Went to get a vape, the clerk says to try it before I leave to make sure it works and he’ll switch it out if it doesn’t, I tried it and coincidentally it didn’t work.. Now all of a sudden he can’t switch it out??

Cheap products breaks the first time hitting the floor claims a local artist makes them whoever that artist is must make them out of beer glass

Staff are incredibly friendly. My preferred vapes are occasionally out of stock but they can recommend a good substitute. I shop there regularly.

Pretty neat-o place! Although I called about some pens and was put on hold. Suppose the guy forgot about me cause they hung up immediately right after saying they would be right back. There’s a lot of merch from shirts, bags, and plants.

Bought a vape walk tried it in store wasn’t working then they told me it might be dead so they put it on charger still didn’t work and wouldn’t Exchange vape this happened twice never buy a vape from this Pitbull tobacco u will lose money

If you arent from this area go here they have quality pieces good pricing and most of all know what you are talking about when asking technical questions. Great place and experience. The selection was huge clean and organized. After seeing 5 different places that didt have a quartz banger its easy to see it the best in the area. edit blown away by the quality of this banger it was amazing. Worth every penny yall other patrons need to spend just a bit money on great glass and quartz itll enhance your smoke.

Ive been here multiple times. But today I was blown away. The first time I went was only for a disposable so it was pretty quick . While I was there I really liked the atmosphere seemed very friendly and there was something new to peruse every few steps. their selection for nicotine disposable vapes is pretty standard. A little basic even. However the variety of smoke related items is extensive; dime purses, water pipes, bulk tobacco, delta carts, chillums, one hitters, incenses, and so much more you’re likely to find whatever you need here.Today I wanted to try out the delta carts. However I seemed to be having issues with it. I tried it on 3 different batteries and none worked. So I went back and they exchanged the cartridge for me. No fuss, nothing. They did some test to make sure it was not working, apologized for the trouble and then they gave me another one and sent me on my merry way.The best possible outcome. 10/10 will be going back for any little thing I need. I recommend you do too!

This location is rude and you can tell that they are prejudice. I do not appreciate how Im treated at this location. I dont get my credits when my friend buys new vape products for me when Im unable to go there. I will not be going back to this location.

This place always has friendly faces, try to be nice and patient usually they get quite a few people to watch at once. They’re pretty knowledgeable and can have good recommendations based on previous purchases (that is if you disclose them, they’re not magicians lol). Glass is always high quality and it is a bit expensive because people hand made them, so don’t complain about the price to them, you can literally go somewhere else if you’re just going to complain.

I like this place because you can get a discount on vapes if you buy three vapes you get the third one half off even if they not the same price.And if you have an account with them you get points for buying out the store and after a certain amount of points you get $5 off so if you buy three vapes you will get the discount and if your points add up to 100 it takes that off also so instead of paying $50or $60 for three vapes you can walk out just paying around $40

I used to love coming here but lately service sucks they are super inattentive and literally ignore paying customers…. And I’ve worked in the service industry and behind the counters, and I’ve never encountered staff so rude in my entire life.Literally do not go here

Got the usual 1.0 ohm mesh pods and some Coastal Clouds juice for my Vaporesso stick. Every dollar you spend counts towards bonus points for money off on your future purchases.

The associates are always respectful and very helpful. My rating only reflects that their return policy on disposables is worse than your local black market dealer who gets a little too friendly. I feel fleeced. Disposables shouldn’t cost 40 and last a couple hits with no ability to exchange it. “There’s not much we can do. You can buy another for a discount.” I’ve spent hundreds at this store but this has left a sour taste. Again nothing against the associates but their policy doesn’t inspire a confident purchase.

The staff is uniformly friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Despite having a busy store, theyre always happy to spend time to educate you, and everyone seems to have considerable product knowledge. Having worked in retail management, I can tell this is a very well managed store. Ive never had a poor experience and cannot recommend this location enough.

This company is amazing. I cant even put into words the patience and respect given to me by all the workers at the Norfolk location. At first I was nervous for this company, because the US government is busy chasing plants and young females instead of actual problems in the city. I was surprised when I had no issues with this store (EVEN LEAVING MY DOG OUTSIDE!) I can tell theres many strong female leaders and workers in this store! I can not thank you all enough. Was a frequent costumer but this will be my last time. Their point system is messed up and a scam. Before shopping I was told I received a $10 off discount. This discount was expected because I was told I had 175 points. Not only once but twice before shopping. I spent 30 minutes looking for my items. I went to check out and was told the deal was not valid and didn’t have $10 off. The girl who told me that I had the 10 off and the right amount of points just put up her arms in distress. Seriously? No explanation and no loyalty for a frequent costumer when a mistake was made by the worker. This was a huge waste of time for me and I felt ripped off and lied to. Won’t have my business again 👎

Love the customer service here! Their disposable vapes run out fast (not their fault demand is crazy) but I HIGHLY recommend still!! Their staff is always so kind and helps me find whatever I need!

I have always had to drive a distance or sacrifice high prices here close by. Now I have a place I can drive -or walk to- that isnt high priced because of the area its located. They are the For locals by Locals spot!!This place is very open and clean. The workers are always awesome and dont make you feel pressured. I just went in and got a new tube, of a brand I never tried; Amazing recommendation!Everyone has enjoyed its quality! :)Very knowledgable about products! The manager came over and showed the employee, that the pieces I was looking at also came with a travel bag! Not only educated myself, but the employee!They are also dog friendly! Ive been in before and customer brought his dog in. They also had a couple dog toys laying around when employees bring their dogs in!!Finally, they have parking available, compared to their high priced competitor. No questions asked. Great vibes, great prices and great location!

Was asking for info on a pipe when the associate tells me not to lean on counter and then tells me there are sign everywhere in front of another customer. I should have left bit I wanted the juicy Jay leaves so I went to check out ...he supposedly apologizes by telling me again that there are signs everywhere. Which is true so there were signs everywhere. Anyway didnt buy the 30 dollar pipe and wont return now that Ive been reprimanded. Used to love this store. Nothing last. Very sensitive about the counters and not customer should definently not lean

Went in a couple of days ago, there was a girl behind the desk with dark hair, flower tattoo on her arm helping a customer. I was patiently waiting for to finish up with that customer so I could get what I need and leave. As soon as she’s finishing up with the customer a lady walks in and the employee says “hey sweetie” to the lady customer that walks in and automatically starts helping her and talks to her for a while. Just stand there waiting to get help and of course I don’t. Pretty poor customer service to favor customers over others .Never been treated this way by any employee at this location until now

Not only did they have everything I was looking for, the customer service in this store is AMAZING! Patient, friendly & knowledgeable (& wont tell you something if they dont know it to be accurate). I will be more than happy to stop here every time Im in the area- & I will most certainly be referring friends & family as well. By far, best shop Ive visited in Norfolk or Va Beach.

Has everything you need. Staff are very knowledgeable on any type of vapes the your interested in. The staff makes you feel welcomed as soon as you walk through the door your greeted nicely. Prices aren’t that bad either.

My boyfriend and I decided to quit smoking on a whim the other day and went to check out vapes to supplement our cigarettes. We unknowingly stopped in to our usual shop 5 minutes before closing but we decided to go in and just at least browse their selection. When the girl behind the counter asked if she could help us find anything we told her why we came in and the guy behind the counter immediately volunteered to help us even though he knew they were closing in 5 and he knew how long of a process it was to get a complete set up for people who knew little to nothing about what we were looking at. After an hour of explaining every little detail from battery life to coils, showing us how everything worked an went together and making sure we tried plenty of different flavors so we were satisfied with our final decisions. We left happily and completely satisfied with the over the top excellent customer service we had just received. Ive spent years working on the other side of the counter and to see employees who truly enjoy helping people even if it means staying late and enjoy sharing their personal experience and knowledge with you is absolutely a breath of fresh air. If I could give this place more then 5 stars I would; utterly amazing staff and selection of products.

They dont have the hugest selection Ive ever seen, but every piece of glass they sell is high quality glass from artists on the east coast. Prices are reasonable, employees are friendly and know their stuff. Im in walking distance and I love collecting glass, so the only issue I have is avoiding the temptation to excessive amounts of money here.Whoever orders their t-shirt selection has interesting taste, also

Not sure who is the blonde working there but she was very rude during my visit today. When I asked about their nic salts she answered with an attitude and seemed agitated. I normally wouldn’t put up with it but I was out of juice and didn’t want to drive to the next shop. Spent 80 dollars there with no military discount on tobacco products (which every other shop offers!!!) definitely would not be returning. I rather buy online or literally any other shop. Crazy expensive also like ridiculous prices

Everyones always very helpful, I have anxiety going to 711 to get cigs, so being able to pop in to just get something without any creepy stuff happening is so refreshing, ty!

I’ve never had any problems with this shop, but today was different. I purchased an ooze pen last night and it was completely defective. I bring it back today (a little over 12 hours afrer purchase), and they can’t give me a replacement or refund. Waste of money and pretty medicore customer service along with it.

Ive been a customer here for 3 years.. used to enjoy the workers and their knowledge on the products.. their staff now should work on their consistency of their customer service and the quality as well.. also I’d reccomend hiring people who can tell you a thing or 2 about the products.. I won’t spend another dime at this location!

I really love the Pitbull store located in Greenbrier so we checked out the one in Norfolk also, it was as nice as the one in Chesapeake as far as the products go. The service wasn’t as... vibey, helpful, or polite in Norfolk as the Chesapeake/Greenbriar store. The lady wasn’t as helpful or knowledgeable as the Chesapeake store, still a nice store, I will just make sure to travel to other locations for my products.

This place is great. For all of your tobacco/vape/nicotine/glass needs. So much stock of everything. Kind staff that takes the time to talk to you. Wide selection of juice including nicotine salt. The best in the area by far. Dont let the buzzer on the door throw you off.

Over priced juice, staff are usually of no help. Either too busy with talking to one another to even ask if you need help. The e-juice is always at 100% mark up or more. The only time they offer a sale on it is when the juoce is discolored. Everyone there looks like their high. Not the most professional stores in my opinion.

This place is going to be one of my big “misses” when I leave Norfolk. Best customer service around, the variety is insane, and Harry is an actual diamond. You won’t be disappointed and you’ll leave with what you came for, and more!

The older lady in the store that calls everyone hun needs some education on vape products. I showed her what i had and told her what i needed. She then sold me the wrong juice for sub ohm use based off her knowledge. Terrible service and the people behind the counter dont know jack.

I bought a Smok G150 for about $60 on Thursday. It didnt take a charge at all; stayed on 0% no matter the combination of micro USB wire and block used. Came back on Saturday expecting to provide the receipt of an item I had bought just two days prior and receive in return an easy exchange for a working one or for someone to fix the problem (the kind of service you would expect at 99.9% of all businesses). Instead I was barraged with statements of we dont except returns or exchanges and you need to send the item you just bought from us two days ago broken to the manufacturer to get fixed or replaced; its not our problem anymore. (Paraphrasing, of course) So, you can see why I might have become quite frustrated and upset upon hearing this. I was told over and over again that thats just the way it works with vapes. I have never heard of such practice in any other business! The problem was of course finally remedied after calling the manager or owner, but it was a horrible experience. This is not good business practice. I am not a satisfied customer!

Very cool place with a nice selection of glass art, vapes, clothes, etc. Felt like I could just come hangout for the day. The staff is knowledgeable of the local art and other items in the store. Its close to home and prices are very generous. Definitely going to be coming here again.

I went in to get a new vape and was looking at getting a PAX. Then was persuaded to go with the davinci vape. They told me it was no return policy. I get home to test it out and it’s broken. I spent $140 dollars and now I have money out of the window and a broken vape. I would really like a refund. Don’t buy products from here.

Ive come here a few times and most of the time its in and out. However their is a line out the door today no big deal. Someone drives up and they wait on them before anyone else in the line that had been waiting already. Very poor customer service. I had wanted to give my money to a smaller business. I will look for another place to make my purchases.

After my experience here today, I will never ever return here. I would have given this place 1 star if i’d never been here before because they are usually pretty cool people. WELL! , today I tried to make some purchases at this location and I didn’t have my ID even though I’m a regular customer. I was under the impression this store cared about the customers but they told me they couldn’t ring me up even though I had a picture of my liscense on my phone .Even though they’ve seen my face before and I even showed them a product I purchased from them last time , I still couldn’t be helped .Spent hundreds here and I regret every dime

Very unprofessional service at.this location. As I attempted to enter the building an employee asked me if I had a mask. I told her no because not only did he governor lift the mask mandate but I am also vaccinated which means that I have the right to go ANYWHERE I want to WITHOUT a mask. NO place of business can enforce something that is NOT a WRITTEN or VOTED law and places of business that want to continue to push the issue about masks do not get my business.

Only 4 stars because their return policy sucks. Store credit for returns. But everyone is extremely knowledgeable in everything glass and fun.

Ive come here to pick up a few different items. I will recomend buying kratom here if your interested. Its one of the cheapest places in the area to buy good quality kratom. Although ive never had cbd before i know they sell many products that would appeal to all.

First off, Ive been a customer of Pitbull on Rosemont for years!! They were out of my Kratom (& I need me Kratom:)) so I went to the one in Ghent. First time here for me!I was so happy cuz one of my fave Pitbull peeps was working there that day! She already had my usual all set to go!! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, hey??Ok, about that particular store in Ghent....it definitely had a different vibe to it, compared to VB location. Id give Ghent location vibe rating a 3* (lol) Maybe it had to do with having to be buzzed in to enter the store. I didnt care for the area either. I didnt feel real comfortable sitting in my truck while I had my K.Pitbull in general gets a 5*. I just didnt care much for the Ghent area, EXCEPT SEEING MY PITBULL PEEP!
