Best place to shop at in Oakland.

I dont understand how people say that this place have bad service, great place and great prices, and the customer service is too notch, I came in at 8.10 and theyopend for me and helped me. Perfect place to get your smoking and vaporizers needs

Great experience- Im from Chicago, no one in San Fran had Falcon Coils (went to 4 shops) Twilight in Oakland had them (thank god) - also super nice over the phone. Super nice in person. Very helpful. Went back a day later because I smashed my tank, and they had glass replacement for my tank. 5 stars!

This is my vape store, my home vape store and thank God they are there. Its hard finding a good vape store in Oakland but these are the guys to go to if you love vaping! If they dont have it, they know who do, and they are very knowledgeable.

Nice selection of pipes, bongs, bubbles, etc. decent prices as well. Ive always found the girls there to be helpful and pleasant, but Im a middle aged white guy. If other ethnic groups are treated differently, I havent witnessed it, and if I ever do Ill reduce my rating from 5 stars to 1 and never return.

As soon as I got there, the woman was rude. I dont know what her problem was, but I greeted her and her face was very indicative of an attitude. She looked like she was disgusted, like I was in the wrong for being there. I felt so offended and disrespected that Im not going back there. Teach your staff to treat people of darker skin with better respect.

Rude and not knowledgeable about his products at all! Helped someone who came In after me before i could make a selection and when i told him his product wasnt what i wanted and that Im looking for a better quality one his immediately pulled the merchandise behind the counter and asked me to leave. Never would I reccomend this guy to anyone. Save your money and go to a shop that will actually help you!!

Dona has given me such great service, first time i was there she special ordered something for me, also when when i picked it up, i ended up leaving it behind, she nicely put it aside, she saved my butt too the other week when i busted my piece, thanks Dona!

I went in to get information about vaping . The young lady was very informative and what seemed to be helpful at the time . So I purchased 2 vape pens @ $60 each . She asked lots of questions and based on the questions she asked, told me where to go for the drops that I would need and what level to buy. So I went up the street and spent another $20 for the drops , which turned out to be way way to strong ,(she told me Id need a level 12 and it turns out I only needed a level 3)!!! So my total spent at that point was $140🔥The worst part is that once I got home, I went online to register the devices for warranty purposes , only to find out that the vape pens were only 30 freaking bucks !!!!! So Twilight Zone did a double markup!!!! What a rip !!! I take some of the blame for trusting her and not doing my own research but Ill never shop there again and Ill tell anyone wholl listen not to go there either ✌🏽

I went to the twilight zone looking for a vape pen to help me stop smoking cigarettes. The lady who helped me offered me amazing service, showed me different inventory of what they had and recommended a pen to me. Since i was new to the whole vaping experience i was greatly appreciative of the insight and knowledge she provided me.I ended up buying the Smok Alien kit and she told me where to purchase the juice for it.I love the pen, i love the service i recieved and i will definately be returning to The Twiligjt Zone for all my product shopping

Ive been a customer since the old location. I strongly disagree with a comment I see posted here.People of color are treated no differently the girls treat everyone the same.

If youre a repeat customer multiple times the owner sometimes gives you deals

Just called for some few vape chargers..very unprofessional they hanged up while I was still asking questions about the items ...the owner seems like a duchbag..beware of this place...no wonder its called twilight zone
