This place has an amazing selection of all the products that youre looking for. They have blown glass as well as supplements. The best part is the staff. Theyre incredibly intensive respectful nice and friendly. Come in and check out the selection from ceiling to floor they have everything that you could want.

Every employee my girlfriend and I have spoke with here has given us the best customer service. Providing us good insight on the goods, making sure the devices work, and making that customer connection. They are very kind and treat us well.

Place is a joke.. gave them plenty of business, they hire a new person who messed up on my transaction and charges me 29.91 without giving me my merchandise and told me I would have to wait 1-3 days for it to be back into my account. Ok cool.. 3 days pass and nothing, so when I ask them again they act like they have no clue, then told 5-7 business days.. kept giving them my business, 2 weeks later and nothing still, so I go in obviously pissed from getting the run around from everyone who works there, they offer me merchandise that still was not the equal total, I took it and told them I’m still owed because that product wasn’t the price I had been charged previous.. so once I threaten to get BBB and the police involved since I’ve been charged for the purchase but didn’t receive all my merch, they refused to serve me! Avoid this place!

Whoever helped my boyfriend and I there was awesome! Literally that was the best experience I’ve had buying water pipes, was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We kind of knew what we wanted going in, and he helped us pick out a perfect fit for us going out. The workers here are hardworking and the atmosphere is relaxed. Definitely will be back. Who ever helped us, knows, and probably the chillest dude ever. Give him a fat raise! Will definitely be back.

Was on the phone for a misunderstanding about what I thought was a warranty on the bong, at first I was on the phone with a female employee and then Keith the Manager took over the phone. He explained that there was no warranty on glass pieces and hung up the phone. This was while I was mid sentence that he hung up and he sounded as if he had no care in the world to what I had to say. This phone call experience was irritating to make as is and then let alone the manager to have the audacity to treat a paying customer with such disrespect blows my mind.

Went today 4-20-23. Went in for a Sherlock walked out with 2. I get all my needs from this place. Staff is the best knowledgeable about their products and go out of the way to help you with anything you need. Once you come you will never go anywhere else got this Sherlock today in the raffle. So close to my work but I have had so many bad experiences. Not a great selection of vapes, more than once I have been there at 8am and waited 15 mins for a employee to open the store, and on several occasions they atare sh ononly. Itvery disappointing and I have started going to other va0e stores. Unfortunately, I have been there when several other customers have had to leave without a purchase also.

I arrived here 15 minutes before closing and I was greeted with a friendly smile and a genuine how can I help you unlike the greeting most places give you when you arrive 15 minutes before closing. I was looking for several items all of which they had! Id be shocked if you were looking for something specific and they didnt have it because from what I could tell they have everything! I ended up getting twice as many items as I went in looking for because of how knowledgeable and friendly both clerks were to me. I couldnt give a better recommendation than this place for all your smoke shop needs. This is a must stop kinda shop.

Second visit I went in with a clogging problem on a pen and skinny guy who consistently reminded me that he had quit smoking recommended a trash product that clogged. Went in today and guy with fake blonde hair told me I wasn’t using it properly lol. I was looking at other devices and he had a very condescending attitude. My son told them what he needed and they sold him a smoking accessory. It was incorrect size and he brought it back to the manager gaslighting him. She said if it doesnt fit, its not our fault and we dont take returns. The no return was not communicated at purchase. While I was there with him, I bought a 4 pack of vape coils. Same girl waited on me. She looked at the coil in my vape and said she had a smaller size in a lower wattage. She told me the smaller size should work and I could try it. I got home, tried it and it didnt fit. I went back and the same girl gaslit me too. She said I told you it was a tad smaller and you said ok. I told her I said ok after she said it should work. She kept blaming me for her error and said they do not accept returns. I bought a 4 pack and had 3 unopened and she wouldnt accept them either. I live right by the owner and decided to use a locally owned business but in this case, steer clear. Liz is a gaslighter

This place is absolutely amazing!! There are soooo many different items to choose from and their staff is impeccable. Tyler, the associate who helped me find what I was looking for ( and it was A LOT) took it upon himself to ask more direct questions so he could properly answer my questions. Tyler was especially helpful when my mom came in and asked questions about certain products. Overall, we both had a very good experience. I am more than willing to drive the 181 miles to visit Habitz again. ( I’m already planning the next trip 🤩🤩

This shop and employees were pretty chill years ago, before it expanded. Stopped by over the weekend and was disappointed with how the guy treated me. I waited for my turn just to get snotty attitude. Like. Glad the shop is doing good just wont be a customer myself anymore. Ooooooo also WARNING- I purchased a Slurper set and the Marble exploded in my face just a few times after use -not the best quality glass unfortunately!

I was met with a gentleman holding the door open for my girlfriend and I. Then asked our price range, size, and type of device we were looking for. He narrowed down what we may like and helped us find the perfect piece! Out of many experiences buying water pipes this is by far the best one I’ve ever had. He made the process smooth and simple and treated our experience almost like we were buying a nice car and I loved that. I love this place! Looked it up on the Google Maps had a couple friends go and check it out a month ago and they said it was an awesome place! And that the staff was super friendly... so I had to go and check it out for myself. All I can say is WOW great atmosphere great prices and the staff treat you like you are a friend theyve known for years. Right away when you walk in you feel welcomed and they are there for you with any questions you have and willing to help you with whatever you need!! When you enter the shop they will greet you with a smile and a few words, then they will help you with what you need help with - and if you are like me with no / little knowledge, they will take their time and help you as much as possible.These people are amazing. I had a dull moment last night and locked my keys in the car and the guys helped me try to get them out. After several unsuccessful attempts we went inside and they let me use their phone to make a call to get a spare key dropped off since my phone was dead. They were very understanding and patient with me and were polite and great to talk to while I waited. Watching them interact with other customers in the store reinforced my belief that Habitz has the best customer service in the biz. They have an excellent selection of kratom and they are all very knowledgeable about it. They have a WALL of the stuff. They also have a huge selection of glass and accessories. If you need it, they got it. And if they got it, youll want it. Theyve made another customer for life with me. If I could rate 20 stars I would.

Honestly the best glass shop Ive ever been to. The selection is impeccable. If you cant find something you like you cant blame it on the owner. The employees are also incredibly nice and helpful. I definitely recommend you stop in, even if its just to take a peak at the collection.

I had a bad experience at another similar shop so I came here to check out the place for a possible new spot for all my business...I was sold almost immediately. The selection of pipes and water pipes is humongous. The employees are incredibly friendly and helpful. I decided to buy a water pipe here to replace the bad experience one. My whole experience here was great and they even gave my son some candy. They certainly have my business. And I will recommend to others.

Ive been visiting Habitz for the past year now and I can say I havent had the need to walk into any other shops. Everyone who works there is so informative and kind. They have everything I need all the time and a massive selection of glass. The CBD selection is awesome; ranging from lotions to honey sticks (my personal favorite) and they even have pet treats for cats and dogs. If I could give this place more stars i would.

My wife and I have been going to Habitz for 3 years now and every time we go in the staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgable, their selection is always unique and amazing, and their prices are reasonable. We’ve been stopping by for incense for years, and have spent hundreds on some other items that we could have gotten cheaper online because we try to shop local. Last week I went in and the cashier had stolen a Gatorade from the store and drank half, when I walked up to pay for my incense, she RANG UP HER STOLEN GATORADE ON MY CARD. I walked out and called the manager and they said they would look into it. Who knows how much she has stolen from others.

I got a real nice piece , spent over $100 . Not even a week later my piece breaks an I call and ask for any type of Warranty because I literally didn’t even have the thing a week an the guy said “No sorry” Like I spent over $100 an there is absolutely no warranty? I’d get if i’d had the piece for a month or so but not even a damn week.

This is my favorite vape/glass shop in Omaha! They are reasonably priced, the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, and their hours are longer than most other shops. They are conveniently located right off the interstate and definitely worth the trip every time!

Cheap glass that breaks way too easily. Ive bought better quality glass from twigs for cheaper. Also there is a new lady employee with brown hair and glasses that is just rude as can be.

Came here for ejuice, and found they do house made ejuice which doesnt have the best reputation. They mix nicotine on the spot by order which had me concerned, but it seemed fine and nothing bad happened. I dont think they had any testers, so you have to go off of scent. Got one bottle that smelled much better than it tasted, and another that tasted as good as it smelled, so its a gamble for me to buy here. The folks were super nice though. If I was looking for some different flavors and didnt mind house made juice, Id come here.

Sold me a product that ruined my pipe. Went in looking for a product I’ve used for 10 years, was persuaded to buy the other stuff. Went back to complain and the manager said “Oh well that employee is always really good about informing people you can’t use this with acrylic.” Well he wasn’t yesterday, ace!!! You think they would have apologized and offered to replace the part that was damaged, but instead all they could do was sell it at a discounted price. I can’t support a business I CANT TRUST!

Went in to buy my boyfriend a pipe for Christmas. I dont smoke so I was unaware of what I was looking for but the gentleman who helped me was nice and took his time to explain things for me . I walked out with two (one to give today and one to give him on Christmas). He wrote Happy random gift day and drew a little balloon on the bag. It was overall a great experience. The price is right, if you are looking for affordable glass that will get the job done they have a great selection of smoking paraphenelia. I still prefer Illuzions if I have the cash but if you want something cheaper I would go there if you dont have the time to wait for shipping

I Googled Kratom close to me and Im so happy I did! While being blown away by the variety of manufactures and strains they carried, the customer service and selection of e-juice caught me completely off guard! They carry over 200 flavors!! Seriously, there is a flavor for everyone, lol. The employees dont care how busy it is in store, they will always make sure all of your questions are answered and you feel welcomed in their store! I have recommended this place to at least 20 people. Better selection than 42 Degrees! I wasnt even trying to quit smoking, but thanks to their knowledge, I have been tobacco free since 10/24/18 thanks to my vape pen and the wonderful people at Habitz💕

ImpressedMy fiance and i live in Hastings and decided we were going to go up to omaha to hit up the headshops we had been in omaha for a big portion of the day we didnt get accomplished what we had originally got asked to come out there for and i was just really annoyed with the situation and tired, hungry, and just all together ready to go home we had hit 5 headshops that and we just needed to go and we just just happened to ee this one on our way out of town and it was still open on a sunday after 10p.m so we stopped and ill be honest when we first pulled up i apologize i am guilty of judging the book by its cover i wasnt even gonna go in because i thought it was going to be some ridiculously outageously expensive and most of those places r just a drag to be in ya know the people are usually not very friendly and just miserable looking but i talked myself into going in and no more than 20 seconds after i walked in i felt like an a**hole for even thinkn that HABITZ GLASS was one of the best vape/pipe store ive been to and i got to tell everyone to check it out well worth ur time! we werent disappointed!!

I bought a vape pen that died in 3 weeks I was told they couldnt do anything for me except sell me a new one at full price and it was my fault because I plugged it in to a wall outlet

If you are looking for Kratom do not get it from here, go to tobacco outlet on 78th and cass. they charge around $32 for the same exact size and brand of kratom Habitz charges 70$ for.

Guy was stuck up and told me I could only return with receipt. Then fails to give me receipt. I noticed after nearly making it home so had to make sure I got it. Regardless whether I return it or not, I track my expenses, so give me my receipt!
