They carry a wide selection of products and I always leave very satisfied….Xzavier is always helpful and very knowledgeable about all the products they sell. Plus he is always very friendly. Went in for a freemax tank. Am they had was disposable ones. Which is fine, but I had never heard of them before.

A huge selection of juices!! The guy was very knowledgeable on the products and made sure to take the time to explain to my friend about her vape and the chemistry of the nicotine. We will be back for sure.

This place has a vast amount of inventory. Most of all, the staff is very helpful and caring. Great staff that are always willing to help you.

Top tier customer service! Great variety & super fun selections. Easy to find location. They always have exactly what I am looking for at a very competitive & affordable price. I decided to try a new disposable vape which was supposedly comparable to my usual brand. (In case you’re curious, don’t choose EVOBARS over ELF BARS. It’s not worth the price difference.) The man working was so very helpful & answered all my questions. He even let me open it up and try it in the store to make sure it worked well. I love coming here & I will definitely be back.

So I had an issue with my kilo setup getting a draw out consistently. They did an exchange for another kilo when they didn’t have to, and when I had issues with that one they cut me a deal on another unit. I really enjoy coming in and talking with the guys here. They are really nice and willing to work with customers.

Chasing Clouds is the best place in Folk for all your vape needs. The woman that helped me today was very nice, and knew a lot about the products I was looking for. And the guy thats usually there is always friendly and ready to help.

Don’t shop here you spend over 100$ on a mod and they don’t even keep the coils or the tanks on hand! Poor experience very over priced shop at vapor hut!

Usually has a good selection. Staff mostly friendly. Could have a better attitude some days though. Make it feel like you arent a nuance. Make it glad to see that your there to spend money. I know I never spend less than 100 bucks. But for the most part happy with them as a whole.

Best Vape shop in town! Only place I go anymore. Tried out the other shops in town and they were rude, didnt have very good a selection, or only sold juice no parts (like atomizers). Premium liquids and all the accessories youll need sold here. Its the best one stop shop for all of your needs. Staff are great and more then willing to help. They wont talk down to you and always more then willing to help you find something new. If they dont have it they are awesome about making sure they get it for you if they can. Ive never had an issue.

The store in Norfolk has the worst customer service EVER. I had a horrible experience I went the next day to talk to a manager about my problem.........he did a horrible job also. Does corporate know this is being aloud in the store. They lost my business and ice been talking with a couple of friends and they also have had horrible products or services from the same location. So I guess Ill see how long this review stays up. Lol

Brock knows the products really well, he handles every situation like the professional he is. He knows what products help with anxiety/depression. He knows what flavor of juices to recommend for people. The store always looks nice and the pricing is very reasonable.

I ended up buying a new vape and they were kind enough to give me a discount on my new one that I absolutely love!! I just stopped in to buy new salts and they were out of my brand. It would be nice if they actually had someone who knew something about vaping and not just cbd. I been customers with them since the came to town and my only big complaint is that, they say they are hiring and will never have an app. My fiance knows more about vaping then moat your staff there now and he has been trying to get a job with them for years. Hire experience people you will sell more products that way

Great guys, always helping you out to choose your next e-juice for the best price in town. Great environment and friendly faces all the time. They have everything you need and if they dont they will try to help you get what you need.

Staff are incompetent. Have been sold 2 boxes of coils that do not work with my device, which i purchased from them. Same juices are marked up 15-30% over other brick and mortar retailers. Has a get in, spend money, get bent approach to problems. I have been in three times to fix the issues and have gotten nowhere. Disappointed, 0/5

Man if your in the Norfolk area and vape this is the place to go not only does the guys here know there liquid and hardware but also open constantly and on time thats huge compared to vaporhutt and jnj where them others dont keep up with the trending flavors and various variety, of hardware cotton etc I know Im going on and on but it was really nice to come in and buy something and know it was what I wanted and not something I felt like I just threw my money out the window on immediately after popping the seal but yes hands down best place from Norfolk on to Omaha in my opinion thanks you guys
