These guys are always wonderful to me! I’ve been going here for about 5 years. I have my favorite masseuse that I always ask for. He does so great. On this visit I talked my mom into joining. She has issues with her rotator cuff on her right side. The masseuse was so nice and went the extra mile to be sure she felt comfortable. It was another great experience!-Carmen

I scheduled a massage for my daughters 14th birthday and I. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and treated very well! The masseuse and masseur were professional and kind. I will say, if you dont like deep pressure schedule with the women. My daughter and I got ready to leave, they knew it was her birthday. The gentleman at the desk gave her a beautiful bracelet for her birthday!! It was a special day together for us. Thanks for making our massage day a great memory!

This is my go-to massage place and I’ve pretty much tried them all. I’ve been here no less than 15 times and I am never disappointed. My favorite is the 90 minute reflexology massage. I start to drift into oblivion when they perform reflexology on my feet and the attention they pay to my upper back is unfailing as they penetrate layers of muscle that I didn’t know could be reached.

One of the best massages Ive ever had. I was blown away by the price. This is definitely a hidden gem!

This place is AMAZING!! I love massages and This is probably the BEST MASSAGE I had out of all those places Ive been in Indy! I only went in for a 30 minute massage cause I didnt have much time today but for sure I will come back and will be bringing my husband. Front desk is very polite and Linda, my massage therapist is AWESOME! She did a very good job in getting rid of my knots in my back. It was a very relaxing 30 minutes of my life!😊 great prices too!!

One of the very best massages i had here. Body was so relaxed after it. Masseuse helped relieve all the knots in the shoulder. Now it is my go to massage place.

We were able to walk right in without an appointment. The 60 minute Combo massages were perfect for me and my wife. Felt great and refreshed after. They even gave us a card to have marked off for more visit to earn a free massage in the future.

Ive been going to this establishment for several years. Always do the 1hr foot massage, head to toe massage. Its amazing. Usually call for appt within an hour. Always friendly and professional.

This place is amazing and I can’t tell enough people about it! No matter who I get, they always do a great job. They run through the same routine across your entire body and just extend the amount of time as you pay for the higher packages. Of course they take special requests too. Don’t expect to carry a conversation with them but they are still super nice. There is a room that has 6 beds in it with dim lights and nobody talking so it’s not too bad. They place a towel over your face while you are on your back so you can lay with your eyes shut. Been here at least 50 times and won’t stop anytime soon!

The only reason that I’m not giving 5 stars is because the aromatherapy in here was far too strong for me.I had called for an appointment and the person I spoke with was helpful in getting me scheduled right away.I asked for the foot reflexology with some neck/ shoulder/head. I expected more time spent on my feet but it was more like a full body massage, while fully dressed, and in a room with several other people.The massage was excellent and priced right. I left feeling very satisfied, although it wasn’t quite what I had expected.

This is one of the best kept secrets in Westfield. The customer service was excellent and they were extremely professional. I would highly recommend visiting this facility if youre in a need of a massage.

My friend and I just had massages yesterday. We chose this particular place due to all the raving reviews. From the time we entered the building until we came out of the building it was absolutely FANTASTIC!! The Receptionist was very kind, thoughtful, so helpful for my particular request and a Gem with her English. My masseuse, Nancy, gave me an incredible massage!! I felt wonderful when I left. I tipped her very well and even tipped the Receptionist a little, much to her several refusals.It was so great to have such good service. My friend enjoyed her massage as much as I did. FYI, I have had nearly 400 massages in my lifetime and this place was so relaxing and such a joy. Ill be coming back VERY soon.

Wife and I go here frequently. Cost effective and they do the whole body. Super flexible and usually only call like 15mins ahead. Highly suggest over places like Massage Envy.

I LOVE this massage place. The front desk people are super nice, they take walk-ins and appointments. I tend to make an appointment the day of and they always could squeeze me in! They have punch cards for every time you come which I love! I tend to go with the combo 60min service.

I love coming here for their 90 min massage! The space is clean, quiet and comfortable. The man who works at the front desk is friendly and always has a smile! Nancy is my favorite! I’ve gone to several “foot spas” and this is by far my favorite.

Hubby and I visited for the first time! I had an amazing/wonderful experience. Hubby said the lady (owner) was very good but she kept leaving a lot to manage the front and so he was shorted out of the full hour massage in all honesty👎🏾. Lesson learned: Sundays are truly busy. 🤔🙄I hope this was just a bad choice of picking the wrong day and not the normal. Otherwise, if you get the right person who is not working the front AND administering the massage...Awesome experience ! 👏🏾

This was the first time my husband and I walked in for a massage at Foot Wellness. We had an almost pleasant experience. The place was clean and well kept, the receptionist was curteous, my masseuse was professional and everything was fine, however there is one thing that I found strange and felt a little bit uncomfortable about. I was lead into the private space for my massage, and there where we are asked to undress before the masseause entered, I noticed a camera overhead. Now I am not someone who visits different massage parlors regularly, but this was the first time I notice a video surveillance camera in a private parlour room mounted at the top near the ceiling, I found it a bit odd to be honest. It made my experience slightly disconcerting as I couldnt relax entirely thinking of the camera right above me when Im almost naked with just my uw on. If youre someone like me, who is conscious about taking their clothes off, imagine the unsettling feeling of having to do that with a video camera above. I just feel, even though the owners might have the camera mounted for their own reasons ( which Im surprised because all the times Ive had massages from other places, there was never a camera in the room or quarters) I feel the receptionist or any one from the place should have given a disclaimer of sorts that there are cameras in the room, and check if Im comfortable with that. I thought of mentioning this at the front desk after the massage, but I thought, Ill check with my husband first if he had a camera in his massage room. He said he wasnt looking around. So Im not sure about him, but the room in which I was ushered to definitely had a camera. I just want to request the management to let the clients be informed when theyre entering a room that there are camera installed!! Those were my only reasons for a 3 star review, other than that, I have no complains.Also, just curious for anyone who could help, is it normal for massage parlours having video camera in private rooms?

I left feeling so relaxed and peaceful. Glad I stopped in! I had no expectations other than a foot massage...I was surprised by the quality and comfort of the massage, And the unbelievable price. If I could go once a week I would! Highly recommend!

Hands down the best massage that I have had in awhile. I feel great and refreshed. 1st off if youve never been to a place like this, the pressure of theses massages is fairly deep....its normal. You can always ask them to ease up if its painful but Im one of those it hurts so good kind of people and I love it. From the moment I walked in I knew it was going to be great. The lady was super friendly and spoke great english, plus the place smelled fabulous. I was taken into a room with 2 big comfy beds (not one giant room of them). Then it was the usual. Hot water for feet and then head, scalp, arms, and hands massage. Then they used electric bed to sit me up while they did my feet, complete with hot towels and yummy smelling oil. He finished with my legs before I rolled over. He did my back and then asked permission to raise my shirt to do lower back....very nice touch since they usually just do their thing. He even asked permission to undo my bra strap which is totally normal and worth it. He finished with hot towels on my back....all this for $30 + a tip.....the standard charge for one hour massage like this in the area. Ive been to multiple places and i cant wait to go back here and try them again! Hopefully they are all as consistently good!!!!

Went today after suffering a 4-day migraine and neck pain. An older gentleman gave me seriously the BEST massage Ive had. He kept asking if I was ok because I was really tense but I loved the intense pressure, he was really strong but he started out softly and check frequently if it was too much. It was extra beyond what other foot massage places are doing. He made sure to get my knots out. Great great service. Im going to fit this into my budget to come more often!!!

I have been getting a massage here every Friday for years now. I have had massages from Nancy, Lily, and Nicole all excellent massage therapists. This is a wonderful place that I would recommend to anyone needing massage therapy!

Very pleasant & professional. I feel like I get more value at this type of massage business than I do from a 50 minute chain/membership or even a private therapist who costs $90 hr. Ive been disappointed many times with expensive therapist. You cant beat this.

I’ve been going here for a little over a year now, and it is by far the best foot spa I’ve ever been to! The owners are extremely friendly and accommodating. All the staff are very consistent and will adjust based on your needs. If you want a great massage that’s affordable, don’t hesitate-GO!

This is the best Chinese massage in the Carmel area. Consistently high skill level of staff. If you are lucky enough to get the owner, or another similarly experienced person, it is transcendent. But I have never had a bad experience here. If you have never had a Chinese massage, Try it. I would like the Chinese to take over our whole healthcare system. They have amazing knowledge and zero in on your problem spots without any words exchanged.

This place is AMAZING! Very professional and incredibly affordable! I get a full body massage with a free hot stone treatment for $45!! Everyone needs to treat themselves once in awhile and you should go here. You will NOT be disappointed!!

I dont know why there are negative reviews. My husband and I love this place and I occasionally go with a friend of mine. Weve never had an issue with service. The language barrier is minimal. Theyve never asked for more money for tips or anything. The owners / managers (husband and wife) are always super nice. If the reviews are by seekers to bash a business, I would ignore them. Its not expensive and I would suggest you try it out for yourself and form your own opinion vs. listening to others. The low cost would be worth the chance. Its kind of like when you see a negative review on Amazon and a person gives an item 1 star because they received the wrong color of an item or they thought the seller was slow to respond to their inquiry. Giving a place one star because you claim they asked for a tip....my question would be how was the massage??? Thats what Im paying for. Regardless, weve had nothing but great experiences at Foot Wellness. I woke up with back pain and hope to make it in today for some relief. Final thoughts...its inexpensive and worth a shot. You just might become a regular.

I was very surprised in the overall body attention and thoroughness when I was expecting more of a foot reflexology. My husband and I went together and the ladies did a fantastic job. For $30 each it was a great experience. The various techniques of heat and oil was great.

Did a couples massage. Chose the combo package for $45. 70 minutes of foot and body massage. Enjoyed it. Normally we chose the $35 foot massage. They do more than foot in that one and I would recommend as well.
