Never a bad time at this place. Friendly people and friendly help. May not look like much and has a dive bar feel. Would recommend you stop, have a drink, put a dollar up on the ceiling, and buy a sticker that says you were there. You cant go wrong with the oldest bar in OC.

Classic dive bar. Cheap drinks and lively atmosphere. Loved it.

Bartender at night is a super friendly laid back dude who is insanely quick and knowledgeable on the great tasting drinks he makes- let alone it being a great stop with little-to-no tourists in it. Thankful to have gotten to experience the hospitality the Harbor Inn bar has to offer!

Diviest dive of fun. Everyone behind the bar and at this bar was cool. The prices wont kill ya like everyother establishment in OC. Its our new favorite place. Pool table, beer pong & jukebox. We have been during the day and night and its typically a mature crowd everytime. Snacks available for purchase and they sell MENS cut Tshirts for $25. They offer bucket beer specials. The building had lots of character. Down to earth people. Small outdoor area with a beautiful marina view. Owner/staff are such down to earth people. Sports on TV. We NEVER go to OC without a visit to The Harbor Inn.

Every time I come to the Harbor Inn it is a fantastic time. The employees are very nice and the service is great. Theres always a nice casual crowd to enjoy laughing and singing together.

If you want a true dive bar experience, here you go! We always make a stop by here when we visit OC. The staff are always great, it is what it is and everyone is there for a good time.They are all wonderful, Especially Chris. He had the best, nasty, hilarious jokes and stories. So sad to hear he passed 😢 RIP Chris ❤️

Great spot for locals and out of towers. No food, but reasonable drinks. Bathroom could stand to be bit cleaner. Only issue.

Bars just dont get much divier than the Harbor Inn (aka the Bloody Bucket). If under-the-radar dives are your thing, youll love it! Friendly crowd (if there is a crowd) and friendly staff.

My wife and I went here for the first time, and we enjoyed it. The atmosphere was fun, and the bartender was funny and super nice. I got a beer, and my wife got a trashcan, and they were both so cheap. As locals, we will definitely go back for the cheap drinks and the fun atmosphere!! The only downside is no food, but its a great place to grab some drinks before continuing your night!!!

A wonderful and authentic dive bar. Good drinks at reasonable prices. And unlike a lot of places right along the boardwalk its not overpriced and there arent huge lines. Would definitely recommend going to the harbor inn to grab a drink. Bartenders are fantastic, would definitely recommend stopping here.

A 100% must on our bar crawls and when friends are in town! Keep the beer cheap and cold!!

Stumbled across this place years ago and I keep coming back at least for a few. Hung out in the back ( I call it an alley) w/ the locals smoking , drinking , telling stories and having a great time! Love everyone Ive met and its been a few years( 2) . Coming down this 7/22 weekend and hope to meet the same old cast of characters🍻😊

This bar claims to be the oldest in OCMD, so I wanted to check it out for that reason only, and it was walking distance from our condo. Its very small, but we drank, had fun, and took goofy pics in photo booth. Bartender was super nice. There us no frills to this place, but I didnt take that as a negative. Old school charm.

Its definitely a dive bar, but its my absolute favorite place to go to for drinks! Also, the oldest bar in OC has some history to it, too.

A true dive bar!! If you expect anything different from this 87 year old business you will be disappointed. Rhonda the daytime bartender was great. We really enjoyed talking with her about the past, present & future of the oldest bar in OCMD.

I’m not sure why the night we went we were treated so unkindly? We were excited to go and when we arrived, we’re treated very coldly. I asked for a glass of wine and I guess they don’t have wine? That’s cool. I was told “Honey, you gotta pick something’ else, we don’t have wine.” Okay. I can pick something else without being talked to in a demeaning manner. Chose a beer, chugged it and left. Felt really uncomfortable. It was awful. It’s a shame. Hoping this treasure can become a welcoming place. I left the “click” thing behind in high school. Shouldn’t have to be treated meanly EVER and hope it changes. Just being honest. Would have loved to enjoy my visit but…I know when I’m not welcome.

Fun little dive bar that’s worth checking out if you’re into that. Oldest bar in OC. Probably the most basic bar you will ever visit. Good service and cheap drinks. Perfect for a bar crawl or if you’re just looking for a little pregame spot for the nightclubs.

I havent been in since b4 I got sick, but the work done makes this updated but still feel the same. Even without the pool table! Lol Great service!!!

Super dive bar, but literally one of the best places in town! Chad is always amazing and super nice.

Definitely a place where the locals go, but... where the locals are happy to welcome others!!! We ended up here twice in one night, actually. Not too busy, really reasonable drink prices, and friendly people! Its a little out of the way and doesnt seem to draw in a huge, trendy crowd, but sometimes, what the Harbor Inn has to offer is exactly what you need!

Harbor Inn is always a must stop when in OCMD. Great drinks, great bartenders, BEST prices in OCMD by a mile. Such a fun place!

This is one of my favorite bars in OC. Super down-to-earth people and Landshark on tap! Everyone always seems like theyre having a good time, including the bartenders, and theres a pool table. Theres usually plenty of parking, especially in the off-season, and you get a nice view of the water after. Also close to all the good stuff on the boardwalk and other great bars, in case youre trying to barcrawl!

Great locals bar. A great bar to start your night and experience. Prices are right. Building and inside need help but that is not what you go for.

Went and found this lil gem at bike week, you couldnt find a more hospitable bar the bartender and the owner make sure you feel right at home. And the prices are local My girlfriend and I enjoyed good food that was put out for the football game, had a great time. well be back

I love this bar.I grew up in OC and when I think of downtown I thot of the Harbor Inn. Amazing prices, awesome staff, great location. You too should come here.

Bartender on duty Aug 3rd evening, total douchebag, he answered the phone drunk & was very rude & unprofessional to a mom looking for her son. I pray no one is as disrespectful to your Mom as I was from you.

Looks great on the outside and inside total dive but unfortunately was closed 9pm on a Friday.It might be closed off-season considering it’s October?

This bar has a similar feel to it has a bar i go to in Pittsburgh Pa and the bartender is a great man. I highly recommend this bar to anyone who want a small bar to enjoy a few drinks

What a joke. The place had all of 10 people in it. Bartender walks by me 3 times doesnt even acknowledge that I am there while Im standing at the bar. Must not be tourist friendly.
