Very friendly and helpful staff. The selection of vape fluids and flavors is the best in the area. Highly recommended to both those new to vaping and seasoned vets. They have a few locations across Hampton Roads, all are equally good from what Ive experienced.

IVape offers in my opinion, the best ejuices locally. And Ive been to and have tried a lot of different shops/juices. If you vape check them out. Well worth a visit. But thats not all they offer behind the counter... Every time Ive been its A++ customer service or beyond and that is why I will support them. A quality product, at a good price, with knowledgeable and friendly people that really represent customer service in the most perfect way.

This is the only vape shop I go to in the 757. They take great care of their customers and try to get you what is good for you instead of trying to sell you a bunch of crap you dont need. The juice flavors & quality is awesome!!!

Bought a tank last week. Brought it home and its been leaking ever since. I took it back so they could take a look and see what the issue might be. Cleaned it and put it back together. Still leaks. From a business standpoint, I can understand how they wouldnt feel comfortable replacing or exchanging...I just wish that as a customer, I could purchase and not worry that its not going to work. Nice staff tho.

Friendly workers and great atmosphere. I love their flavors and their prices are not bad. I came in and got a new flavor I havent tried before you enjoy myself (fried ice cream)absolutely love it!

Really great customer service and product availability! Me and my husband buy everything through them. Their Wismec brand mods are the best in my opinion. Ask about wismec Rx gen3 or gen2/3.

Only place I go to now. Good selection of flavors with very knowledgable staff. Labels can rarely be marked incorrectly, but I always got what I ordered haha.For where it is, I feel it should have a lot more business!

Horrible customer service, the girl in there helped us change a coil but after she made the remark Ill tell you how and you can do it. Also made the remark she tells people to look stuff up on youtube instead of helping then .
