We were visiting from the East Coast and really needed a great massage. Elise did not disappoint! The pressure was perfect, and she was very nice 😊. I wish ai lived in SoCal so I could visit more often!!

I had a treatment with Mariah and it was the BEST massage I’ve ever had. She worked on knots that I didn’t even know I had. She was very professional and was constantly checking in to make sure the pressure was good and that I was doing okay. As someone who works from home and is slumped over a computer, I really appreciated her explanations as to where my tension was stemming from and how I could alleviate it on my own. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will definitely be back.

I’m super happy to have found Amanda! She is attentive to my requests and intuitive about solutions for stress and muscle aches. I love her calming and pleasant demeanor!!!

Risa is ABSOLUTELY the best!! As someone who’s in the dental field, she is the only one who can make my body feel back to normal again after a long work week! She’s also very attentive and always does such a wonderful job!

I had a great deep massage with April. I am really interested in the science and mechanics of the muscles and her knowledge from physical therapy was interesting and informative as we worked through my tight spots. Highly recommend her for athletes and active people, or anyone who is interested in learning more about their mechanics and how to make them better!

Sonia gave me a great massage and addressed the issues that brought me. She suggested some stretching at home to improve my back paun. I will definitely going back and requesting her.

I got a couples massage off Groupon a few months back, and have stuck with the program since! Such a convenient location, easy to get to & quick parking. I got booked with Amanda & have been going to her monthly now! She is amazing, makes you feel so comfortable & feels like a familiar face! She’s consistent & always is attentive to my different needs each appointment. 5 stars all around!!!

My husband and I always get couples massages. Today’s was a 90 minute massage at 6:30pm. We always try for evenings to help us relax before bed to have a great nights rest. 60 minutes goes by so fast that I’d recommend a 90 minute and be there on time.Lexi was great as far as massaging my back, hands. and feet! I was so relaxed that I fell asleep. She mainly focused on my back most of the time so not much time for anywhere else. The massage was short and the massage so light when she started on my legs and arms that it didn’t really feel like she massaged them… just felt like she swiped them. It would’ve been nice to have the massage areas spread out or timed out evenly. I’ve also had Peggy and Elise before. Theyr’e great too!

Excellent experience as usual. Elsy is phenomenal, Professional, and a great massage therapist. She was able to remove the tension in my upper back as well as relieve my nasal congestion . Elsy’s the best.

Brittany is the best massage therapist I have had in a while. She gives the best deep tissue and knows exactly where my pain is coming from. I strongly recommend her if you want a great massage.

I have been getting massages with Tim for a while. He is an outstanding massage therapist. He listens to what you want/need, and he is just an all around great human being. I require really strong pressure, and he knows how to give a deep tissue massage.

I carry a lot of tension and stress in my shoulders and when I tell you I left feeling years younger… wow. She is truly phenomenal! I feel very relaxed, and very lucky to have gone here!

I have been coming here every month for over a year. I always see April, she is the best. If you have pain or are an athlete like I am, you need to see her now!! She has significantly improved my tension in my body. She also makes me able to continue working out at the intensity I want to without pain and injury.I used to be burdened my pain in my neck and back, but dont have those issues now after seeing April. Cant rave enough about her and massage heights.

Went in for my first ever prenatal massage, I was worried it wouldn’t be as relaxing as a normal massage but it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had! Mariah was amazing and I plan on coming back to her for the remainder of my pregnancy and after too! She is great at what she does and she was very kind.

Lexi was really great. She is tiny and I thought shed have a hard time working on my giant knots, but she zeroed in on the right spots and has very good technique.

Mariah was fantastic! I came in, in pain & left feeling better. She diagnosed an injury correctly & gave me good advice to see a professional asap. Very obvious she knows what shes doing!

I’ll be coming back for sure! The sports massage with cupping was perfect! I also had the hemp infused oil, next had it before so don’t know what it really does. I just wish they had a cold plunge or sauna for afterwards. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

Lovely place. Plenty of parking. There is a waiting area with chairs and a table. Ambience is welcoming, warm and clean. Front desk host was very friendly and patient. It was a busy morning and she was friendly, professional, and calm. Massage room is clean. I liked the clean sheets. Peggy was my masseuse. She is friendly and thoughtful. She knew where my tight spots were and applied the right amount of pressure and would check with me to make sure if I was okay with the pressure, the warmth of the massage table (I chose to have it at low heat). Before the massage she asked about what areas I wanted to work on. She offered me water at the end of the massage. She made sure to only expose the areas she was massaging, so that made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Massage Heights in Newport Beach and I highly recommend Peggy. The checking in and out were very easy.

Great experience from beginning to end. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming environment off the bat. I would say Mariah is the best massage therapist I’ve been to; she was personable and had no problem carrying on a conversation with me while she worked! She has lots of experience and was able to work out lots of the tension in my back. I can’t recommend her enough to anyone looking for a massage therapist.

Been to this location a few times and the staff is always amazing. I’ve been to Erika twice now and I don’t think I’ve ever had a better massage. Her demeanor and temperament are incredible. Khrystyne is a top-notch massage therapist. I’ve been dealing with some health issues and really knew exactly how she could help. Before she starts, and makes sure that she targets every area in which I need help or feeling pain. She’s highly recommended.

Overall the massage was good but I paid for a 60 minute massage and it ended 12 minutes early. So unfortunate when you pay for the entire hour.

Ysenia is one of the best massage therapists I have been to. I came in to my first visit to her and discussed my lower back pain. She immediately began to give me suggestions on how to ease my pain. She is courteous and extremely knowledgeable. She even gave me advice on home massages I could focus on to ease my pain. As long as she is at this location, I will continue to visit. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a caring, compassionate and skilled massage therapist.

I had the best Massage Heights massage from Bella. She is extremely experienced and listens to your needs. She is now going to be my regular masseuse. In the past, I have given a few masseuse excellent reviews only to be disappointed once I become a regular. So I am seriously hoping that Bella will be consistently awesome. I will update this review should things change. But for now, Ive already booked a 2 hour massage next time. Cross my fingers.

Had a very great massage at Massage Heights last night thanks to my masseuse, Diana. Diana has a background in physical therapy and knows exactly how to identify muscle imbalances and make corrections using pressure points and deep tissue massage. My whole body felt relaxed after. Looking forward to my next game of golf with a relaxed back and more range of motion!

A Must Share, Ive been getting massages from Massage Heights since moving from Northern California 12 years ago. I have come along many people at MH that give an excellent massage, but Krystyne added addition to the massus team on Bristal in Newport is Extraordinary. Very gifted knowing how to read the body and how much preasure to use in tight areas. I came down with Bells Palsey half of my face turned numb. I had a 2 hour appointment with Krystyne today and I feel more movement in my face. I can go on and on about Krystyne so thankful universe put her in my path. I currently live in Irvine and moving to San Diego in October, but will still make the drive to Orange County to schedule with Krystyne.

Marina has the perfect touch and pressure to help me feel less sore and stressed.

I see Marina every month and every month I say she can’t possibly get any better and every time, she does!

I came to massage Heights for the first time looking for relaxation but wanted some work done on my neck and shoulders from being super stressed out and moving. I used to work at massage envy as a manager for seven years and I’m very picky (but nice about it) haha! Louise was amazing!!! I felt very comfortable with her off the bat and she checked in with me on what I wanted and what pressure. I could tell she has been massaging for a while and it was the best mix of relaxation and work. I’ll be seeing her again!!! Also want to shout out Julia at the front desk who is amazing and was super nice and accommodating to what I wanted at this appointment. Keep these ladies around!

Not worth $100+ . Started late and stopped early and only massaged half of my body. Wouldn’t return on my own accord. Receptionist was very friendly though.

Had my first massage today at this location. The receptionist paired me up with Amanda who was EXCELLENT!! Pure magic fingers and nothing less!! Going in I had terrible pain from sciatica and bursitis. It was so bad that I had trouble bending over for long periods of time. I explained my issues to Amanda who could empathize and she was awesome!! The aromatherapy and heated bed was a fabulous touch. During the massage she checked in just the right amount which I loved!!! The ambiance was soothing, comforting and peaceful so I felt restored not just physically but mentally too!! Kudos to Amanda, the miracle worker and special shout out to the ladies at the front desk for help with the appointments, my membership and working my FSA card! Yay!

Hands down the best message therapist I’ve ever had was at Massage Heights. Jack has extensive knowledge and experience with therapeutic message and pressure points. I would be reluctant to share how great this location on Bison in Newport is but I’ve already booked all my future appointments to ensure I can get in. The ladies at the front desk were amazing, wry efficient and made the entire experience relaxing.

I purchased the membership and think its a good idea if you want to make self care a personal commitment. I have taken up yoga and strength training and going for a massage feels so good on my sore muscles. Cameron has been my masseuse twice a d I recommend him. He’s very strong. My sore muscles appreciated his technique - LONG DEEP and SMOOTHING but not painful pressure. He’s kind and professional. I felt very comfortable under his care.

I’ve been to Tim twice now. He’s super respectful and really does a good job putting me at ease. His deep massage technique almost puts me to sleep. I injured my back a month ago and he did wonders relaxing the muscles all up and down my back and my neck! I don’t want to wait a month to go back.

Chris is absolutely incredible. If you like a firm deep tissue massage, he is the person to go to. I have had so much pain in my body for so long and he is really helping me through releasing that pain. I couldn’t recommend him enough!

Chris is the best masseuse ever. I’ve had dozens of massages before coming here and I will never go anywhere else ever again. I’ll probably cry when I move away in a few years. Chris keeps me maintained and out of the ER for severe muscle spasms (which is what brought me to him in the first place). I never had a masseuse legitimately work out my knots before he did. Best ever.

I called this location today in need of a last minute massage and thankfully they were able to book me within 20 minutes! The introductory rate was a good price- $80 for one hour. The girls at the front were super nice and my masseuse Alaina was amazing. She was communicative throughout the massage and after notated areas with tension and gave recommendations for next time I come back. Excellent service!

All I have y to say is Tim Tim T-I-M!!!This guys is awesome. I have been using him for over 4 years and he has hands of stone!!!! I come in stressed and leave as if I am on cloud nine!!!!

Julie is probably the best massage therapist I have ever had. She is also kind , caring and intuitive.

I have had 2 massage appointments with Jack. He is a good listener, and experienced massage therapist. It is a relaxing massage, and I feel like he is listening to my muscles and finds all the knots to work on. I typically am more comfortable with a female therapist but Jack made me feel 100% comfortable and great experience. If you want to chat he will chat or if you want to sleep he is quiet. Just the perfect balance.

Had a medium tension, hot stone massage from Terri. She was very attentive to my needs since I recently had surgery on my shoulder. She was pleasant and professional! I recommended Terri and this Spa!

First time at the Newport location and very happy with the communication of the front desk and the massage I received from Josh! I did a last minute appointment and they were very accommodating and even contacting me saying they had the had a longer opening since I had mentioned it. April is by far one of the most experienced and knowledgeable massage therapists at this establishment. If you’d like a real massage and not a Swedish, she’s your go to. She’s helped me through multiple injuries and helps with monthly maintenance.

Susan did a great job on a medium-deep massage. She can go really deep, if you want. She asked several times about pressure to make sure it was just right. I will request her again.

Elvie was really professional and focused on the areas of my back and legs that needed the most work as I was incredibly sore. I had a couple knots in my back and with her technique along with the hot stone was able to relief any pain and soreness that I had. I highly recommend her and I’ll definitely be back! My husband and I have been coming to this location of Massage Heights for monthly massages for a year and we are very pleased with our massage therapists. I have had 5-6 different therapists and they typically havent stuck around for more than a year, but then I have no problem finding another good one - and I am selective! The front desk does a great job recommending a therapist based on your needs and they track your payments accurately. Everyone is friendly and welcoming!

Ayumi îs a fantastic masseuse, she used the right amount of firm pressure to relax my muscles and put me into a stress free zone, but not so little that I fell asleep! Im going to be a regular!

I went in for a 60 minute massage with Alaina to treat upper back and neck pain that causes migraines. She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and thoughtful and gave me good suggestions for follow up treatment. Although I’m just visiting CA, I wish I could take Alaina home with me! The office was clean and reception was helpful in scheduling my appointment and incoming me of all of my future options. 10/10 would recommend!

I had a great session with April who addressed all my tightness and stress issues in my 90 minute massage with hemp oil. She is very sorry thorough and experienced, and identified ways I could open up my hip flexors and IT bands. I’ll be back!!

Alaina at the Newport Beach location is very knowledgeable and gave me an excellent massage with the precise amount pressure in all my problem spots. Alaina also educated me on measures I can take to decrease my pain and discomfort. Nene was the perfect masseuse for my friend, as well. She was took great care to focus on requested areas and steer clear of the others. Both therapists are professional, thorough, and intentional. Looking forward to next time!!!

Ratda was great! I did a deep tissue massage and she could dig in my tight shoulders as deep as I needed. I would definitely recommend seeing her if you truly need a deep tissue massage.

It depends on WHO gives you the massage. Once you find the right therapist for you (and s/he sticks around), you can get a great massage. Ive had some of the best massages, and some of the worst. The problem: they have tremendous turnover. Also: Ive never had an issue with my payment plan. I was skeptical to commit for a year, but Ive been going for almost two, with no issues.

I love having a membership here, knowing that I will get a massage at least once a month is the best! Everyone at the desk is friendly, and the therapists that i have had are all amazing, they listen to what’s going on and give the best customized massages.

Shiloh gave me a 50 minute massage and I was so impressed! She listened to my every need. I felt so much better when I left! Would definitely recommend and come back.

The front desk person was very nice and the place is clean.I paid for a deep tissue massage and that did not happen.The masseuse rubbed lotion on me and that was it. She spent more time changing the blankets and sheets around then giving me a massage.WORST MASSAGE EVER. Dont go here

I just received a massage from Ivan. The technique and skill used was impressive. I needed deep tissue and didn’t focus on those sore areas as another area had contact as well. Nobody has ever done that. I highly recommend Ivan.

My experience here was just okay, not bad not great, just mediocre. Front desk girls are very pleasant, and my masseuse was very polite. However when in the room, my masseuse was telling me how tired she was and how badly she needed a massage herself. Then after walking out of there, I realized that she did not do a good job of flushing me completely and woke up the next day sore and tired! NOT how one should feel post massage! (yes I drank plenty of water before and after!) Wont be back, unfortunately :(

My wife has a monthly membership here using my credit card. They started double charging my account for the last three months. I have called them over half a dozen times and they always promise to reverse it right away. Three months later and two more double charges and they still havent reversed a single charge. My wife has been happy with their service for the most part but I would stay away from any type of ongoing monthly charge.
