Great for what I need and very convenient. Great family business! Love going in there for what I need and especially to see Zandier( I think I spelled it wrong) but hes the lil guy who greets you at the door and dont mind getting rubbed on or playing fetch. He deserves all the love! Great job you guys.

Seriously amazing! I have awful anxiety and have tried every drug on the market. My therapist recommended I try CBD products as a Hail Mary. I was so anxious to try this and didn’t know what to ask for. The sales associate was so kind and took his time explaining every product. It’s a place where the staff really goes the extra mile to help you find exactly what you need. Also, great prices! This is the place!

I would have gave 5 stars but the prices are a little high. The people are super nice, very helpful, and the atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxing. Good place to come and hang out. I recommend Quick vape Lounge to anyone who partakes in vaping or simply interested in checking out something different!

The owner and Greg/Craig I think his name is are always wonderful. My brother and I used to go quite frequently but even though we dont go as much theyre just as friendly as the first time. I only go here, not because of the prices but the exceptional service we get. The employees are knowledgeable and very kind. 10 out of 10, highly recommend

Purchased products from Quick Vape Lounge on Sunday, 31 July 22. The patron who sold me the vape pen package was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and receptive to my needs. I followed all instructions as guided, but as I utilized the vape pen, the cartridges leaked and the oils bubbled while activated. The base pen itself became extremely hot which is dangerous. On Monday, 1 Aug 22, I attempted to return the products to Quick Vape Lounge and was told they do not accept returns for refund purposes. Shawna, who was running the counter at the time called Anthony the owner (a claimed veteran) for permission to refund. She offered a refund for the oils only. I stated no, I want a full refund. Anthony stated no, only an exchange. I explained I was uncomfortable utilizing the product and am not interested in an exchange. Again, they declined a full refund. I asked Shawna to provide the stores written refund policy. She could not. The product sold was faulty/dangerous. She didnt even ask to check so it could be verified. I inboxed the manager twice for resolution and I was ignored. Disgusted with the treatment and disgusted with the service. This store was recommended, but I will never send someone here now knowing how veterans value their customers!Update.not only are you a liar, but cynical. I inboxed you 2 times, very respectfully only to be ignored. You were NEVER blocked, still arent. If a customer is unhappy, you make it right.point blank. Your status means nothing when I asked for s resolution only to be be put off. You could have fixed it when you were on the phone while I was initially in the store. Have a blessed one.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! They were very kind and helpful, Greg and Tony help me while I was there and they were wonderful help. It was my first time going to a vape shop, and they knew everything there was to know, and they were HAPPY helping out a customer who had no experience with these kinds of product. I highly recommend this place, also, the decor and atmosphere of this establishment is gorgeous, it feels like youre going to your cool uncles basement for the first time, everytime. Quick Vape Lounge. I just come to realize that they were here, open and close to my house. And not to mentiin they have my favorite juice RUTHLESS GRAPE ON ICE. I love this e-juice. Ruthless put just enough menthol in Ruthless. Now back to QVL.. such a Beautiful setup. It is actually set up as a lounge. You come here and want to just stay. Youll think your in a club. Great customer service and when Tony welcomes you in. Who raised this guy. Real kool bro-man..lo. But seriously come to Quick Vape Lounge. Youll LOVE IT..

They have the biggest and best selection by far of any other vape shop in Newport News, plus it’s not disgustingly dirty like the one beside Food Lion and Family Dollar, of a total cluter**** of a mess like the Quick Vape up near Ft. Eustis on Jefferson Ave. This location also has much better prices, more polite staff, and at the end of the day it’s where I’d rather spend my money.

Hands down greatest vapetender ive dealt with. Been coming since they opened years ago and never had a bad experience. One of the only shops to exchange dud vapes without hesitation. Highly recommend for disposables or vape-mods

When I walked in, I was so shocked by the complete lack of masks that I tripped over a cornhole board theyd left right in the middle of the floor in the entryway, that no one warned me about. The employee was completely unapologetic. Not only is this place a COVID hazard, its also a physical injury hazard.

Ive vaped for quite some time, and throughout ive learned to look for 3 things. They are price, selection and how well they can help find what i want. The man that owns this provides all 3 with what is easily 2x more of a selection than any other store this side of virginia. Not only that but Ive never seen the prices be so reasonable and cheap. They literally have something for everyone who vapes and more. The mans very knowledgeable and if hes not sure on something hes upfront. If you purchase something that is defective and doesnt work properly it no hassle at all. Hell switch it out and replace it for free and deal with the manufacturer for you. I couldnt recommend this place enough because theres nothing like it.

I came here with the soul purpose of supporting a business run by a Vet. Was kind of bummed out to find the prices a little higher than my previous vape shop in Newport news, But its a really cool place, the lounge was nice and there are PLENTY of flavor choices.
