This store is awesome! After coming here for almost 10 years straight, I have not once had a bad experience. Everytime I walk in, I feel like I am greeted with love! I feel like Im walking into the house of a good friend. I frequently just hangout and chat with/watch them work, and its always so beautiful. Every person that walks in gets the same treatment I do! Brand new people, and long time regulars like me. The staff is quite knowledgeable on popular devices and is willing to go the extra mile and learn anything they need to help someone! These are the true vape experts of Oklahoma, and they give a quality of service Ive never seen at any other establishment. No commision really lets them treat you like a friend and get you exactly what you need. I feel like they give discounts on just about everything too, gotta be the best prices in town!Ill be leaving the state in a few months, so thank you to everyone from Vapor world, through Vapor shark, to Kure Vaporium now, youve been the best.P. S. Theres also 6 other locations in the greater OKC metro area and they are all just as awesome!

Store has gone to the gutter since name change and new ownership. Happy hour is non existent, and now your reward points expire after 6 months!? No thank you, I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

I’ve been in this store several times because of the convenient location and have yet to experience the “knowledgeable and helpful “ staff the other reviews are raving about. Every staff member I have encountered here were rude or extremely indifferent at best. I feel like they go out of their way to be as inconvenient as possible. If you get a response to any question, it is curt and snarky. Since my last and final visit I have been to several of their other locations and the staff there are wonderful. It’s just unnecessary for me to spend my hard earned money there when so many other places are happy for my business.

Great shop and great service! If you go somewhere and expect to be taken care of ask for Elaina, she super chill and very helpful! I dont recommend their Cali bars disposables by juice head as I purchased one that was dry out of the package, they swapped me for the same type free of charge and it was usable but not good. Thats not on the shop though, they still took care of me and made sure I at least got what I paid for!

Good selection, but the young lady that helped us seemed to have a low knowledge level of the different tanks and coils. This coupled with her rude and indifferent attitude made for a less than acceptable customer service experience. The fact that her manager sat idly by while she played on her phone, half heartedly answering our questions, made us quickly decide this store is not the store for us.

I dont write alot of reviews but this place is really great. If you are trying to get the absolute dirt cheapest prices this isnt the place but they have THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They keep quality everything on hand and will actually help you when you need it. Even if you are buying new glass for a tank, they offer to install it for you.

I do not recommend this location to anyone.Pretty lacking in customer service. If you ask for flavor profiles of a brand, they will rattle them off so fast you cant understand them. Not happy employees. Not very willing to help you either. Low knowledge of product, and just rude. I wanted to walk out as soon as I entered.Purchased a premium bottle, as I was walking out the bottle leaked a bit on my hand. It had been opened prior to me purchasing it. I asked to swap it for another one. I thought surely this one would be sealed. Nope! Leaked all over my purse. The seal was broken on it also. Honestly not sure if Im confident using that e liquid now.I only go here for the Sunday sale. But honestly its worth it to go to liquid vapor lounge and get real customer service.Vapor world, get it together. Coach your employees to give better customer service and not be rude to customers.

Just stopped by right at 6pm. I was passing through this part of town and desperately needed a new pod for my Novo2. I opened the door and walked in only to be abruptly stopped in my tracks by the employee telling me “I’m shutting this door, yeah we’re closed.”It was literally straight up 6pm. Most places would go ahead and make this quick transaction in the interest of customer service, but not here. She was rude and basically threw me out. If the hours were posted, I did not see them. 100% will never go back.

I’ve been to all their locations over the past 3 years and the customer service is usually very good. The problem for me is the product, specifically the liquids. I loved the house liquids that Vapor World and Vapor Shark had, but now that Kure has taken over, the house liquids, Prime, are terrible and the prices are too high. I switched to the brand Smoozie, and I love this brand. I’ve been ordering this liquid online, it is much cheaper, 2-60 ml bottles for 20 dollars. I’m just not happy with the new Kure, I’ll go there when I have to, but I’m mostly ordering my stuff online.

Read the reviews before checking this place out and decided to give it a try despite all the negative feedback. Let me tell you, all the people before me weren’t lying. It’s like walking onto a used car lot. You can’t even finish a sentence before being interrupted and rushed to pick a product. And if you want info on a product, they’ll tell you. About every. Single. Product. None that you’ve asked about. Don’t bother giving your phone number for points, it won’t actually get put in the system anyway 🤷🏻‍♀️ AND to top it off, when I asked for a U2 coil I was given a U4 and hadn’t looked until returning home. I’d chalk that up to either incompetence, lack of organization, or being in a hurry to rush everyone out.I will say, wait times are minimal though 👌🏼

I went in looking to upgrade my tank, and they were amazing in helping me find the perfect one. The staff was helpful & knowledgeable. I walked out happy with a new tank! I will return to Vapeworld North MacArthur.

I love the product, but the employees make you feel unwelcome and in the way. Christian is the absolute worst. I asked for help, didn’t receive it from neither him nor the girl he was working with (who sat on the couch on her phone) so I got a bad part to my vape and had to return it. I came back and NO ONE tried to help, he gave me another piece and said “it happpens” and shrugged me off. I really hope management fixes their staffing issues so that customers feel comfortable asking for help. Sn: The second piece I was given was also broken but after 2 trips, I didn’t want to deal with the hassle

After having a terrible experience elsewhere, I was uneasy about attempting getting set up to vape.Renee was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable in getting me started with what best fit my needs.Great prices, service and product selection.

Id like to start off by saying the young dark haired girls attitude leaves much to be desired. She made no attempt to hide her impatience. She has taken the gold when it comes to rude tone and indifference. Even her body language was condescending. And once it was realized I left my ID behind all her feeble attempts to mask her disdain were out the door. Instead of returning with my ID, Ill go somewhere else. I dont understand why someone like that is in customer service.

Went to this store 10 Dec to purchase a new Smok Nfix kit. While they did have it the price was $45.00. When I asked why so much she told me that was the going price on the internet. Well boy is she wrong. Ordered TWO for a grand total of $46.37 including shipping and handling. Ordered on 10th recieved on 11th. VERY deceptive on pricing. While I understand that there is a mark up in order for the brick mortar stores to make money. But 200% seems rater excessive in my opinion 🤷‍♂️. ****IN RESPONSE TO OWNER REPLY***** I showed you on the internet what the going rate was. So I guess YOU stating you can give the best price around is a fraudulent claim on its face.

I usually go to the south location but I work up north and stopped by on my lunch break to grab some juice. Renee was most helpful in recommending some of her favorites to try since my usual “go to” was no longer carried. As a long time vape user it’s been a long while since I have been excited to try any flavor new or old. Thanks to Renee I am thrilled at my purchase of not one but two new flavors. Renee deserves a high five and a raise!!! The north location will be “my location” from now on. Thanks Renee. You’re a rockstar!!!

I needed a new glass tank as mine broke. I bought this vape unit several years ago so I wasnt expecting them to have the tank. When I said I bought it at that location the woman argued with me and said Ive been here 2 1/2 years and we have never sold that unit. I advised her that it was quite some time ago and even told her it was in a display case thats no longer there. She continued to insist that I didnt buy it there and I dont have parts for that thing anyway. If I didnt need a vape unit quickly I would have left and went to another Vapor Shark store. This is the only negative review I have given for this company. She needs to understand that even if the customer is wrong you NEVER ARGUE WITH THE CUSTOMER!

Brandon is an amazing employee! He is so informative. Ive had a few issues with the Midwest city location so, I was pleased to hear they were opening one closer to where I live.. took a few times coming in to realize that this was MY location, I come here for all of my vape needs! Ive never had any issues with this location and I plan on spending more money at this location :) I suggest giving that guy a raise.Update: Zach is an amazing employee as well! Ha, turns out I was vapping to high for the mod I was using (making the flavor gross) and there is a whole website for my therion dna 75c! I can make it do so much more than what I was using it for!!!!

The staff are awesome! This guy Timothy will definitely help you out. If you vape or trying to quit smoking and want legit help go see him before wasting $ anywhere else.

Got turned away, trying to make a return, because they were having issues with their new system that got updated on Saturday.Most retailers have the capability to perform offline sales during computer system outages. Not happy.Aside from my star rating: this all happened because the Novo 2 by Smok has been horrible so far. Just something to watch out for, so maybe you don’t have as much of a poor experience as I’ve had. This will be my 3rd one, 2nd warranty replacement.

My boyfriend and I had a HORRIBLE day dealing with Vapor Garage. They tried to limit us to 1 bottle of vape juice and 1 coil per person. Thankfully William helped turn our day around by being able to get us the pack of coils we needed since we drive from Piedmont and don’t have time and gas to buy 1 coil at a time. Thank you William for making this Father’s Day better for my boyfriend!

It doesn’t matter what location I visit, I’m always greeted with the a warm, genuine smile stating that they “will be right with me shortly” (they are always busy it seems.) I’m treated with such tender kindness and true consideration, even though I have lack of intelligence with some of the different options. I’ve observed different team members from numerous stores assistant customers (mostly new comers) They are always extremely thorough, they want you be confident in all the information that your given. They almost always have a special going on especially with their juice, which is pretty good. There’s a large variety of different options for you to up grade your vape for complete customization. They also offer a rewards program thats actually pretty reasonable, so it’s super easy to rack up your points to redeem for free product. There’s really no other reason to go to any other vape shop.

Had problems with a mod(wasnt taking a charge) the manager Elaina took care of me promptly. She went out of her way and now I am a customer for life. Excellent vape shop and I highly recommend it.

Amazing experience. Went to three different vape stores looking for a wick today. Vapor World on North MacArthur was the only place to help me get what I needed in ways that I expect from a reputable business. Classy. Impeccable service. Katie is a stand up employee and helped with all my vaping needs. A breath of fresh air compared to the countless douchey vape stores around. Definitely coming back.

Yeah went there yesterday and was told what nic I needed , I said 25mg and they sold me 50mg by the time I notice it I fill my pod once and notice it was to strong I try to go back and it was closed , just got off work the next day and called they said can’t do nothing if u open it , like how this my fault I thought it was 25mg when the lady ask me

1st experience in a vape shop. I let the employee know that I had some questions, all were answered with a blank stare. No communication, no recommendations, not even a hello. Horrible, lazy staff. The girl who works there sleeps on the sofa and is rude. She acts like you are disturbing her as she usually will not even recognize that someone is standing there waiting for help. Wish i got paid to sleep, socialize with other staff, and ignore customers.

I went up there to get some coils. The guy instead of telling me they dont have them, grab some random coils in cells with those. I have the and open coils Annecy in they still wont refund my money. Wears make shop of ever been to customer service is a joke. Ill never come back.

I finally have a Vapor World closer to me. Iwas not disappointed with the staff. Once again they belted me on a complete new set hoop batteries and juice.
