O’shea Daugherty did in fact have the correct store, these prices were disturbingly high and the customer service was extremely sassy. It’s not hard to tell how sassy this owner is, all you need to do is read his responses; no class just pure feminine diva vibes. So on top of that there was an over charge on the product that was faulty within seconds of use, with no refund given. Even if you get past this man’s awkward ability to ignore social cues there is no guarantee the product will be sufficient, so of course buyers beware. With this store you will find zero accountability, an extreme overcharge if you’re a tourist, and the high possibility of receiving a product that is not operational. Thank you for your time.

Had a horrible experience at this place. First thing I catch when I walk is a wiff of the workers absolutely horrible body oder. Normally this wouldnt bother me but this was so bad it made my eyes water.I stopped in specifically for an Elf bar so I could smack it while drinking mixed drinks with my boys. This man wanted over $30 for an Elf Bar that Im not even sure was real. So not only is this place smelly, but also they dont have decent prices.After trying to haggle with the guy and concluding he wont budge, I decided to pay it because at this point I was almost choking on his smell. This vape lasted me one day before breaking. What a waste of money. Save your money and go buy a Vuse at the nearest gas station. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would

Friendly and helpful staff. They had exactly what I needed. Price was reasonable for a vacation town. Will definitely stop by next year.

Bought an over priced vape for 40 bucks that ended up breaking within a day and bro refused to give me a refund after saying he would if something happened to it. My fault for taking his word for it I guess. Just beware.

Was going to buy something half an hour before closing, but the guy at the register said that we have 2 minutes to decide, because he “is going out with his friends”. Great customer service!🤡

I came into this store with my friend and this place was amazing! My friend has came in a couple times and wanted to show me this place. I walked in and the guy behind the counter was so cool and so nice, let us test the juice and recommended some amazing juice! Told the two guys i was down for my birthday and they gave me a sweet hat for my birthday! after spending 2 1/2 hours in the store we went out to leave and we had car problems and didnt know what was going on, the two workers who came out and looked at our car and was able to tell us the power steering was bad. This place is the BEST vape store i have ever been in! HANDS DOWN! Thank you guys for the help and for being there for some good juice!!

It was a very rushed operation. The employ helping me with juice seemed very short and pretty to the point in trying to get me out as soon as possible, I could see why after the his manager yelled at like he was his child in front of me and some other costumers for not knowing where a product was I get it but man that is pretty unprofessional. still they have a big selection of hard ware and juice but man the management alone would make me just want to wait for vape mail instead.

I’m actually extremely surprised by the reviews about being rushed. I normally just quickly grab my juice from there. They actually get it for me and my friend. The vape store that is right by my house won’t. But, I have bought equipment from there as well and have always felt that they were extremely polite and helpful.

Great experience. They had exactly what I was looking for & went out of their way to be helpful. I’ll be back to stock up before I leave town.

Not the cheapest place but they have a very good selection of juices and mods. The guy was very knowledgeable and friendly. I bought 2 mods and juice, he threw in a tank top and did a coil build on the new RDA. Very please with the experience, will be going back.

I went my first time on memorial day weekend and the staff is super friendly. They have a ton of flavors you can test and a great inventory. Super knowledgable as well. I live in Northern VA and I must say this is the best Vape shop Ive been too. I went in today (4th of July weekend) and bought some stuff and they helped me on upgrading my tank because it broke. I will most definitely make it a point to come see them every time Im in town. Wish I could give 6 stars!

Were down here on vacation and just decided to swing through since I am a long time Vaper, Im so happy we did!!!Extremely nice & knowledgeable! I came to this shop twice. Im not from ocean city just a vacation spot. The first time the owner was there and helped me and was A AMAZING person. 100% stand up guy very honest and knowledgeable I spent about $160 there in November with him and today I stopped in again and met a new guy there Mickey. Come to find out Mickey is the owners son and AGAIN... Amazing service from him and i even learbed a coil build trick today from him. Spent about 80$ today. I mean this place is just awesome. great prices, and EVERYTHING any vaper would need. Shop is super clean, set up nicely, any juice you can think of they have. I WILL definitely be back again and I would recommend this shop to anyone in ocean city that needs anything vape related. Thanks again Mickey for the shirt today.

Went in here cus I forgot to bring juice when I came to Ocean City for the week. The guy behind the counter was super helpful, knew all the things he had in stock, and pointed me in the right direction. Prices were what I expected, not expensive at all. Thanks guys

Guy that checked us out was alright, asked a few question and responded but wasn’t super friendly and seemed rush. Bought a podstick Max that was supposed to be 1000+ puffs and it was barely 300ish (used it for 2 nights along with my bf)... was a real bummer to pay $24 for that when I could’ve bought a 500 puff disposable for 10$ less... which I could get a coupon or something but I can’t find the actual producer/:

I agree with the other review that says not to bring beginners here because its a moneytrap.Really large and comprehensive inventory overall. Wide selection of mods and accessories. Which brings me to the bad, theres pretty ludicrous mark-up even against other regular vape shops let alone online (to be fair theres mark-up at all stores in OC). Another complaint otherwise would be the unaffected and rather unhelpful staff. Still, what choice does the average customer have when the only other vape stores are west or north of OC?Final Verdict: Get in and get out if you must restock on something, because it seems like they wanted me to do the same.

I make it a point to always visit this shop while on vacation. Super friendly & always help me find a ton of liquids in my flavor profile. 100% positive experience. See you in July:)

Felt like I wasn’t wanted as a customer. The owner was pretty rude and disrespectful. Everything was ridiculously overpriced on top of it. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Go to Damokee in south ocean pines they are awesome.

Would not recommend shopping here. Owner had a bad attitude the moment I entered and for no apparent reason. I was looking for a duel coil RDTA but they only had rebuildable single coil tanks. The guy told me you don’t need dual coils. Pardon me? Ive been vaping for years and know what I want.Also besides the unfriendly atmosphere, the old guy kept aggressively vaping the entire time I was there. Not just a casual pull every now and then, but loud chain vaping which I thought was very unprofessional.I left thinking I would never spend a dime in this shop, and would encourage others to avoid as well. Hate to even give one star for this shop.

Ive been coming to Cloud 9 for years in OC. They are always open, helpful, friendly & courteous. You will appreciate their large selection of juice, supplies & expertise. Cloud 9 is my GoTo shop when Im in town.

Im new to vaping and they were very helpful and went above and beyond. He cleaned out my vape, replaced the coil for me, and took the time to explain. I will definitely stop again when I am in town!

One of the worst. I looked up the store hours,they said open until 12am.I was at the Vape store at 10:30 on a Saturday and they were closed. I went the following day,the staff was rude and everything in there including atomizers were over priced. Cherry bomber box mod...4-5 different websites will ship to your house for $35-40.They wanted $75! Tugboat single battery mod.no dripper...$150 this dude is out of his mind.

Awesome shop, stopped in and got schooled on vapes and what type of juices that I would like, they have awesome suggestions and an amazing variety, layout is nice and the store isn’t dimly lit and boring like other vape stores, left satisfied with my purchase, customer service was a 10/10, gonna make sure I go back again

Staff seemed pretty knowledgeable, and despite what other reviewers might say, they were very friendly and I did not feel like they were trying to rush me through. Still a bit expensive though.

Really love the selection and prices, definitely a better experience then I get in Pennsylvania with more knowledgeable staff but they were so busy they could not slow down and spend enough time with us, so we were a little rushed but overall a great experience I would have spent more money if I wasnt rushed.

Work in a vape shop in PA.. so I know what things cost. Guy tried to rip me off HARD. Cherrybomber clone for $90? We sell our AUTHENTICS for less than that. Yeah right.

Only could test 4 flavors. Little pricey. Felt rushed. Wouldnt stop there again will find another place next time im down here
