Merritt Smoke Shop

The Merritt Smoke Shop is a great place to go for all your smoking needs. They sell vapes, regular cigarettes and a wide variety of other related products. The employees are always nice and friendly. The prices here are pretty good. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and giving it five out of five stars.

The place is a total SCAM!! **WARNING: THEY SELL FAKE/ DEFECTIVE ELF BARS. I thought the buy 1 get 1 half price was wonderful and totally fell for it. Opened the product and it doesn’t taste or look the same or work correctly. Knew it was too good to be true. Liars.

Fantastic selection. Great walk in humidor with a nice selection of premium cigars and accessories. Friendly service and good prices make this family run brick and mortar a must try!

Customers never come first. All they care about is making money off of you. They will sell you the wrong thing and not allow you to return it. The owner said to me “if you bought the wrong remote at Walmart, they couldn’t allow you to return it because it’s your mistake” Walmart ABSOLUTELY would allow a return!!!! Especially if their salesperson sold you the wrong item. I’ll never go here again. 1 star is too many. It should be 0.

This place has the best prices, selection and staff around. Hardworking people who deliver a fantastic shopping experience and treat you like their only customer. Recommend to everyone 10/10.

No type of expierence in the products they sell. Was sold E-Juice that was expired by three months. Was told the manufacturer of the juice was wrong, when they told my the juice should be clear. The juice was gold, from being expired and going bad. Juice should be stored in a cool place out of direct sunlight but yet it is right in the front window being beat down on by the sun all day every day. He did let me switch out for another juice, but same thing with the other which he said was the BIG seller. Will never go there again and suggest you dont either save time and money go somewhere else.

Called to ask about CBD hemp cigarettes i’ve bought at 2 other local smoke shops who happened to be out of stock. The woman who picked up just said “i don’t do that, so you’re going to have to talk to someone else” and hung up on me. That is terrible customer service. They advertise CBD products on their website so I don’t understand the response I got. I do understand one thing though. I’m never going to shop here.

This place has some of the best prices, and I guarantee whoever is working when you go in will have you leaving the store with a smile on your face. Great customer service and amazing variety!

This place is a rip off. All there stuff is 15 to 20 percent higher then any other place. There vap stuff has gone way past used by date. It no longer good, when u confront them and ask for your money back they are rude and a wont give ur money back. This place should go out of business.

The older lady that works here creeped me out and was rude. The store itself is okay. The guy that works here is helpful and treated me nicely , but if you come in when the lady is working youre not gonna have a good time

They sold me a COUNTERFEIT JUUL device. It was a pain in the ass since the day I bought it. I reached out to the JUUL Company after it stopped working (in about 3 weeks) and they determined by the serial number it is a fake. Careful what you buy here, wonder what else is fake?

I was just letting him know the vape sticks don’t work it stopped working after 1 night & he yelled at me lol he said he gets this complaint alot & he does not issue refunds. Calling my bank, what a joke. Go somewhere else.

They sold me Myle pods last night which was leaking and I explained the owner about the leaking by opening all 4 pods out. But he refused to change it. The answer was very rude!

The staff here is super friendly and helpful, a ton of selection for a small place, and good prices. One of my favorite places to go.

All of the vapes at this shop are about 2-3x the price that you can find online and in general the owners do not really know the industry. I would avoid shopping here if that’s what you’re looking for.
