The only place I go for gorgeous design gel manis and relaxing pedicures. Rachel is a true artist and can recreate any design you want and make it look even better. I always get numerous compliments and people asking where I get my nails done. Spotlessly clean and an all around great atmosphere. Massages are top notch too. The owner/manager is awesome and super friendly. Easy to schedule an appointment. What more could you ask? I won’t go anywhere else!

I went here with my 3 year old and niece the staff were very catering and professional. The spa is managed very well and its easy to communicate with the staff. We came without an appointment and they took us right away.

The only good salons Ive been to are in Long Island and NYC... Until now. Ill never get a pedicure from anywhere else but Luxury Nails... And from no one else besides John. This is the best pedicure Ive ever had and Ive been gate keeping him for a year. I am booking recurring apts with John.

I discovered Luxury Nails and Spa in Northvale when my daughter moved to Norwood. It is the best nail salon by far that I have ever been to. . Rita and Suzy are delightful. Suzy has done expert micro blading on my eyebrows as well as expanding my nail choice horizons! She has an amazing personality and she is extremely skilled and creative. Suzy has done beautiful cat-eye techniques, as well as pretty chrome colors. Choices I would not have made previously! She also listens and collaborates with me. We pull Rita in for the third vote many times lol. It is a relaxing atmosphere unlike many other chaotic salons. I drive 40-45 minutes some days for my appointments because they are that good. Additionally, my other daughter who lives on both coasts makes sure she goes to this salon when she is on the East Coast. A truly great find!

I got nails done today they were exactly what I wanted but still turned out good. The servers we a bit pricy costing me $122 even though I was priced way lower than that at about 35 each .

Love Luxury Nails. My mom and I come here together all the time and they are always kind, understanding and helpful! They have a wide selection of colour gel colours and staff that will give suggestions on what to do. Love the community and will continue to come back!

Perfect Birthday Nails!!! I wanted something sparkly and pretty for my birthday month. Emma knew exactly what to do to create the perfect manicure for me! Love them! She’s always on point! Thank you so much Emma!!!

The only reason I’m giving one star is because of the accommodating that Rita had done..otherwise zero!I had gone after work for the first time for a gel manicure. I was in need of nail art for an event. I left so unhappy bc the art that I showed the nail tech was no whereclose to a resemblance. I had SO much to do with an upcoming event, so I figured, “Oh well!” Then my gel chipped that same day!I called to go back the next day; and Rita said she would fit me in. When I showed her the picture that I wanted—I WAS THEN CHARGED $10 additional, since it was more than the original art. NO CONSIDERATION AT ALL OF HAVING THE INCONVENIENCE OF COMING BACK!!!That $10 art pealed off in one day…Then nearly four days later the ENTIRE gel manicure is pealing off! So it lasted not even one week; after returning to Luxury Nails, twice in two days and nearly $50 ($70 with two tips) later.No, I will never be returning back!!

I scheduled an appointment for a gel manicure yesterday. I got there at the scheduled time. The attendant proceeded to remove my gel with the electronic file. I told her I would rather soak as the electronic file damages the nail. She continued, I asked her again to stop and allow the gel to soak. She then proceeded to apply the cotton and the foil. As soon as she was done affixing them to the nails she started with another scraper. I then asked her to allow the gel to soak as the scraper would only damage the enamel further. She continued this charade, realizing that the gel was not ready and she had to open each nail multiple times to see that. Upon application of the color I selected, I said that is not the color as per the demo I looked at and she would need to do additional coats of polish to get it to the color on the demo. She added a 3rd coat but she applied thin layers so the color is somewhat transparent and not as full as it should be. Now, I have been going to this salon from it was Horizon and I see the level of professionalism and service has fallen dramatically. I thought I would give then another try since I had only been there twice since Covid. But the service is sub-par and fortunately, there are many salons to choose from. I had hoped to continue supporting this local business. They have a great location and it is convenient to my office but with my hard worked coins, I have to choose where the service I receive is not sub-par.

I used to go here back when It was Horizon, and was very happy back then. My experience with luxury nails under the new owner was terrible. Gel manicure was poorly done and the polish was NOT gel...it started peeling off the next day it was regular polish with a thin gel topcoat. I wanted a French manicure but the girl doing my nails had not done one before...Will not be going back.

This was my first and very much my last time here. It was so over priced and i felt so rushed. i know i arrived an hour before closing but i asked if they had time and my nails look sloppy. I feel like i was cheated out of 110 dollars. the staff was so nice but the experience was all in all bad. i’m so upset with my nails i wish i said something there.

I went for a pedicure and had to return to the store because I forgot something, and had to enquire if they had seen the item. The lady at the front was very unprofessional and not helpful. The lady who sits next to her at the front, at the first nail tech station, started laughing and that was very rude and Disrespectful, her uniform is usually very dirty.They need to be more Professional and Respectful to All Customers. Find a place with a better attitude.

I am beyond words as to how much I am impressed with my facial that I received today. Susie was AMAZING. What a relaxing experience. The room was so relaxing and clean. The atmosphere was above and beyond my expectations. The whole experience was all I had hoped for and more.I have been looking for a place/person to have a facial done. Been to a few places, names are not important, and have been deeply disappointed time after time, not to mention the prices were astronomical.But at Luxury Nails & Spa everything was spot on. For how you feel and look the prices are very fair. I am definitely a lifetime client.THANK YOU SUSIE your are AMAZING.I just want to mention also if your looking for a top rate pedicure or manicure. This is the place to go. I am totally in love with their spa pedicures. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Great experience overall! Went here for a first time pedicure (after not being able to do so for a while because of closures due to COVID-19).The place is very clean and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They do temperature screenings when you walk in and have a hand sanitizer station.Ingrid did my pedicure (I got the Pomegranite Spa Pedicure) and it was great! She was very thorough, gentle, and very friendly. I definitely recommend this place, and will happily go again!

What a wonderful nail salon.. I made an appointment for a gel manicure, and I ended up having beautiful nails. The lady who did my nails was very very kind . The service was great, the place was very relaxing.

I don’t recommend this place at all...This was my first time at this nail salon, My gel pedicure was fine, but my gel nails came out horrible. I have a mountain of thick gel on my nails, they are way to wide and thick for my nails and hand. I have been a licensed cosmetologist since 2002, I teach and I proctor in the field and Im ashamed and sadden by this place. I woke up to my hands hurting from the weight of gel on my nails.... while sitting getting serviced 3 people came back to get their nails fixed from services the day before. Just awful....

Great environment and friendly staffs. Rita is so nice and professional. All of the manicurist are great at designs and the gels stay on LONG!Highly recommend this place

Wow, this nail salon is truly the best one I have gone to. The staff are friendly and the service is amazing. The quality of the facials and the eyelash extensions are unbelievable. The eyelash extensions were so detailed and high quality. I totally recommend you try this place!

What a wonderful experience every time I go. Very friendly and great treatment. They offer facials, chair massages, eyelash extension, in addition to mani-pedi. iRecommend this place very highly!!

I did not like the service at all. I still tip 15% and they laughed at me and said out loud my tip with disrespect. I told them that’s what I felt like giving. Very disrespectful.
