Popped in to pickup some juice, I took a while to decide what I wanted, but the gentleman up front was kind & didn’t rush me! I was short on change & he didn’t sweat it! When I asked about the flavor of a juice he hadn’t tried, he was honest & told me he didn’t know. They are very kind and have a great supply!

I walked in 10 minutes before close and was helped with amazing customer service. I knew nothing about hookah since this was a gift and they helped me get a whole set up!

Wow! just bought this product that was told was good when I asked but it doesn’t smoke at all and is very outdated from 2019. The guy wasn’t accepting a refund or a different product. He was speaking very low to which I didn’t understand. So I’m highly disappointed in buying something that I can’t use!!

Wow! I came here to get a charger for the ooze vape pen I bought last time and the first guy gives a replacement usb free and pulled out a jar of them like it was nothing. I come back thinking hell help me again and this time another cashier pulls out the same USB and tells me its 6.49...i forgot my wallet and walked 2 miles here thinking you guys were legit.

They were very helpful and they gave me a great price for a glass piece!

I have to say the customer service here was amazing. So where the cigars. I was having a baby shower and needed some last Minute cigars. Not only did the staff take there time to make sure I had a like able cigar, he also gave me a cutter in congrats to having a new baby. Thank you. The cigars where a hit and I very much enjoyed.

UPDATE: My first review was 7 years ago... so long ago I forgot I left a review, LOL 😂. Since then, things seem to be much better. Better/different management? I dont know, but I have visited 4 times now and have been meet with excellent customer service and the products I have been looking for! Although, I havent had to return anything...PREVIOUS REVIEW: Bad customer service! I thought I liked the shop until I had to return a Fantasia eHookah. The stick didnt work and they wouldnt switch it out or refund my money, so I wont be buying from there anymore and I will be telling my friends!

The owner is very friendly and helpful. I have a friend that comes here to buy cigars. I wanted to get him a useful Christmas gift so I dropped by . After listening to a brief description of my friend he remembered him and the cigar brand he smokes. Impressive. That is someone that cares about their customers. If you want personalized friendly service, then give this shop a opportunity to earn you as a customer. Thanks for making Christmas shopping a little easier.

Its alright. Im not gonna say its a great place, but it isnt bad either. I guess its pretty much like everywhere else you buy smokes from, in regards to customer service and alike.As far as cigarette prices, I would not say theyre that much cheaper. But they do offer a fairly decent range of cigars, if thats your thing.Overall in my opinion, its an alright place. Not the greatest, not terrible, but decent enough.

I’ve been a regular at this shop for over a year now and I gotta say, they never disappoint. They’ve always been super chill, super helpful, they’re very knowledgeable, and they fr have most if not all of your smoking needs. Seriously, take the time to converse with these guys. You’ll see what I mean.

Def wont be coming back here again as my cigarettes arent available and was told in such rude way I dont give prices well...funny, but Im coming to buy and want to know what is available and what you charge. Sad

I got a smoking device From the store location and they sold me a faulty product and refused to give me a refund or even exchange the product. Let’s just say the store location smells and it’s not worth anything. Plus they don’t check IDs.

They are a bit higher priced. Still, I value there service, selection and vibe.

A little Expensive. Convenient.In Vegas where at least one smoke shop is in view from a moving vehicle at any given time, Smoke Cigar & Gifts is only special for being across the street (Ann Rd) from Kaizads Smoke Shop. Of the two, SC&Gifts is much pricier. It opens (and closes) a little earlier though.

Great selection of glass and other essential smoking products! Reasonable prices and a great staff! Will shop here again

Always amazing customer service and fast services

BEWARE - their cigarette prices are tolerable when compared to roll your own but they will charge you $1 if you use a credit card on purchases less than $10 and .50 on debit card (which is ILLEGAL) on purchases less than $10. I have printed out the documents off the internet to educate these foreigners to EDUCATE them. Their prices on gifts are ASTRONIMICAL to say the least. A Pittsburgh Steelers zippo lighter is 2x the price I can purchase the IDENTICAL item off on Ebay and have shipped to my house; simple novelty items throughout their store are at least TWICE the price you can find them at the Dollar Store, Walmart or anywhere else. UNLESS it is close and you are in dire straights to grab a pack of cigarettes, I would personally recommend that you take 1 extra minute and walk into Smiths grocery store to buy cigarettes there. At least they speak English and do not talk behind your back in foreign tongue while they stare at you (like everyone is about to ROB them) and you wont walk out of the place wreaking like STRONG incense odor - gives you a headache in a matter of minutes. JUST STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE all together - you can get every item they sell at the Local Flea Markets, Dollar Store, eBay & Smiths/Walmart for a FRACTION of their price! BIG MISTAKE I made and I will NEVER do it again - EVER! But they are in violation of the SB 220 of Nevada by charging people .50 if they spend under $10 - they can charge credit card purchases under $10 a fee BUT NOT DEBIT CARDS! So they are doing ILLEGAL actions in their business and I fully intend on reporting them for doing so - after I drop of the Laws to them tomorrow and take a photograph of their FEE SCHEDULE sign. Perhaps they just cannot read the business documents in English -???? hmmmm
