prevents them from malfunctioning after the fact. Instead of turning your nose up to the problem, maybe look into the issue to ensure it doesn’t happen to other customers.Also, please locate the H in my name for me

Uprite Vapor has always treated me with respect, that very important to me. One store I give my business to, they have the juices with the most amazing flavors, if they run out of the juice I want they do everything to get it in fast. Even contacting their other stores to see if they have it in stocks. Will always do my vapor needs with Uprite

Best service I’ve had in town! Best juice selection. And the staff is very friendly. They got me set up with my mod and I have been going in to hang out ever since. Awesome people!

The owner of this buisness does not want to pay for the proper licenses for having nicotine based juice in his store. Do not buy from Upright. Do not believe them when they say you have to put your own nicotine in your vape juice because other vape shops sell the juice with the nicotine in it already straight from the manufacturer. I will not be told that I have to have nicotine put into my vape juice by someone behind a counter. I have vaped since vaping began over 9 years ago. They are out to make more money by selling you the juice and the nicotine to make sales.

Went in and got two smok novo 2 vapes and a bottle of juice that he recommended based on telling him I like fruity flavors. Got them home, filled one pod from each vape and waited a few minutes. They come somewhat charged... one worked and the other blinked.... I thought maybe it wasn’t charged enough so I charged it a while and still wouldn’t work... nothing I could do made it work. I called the next day, he remembered me and told me to bring the defective one back for a refund. So I did, no problems, now I have two great vapes and an awesome new juice!

I cannot say enough good things about this store and the staff! I’m new to vaping and I haven’t been doing it very long and I never know what I’m looking for what I need to get and the guy with the beard not sure of his name is always the most helpful and makes sure I have what I need. This will be the only Store I use from now on.☺️

New girl who works here likes to text while theres customers. She didnt even greet us when we walked in. Interesting. I wish Bob would work full time every day because hes cool to talk to and hang with.

Very helpful and amazing staff. Was in today and a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic employee helped me with a new tank and some new juice. My go to vape shop for sure!

Little Kenny is a top notch guy in this store. Went for a battery and he made it happen. Had the chance to hang out for a bit and talk about anything. This store is out of my way but is my go to from now on. I travel the country, but Kenny makes this stop worth your time. Thanks man, see you again soon.

This place is legit the best. The staff are AMAZING and helpful. Their products are awesome and the range of juices that are carried is insane. 10/10 will continue to be a regular.

Great prices, great staff; however, I went in to purchase 2 coils and was talked into buying the 3-pack as it would save me money. When I went home I opened the package to only find 2 coils inside which is a little disappointing.

Bob dillion was one of the nicest guys I have ever met in newark or heath including columbus ohio really respectable and was great on showing the proper steps in building coils wick and deffently a great shop 10 out of 10 you need anything goes see bob dillion either the newark shop or columbus

They are ALWAYS OUT OF EVERYTHING!!!!!! I use a Cleito 120 and like either CHUBBY GRAPE OR CHUBBY BLUE RAZBERRY and they NEVER have the juice in stock unless its shipment day!!!!
