I had a relaxing massage with Lauren. The studio space is clean and serene. Lauren was professional and very knowledgeable in massage and was really focused in on my problem areas. I came away feeling much better, relaxed and recharged.

What an amazing experience! Lauren catered to my expectations and superceded them! I went in with a tight back and sore legs and I left feeling so relieved and relaxed. As a nurse, cleanliness and privacy are important to me. The facility was clean and the room was well maintained and secure. The vibe was so awesome! Im definitely looking forward to going back.

This is my second time getting a massage here. I really enjoyed by first visit but my second visit was even better! Lauren was my massage therapist and she made me feel very comfortable. Her techniques were amazing and I really felt relaxed. She suggested CBD oil which added another level of relaxation and gave a lasting effect. I would highly recommend this business and Lauren. I have already scheduled by third visit.

Lauren and Amanda were very sweet, professional, informative…and the massage was INCREDIBLE! They took the time with my daughter, as it was her first time, and she was super impressed! I have had several professional massages throughout the years. I must say that this one in particular will stand out amongst the top massages I’ve ever received.Lauren did a great job listening to the areas that I wanted work on and DELIVERED. She took her time and really focused on relaxing my trouble muscle groups with the perfect amount of deep tissue pressure without hurting me. This in it of itself takes a lot of skill.I loved the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff as well. If I wasn’t visiting on vacation this would’ve been my go to massage place.

I had been looking for a Ti massage and found Gina! I am so grateful. She is AMAZING. She is so intuitive with my body and I have had body issues for over a decade that are disappearing after sessions with her. I wanted to wait after a couple of appointments to write my review that she definitely knows what she is doing. I am so happy to have found this place. Laura too gives a fabulous massage and is great with the feet and legs which is what I tend to focus on when I see her. Everyone there is so sweet and it’s like a home away from home feeling of comfort and happiness. Looking forward to seeing her new place and my next massage!

Gina does an amazing job! Professional and always makes sure I’m comfortable. Adds special touches like warm towels into the massage that you don’t get other places-included in the fee! She never cuts you short. Drive from Salisbury monthly just to be able to go there and see her! You won’t be disappointed!

Lauren took the time to listen to my chronic pain story before getting to work. She did am amazing job on my back and especially my neck. The stretches were deep and much needed. I feel about an inch taller now. :) Thank you!

Had a wonderful massage with Gina for the poultice massage with the herbal poultice. My neck and shoulders were bothering me and I had a stiff neck. The atmosphere there is so warm and friendly. Another lady there was getting a massage and I could tell she was happy too. In addition to the wonderful service I was given a Valentine’s Day goody bag with amazing chocolate covered strawberries and a rose along with other items. Will definitely be back and will refer friends.

The massage I received was truly therapeutic and relaxing. This was one of those massages where I was in and out of sleep, and only woken by my own snoring at times. You know its good when your own snort or snoring wakes you up. LOL Heart Hand Sole will definitely be my new go-to spot when Im in OC for a getaway.

Ive been looking for a Thai massage and I was lucky to find Gina. It was amazing!! My lower back was tight from doing a lot more walking that usual and she totally loosened it up. I cant recommend Gina enough.

Had a 90 minute custom table massage with Lauren. This was my first time here, yet, not my first massage. Lauren hit all of my problem areas and delivered a relaxing and tailored massage.
