Been going here for years and all nice people. Except the owner, who isn’t cool as he thinks I owe him money, I don’t even know him and I always throw down cash for these people. They also open really late compared to every other smoke shop in the world I don’t understand why.

I came here to to get a few items and let me tell yall, the customer service I received was above and beyond what I even expected walking into a smoke shop. This is one of the best!

High prices on glass and, guy who helped me with vape liquid was new and didnt really help much, Id expect him to ask someone else but couldnt be bothered. Also my biggest issue is there card reader is broken and has been for like the last 3 months the ATM charges twice for a total fee of 6 dollars hence why the card reader is broken I cant support a business owner whos taxing all his card customers with these predatory ATM fees totally unexceptable its 2019!

Made my day! I found older parts Id been looking for for quite some time, and he gave them to me at a great price! I felt very appreciated as a customer, as the gentleman was courteous and put forth the effort to help me! Next time this is my first stop!

1st time customer. Bought a nic vape here on thursday (lost mary) and it was defective. When I set it down it turns off and when I take a hit it doesnt turn off untill I blow back into it.. I havent had time to take it back so I called and I tried to explain this but was instantly interrupted. 34 hours is time for return ok Im sorry and hung up on me. NEVER COMING BACK HERE after being treated like dryer lint..

Not sure if anyone has come across their pay “cash” deal buy two premium for $40.... I admit you can’t beat that price, but at times I question if it’s a bit odd, because I get different prices each time I go there for the same juice and same size, it slaw seems more when the lady charges me and is the same with the older gentleman. Kind of shady......but I must admit....the older gentlemen is very nice and friendly, he nevet gives me a sales pitch unlike the older lady....

Staff is helpful and friendly. I bought a glass piece and changed my mind when I got out to my car. They let me switch it out same as cash. Might not sound like much but they could have told me thats tough - sales are final. Anyhow I go there for coils and such. Prices are fair.

We walked in, and they were really kind. They opened a few min late, but it was worth the wait. The father reminded me of my dad. 😂And the son was chill and fast. Thank you so much for the quick service!

Probably the worst smoke shop in the north. overpriced and not a lot of choices, plus staff was pretty rude.

They price gouge quite terribly. It’s hardly a vape store but I have a smok novo 3. Those things are sold by the box for $6. 3 in the box. He pulled out one of the boxes with just one pod in it, said it was his last one and it was $7. I asked him how much for a whole box and I was told $20. Bro, if you can’t afford to run your business the same as the other vape stores, close the doors. Charging $20 for a $6 product is stealing. Also, there were cars parked in the stores spaces when there was no one in the store so I had to park further away.

Ive had 2 sketchy experiences at this place. My most recent: went in to buy some pods for my Smok Nord 2. There was one 2-pack left but only one pod in there. The package also didnt have any coils. Both of my negative experiences have been with the lady that works there. I believe its family owned.

This is my neighborhood smoke shop of my choice. Its lively music and all..especially when the sons are working lolol. Love those guys. I always get the Fresh white gummi bear hookah tobacco $10 There was another brand I wanted to try recently(comes in a jar) but it was $16.99 compared to a $6.99 deal over by Tropicana.

Pretty cool overall the younger clerk never wore mask I guess he feels entitled cause he works there or maybe owns made me uncomfortable but its Ohkay

This place is always stocked with all the hookah flavors i need and have a very nice selection of hookahs as well. Staff is very patient with me when i cant make up my mind and have even given me tips on different things i could do with hookah flavors. Also bought a water pipe from here for a friends birthday but it had a crack in it and they exchanged it with out any hesitation!

They are the best. i was look vape juice moved here from Seattle i told them what kind i like and they got it for me. old man there is very nice always helpful. they have a lot of option to choose from. thank you again

Was given a dealon a discontinued vape juice. Nobody else was open (vape shops) and i needed juice. She gave me guff about the price and found it sooo hard to find something in my price range. She finally discounted a juice 16.00 from 18.00. She said shes making it a lot cheaper than the wholesaler.... Ok...thanks i guess. Lol. I left and i looked up the company bc of how much guff she gave me. She was truthful they were about to discountinue the juice...but they were selling it for 12.00.

I love this shop, you cannot beat the prices, the family who owns it are the most incredible people I have ever known, I am amazed every visit by how fantastic this place is, despite my knowing the family nearly a decade, and my visits being 2xs or more a week.

I went to check out but didnt know much about the brands nd tight on funds, i was guided in right direction by Amar(owner). He also has great prices and willing to work with you. Overall great experience

The guy treated me real poorly when I was trying to buy a vape kit from him, was reluctant to answer my questions and tried to charge me extra for batteries when the box said they were included in the kit. I feel like because I was a woman he wasnt taking me seriously.

Awesome store!!! I received help with my vaporizer from the owner. He did a great job as I am using it right now. Great selection of snacks too if you get dem munchies.

So I’ve been looking for mango juul pods and they had it I was stoked you know I bought two boxes and when I finally opened it they just didn’t look right. And when I put the pod in the juul they didn’t even work. They sell fake juul pods! Mango is the fake pods and the green (mint) one is the real juul pods

Is it common practice for you to sell to minors? My 15 yr old son had one on him and he said he walked right in a bought it without anyone asking for ID.

I bought a 60ml bottle of premium e liquid that cost $29 then found out it was $20 at vape street, i tried to return it and found out they wouldnt take it back
