This store has my business for the rest of my life. Since the first time I walk into the store its always been a great experience. Today I recently had a strange issue with a geekvape and the older gentleman that helped me was fantastic. Helped me warranty a vape that wasnt even 3 weeks old. Made it sooo fast and easy. Thank you guys for all that youve done for me.

The older dude that works there is just awesome I stop in here whenever I can to support the quality customer service thats lacking so many other places. Well done Gents.

I do not remember the name of the lady who was working but she had bright red hair in a mohawk. She was absolutely the best customer service experience Ive ever had on any vape store. Knowledgeable friendly patient. 10/10. Whatever youre paying her, she deserves more. This would have been Saturday 4/13. Will definitely make the trip to Omaha next time I need vape products!

Good vape store with knowledgeable staff. Willing to talk about the products and help you find exactly what will fit you. Also dig the rewards program. Switched from smoking to vaping and havent gone back. Prices are pretty average and fair. Park around back or across the street when going to this location, as parking right up front can be hard. A little hard to back out on dodge sometimes.

Great staff and great prices

I live in another state and was looking to place an order that my sister could pick up. I called and connected with Carl. Carl is fantastic! He found a product line that had the strength, pg/vg ratio and price point that I was looking for. Carl took the time to read off all the flavors for me to choose from and promptly emailed me the receipt. My sister also mentioned how nice he was. Carl is a great asset to this store.

Took my out of town brother here for some quick supplies he had forgotten at home. The staff member was super friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up talking and hanging out for about an hour and my brother got his equipment repaired. Prices were reasonable.

I think its good. Took a friend there. The gentleman there was very good. Professional and good Customer Service. In and out in good time. I used the word good way too often in this review. Sorry Ill do better next time! Have a good day. Good bye.

We went in with a vape that was leaking juice, and they were very helpful! Figured out our problem right away. Very knowledgeable, helpful staff! They have a Great rewards program as well! Best vape shop in Omaha!!

I used to only go to this store back in 15 16 never a bad experience then so now when looking at getting back into vaping I decided to stop in get some info and maybe a vape the guy that came out from the back to help me was extremely rude I asked what the difference was between 2 units and he acted like I should already know and was obviously very annoyed before going I checked to make sure they still had the 2 flavors that I swore by and they do on the website but when I asked about them he said they never had them and grabbed me some nasty juice with a similar name very disappointed

Always a fun experience and amazing staff if anyone loves a caring soul who loves his job and has been going strong sense day one ask for Carl!!!

I wont shop anywhere else! Great (and very knowledgeable) staff, great atmosphere, and the best prices in town. Only downside is the parking and backing out onto dodge after youre done shopping. 5 stars if a better parking lot.

I live one block from this store and thats why I chose to give it a try instead of my usual vape store. The moment I walked in I felt unwelcome. The clerk was very standoffish and acted like I was a nuisance while asking general questions about different disposable vapes. I almost decided to just leave and go elsewhere but I wad already there and found my usual cape which I didnt want to get but Im unfamiliar with others . I wont be back thats for sure.

Small show with covid-19 guidelines in place to keep everyone safe. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable & really quick to show you better quality products, than cheaper. They want you to be happy with your experience, too!!

Love the night guys here! They take care of me all the time! Dont go 10 minutes before they close or they will have a fit about recounting inventory sometimes lol

Kinda crowded and took a while to get help because there was only one person. I thought it was going to be a quick in-and-out but ended up taking 45 minutes, I was late getting to work.. the other customers in the store seemed more knowledgeable than the sole staff member..

Love this store. Its by far my favorite place in town to get all my vaping needs taken care of.. love the weekly sales emails too..The staff are awesome and very knowledgeable about the products they carry as well. They have a really great rewards program also.

I have been going here since 2016. The people here are really hospitable. This location is the best. 108th and q is more modern and up to date but when I walk in their door, I sense nothing but hostility from everyone. I usually only go to q st if Dodge is out of inventory Im looking for. Caterpillar Vapes is awesome with amazing prices (compared to everywhere else.)

Love this place! I drive over here from Council Bluffs to get my vape supplies and wouldnt go any where else! Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The guy who helped me was very friendly and knew what he was talking about. The store may seem kind of lacking in inventory, but they have an online presence and the prices reflect that. Plus, they offer a great rewards program. Check it out, its worth the visit!

Went to a couple of shops including Alohma looking for coils for my Crown III. While other shops didnt even know the tank existed, caterpillar had exactly what I needed.Update; Im changing my 5 star review to 4 because every time I come here with a question the other guests know more about the products being sold than the employees. The employees think Ive heard this one is good is an appropriate response rather than giving actual pros and cons for different items.

I love this place! Been coming here since u first opened some years ago. Ive always felt welcomed and the staff has always been super helpful and friendly too me.

Bought a mod here and would not replace or fix within negotiated warranty time. Decided to take plan B and go through manufacture as was within their warranty time. Working 13 hour days and having a family makes getting to the shop difficult so was told my receipt would be mailed to me so i could mail iin to the manufacture. Never got it? Outside of this I truely enjoyed my experiences and business here.

Ryan has helped me a few times at the dodge location and has been extraordinarily helpful! All of his suggestions and advice have been great. Ill be going to this one from now on :)

Good selection of brands to choose from, however the prices of juice brands are more expensive than other places. There are very few options for cheaper products. The staff is very knowledgeable and can help you find exactly what you need. The location is difficult to get through if you are going west on Dodge street.

Always helpful! Been going there for over two years now. Always the best prices by far. Wish they would open a store in council bluffs!! There are actually 3 vape shops with in 2 blocks of my house, but Caterpillar vapes is so much better. So I make the trip to Omaha!.

Both staff members were absolutely wonderful. They had exactly what I needed and helped me when I read into a small issue with my new mod. If give six stars if I could.

Wow...talk about being rushed.. Ive never felt my business so unwanted at any retail store till now. To top it off they didnt even have the correct thing I had called to confirm about. Even worse they sold me a sub par replacement and shoved it in and sent me packin...0stars sir!

The employees are friendly and very helpful. The prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of product and service. My only problem with this location is the parking on dodge street, but that can be easily overlooked.

Was in town for a wedding and I dropped my mod breaking the tank glass. They were able to sell me a replacement part for my Smok at a very reasonable price and I was able to pick up a few new flavors while I was there on sale. Its a shame I live so far away because their customer service would have earned them a loyal customer.

Really nice group of staff. Also there e juice prices cant be beat. Omaha vape stores are notorious for raping on prices its an annoying trend around here these guys prices are the best I have encountered.

Knowledgeable staff and some of the cheapest premium juices in the market. Coils run about $1-2 cheaper than larger chains, and their rewards program is ACTUALLY worth it.Between weekend sales and loyalty points, my weekly stop here saves me roughly $40 a month.Straight forward, no frills, and consistent. Hands down the best vape shop in Omaha.

Every single person Ive met who works here - at all three locations - have given me nothing but pleasant experiences every time. The employees all really know their stuff. Whether youre an elderly longtime smoker who wants an easy-to-use device or a cloud chaser who wants to start building your own coils, these guys got you covered.The prices are pretty good. Obviously, everythings cheaper when you order it online, but the advantage with CV is the curation of products and the convenience of getting everything you need in one place and having it immediately available. The selection is also unrivalled by any other store around.The only gripe I have is with the rewards system/loyalty program(s), which have received two reworks since Ive been a customer. With the amount of money I spend as I pretty much exclusively come here for everything, I find the rewards to be extremely underwhelming. They are often deals that have nothing to do with the kind of products I purchase. But I do understand setting up a system that is both fair to the customer and the business is particularly hard for vape shops, as the frequency of recurring guests is dramatically higher than anywhere else.Overall, Caterpillar are the best vape shops in Omaha. I highly recommend switching if you go somewhere else.

I love Caterpillar Vapes. I ordered a few flavors online from them and even though they charged me twice and I wasnt a huge fan of the flavors I ordered, they took care of it. I received an email straight from the president of this company apologizing and fixing the problem. The customer service is top quality and has made me a loyal customer of the flavors I do love.

I placed an order online with this store, and have spoken with them on the phone a few times. They have low pricing, fast shipping (next/same day), and some of the best customer service I have seen in a while. Wish they had a store local to me, but I will be ordering from them again!

Enticed by a 50% off coupon from a friend of mine, I rolled into this little shop when my old vape decided enough was enough. I asked a handful of questions and the dude had no problems giving honest answers without hitting/blowing 31 hits from his vape into my face at the register, leaving me wondering which direction the exit to the place was. Got a sweet deal on what I was after and have no qualms pointing anyone else in their direction for the future.

Absolutely love this place. The staff is friendly and knowledge. Often frequent here just for good conversation. Would highly recommend to everyone.

I went in and bought a new vape and was sold some coils that I was told were better but turns out they’re the exact same one that come in the package with the vape. I asked for Watermelon Ice ended up with Strawberry ice. Not happy!!! When brought to their attention they didn’t even care. That’s messed up! Lost a good customer!!!!

So I got juice from this location and it had a exp date of December 2018 so I call the store they told me to bring it back in and I was cool with that so I got the same juice the exp date was December 2020 then I looked under the sticker and the same exp date was hidden under the sticker so not happy with the way they do business not ok giving your customers exp juice.

Have been buying from the 108th Q store for a few years.Their customer service is top notch.They will talk to you about what you Need, not what you Want.I was going to spend $250 on a bad azz setup, but they sold me a klopor 200 and isub tank for $60.00Because I was a smoker, trying to quit.I am now smoke free after 38, yes, 38 years, as a pack a day + smoker.Im going to the store to look at the crown 3 and 4,( $35) lets see what they recommend for a tank..And their prices are better then most online prices. And they beat Every other store in town on prices, by a Huge amount.

The deals they offer is why I got there. The employees arent knowledge about most of the products they offer. Great deals on juice. Big selection of mods and tanks. Rewards program is awesome as well

The best selection on flavors. Ive been a customer of Plumes for about three months with my girlfriend and had nothing but problems and i guess you can say they corrected the issue but it was a recurring issue with them. The service at Caterpiller Vapes is really one on one and they are very helpful and knowlegable about everything. The prices are three times lower then Plumes and i have to say i like the flavors better too. I would recommend Caterpillar Vapes to anyone. 10/10

Great staff. Always willing to help reguardless of what the issues is. They are very knowledgeable about the equipment they sell and the fluid they have instock. This is the only store i will go to for my vaping products. By far the cheapest in town with great quality.

The Unlimited Customer Bays are not well maintained. The pressurized air doesnt work in one of the bags and they dont restock cleaning supplies often.

Expect to wait, they always have only one employee working. I have waited for 25 minutes a handful of times. You all should know that everything they sell is much cheaper online, like half price. myfreedomsmokes, just google it.

Been going here since 2015. Ive been to every vape shop in town. They are hands down the best and super friendly. They also know their stuff, which should go without saying.

I called the previous day about 45 mins before closing. Talked with the gentleman (joe I believe his name was down at the dodge street location) and explained my situation. I had purchased an Istick eleaf 100w. Well it was malfunctioning and was firing off until the safety would kick on (after 10 seconds) he told me to bring it on down. I brought it down the next day after I got off work. And went Into the store and showed my receipt. Now I purchased it on March 23 and though some time had passed he still honored it and exchanged it out( swapped may 9). Ive strictly come to them for juices, mods and tanks as theyre always willing to answer questions, product knowledge, prices are great, and generally great customer service. Great guys down at both locations and recommend them highly!

You guys seriously need 2 cash registers at this location. Other then that I live out west near your other location on Q...but they are rude and not helpful so I always drive to this one just to deal with Carl and Andrew....great guys!.

First time going here, really nice employees. Only reason I’m giving three stars is because I paid for 2 packs of 4 coils and one of the packs only had 3 in it.

If I could give these guys 100 stars I would. Started Vaping about 7 months ago. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my vaping needs. Not sure who’s creepier, the tweakers that hang out in there all the time or the tweakers that work there. Get a second register because standing behind some tweaker who just cut in front of you, keeps trying to get a discount or keeps getting the clerk to show them more products is annoying. I just want to get in and out of the damn place.

If youre going to have an unhealthy habit, these are the guys to enable you. The crew at Caterpillar are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Theyre always willing to talk about your hardware options or recommend a new flavor of nicotine juice. Also, they stand by their products: Ive had hardware issues with some of the devices Ive purchased here before, and they have invariably made it right.The prices are reasonable, and their rewards program offers discounts on the consumables associated with vaping. Never start being a vaper, but if you are completely lost to all reason and insist on starting, go to Caterpillar to start your addiction.
