Yaya Massage

Used to be worth the money, now all they do is look at the clock and monitors. More worried about next guy and how much more money theyll make. Went today paid for an hour, she did 40 minutes grabbed my money from the table. I was her first job today,manager kept apologizing. Told them Ill take my business elsewhere.

Yaya Massage is a great place to get a massage. It does have the lowered walls that don’t go all the way to the ceiling but that is soon forgotten after the massage starts. The massage starts with a long towel placed over you and they rub the knots outs through the towel. Then the towel is lowered but you stay covered in the personal areas and they use standard oil and muscle massage. Cici was my therapist and she did great work. She found the two knots in my shoulder blades and worked them right out. Initially I asked for deep pressure and after she confirmed that’s what I wanted she went to work. The pressure was perfect and she seemed to know when to ease up and when to bear down. I highly recommend Cici and Yaya Massage.

If I could give NO stars I would have …. I called … they told me the price and if you use a card it’s extra $3 .. okay … once there I picked my service, the lady said the card fee is $5 , room was okay … massage was okay not the best BUT the kicker is you can hear the front door lady talking loudly (no relaxation) and to top it off the same lady entered the room 3 times while I was being massaged to talk to the employee .. ALSO not a relaxation experience. Once dressed and about to leave the employee demanding I pay, I said ma’am I did pay .. she said “you lefted no tip” and wanted me to use my card again to be charged another card fee !! I think not … Please spend more somewhere with more class and RELAXING experience !

Been here a couple times and it’s always fat ugly old ladies that want the most money for doing the bare minimum. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Good massage but my massage therapist was upset with me when I gave her a $10 tip for my $60 massage. Theyre very confrontational when it comes to tipping. They charge a $3 fee for using a debit/ Credit card and you have to pay upfront. I asked if she could work on my shoulders, neck and head instead of my legs since thats where I have the most tension and she responded Ill get to it soon than she barely massage were I wanted it more.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would ! This place is not a business I would recommend anyone go to. Soon as I get in my husband and I select the services we want they immediately make us pre pay ! Red flag that should have let me know not to patronize this establishment but we were already here and looking forward to our couples massage. Soon as we undress and lay down it’s massive screaming and laughing as the wall between us and the next business is a child’s barbershop leaving us unable to relax red flag. The massage was performed very lazy they rub the same spot very lightly after being asked for more pressure in my opinion it’s because they were paid so they didn’t care red flag. On the way out three women are standing at the door repeating tip tip of course I declined to leave one as the service was worst than horrible. So upon entry they make us prepare and leaving they guard the door screaming/demanding a tip. If you actually want a relaxing massage worth paying for then you definitely don’t want to come here.

I have been to this location approximately 7 or 8 times over the last two months. I like to wait until I know a place is going to be very consistent before reviewing them, unless of course I had a negative experience which is definitely not the case at this location.Three different therapists have shown me that their skills are absolutely amazing here. The store is so pretty, very welcoming and very warm atmosphere. Really cannot go wrong here at all if youre looking for a very good value for your money. Since I had an awful car wreck about 10 years ago I am in need of constant pain relief couple times a week. This place has absolutely helped me out and made me feel better 110% above all of my expectations.The massage skills, hot stone therapy and overall experience is second to none, and I have been to many and not reviewed any other massage store until now. Very professional here and you truly get what you pay for. These girls are amazing and they really care about their clients! Dont forget to tip them and do so very well if you get great service like I have had consistently.Thank you - thank you - and thank you!!! to YaYa massage! You all are so awesome! The staff is Very friendly. Place is Nice, clean & comfortable . The massage was great, I came out feeling really relaxed. I definitely will be going back. Prices are worth it.

Nothing special about this place. Message was okay. But when I left I smelled nasty, I don’t know if it was the oil or towel, I couldn’t wait to take a shower.

Enjoyed a great 90 minute massage. Susie did a wonderful job. Comfortable and relaxing. Will be returning.
